As morning came while Celestia's sun shined between the leaves, showing the beautiful sun rays, Wild trotted through the deep forest, stepping on murky dirt and grass. The parasprites were long gone and left Wild alone. Wild tried to figure a way out but it lead into a deeper forest. Her ears perked up and moved her ears to find a soft noise that sounds like water splashing non-stop. As she got closer to the sound, it was a pond with a very small waterfall followed by a tiny river. She got closer to it and saw her reflection while a leaf fell towards the pond. As the leaf drifted, Wild jumped into the pond and raised her head. She shook her head to take the excess water off her mane. She swam around the pond enjoying the water. Wild noticed a few rocks in the center of the pond. She wanted to swim over it to get across. So she climbed up a rock and was about to jump but the rock moved violently, making her fall into the water. She raised her head and saw that the rocks were part of a crocodile creature. Wild eyes went narrow and looked at the creature before her.

The creature head turned and saw a filly in the pond. The creature then roared and started to charge at her. Wild swam as fast as her legs can move. But wasn't fast enough. The crocodile creature dived at Wild and caught her with the mouth. Wild was inside of the creature's mouth. She grabbed the tongue and held it tight. The creature fights back and easily won. Wild lost her grasp and tried to grab anything to not get swallowed. Down she goes, she spread her legs and grabbed the inside of the throat. She stopped in the middle of the throat while she strained her legs to keep her in place. But the saliva made it difficult. Soon, the crocodile creature swallowed Wild into the stomach. Wild hanged on the stomach entrance, hearing bubbles popping in the area where she can't see. Everything was dark. She felt her hoof about to slip. Thinking quickly, she climbed up into the entrance and used her teeth to not fall. She made it in the hole and continued to climb. She spreaded her legs and used her teeth to climb inside the pipe. It was more difficult because of salvia. The creature felt something bothering the throat. So the creature clear the throat. It threw Wild off, but kept going. Soon, she felt there was another hole and inserted herself in. The creature was getting really bothered and tried to get it out. The creature was about to sneeze and opened the mouth. It then unleashed a loud sneeze which flew Wild out of the left nostril. Wild screamed. She looked down and saw that she was really up high. She screamed even more and charged up her magic. The horn lit up with dark yellow aura, surrounding it and went brighter and brighter. Wild stopped screaming and contorted her face. Then she disappeared right before she hits a tree.

Dark was in the cafeteria getting her breakfast. She looked down at her breakfast and looked disgusted.

"What is this, foal food? Cause this looks like the food that you feed to the elderlies that has no teeth." She threw the food in the garbage with the tray and walked away. She sat down on the available seat and drooped her head down.

"Heeey." Bitma approached. "What's wrong? *Giggle* You look funny."

"Bitga."

"Bitma."

"Please leave me alone. I had a rough time sleeping because SOMEPONY put wet toilet paper on the bed!" Dark laid her head on her foreleg.

"I wonder." Bitma, put her hoof on her chin.

"Bitma! Get away from me! I told you I want to be alone." Dark moved away from her. But then she accidentally hits a mare.

"Hey!" A cream color earth mare with purple mane and tail pushed Dark off the seat and dropped her to the floor. "Watch where you hittin flank face!"

Dark got up with a really angry face expression. "You didn't have to push me you prick!" The cream mare punched Dark's face. Every mare stopped what they were doing and turned their heads to look at what was going on. Then every single pony moved away from the cream mare and Dark.

"Don't call me a prick-" Dark threw a punch at the cream mare before she finished her sentence. But that didn't stop there. Dark did a move that made the cream mare stumble back. Every mare said "ooh" and cheered a little.

"You little hairy mouth, you're dead!" The cream mare charged at Dark and tried to punch Dark on the face but missed. Dark tried to punch back but the cream mare kept blocking them. She made a move and grabbed Dark.

A royal guard came in a office where the royal guard mare was sitting on a black leather chair. "Sour started the fight again." The royal guard mare rolled her eyes and walked out of her office.

The cream mare picked Dark up and tried to slam her on the floor, but Dark grabbed her head with her hindleg and rolled down behind her. The cream mare got slammed behind her back while Dark got her in a headlock.

"YOU HAD ENOUGH!" Dark headlock got tighter. The cream mare didn't give up and turned herself to stand on her four hooves. She then tried pull her head to get out but failed to get free. Suddenly, the cream mare lifted her up and spoke.

