Hey! Sorry for the long wait, but here it is.

Ludwig walked down the main hallway of headquarters and stopped in front of Kirkland's office. The base was something near empty at this time of the night, and he hadn't met anyone on his way there. He knocked on the door twice, and was answered with a `come in´. Ludwig entered the room and closed the door behind him. Arthur was sitting behind his desk.

"Sergeant Beilschmidt." He said and nodded politely. "I apologies for summoning you at this late hour. I take it that you didn't meet anyone on the way?"

"Zat is not a problem commander." Ludwig wasn't as worried about the time of the meeting, as he was about the reason for it. There had to be an important reason behind a meeting this late.

"Why did you summon me?" He asked.

Arthur gestured for Ludwig to take a seat, but Ludwig shook his head. He was more comfortable standing.

"I have a task for you. Or rather, I'm asking you a favor." Kirkland said, "The thing is that we have captured Natalia Braginski. She is in the secret cell here in headquarters."

"Vhat?!" Ludwig wasn't easily surprised, but this was an exception. "Zat Natalia Braginski? Zhe Russian tiger? Zhe hottest babe in all of zhe Russian underworld?"

"Yes, that Natalia Braginski." Arthur handed Ludwig a file labeled `Top Secret´. Ludwig grabbed it and began looking trough the papers. While reading, his excitement faded, and turned to concern.

"Commander Kirkland…" he said looking up from the file. "You know that we're both in big trouble if anyone finds out about zis right?"

The commander gave a tired sigh.

"Yes, I am aware." He said. "But we need the information, and normal questioning won't work on her. I give you permission to use whatever means you find necessary."

"But-"

"No `buts´ sergeant Beilschmidt." Kirkland quickly interrupted, "I am your superior, and you will follow my orders. Understood?"

"…Yes sir."

Training began at 8 a.m. the next day, at Ludwig's new office. Although, it didn't surprise him that only two out of the five recruits, Feliciano and Kiku, bothered to meet on time. Ludwig didn't expect for the others, especially Gilbert, to show up anytime soon, so he decided to just start of already. First thing he had to do was teach all of the privates (well, maybe not Kiku) some discipline.

"Feliciano! Don't touch those!" Ludwig yelled. Feliciano jumped and stumbled away from the antique swords that Ludwig had decorated his new wall with. The Italian almost broke out crying and Ludwig had to promise him pasta after training before he could go on.

"Now that that's settled," Ludwig continued, as soon as Feliciano had stopped sobbing, "Today's training wil-"

Ludwig was interrupted when somebody slammed open the door.

"I'M HERE!" yelled Mathias, as if the others didn't know that already, and limbed through the door on his new crutches.

"Welcome, private Khøler," Ludwig almost managed to sound like it didn't matter, that said private was five minutes late. Almost.

"As I was saying," he continued, "Today's training will be-"

The door was slammed open, once again interrupting Ludwig mid-sentence.

"The hero's in the house!" Alfred laughed and settled himself in Ludwig's favorite chair. Ludwig could almost fell his blood pressure rising, as Alfred pulled a burger out of his pocket and started eating.

"Heroes have to meet on time to, private Jones." Said Ludwig trough gritted teeth, "As I was explaining before I was interrupted, todays training will be all about-"

The door was once again slamed open.

"THE AWESOME ME IS HE-"

"Shut UP!" Yelled Ludwig, and smacked the door right in front of his awesome brother, "Todays training will be strength and we will start out with running a hundred laps outside."

After two hours of intense training, not a single private was left standing. Ludwig, on the other hand, had barely broken a sweat.

"Is Zat all you can do!?" He yelled, and crossed his arms, "I've seen five year old girls with more stamina than this!"

He shot a glance at the miserable pieces of meat that was supposed to be his recruits. Feliciano seemed to have passed out in the far end of the field, and Kiku seemed to have some kind of trouble with his back. Mathias had tripped over one of his crutches about ten minutes ago, and hadn't gotten up. Alfred was sitting against one of the obstacles, trying to get some control over his breathing. And right in front of Ludwig was Gilbert, laying on the ground, with a really good view of his younger brothers boots.

"…Lud…" He said, and looked up at his brother, "You are… by far… the sickest, most sadistic person I know. I bet you enjoy seeing us like this. And why zhe hell would you know how much stamina a five year old girl has?"

Ludwig stared at Gilbert in shock. Mathias made a miserable groaning sound, and Alfred hid his face in his hands.

"We're all gonna die," he whimpered in a very un-heroic way, "We're so dead."

Ludwig was still staring at Gilbert, and Gilbert was still staring at Ludwig. Then Ludwig's face lit up in a devious smirk.

"You haven't changed the tiniest bit, bruder,"he said in a dangerously calm tone, "But I'll have to inform you that I'm your superior now, and the one who insult people here is me."

Ludwig turned around, and walked to the middle of the field.

"Okay everyone," he said, still smirking, "I hope you enjoyed the warm up. Let's get started."

Alfred couldn't believe his ears. He was going to die just because Gilbert couldn't keep his mouth shut. He was never going to ride a space ship, never going to become president. And most important of all… he would never have the opportunity to shave commander Kirkland's eyebrows.
