Chapter 8
It is just on dark and everyone is ready to moved out for the mission. I am walking down to the cars with Tamaki.
"Hey man I am so excited I haven't been on a mission for ages." Tamaki stated in an excited cheerful voice, "This is your first mission isn't it? Are you excited?"
"Yeah this is my first." I replied with slightly forced excitement in my voice. All I wanted to do was continue looking for my brother.
We walk through a set of doors that lead to a large underground garage with what looked like 15 or so vehicles, most of which were what looked like normal everyday cars, but they were probably anything but everyday cars.
I walked to my designated car with Tamaki who was in fact my partner in this mission, for everyone is pared to reduce injuries and if all went wrong death as well. I opened the door and slid along to make room for Tamaki.
We arrived at our designated location, every one got out of there cars and started to move towards the targeted building which is around 300m away. The cars drive off so as to not look suspicious and everyone started to scope out the area, the assault team moved towards the building with the back up recovery team staying back, getting positioned in case they are in need of any assistance.
The building looks to be quite old but also looks well kept, it is made of brick with two stories and is made to look like the house of a wealthy businessman. I decided to look over the blue prints of the building one more time. The slaves are kept underground in 11 prisons, each can hold up to 10 or 15 slaves.
There are security cameras located at every entry, as well as set around the area leaving very few blind spots around the outside of the building. As you retch the front door you are meet with two large security guards. Once you enter the building you will see a large open area with a large stair case in the center forking off into opposite directions at the top. There are seven security cameras in total in this area one in the right corner, half way along the wall to the right, in the far left corner, two above the stairs, above the door on the left side and the last one on the wall to the left around a third of the way down.
To get to the prison you will need to go to the left of the stair case, you will pass another guard, once you have passed this guard there will be a long hallway. This hallway will have four cameras doing all the way along, with four doors on the left and three on the right. After the second door to the right there is another hall leading off to the right from this one, you will need to enter the door across from this which it the second door on the left.
You will need a security code and an ID card to enter this room, once entered it will appear as a sitting room with a balcony, there will be two guards positioned in this room. There will be another set of doors that look like a closet on the right, after you walk through these doors you will be meet with a stair case leading to the second floor.
Once you have reached the upper floor you will enter a large waiting room, this room is used for customers, buyers or sellers. This area can only be accessed in two ways, through the path that was just used or through another path similar to this one, but instead of going left at the stair case in the entry you go right.
This area has high security, there are 16 camera position around the room leaving no blind spots and there are security guards positioned all around the area. You will need to go through this area and go to a door on the far right past the reception desk, to enter this door you will need an ID card and a different security code.
Once you get pass this door you will see another hallway this one being smaller then the others with one door on either side and a large set of door at the end. There are three cameras in this hallway and two guard at the end of the hall. You will need to get pass the guards and enter the door at the end, you will need yet another code and an ID card cleared for this area.
Once through this door you will see another stair case leading down to the first floor. Once on the first floor there will been a fairly large room with doors lining the walls four to the right, five to the left and two at the end, with no windows at all. Here there will be six camera with no blind spot and at lest one guard positioned at every door. Each one of the doors will lead down stairs to a different prison holding the slaves. To open one of these doors you will need a code, ID card with clearance to this are and thumb scan.
Everyone is in position and the assault time is moving in they plan to cut the power giving them seven minutes before the backup generators kick in. In this time two pairs are to go to the head security room which is located on the second floor in the far right corner. There will also be two pairs that are going to take out the cameras and security guards located through out the building, while the last five pairs will head straight for the prisoners.
Tamaki and I are hiding among the bushes and trees at the front of the house. There are 10 pairs scattered around the area including two pairs on roof tops of near by buildings with snipers ready to shoot at any time. We are waiting for the command to either go in and retrieve the prisoners or to go in as back up.
"Rin you excited? I hope we get to see some action," Tamaki said in an excited voice.
"Yeah I guess," I replied in a bored tone.
"Do you think everything is going to go to plan."
"I don't know, but now is our best chance with the leader out of town."
"I guess your right."
We both went silent and remained in our assigned positions waiting for any orders that may be given. It has been 10 minutes since the other team has entered the building, if everything goes to plan then in around 5 minutes they should have reached the prisoners.
"We... need... backup..." was all that was heard through our ear pieces, gun shoots in the background.