"NO I'M NOT!" She slammed Dark on the table which didn't break and the force was strong enough to knock the air off of Dark. Dark felt a really huge sharp pain coursing through her chest area. She was having a heart attack. She opened her mouth to get air and her hindleg was loose which made the cream mare break free. She punched Dark's stomach which made it worse for Dark and climbed on the table. She grabbed Dark's neck and lifted her head. *SLAM!* It repeated over and over until the table broke. She stopped and moved away while panting heavily. The royal guard mare looked at the royal guard stallion and gave him the signal. He nodded and flew over the rails. The others followed except for the royal guard mare. Dark was laying on the floor, not moving at all. Not even her belly rising and falling. The royal guards surrounded the cream mare while the others checked for Dark.

"She's not breathing." One royal guard said. He put his ear next to her chest. nothing. He just shook his head to the royal guard next to him. "Help me carry her. She might be dead."

"Thanks for being my cellmate." Bitma said with no emotion. She went into a different pony for a few seconds but then her eye twitched and went back to her normal self.

Wild reappeared in mid-air and looked down. She fell on a branch, then a next branch, then a next branch until there were no more. She fell on the ground and slumped. The leaves and twigs also fell with her. She felt tired from using the teleportation spell. So she laid on the ground, not even bothered by what location she was in now. About a minute or so, Wild closed her eyes and pondered. She pictured her mind of herself and Dark having fun in the house chasing each other back and forth. As Dark caught Wild, they both laughed and being playful. As the laugh subsided, Wild licked Dark's face which made Dark's one eye closed. Dark smiled while Wild nuzzled cutely. Back to reality, fresh tears fell from Wild's eye sockets. Suddenly, she heard crunching sounds while her ears perked up and put her head up. A growl came which startled Wild. A timberwolf poked the head from the bush and sniffed the air.

Wild thought quickly and got an idea. She closed her eyes and played dead. The timberwolf continued to sniff the air and the ground while the timberwolf came out with a pack. Wild started to smell the timberwolves's breath and it reek bad. She struck another idea that came into her mind. The timberwolf was close to Wild and the wolf sense a pony close. Wild jumped up to her hooves and jumped on top of the timberwolves. The timberwolf roared and rocked back and forth to get Wild off. Wild hanged on as best as she could to get the timberwolf tired. The other timberwolves watched as if they don't care to help. Wild's forehooves slipped and fell. The timberwolf stopped and snarled at Wild, approaching Wild slowly. Wild moved back, scarily. The idea she had fail, so she thought another idea and her idea was to run. Wild got up quickly and ran right before the timberwolf's bite. She bolted into the shrub which was a bad idea but didn't care and continued on bolting. The timberwolf that was snarling at Wild ran first while the others followed. Wild bolted slow, running out of breath. She went behind a tree and panted heavily. She looked to her left to see the timberwolves bolt past her. After she sees them gone, she fell on the grass on purpose and about to passed out. She didn't want to move anymore. In fact, she can't move at all. Her legs were tired like she had been doing 100 push-ups and it felt like her legs were sleeping, feeling the tingling sensation in her legs. She let the sleepiness took over her as she felt the cool grass touching her coat.

...

Puddle walked to the town, minding her own business with Haze while shopping for things. Haze started up a conversation.

"Mom?" Haze called. Puddle looked at Haze.

"Yes?" Puddle answered while they continue to trot to the next stand.

"You alright?" Haze asked, remembering last night of his mother telling the story of his father.

"*Sigh* Yes. I'm alright. It's better to let go than to hold tears. So I needed that." Puddle smiled. "I'm sorry that I brokedown Haze. Your father was everything to me."

"It's... No need to apologize. I just wanna know what happened to my father. That's all." Haze replied. They both moved to a fruit stand. Haze thought. "Uh mom?"

"Yes." Puddle responded.

"Uhh..." Haze couldn't get his confidence up, so he took a long time to make up a sentence. He picked up an apple. "What would you do if you saw the ponies that beat up my fatha'." Haze finally said it with a heavy accent at the end. He then put down the apple and looked at his mom. Puddle stared. She was lost of words. Then she thought. "I would kill- I mean beat them till they can't fight anymore with my bare hooves. But let's face it. It's not worth it." Puddle had a stern look. "Haze I don't want to talk about it and please don't mention that again. You got that?"

"But mom. If I was you, I would get them back for what they did to my father." Suddenly, Haze tone changed to sadness. Puddle could see Haze about to cry and trying his best to keep it control.

"Haze, Haze. Shh. Don't cry." Puddle reassured. Haze walked away, leaving the stand and his mom.

