Chapter 25: The Dare To Go
A long time ago, before the school was built in this city, a war has been proclaimed that almost destroys the population by gas. The people in the city were completely dead from the poisonous gas. Then decades later, the school was built in the exact location of the battleground with souls that aren't in peace.
There was a building at the other side of the school that was supposed to be for the students with...problems in their head, but no one ever enrolled to that branch. The building was left abandoned, though some people used that building as their murder hideout. There was once a killer who killed numerous people. Some say that mother's used that rumor to scare their kids from going to that building. Though the rumor is true, they called the killer 'The Guardian'. Because they said that 'The Guardian' only kills people who didn't deserve to be in the school because of their behavior.
Though they said that 'The Guardian' is a killer, she has a dark past when 3 bullies killed her parents for revenge. Now she vows to be stronger just to defeat those bullies and to keep an eye for those who were bullied the most.
But no one knows who 'The Guardian' is...
Until now..
9 is seen running to the unknown hallway of the school in his vigilante form for some reason. His classmates were also in their vigilante forms shouting for him to run faster. But as he almost made it to the door, the door instantly closes leaving 9 trapped inside while the others were outside desperate to open the door to save 9. Kyoko used her spear as a crowbar to open the door but it was no use. 9 kept on banging the door not that he's afraid but to tell them that he is still alive from whoever is going to kill him.
A cold breeze passed to 9's 'wings' as he could hear footsteps. 9's eyes widened as he bangs the door faster and louder. He knew that someone is coming to get him. Then all of a sudden the footsteps were stopped, 9 was having a hard time breathing. Because the person is right behind him. The person placed her hand to 9's shoulder and said something that it wasn't in 9's language (No, she is not swearing!). 9 was going to shout but she covered his mouth so he couldn't shout.
Then it turned to darkness.
17 Hours Ago
It was quite a stormy day, after the fight that 9 had to Dipper made his day more depressed. He was currently watching the rains outside by the window like a kid who is upset for not playing outside because of the rain. His classmates were telling scary stories. Kyoko was the one who got the most which ended up to the students terrified that they had to hug whoever is beside them. She was finishing her story about the killer in the school called 'The Guardian'.
Kyoko: *spooky voice*...So whoever enters the building, no one will escape but the trails of the blood that 'The Guardian' did...*normal voice* Well, how's that for scary? *notices no one answered but sees her classmates shivered in fear, raises an eyebrow*
Mordecai: *some feathers stood up* I think you over did it much.
Mickey: *to Tails* You okay?
Tails: I think I'm going to study overnight. I'm not that much sleepy anymore.
Dib: Neither do I...
Kyoko: Hey, it's not that scary.
Phineas: That because you were the one is telling.
Kyoko: Geez, for some vigilantes we are. It's not that scary, right Elijah? Elijah?
9: Hmm?
Lettuce: He's not joining the story telling, remember?
Kyoko: Oh yeah...
9: But I did listen. I am curious about her.
Finn: You mean 'The Guardian'? What so special about it to you?
9: I...I don't know...Much but...I think is her backstory.
Finn: *raises an eyebrow* Right...
9: But something tells me that there's a reason why she's like that. I mean, a lot of villains had a motif why they did it. Not for no reason.
Kyoko: That's what I said! 3 bullies killed her parents! There!
9: There's more than that, Kyoko.
Kyoko: Like what?
The students looked at 9, waiting for the answer. But before 9 opens his mouth, the lights went off. The students gathered up from whoever did this scheme.
Kyoko: *sarcastically* Haha! Very funny, Elijah!
9: It wasn't me!
Mordecai: Well whoever did this it wasn't funny! Let's find the light switch and go home!
Lettuce: AH!
Dib: Lettuce, what is it?!
Lettuce: I saw someone! To the doors!
Finn: Who is it?!
Unknown: It is I!
Dib: IT'S THE GUARDIAN!
Unknown: Now I must kill you!
'The Guardian' slammed open the door making them scream in horror. Then all of a sudden, a flash came to their eyes followed by a laugh. Kyoko opened her eyes from the flash and saw it wasn't 'The Guardian'. It was Jet with a camera in his hands.
