1.) Hikaru and Kaoru will sneak into the Black Magic Club Room and steal a potion
2.) They will drink the potion, which will allow them to read people's minds. This potion lasts the entire chapter.

Twins: [ walk to room, come back ten minutes later with blue potion ]

Tamaki: [ lifts himself off when the music ends ] that was ridiculous. [ looks around ] where's Kitty?
Kyoya: and where's Penguin?
Tamaki: [ shrugs ] I dunno, but the request was I kiss Haruhi... [ blushes ]