"Haze! Get back here." Puddle called out for him. Haze did not respond and kept on walking. Puddle quickly put the apples that she picked in her saddlebag and pulled out ten gold and silver bits. She trotted to stop Haze from going any further.

"Haze." Puddle stopped in front of Haze. Haze looked like he was about to cry. Haze looked away.

Puddle sat down and spoke."Haze, look at me." Haze ignored. "Look at me." She said it again. Haze looked at his mom. Haze was tearing up at this point. Tears rolled down on the cheek while he sniffed in sadness.

"You need to stop going somewhere without permission. I know it's hard but come on, don't let yourself down over this. Your father knows that you are a big colt and he believes in you." Puddle reassured.

"But h-how mom. How he knows he still believe in me?" Haze spoke with a crackling voice.

"Because he's up there, watching over us. Watching you grow."

"Really?"

"Yes, really." Puddle turned her head and dug in the saddlebag. She grabbed an apple with her mouth and gave it to Haze.

"Here. Just forget about what happen and eat your snack okay. We still got things to get." Puddle offered.

As they continued to shop, Haze looked up in sky and spoke. "Dad, I wish you was here. You feel me. I mean hehe, nevermind that." Haze chuckled, but then he changed his mood. "I wish you are still here with me."

...

Wild grunt. She stood up all four and looked around to check and see if the Timberwolves were still here. Not a sight of them. She looked straight forward and walked with her head low. As her journey in the Everfree Forest continues, Wild went up a hill and found a view. She pushed a low branch and moved it out of the way. Out of the tree line, the view was amazing. The afternoon sun brighten the blue sky, the trees swayed left and right by the cool wind. It was such a sight. Wild sat down on her haunches and breathed through her nose. The calm breeze blew her mane, tail ,and her coat. Feeling the breeze, she closed her eyes and breathed out. She repeated her breathing until she opened her eyes to see the beautiful view again. Next to her was a see-through Dark. Doing the same thing Wild was doing. She then looked at Wild, smiling. Wild felt something odd and looked on her left. Nothing. It disappeared right when she looked to her left. Wild became very sad and went back in the tree line to the Forest. Wild was losing hope for Dark, clearly not going anywhere. She was lost in the Everfree Forest, losing a lot of energy by escape dangerous animals, and wanting to cry. But she don't got time for crying. She had a choice. A choice to give up or continue her search for Dark.

...

Lucky walked in the town shopping for things he need for his family. He saw a familiar pony walking with a colt. He went towards them.

"Excuse me miss uh..." Lucky tried to figure out her name.

"I remember you. Hi." Puddle voice raised happily at the end of the sentence. "The names Puddle. Remember?"

"Yes I remember. Have you seen Dark? I haven't seen her in a while or I don't know how long." He asked with curiosity to Puddle. Puddle's face expression went happy to sad.

"She's in Canterlot jail." Puddle replied sadly.

"C-Canterlot jail!? What!? Why?"

"They claim that she's the one that murder him."

"No going to the court."

"They don't even bother." Puddle's sadness made it obvious to Lucky. "I wish Dark is here right now. She doesn't deserve this."

"I-I think I know why. There hardly any crime in Ponyville. If there was one murder, it probably means a pony automatic is sent pony to jail. Or worse. I have to go see her." Lucky took off. "See ya."

"Alright bye?" Puddle said, Confused. "That was quick."

Lucky stopped and turned around. "Wait!" He shouted.

"You don't have to shout. I'm right here."

"Oh sorry. Dark was with Wild. Was she?"

"Yes."

"Well what-"

"Wild used her magic to um... teleport. She's in the Everfree forest."

"She can teleport? What!? Wait, wait. She's too young to use magic like that. Not even all adult ponies can. That's overpower."

"She did it. I saw it. Actually my first time seeing her use magic."

"What made her use teleportation?"

"Well I was paralyzed by this stupid guard of stupidness, all I saw Wild being pinned down."

"Hmm… That's the time Dark got arrested by the guards and you tried to stop it from happening."

"Why yes."

"So that explains it."

"Explain what?"

"That Wild tried to save Dark from the guards. They pinned her down. That was enough to cause Wild's magic to surge."

"So you are sayin' that it was a magic surge thingy."

"It's not a thingy and yeah. But that's my opinion."

"Lucky, you are one smart fella."

"Thanks. I gotta go. Bye." Lucky took off.

"Bye." Puddle waved her hoof. She looked around and noticed Haze was not around her.

"Haze!?" Puddle shouted.

"I'm over here!" Haze shouted back while playing an arcade machine in the arcade area. Puddle exhale her breath in relief and trotted towards her son.