Kyoko: *enraged* JET ZARAPHIL?! WHAT THE HECK DID YOU DO THAT FOR?!
Jet: You should have seen your faces! It's hilarious!
Mordecai: What do you mean hilarious?! You scared us to death!
Jet: But it is worth to see it. And now...
The camera begins to print the picture. Jet showed evilness from what the heck he was doing to them. He snatched the picture from the printer and showed it to his classmates. The students were devastated from what they see. It was completely embarrassing to see (That I won't explain how it really looks like)!
Mordecai: Are...you...NUTS?!
Phineas: How could you?!
Jet: I did this because I want a favor from you, *to 9* Elijah Oppenheimer.
9: *nervous* Me?
Jet: Yes you, Empty Sack. I want you to do something for me.
The students backed away as Jet came close to 9. Jet picked up something from his pocket, a picture that made the students think that he's gone mad. It was the picture of the abandoned building.
Jet: I want you to go to the abandoned building and tell me what's in there. IF you survived.
9: But...Why me?
Dib: Yeah, why does it have to be him?
Jet: For quite a while, I observed that 'The Guardian' likes dolls. I think you were the perfect one to be with.
9: What?!
Dib: Forget it! Elijah will not go in that place!
Jet: Oh yeah? You don't want me to show this embarrassing picture of yours to the whole school, do I?
Mordecai: We don't care if you showed it to the school! What the heck was wrong with you?!
Jet: I want to know about that killer lived in the building. And I don't want to risk my life going in there.
Kyoko: You're such a big coward, you know that.
Jet: I'm not a coward, it's just my mommy wants someone to get that killer out of that building so my mother can demolish that place.
9: *curious* Wait, why would she want to take 'The Guardian' down?
Jet: She doesn't want someone to interrupt the demolition. Plus she doesn't want to pay if someone dies from that killer.
9: Fine then. I'm going in there if you don't show that picture to the school.
Jet: *smiles in satisfaction* Wow, I never thought you would resist to go in there. You got the job.
Kyoko: WHAT?!
Mordecai: *to 9* The heck was that for?! You're going in that building by yourself, Elijah.
Dib: You're going to die in there.
Mickey: And we won't let you go, it's too dangerous.
Tails: Aren't you scared?
9: *shakes his head* No. I must go in there, I don't want you all getting suffered by him.
Lettuce: Elijah...
9: *to Jet* What time I should go in there?
Jet: *looks at the clock* 8:00.
9: I should go now.
Jet: You better be. *pats 9's shoulder* Good luck. *walks out to the door, turns around* You really going to need it.
9: *looks at the floor sadly* I will...
When Ratchet, Twilight and Dipper went back to the Section Anima room from a conversation with Aliana, the students told them that 9 is going inside of the abandoned building. All because of Jet's dare and threat.
9 was in his room preparing nothing but a blade, a flashlight that was held in a rod, and Jet's camera. Jet gave his camera and told him take pictures. He also said to be careful of his camera because he think that 9 is clumsy. 9 looked at the clock, it is almost 8 in the evening. He touched his necklace and close his eyes for a moment before leaving. But by the time he opened the door, he only saw his classmates with things on their bags.
9: Huh? You...Were you-
Finn: Say no more, Elijah.
Dipper: Yeah, we're coming with you going in that building.
9: What?! But why?!
Ratchet: We heard what happened in the classroom. We cant let you go for Jet alone.
Twilight: Don't worry about it, Elijah. We are doing this to help you.
Lettuce: That's what friends are for, right?
9: *surprised* Friends?
Kyoko: What? You think we will do your work while we are sitting and thinking of that blackmail? No way.
Mickey: You saved us thrice. We think that we should do our part for this. We were involved in your deal with Jet.
9: I don't think that-
Mordecai: No, Elijah. Mickey's right, we were in this threat. And we won't do that just to you, but Aliana also.
Tails: Jet already gave the camera to you, so there is no turning back. We have to help.
He did have a point of Jet giving a camera to him. 9 knew that they are helping him for this, but thought that they were doing this just to stop Jet from blackmailing them. He had no choice but to go with them, even they were his 'Friends'.