"Groups 1, 4, 6 and 7 go through the front and Groups 2, 3, 8 and 9 go through the back! Group 5 and 10 stay on the roof tops and get ready to fire if needed!" Tatsumi ordered
Everyone complied and began to move out. Tamaki and I are in group 6 so we headed towards the front of the building.
"Groups 1, 6, 8 and 9 go straight to the business area! Groups 2 and 3 sweep the first floor with groups 4 and 7 sweep the second floor!" Tatsumi commanded as everyone went there separate ways.
Tamaki and I both enter the building being meet with about 5 or so guards unconscious on the polished floors. Groups 4 and 7 going straight to the stair case, separating at the top one going right while the other going left. Tamaki and I start to head left while group 1 goes right of the stair case that is situated in the center of the room.
Once we reached the door to the left I cautiously open one side of the double doors while Tamaki has his gun at the ready. No response so Tamaki looks into the long hallway to see 3 guards unconscious on the floor. He steeps into the hall and waves me in signaling that it is safe to do so.
I started walking down the hall quietly along the wall to the right, while Tamaki goes along the left. I reach wear the hall divides to the right, I signal Tamaki to stop and be quiet. I peek around the corner to see two guards conversing about the break in. I quickly pull back and signal to Tamaki that there are two guards.
Tamaki replies using hand gestures that he will go to the other side of the hall on three. He counted down with his fingers and on three he leaps over to the other side, once he reaches the other side we both shoot at the guards just as they notice us.
Once both guards fell to the ground unconscious for the bullets we are using aren't meant to kill them. They will only knock them out for around 3 hours as well cause as memory loss for the last 10 to 20 minutes. We walked over to the door directly across from the hall and found that the ID scanner and code keypad broken with the door slightly open.
I went through the door first holding my gun ready to shoot anyone if needed. There were two guards on the plush carpeted floor unconscious, with one of our operatives lying with a small pool of blood seeping into the cream carpet from a wounded arm. I waved Tamaki in as I ran to the girl on the ground, she was unconscious but still had a pulse. Tamaki ran over and checked the condition of her arm as I contacted Tatsumi.
"She has been shoot in the arm pretty badly, she has lost quite a lot of blood we need to get her to the medical team," Tamaki explained.
"We have an injured operative, female, unconscious, she has been shoot in the arm and is losing a lot of blood, we need the medical team in asap. We are in entrance room 1." I spook into my ear piece urgently.
"Ok I will send them now. Continue on." Tatsumi replied.
After we received our orders we moved her to the couch that was placed under the window and went to the closet opening the doors cautiously. We both jumped back when a bullet flew passed us.
"That was close," Tamaki stated nervously.
I slowly looked around the corner trying to see how many people there are. I saw three guards just as another bullet flew passed me.
"There are three of them," I told Tamaki.
We both began shooting in there direction, trying to aim at the guards while trying to avoid the bullets being shoot at us. As one of them went down Tamaki got another.
"Shit!" the remaining guard yelled in a panic as he saw the other two go down.
In his panic we both shot at him, causing him to fall as the two bullets meet his torso. With all three of the guards down I look to Tamaki to make sure he wasn't hit, as he looked at me. We both nod and went to check the men.
Just as we reached the men to confirmed that they were unconscious an armed man came through the entrance door, both Tamaki and I raised our guns ready to shoot. We both stop once we notice that the man is on our side. Every one lowered there guns when they realized there were no threats, the man that came through the doors waved his hand to signal it was safe and the medical team came rushing in.
After checking the men we got up and began to climb the steeps to the second flood. After we reached half way we slowly turned the corner to the second flight of stairs, holding our guns in front of us ready to shoot. Just as we turned the corner the window behind us shattered as a bullet collided with the glass, leading us both to quickly duck.
As I sat there next to Tamaki while we were shot at I looked out the window through my night vision goggles to find a tall building a small distance away, this building has one of our sniper team located on top.
I nudged Tamaki to get his attention, once he look over to me I whispered, "look out the window."
He looked out the window with a confused expression on his face, then he realized there were two snipers pointing in this direction. Just as he turned to me with a nod signifying that he understood, we heard the impact of a bullet hitting someone and a tumbling sound. I looked to the right to find an unconscious man, soon the shooting ceased to continue.
We both got up and slowly turned the corner, when no bullets were shot we continued to go up the remaining stairs. Once we reached the top we were meet with a set of large double doors. I looked to Tamaki for I could hear multiple gun shots coming from the other side of the door, and didn't know what to expect. We both steep closer to the door.
