Hey again

So this is kind of a filler chapter, but it'll speed up next time.

Enjoy! If you want to that is, I won't force you.

Commander Kirkland was just enjoying his tea as usual, nothing new. Actually, it was a little unusual that he hadn't been interrupted yet, but hey, he wasn't complaining.

It was actually quite nice, peace and quiet. Just him, a cup of tea, and some homemade scones. This was how it was supposed to be. No stupid trio ruining his day. Maybe those days were gone. Maybe Beilschmidt (the one with some sense in his head that is) had gotten some sense into their heads.

He took a sip of his cup with a smug expression on his face. He knew it had been a good idea to send them back into training. From now on, he would never be interrupted again.

"God save our queen" suddenly started playing very loudly, as the big screen used for agent calls emerged from the wall, and Alfred's stupid face popped up with a goofy grin that could ruin all peace and quiet in an instant.

"Hey Artie!" he laughed, "Guess what me and Gilbert have got for you."

Arthur just begged it wasn't another Braginski agent to take care of. They were always so much paper work.

"It's not called `me and Gilbert´ you insolent git, it's `Gilbert and I´. Don't they teach you proper English over here?" Arthur crossed his arms and sighed, "So what have you got for me?"

Alfred's grin grew wider. Whatever it was he had found, he clearly thought it was good himself. That, of course, probably meant that it was pretty average.

"We've got…drumroll please…" Alfred hold up a hand, and Gilbert started clapping a drumroll on his thighs in the background. "Another Braginski agent! Isn't it awesome?"

"You bet it's awesome!" Gilbert exclaimed. "But I don't think you'll be able to get any information out of him though. He kept blabbering about being a double agent and stuff. Like we would believe that." Gilbert snorted, and rolled his eyes.

Arthur suddenly went pale. They couldn't have…could they? Normally he would say that nobody was stupid enough, but then again… it was those two.

"Just… bring him back to the base, will you?" Arthur sighed, and turned off the screen. Looked like everything was back to usual.

"Khøler, bring this one back to the base." Ludwig said, and handed the tied up henchman over to Mathias. "I'll call for reinforcements, and go looking for the last one."

"The last one?" Mathias asked with puzzlement, "How do you know there's one more?"

Ludwig sighed. His brother and his team were supposed to be the ones in charge of the Russian mafia, yet they didn't seem to know the slightest about their enemies.

"We know for a fact that they act in groups of three, so if we have one here, and the other one is with my brother, that means the last one is nearby. He is probably keeping track of communication with their superiors, and is therefore the most dangerous." Ludwig explained impatiently. "That's why I'll be taking care of that, while you escort our friend here back to the base."

Ludwig pressed a button on his watch, sending a signal for reinforcements, and then another one for a ride back for Mathias and Mr. Galante.

"They'll be here in a minute. Just tell them to follow my signal, and they'll find me." He shot Mathias a murderous stare, "And you'll better make sure Feliciano is back at the base when I return."

He then turned around, and ran down the street. Left behind was a terrified Mathias, with no idea of how to find Feliciano, and get him back to headquarters.

Alfred and Gilbert was sat in Kirkland's office, watching the furious commander pace back and forth behind his desk. This seemed to have become a regular occurrence lately.

It had been just as Arthur had feared. Instead of capturing any other henchman, who would probably only have limited information, and who would cause an irritating amount of paperwork, they had caught Toris Laurinaitis. Not only was he the only double agent who had managed to get close to Ivan Braginski, but he was also their only information source about the whereabouts of the henchmen. Now he would be useless until they could fake his escape. And worst of all, a fake escape meant paperwork.

"Toris Laurinaitis!" Arthur roared and slammed his hands down on the desk, "Of all the agents you could have caught, you chose to get our most important double-agent in the Russian mafia. Do you have anything to say for yourselves?"

"Well," Alfred started enthusiastically, "First of all, his name is stupid. Tony Lauriais…-something. How am I supposed to remember that?" He completely ignored Gilbert almost having a giggling-fit, and Arthur's furious attempt to object against his justifications, and went on, "Second of all, how am I supposed to know who are double agents? It's not like you tell me."

"WE DID!" Arthur thundered, "TWICE!"

In that moment, the door was flung open, and in popped Feliciano with a big smile on his face.

"Ve~ Gilbert, Alfred, you're here!" He chirped happily, "Do you know where Ludwig is? I wanted to eat lunch with him, but he's nowhere around~"

"Ludwig?" Alfred looked at Feliciano with confusion, "You mean Beilschmidt? Isn't he at the base?"

"Sergeant Beilschmidt went looking for you." Arthur said, as his giant brows came together (It looked like someone had drawn a fat line across his forehead). "Didn't he come back with you?"

"No, I came back on my own~" The Italian chirped happily, oblivious to Alfred and Gilbert's panicked expressions. "I got lost, so I went back to the base by myself, ve~"

Arthur stared at the trembling agents with disbelief, and unleashed his wrath "He got lost!? You LOST him?" Gilbert quickly took cover behind his American friend, and Alfred could have sworn that Kirkland's eyebrows grew more frightening for every word. "The very person you're supposed to protect, and you leave him in a city filled with Braginski's henchmen? Do you have any idea what could have happened if-"

He was cut off when an alarm suddenly started, the wall-screen turned on. Mathias face popped up on the screen. He looked stressed.

"Kirkland, listen, Ludwig went to look for the last henchman, and he said that you should just follow his signal. He probably already called for reinforcements, but-" He suddenly noticed that Kirkland wasn't the only person in the room, and his face cracked into a big grin when his gaze fell on the Italian.

"Feli! You're at the base!" He immediately remembered that he was supposed to know about that, and paled, "Not that I didn't expect you to be at the base, I totally knew you where there all the time." He let out a nervous laugh, "Exactly where I knew you would be, because I followed you back there."

"Oh shut up, I know you lost him you git." Arthur snarled, and went to get his coat, "I'll bring the tracker team and a couple of agents to help Sergeant Beilschmidt." He saw the others starting to get up as well, but shot them a glare, "Not you, you'll stay here and watch the base. You've caused enough trouble already."

He turned off the screen, and shut the door behind him, leaving a really confused Italian and two fuming agents behind.

Here you go.