They traveled from the place of what they were supposed to be on Day 8. The shortcut that actually leads to the abandoned building of the school. They stopped at a large door of the building. The door seems quite old yet still strong. The students were staring at the place where they will go in and possibly never get out. This made 9 worry as he opens the door slowly until he could see a pitch black hallway instead of a wooden door. The students went inside together but 9, Ratchet, Twilight and Dipper since 9 was left outside for some reason. But he instantly goes inside without talking which made the 3 concern about him. When all of them went inside, the door snapped shut by itself giving them a jumpscare. Ratchet tries to open the door. It's completely shut.
Ratchet: Well, there's no turning back now. The door's really stuck.
Dib: Looks like we had to explore this place if we want to get out of this place. *touching his chest* My heartbeat is missing already.
Tails: So am I.
Phineas: *to Mordecai* Should we transform?
Mordecai: Think so for now. And besides, no one's in here but...us...and 'The Guardian'...*to Lettuce, Mickey and Tails* Let's use our powers to light up this place. *to 9* Elijah, you lead the way.
Kyoko: *shoves 9 behind the group* Which means you have to be in the front.
9: *raises an eyebrow, switch his flashlight on* Ok then.
He took his first step and begins walking slowly while his classmates were following him. Mordecai, Lettuce, Mickey and Tails used their powers as their light. They were wondering all over the building's locations. Dib carried a map of the building that came from The Divine Library before the abandonment of it, he finds something surprising. He rather asks Mordecai first since he was the first student to be enrolled to Section Anima before the others did.
Dib: Mordecai, when was the year you came to Charles-Emile Reynaud School?
Mordecai: 2009.
Dib: If the school was built in 1986, then that means...
9: Why? What is it?
Dib: *shocked expression* Section Anima wasn't the section in the main branch before.
Kyoko: What do you mean by that?
Dib: Our section was previously in this building, and then it transferred to the branch where we are now.
He showed the map to the students. They were shocked at the discovery, especially for the freshmens who didn't know Section Anima was in the building before. None of them really knew the true origins of Section Anima in their years.
Finn: Dang, I can't believe it.
Dib: Yeah, the room is straight ahead and then we go left beyond the 3 rooms.
Mordecai: *to 9* Get your camera ready, I think Jet might need these pictures about our room before.
9: *readies Jet's camera* On it.
They went to the room of Section Anima. It almost looks like the same room in the current including the plate of 'Anima' was also in there, except it looked rusty. The students looked at 9 to open the door, which he did. But at the time the door opened, the door suddenly fell down. The sound of the impact was echoed to the building. When the noise fades, they only heard their hearts beating in a fast beat.
9 was the first to enter followed by his classmates. They looked around of the place, they were all the same. Exact the same, like nothing was really modified between the old and the new.
Finn: Ms. Divino sure really made our classroom the same at it was.
Mordecai: Why didn't she even modify even now?
Mickey: This is such a mystery. She didn't even talked about this place, not even our inheritors.
9: Not even Bridget?
Mickey: She never told us.
Ratchet: *to Mordecai* Mordecai, what did she say when you enrolled in Anima?
Mordecai: Mostly about the rules. Not about a word in this place. How could she even say a lie to us, we're her students!
Lettuce: Maybe she didn't want to speak about this at all.
Twilight: Or perhaps something else more...
9 wonders around to the dark side of the room. His flashlight was the only one he can see while the others were on the other side, thinking that he should go there instead of them. What he sees in this room were exactly the same, the details were like perfect copies of the rooms. This is quite creepy for the students, Aliana must have been working that hard to make the classroom indifferent. It almost give him shivers...
Unless you can count a music box that was in front of him. How did that get here?
Curiously, he went to the table with the music box only laid on it. He slowly put his hand on the box, until the music box burst open that releases a cold breeze wind that it reached to the students. It felt like the morning breeze when you wake up early and you felt that it was still winter even you live in a tropical country. His cloak was flowing to the breeze until it eases out. The students looked at 9 in fear for whatever he was doing 'idiotically' for what they see. Ratchet, Dipper and Twilight looked at him in concern besides 9 having a some sort of ice frost on his cloak, he didn't even wear something to make him warm minus his ribbons that covers only his arms.
9 looked at the box while his hands folded onto his body because he was so close to the range of the breeze. His eyes were focusing at the music box that is now surrounded with ice except the portion of where the box laid. The music box played a melodic song.
And then a voice suddenly sings with the music. (Song: Let It Go by Idina Menzel)
The snow glows white on the mountain tonight
Not a footprint to be seen
Kyoko: *eyes widen shock, gasps* What the heck was that?!
Dib: I...don't know!
Tails: *slowly steps back to Mickey, hands tingling* Don'tletitbeherdon'tletitbeherdon'tletitbeher...
A kingdom of isolation,

Finn: Oh my glob...
Mordecai: Guys, get close to me!
The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside
Ratchet: Elijah, come here!
Couldn't keep it in, heaven knows I tried
9 turned around and tries to run to his classmates. But at the first step of his feet, he can't move anymore. Why he can't move?! He looked down on his feet and gasped in shock.
There was ice crawling under his feet.
Twilight: *gasps* Ice?! But how?!
Lettuce: It can't be...None of us have ice powers...Except...
Don't let them in, don't let them see

9: Her...

Can't hold it back anymore
The corridor slowly begins to have frost on the floor. The blood on the walls begins to turn transparent as the ice crawls to them. Glassy footsteps were heard as the voice begins to echo from the frozen corridor.

Turn away and slam the door
A foot was stepped on the door that was on the floor. Then all of a sudden, the room instantly became ice. The lights that was used by the students but Mordecai's fire made rays that bounced off the ice. The only portion that wasn't affected by the ice was the students that gathered up to Mordecai. The floor they stepped on didn't turned to snow.
As for 9, he wasn't lucky by the ice. But I wouldn't say that he was COMPLETELY frozen! He was just trapped in the ice from his feet. The frost crawls from his cloak, for some reason his cloak turned blue halfway. His body was also covered in frost partially. The students noticed that he was shivering from the cold. What worse that his powers has an effect from the ice, which makes the temperature 2 times colder in his point of view.

A violent breeze of wind came to them, they cried in fear for whatever his happening. A crackling stomp of a foot was heard as the wind eases. It became silent. 9 opened his eyes. He could only see a girl with an eyepatch on her left eye standing in front of him. Her red hair was flowing in the breeze from her waist. She didn't even seem to be shivering because she was wearing a black jacket over a red t-shirt. Despite her skirt only reached up to her knees, her socks covered her legs partially. She opened her blue eye as her side bang over it was flowing to the breeze until it eases out.
Phineas: *opens his eyes* I don't believe it.
Mickey: This...This is...
9: *tries to resist shivering* W-wh...Who...are you?
Girl: My name is no importance in this situation. You have trespassed this building for a reason. Though it is invalid that the reason is from a dare of that 'Classmate' of yours.
Ratchet: Wait, how did you know about it?
Girl: *head tilt* You see, She isn't the only one who is keeping an eye of the school.
9: You mean...
Girl: Yeah...You got it, Bridget Solano.
9: *confused yet shocked face* And you...are 'The Guardian'?
Guardian: *scary look* Indeed I am.
Ratchet: So this is 'The Guardian' that they were talking about. An 18 year old girl?
Guardian: *right eye glows red* 18?
The ice suddenly crawls to 9's legs. This made him scared, Ratchet really regretted from saying that.
Guardian: For your information, Orphan. I may look like 18, but I'm really 34. 14 years older than you.
Ratchet: *rolls eyes, sighs* And even here they call me Orphan.
Mickey: *notices the ice grew closer to him* Guardian, why are you here? In so many years, you've been living here by yourself.
Guardian: You expect me to go outside? A murderer who lives in this building with blood dripping on my face every time? I think you've messing a point that I'm a murderer. You think I am going outside seeing me like this? Do you?
9: *sees the ice getting closer to his torso* No.
Guardian: *turns to 9* No? *scoffs* I was expecting to be a 'Yes' but...I think you just want to escape and tell it to the cops for this.
9: *ice getting closer to his shoulders* I mean it! *eyes glowing green* You only just said that to yourself because you felt like you're a murderer. But I don't think so, no one didn't even know what you even been through to your whole life!
Then it stopped. The ice just stayed to the base of his zipper. His eyes turned back to normal and looked at her in surprise. To tell the truth, this thing always happens a lot. He's like some sort of a teller. The problem is, he didn't know what the heck he was saying to his mouth.
And to a murderer, it was quite embarrassing for whatever he blurted out on his mouth. She stared at him blankly. Speechless from what he said to her. 9 closed his eyes from what will become of him. But nothing, he just felt something warm from his hand. He opened his eyes and saw the ice begins to shatter from his body. Then it left to an icy floor. Leaving the students dumbfounded at their thought that she will kill 9.
Tails: What the...
Finn: She just melted the ice and then...
Phineas: Nothing...
Mordecai: *glares slightly* What do you want from him?
Guardian: *touches 9's cheek* You...
9: Me?
Guardian: You're the one I was looking for. For the whole 52 years.
9: What do you mean?
She didn't answered his question. She just pulled his hand forcefully and went to the students' place. She used her ice powers to cut a small lock of Twilight's hair.
Twilight: Hey!
Guardian: *waving Twilight's hair* We'll be 'back'. But I'm warning you, don't even dare get out of this place. Otherwise, you'll ended up like her hair.
She let go of Twilight's hair, It landed slowly on the ice, and it instantly turned into ice. The students were horrified of their fate if they didn't listen to her warning. She didn't even care about whatever she said, as long as she had 9 in her hands tightly. He saw his classmates in their place. He didn't want to leave them there trapped. He struggled to get free from 'The Guardian's' grip, but she was too strong.
He felt a strong tug and all he now currently was running with a notorious murderer holding his hands like handcuffs.
At the room where the two left, the frost begins to move closer to the trapped students. They were backing up closer and more crowded. They were getting worried from 'The Guardian's' warning. They would ended up like Twilight's frozen lock of hair on the floor.
Ratchet: Uh...Guys, we better do something. I don't think this spot will last long. The frost is getting closer.
Kyoko: We know that! Do you think getting out of here is easy?
Ratchet: I was just saying that.
Kyoko: Well don't make us in a rush!
Ratchet: Rush?! Our lives were at stake! Elijah was even took by that girl! How can we rescue him when we're just standing around here while the frost is getting closer to us?
Lettuce: You know, I was wondering something between Elijah and the girl.
Mordecai: What about it?
Lettuce: How come Elijah didn't turned to ice while Twilight's hair is?
Twilight: Say, you were right about that. Perhaps...
Before the ice came closer to 9's shoulders, 'The Guardian' grabbed his shoulders and the ice instantly melts. However, when she let go of Twilight's hair, her hair turned to ice.
Twilight: You don't think that Elijah was immune from being frozen because 'The Guardian' touched him, do you?
Dib: How come we didn't noticed that?
Kyoko: Is it because we're stupid?
Dib: Stop it.
Phineas: Guys, the ice is getting closer...
Tails: *shivers* And colder...
Mickey: Mordecai, could you even use your fire?
Mordecai: I could if the ice weren't strong enough, that is.
Finn: We are so doomed...
At the hallway of the abandoned building, footsteps were heard in a once so quiet place. 9 was seen walking with a 34 year old 'Murderer', she wasn't holding his hand now. But instead she handcuffed his hands to his back with ice. The ice made his burlap skin so cold, it already sticks to his skin painfully. And just like Natalie's ropes, it's impossible to break free.
'The Guardian' meanwhile was thinking in her own mind. The thing that 9 said to her, the thing that he said that she isn't a murderer. She only heard this now, and it was surprising. Everyone in the school were TOTALLY afraid of her, even Jet wasn't brave enough to step on the building's doors. Only the running CCTV camera was able to take pictures inside.
But she only have one question in her mind: Was it really true? Was the thing he said about her was really true or just a cowardly lie?
For all these years, this was the first time she heard those words. Brave words.
She stopped to a halt and turned around to 9, her emotionless eyes was somehow talking to him. But he couldn't tell those words. He's still scared but he couldn't say it in front of her. She might have kill him if he did.
Guardian: Say...The thing you said a while ago...Was it true?
9: *eyes widen* I...I...think so...
Guardian: Why?
9: *raised eyebrow* What?
Guardian: Why did you said that? Why are you discouraging me?
9: Discouraging you?!
Guardian: You said that I'm no murderer. You said that I said it because it was true that because I kill SO MANY people in the school and you said that I'm not a murderer to you?!
9: I was discouraging you? How can you say that to yourself? I was saying the opposite of it.
Guardian: OPPOSITE OF IT?! *controls temper* You know what? You won't last long for yapping, you know. Let's just move, otherwise I'll freeze you to death and smash you to bits.
He glared at her. He felt insulted rather than being afraid of her threat. But he followed her order and shut his own mouth for a while. It felt like someone forced him to tell that thing in front of his classmates. Though he did mean that, he shouldn't said that in the wrong place at the wrong time. Especially this time...
'The Guardian' came to a stop and looked up to a 'wall'. She smiled in satisfaction as she went to 9 behind. He didn't move of course for whatever she is doing to him. She points the ice that bounded 9's hands with her index finger and the ice instantly shattered. The breaking of the glass echoes to the building. 9 felt the breeze on his hands as he looked at them slowly since the cold made his hands paralyzed. The shattered ice were clearly seen to his hands. White marks of where the location the ice got his hands made him quite surprised.
9 looked to the wall in front of him. The wall has some markings that made him having a flash of memory.
A man seen was facing to a girl in sadness. Like he made a choice that he will ever regret in the future.
The girl was actually can't be seen physically as if she took a form of a butterfly that was lit in a bright light.
He was holding a strange artifact with symbols in each of the three slots. The girl gave him another artifact that is similar to the first one, only this time the slots were four instead of three.
She said something to him silently as she closes his hands with the two artifacts with hers, and then she fly away high in the sky. Tears flowing to his eyes as he looked to the two artifacts.
A tear hits one of the artifacts. Then the artifact glows in green after.
He examined the wall which he knew that it wasn't actually a wall. It was a door. This could be a reason why she wanted him here. He could be the key in opening the door. But he knew his friends were in danger, why do it?
He looked behind in where she was holding a knife in her right hand and a revolver gun on her left. Looks like she doesn't want him to leave at any cost.
With no other choice, 9 holds out his hands and released green mists from his hands. The mist touched the door that made the wall glows in green from pathways designed on it. 9 backs away as the door opens, though 'The Guardian' still don't want him to leave since she pointed the gun to his back to prevent from going back more further.
The door opened completely and they saw something fascinating. It was a statue of a girl with moon halo wings, gray gown with a cloak behind her neck. Her position was showing like she was handing out something to someone, or she was reaching out that someone falls.
9 stared at the statue for a little longer. He could have sworn he saw the girl before. Why does she looked so VERY familiar to him. He can't figure out who the girl is. He reached to his hand to the girl's outreached one. When his hand touched to hers, something flashed in front of his face.
It's so cold...
so dark...
I feel so...
so lonely...
Where are you?
Why can't I find you?
You don't like me anymore?
Why did you leave me?
Do you...
hate me?
And once that you would know is that 9 holds his hands to his head and suddenly screamed at the top of his lungs.
At the students' place, there were puddles of water on the floor. Ice begins to water as the dew drops splattered around the floor. Ratchet's reflection on a puddle was shown surprising, he was soaking wet. He shake his body to get rid of the excess water of his clothes hoping it would help dry faster. He look back to his classmates, they, too, are soaking wet. Kyoko was squeezing the water out of her hair, she was looking at Mickey, Mordecai, and Lettuce. Her look was shown that she is not amused at whatever the three did. Mordecai noticed her while using his flame to dry himself.
Mordecai: What?
Kyoko: *rolls eyes* I still can't believe in what you did.
Mordecai: Well, we don't have any choice but to use Shone Grenade for that.
Lettuce: The ice was getting closer to us. We're sorry if you didn't expect that to happen.
Kyoko: Expect? EXPECT?! I saw the three of you were panicking *to Mordecai* and YOU told them 'SHONEGRENADESHONEGRENEADESHONEGRENADE!'. Then BOOM! We are soaking wet from the melting ice and you didn't even know how much ice melts!
Mordecai: Well, do you have any other choices in 30 seconds?
Kyoko: There is.
Mickey: There is?
HILFE!
The word made them jump, especially they knew the German word of 'Help'. And they knew who shouted it.
Dipper: It's Elijah!
Twilight: She must have done something to him!
Ratchet: We have to go now!
Phineas: Let's go!
Dib: *sighs in relief* It's a good thing we've read a book in German.
Finn: Tell me about it.
Mordecai: Come on, at least we could get out of here from her.
He's right. Though being stuck in there for a long time, at least they could get out of here since they saw 'The Guardian' IN PERSON. That would be a 'good share' for Jet...If he believe them, though. Jet's camera already got soaked wet from the melted ice, though it still works. But that's not the only problem they had now currently. Right now, they had to save Elijah from 'The Guardian'. Or else it's not a -10 will they ever lost from Aliana...
Guardian: What the heck!?
Ever since 9 touched the hand of the statue, he began to have some hysteria in his mind. His body shakes, his eyes were glowing green like a blinking Christmas light, and he is speaking in German! She couldn't even 'understand' a word from him. She stared at him in confusion, but she withdrew it and proceeds herself in shaking 9 violently. She hoped that no one hear this, because his scream almost break her eardrums from the pitched scream.
Guardian: Hey! Wake up! Snap out of it!
9: *in German* Ich sollte löschen werden. Ich sollte nicht in dieser Welt existiert werden. Mich niemand liebt. Ich habe keine Freunde, keine Familie. Ich bin immer allein. Jemand hier kommen. Sie wird mir weh tun, bis ich sterbe. Was sie sagt, wahr wurden. Niemand wird mir helfen. Und dann habe ich tot ... gnadenlos. Mit niemandem zusammen sein aber mich.
Guardian: Don't say that! Come on, wake up! Please! Say something! Anything!
9: *in German* Mir helfen, bitte helfen Sie mir.
Guardian: *gasps in terror, eyes turned red, right hand raised in the air* SNAP OUT OF IT!
For that, she slapped him hard. Hard enough to slap him to the floor. 9 remained motionless for a while until his eyes were opened, they weren't turned in green anymore. She looked at him, and laughed hysterically. She never knew it would work. At least it really snapped him out of it.
But she never knew she could really laugh a little too loud. A string of air from the bullet flew passed across her face and it hit to the wall. She froze in surprise, how did that happen?! She looked to her left. Ratchet was holding her revolver gun, he was the one who pulled the trigger. But it's a good thing he didn't really hit her head. So that was good, right?
But for one thing is that HOW DID THEY ESCAPE FROM HER PRISON?!
Guardian: How did you escaped?! The ice was supposed to freeze you all to death!
Kyoko: *motions to Mordecai, Mickey, and Lettuce* You better ask who pulled the Shone Grenade to our room.
Guardian: Your room?! This is my building!
Mordecai: Well it wont when we show the pictures at the school.
Guardian: *glares at 9* Well it won't when I get the chance to kill you.
Ratchet: We better start run then.
Guardian: Let's play Tag then, I am the 'It' and all of you have to run. *pulls out her knife* You better start running, cause YOU ALL WON'T GO TO SCHOOL ALIVE!
Finn: RUN FOR YOU LIVES!
Phineas: *helps 9 to stand up* Come on!
They all start running. 9 looked back and saw 'The Guardian' sprouted her wings for the first time. Which is so not very good because flying is much worse than running for them from her.
Kyoko was the one to made it from the door, she used her spear to open the door as a crowbar. Finn helped her followed by Phineas and Lettuce, Tails came next and then Mordecai and Dib came. They used all their strengths to open the door.
Ratchet, Twilight and Dipper saw something bright. They finally opened the door and got out safely, the three run as fast as they can until they made it to the safest border they are now. They're out of the building. Finally free from fear. But 9 wasn't outside yet.
He was still with her.
9 is seen running to the hallway with 'The Guardian' behind his tail. 9 didn't get the chance to rest because any seconds he would turn to ice if he stopped. He run as fast as his feet goes. His classmates were shouting for him to go faster. He was almost near to the door, until it closed shut.
He didn't make it in time.
Lettuce: Oh no!
Twilight: *ears on the door* Elijah? Elijah, can you hear us?
9: *on the other side* Twilight!
Ratchet: Don't worry! We'll get you out of there! Just hold on!
Dipper: Bang the door so we know you're still there!
Kyoko used her spear to the door. This time Ratchet, Twilight and Dipper helped in opening it. But it was getting harder to push the door open. On the other side, 9 was banging the door. He knew that she is coming, they had to hurry up in opening the door.
And then he heard footsteps, she's coming.
9 was banging the door harder and faster. The students knew that she is almost close to 9. They pushed with all of their strength but it was no use. 9 is now trapped on the other side of the door with a murderer who is going to kill him in any second and there is nothing they could do anything about it. They watched whether if they see some red water flowing in front of them or not.
Twilight: Elijah!
9: Help me! Please!
Ratchet: Guys, we have to do something!
Kyoko: We tried! Okay!
Phineas: Ratchet, the door's really stuck. There is not much we can do about it now.
Dipper: Then we better think of something else! I thought you have ideas in situations like this! What the heck happened to you Phineas?!
Phineas: That was before.
Dipper: *gasps in horror* No...
9: PLEASE!
Dipper: Elijah, hold on!
9 stopped banging and instead replaced in a sob in fear. He's going to die. But he deserved it, it was his fault. Maybe this was a good punishment for him, for being an idiot in bringing them in here instead doing it by himself.
It was getting cold. The footsteps were nowhere to hear. 9's right side felt warm and heavy.
It was her.
Guardian: *whispers to his ear* Where do you think you're going?
9 gasped as he was going to shout, but she covered his mouth to prevent it. He struggled from her clutches to break free, but instead he got slammed to the wall that he ended up blacked out. She really did him out.
On the other side, Twilight was listening for any signs of 9 banging on the door. But what she hears was absolute silence. Twilight's body shook in fear, she looked to her classmates in fear. Thinking that 9 is killed by 'The Guardian' mercilessly.
And it was all their fault. They should have never let 9 to take the dare, they should have stopped him before going to the door. So now, they looked to the ground in sadness.
Until the door opens, revealing 'The Guardian'...in psycho mode. Her eyes were completely crimson red, her wings sprung in ready and her weapons were in her hands in whatever she will have in her path. But the thing that made them horrified was her scary face, they couldn't even describe. She laughed manically as she was going to strike the students.
But the students ran so fast that she couldn't even reached them until to their boundary. Maybe she would let them go for a while.
The students ran as fast as their tired feet can move. The only thing they didn't even know is that they didn't see where were they going. They bumped to each other like a domino. They still recovered from that hard bump, but they never expect to bump into someone. And it wasn't Aliana they bumped into, it was Geronimo Stilton. Not good.
Finn: *transforms back* Uh oh...
Geronimo: *sees the entire Section Anima students but 9* Section Anima, what brings you all here?
Twilight: It's Elijah!
Kyoko: *facepalms* Twilight...
Geronimo: Elijah Oppenheimer? Why? Did something happen bad to him?
Dipper: Worse. He got trapped!
Geronimo: Trapped? Where?
Ratchet: At the abandoned building.
Geronimo gasped and shake in fear. He heard the rumors ever since he came here for the first time. Rumors said that many had been murdered to that place since it was abandoned and a perfect murdering place for victims. And for the news about the murderer who lived in the abandoned building doubled his scare about being in Charles-Emile Reynaud School. But he has a question in his mind: Why? How? And more than that Who?
Geronimo: Why? Why he went to the building by himself?
Dib: Jet gave a dare to Elijah to go the building because if he won't, Jet will blackmail us with the picture shot.

With that, he walked out from the students. This was the first time they saw him unusual to himself. He was supposed to be timid, but it replaced with maturity and seriousness. Like he wasn't himself in seconds.
But they did take his advise and just go back to their room.
At Geronimo's office, Geronimo was talking to someone on the phone. It sounds really important. He sets it down and went to the files of the school. He found one and reads it. He sighs in disappointment as he put the file back to place. He put his hand to his pocket and pulled out a small white rose in his hands. His face shows seriousness, especially if it's about 'The Guardian' and 9.
Speaking of 'The Guardian' and 9, she was seen in the same building she is with an unconscious 9 laying on the floor on his back. She looked at him for a second until she put her hand to his.
Heaven knows what will happen next.
