A/N-I DO NOT OWN THE NAKED BROTHERS BAND!

Hey guys!

Okay I've been asked another question which I must answer:

I do not have a YouTube account. Sorry. (:

Enjoy the story!

I am so bored.

It turns out that staring at your bedroom walls and ceiling for about three hours, can get a little boring after a while. I mean, I thought the day wouldn't be so bad. Jesse wouldn't remember to give me my medication, so I was okay with that, and all I had to do was lie in bed all day and wait for Rosalina to come back. How hard would that be? It turns out, it's really hard. All I could do literally all day was sit there, and sometimes–very slowly and carefully–change my position. Other than that, I was useless. However by about eleven-thirty, the pain medication from last night had begun to wear off and I could feel my side beginning to sting with pain. I needed my pain medication, but where was Jesse?

Let me tell you something about me that you may not have known: I'm not good with pain. I'm not good with pain, at all. I never have been and I probably never will be. Even a pain that may not be that bad. So when the pain in my side, began to become almost paralyzing (for me anyway), I started basically freaking out. I'm screwed, I thought. Maybe this is how I'll die. Agonizing pain from a possibly severely bruised rib. I wanted to twist and turn or move–do ANYTHING–but this pain wouldn't let me.

Suddenly the door opened and Rosalina walked in. "Nat? Are you okay?" She asked worriedly, rushing over to my bed. "What's wrong? What happened?"

"My side," I said, wincing. "It hurts…where's Jesse?"

"I'm not sure. I didn't see her when I came in. She gave me a key this morning to just let myself in."

"I need the medicine…now."

"Okay, okay, I'll get it." She rushed out of the room and took what felt like hours (and were actually only minutes) to come back. When she did, she came with a glass of water again but that was fine. I'd do anything now.

I quickly took the glass from her and drank it down quickly. I set it on my bedside table and winced again. "Why isn't it working?"

"It takes time to work, relax. It'll kick in soon." She took my hand. "Just relax, Nat," She said soothingly. "Just relax."

Rosalina's POV

I could tell Nat got more and more anxious as time passed and the medication wasn't kicking in. I knew it would, but it would take time. And it wasn't helping that he wouldn't calm down. "Hey, hey, Nat, look at me."

When he locked eyes with me, I could tell that he was hurt, and he was scared, just like in the ambulance.

"It's going to be fine. You'll be fine, okay? You just need to relax. Stressing out about it won't help."

"I know but it hurts, Rosalina."

"I know it does. So think about something else."

"How was school?" He asked, gripping my hand tightly. (But I didn't mind.) "Did the guys ask about me?"

"Yeah, I told them that you'd be back in a few days. I told them you got into a fight with this guy on the street, and everyone but Cooper believed it."

"So what'd you tell Cooper?"

"I just told him that you were fine, and that'd you be back soon. He didn't ask any other questions."

Nat nodded. I could tell he was thinking of something else to say. "What about Alex? Is he okay?"

"He's fine. I made sure he got to school okay."

"Rosalina…I think we need a more responsible adult than Jesse," He said out of nowhere.

I laughed. "Do you see why taking your medicine is so important?"

"I still hate it," He said, rubbing his eyes.

"Tired yet?"

"Sort of…"

I stood up from the bed. "Well I have to get back to school, okay? I'll be back in a few hours with Alex."

"Okay, I'll see you later and Rosalina?"

"What is it?"

"Thanks."

I smiled. "You're welcome."

After school I took Alex home, and made sure he got in okay. This time Jesse was there, and hopefully she'd been actually keeping an eye on Nat.

"Aren't you gonna go talk to Nat?" Alex asked, noticing me heading for the door.

"Just tell him I'll stop by later," I said. "I should probably get home."

"Okay, thanks Rosalina."

"Oh and hey Jesse," I said, stopping in the kitchen. "Where were you this afternoon? I came in during lunch and no one was here."

Instead of her looking worried or freaked out like I thought she would, Jesse just smiled and said, "Oh well in the morning I was here and Nat was sleeping so I thought it'd be okay to go run some errands you know? But then my sister Tessie called and she was talking for so long that I forgot that I had to get home! But then I saw what time it was so I was like 'Tessie I have to go.' So when I finally got off the phone with her, my sister Bessie called and she was telling me about this new hair stuff that she got so I forgot again and so I didn't come until around 1 o'clock and by that time I checked on Nat he was still sleeping, but I didn't go anywhere this time and I've been home ever since."

Well Nat was right about one thing. Jesse wasn't exactly 'World's Most Responsible Adult.' "Oh…well, just try to keep an eye on him, okay? Make sure he takes that pain medication." Even though I probably should have, I didn't tell Jesse about the little mishap at lunch.

"I will. Thanks for taking care of Alex, Rosalina."

"Anytime, I'll see you later Alex!" I called to him.

"Bye Rosalina!"

A/N-Sorry it's a little short. It'll be longer next time I promise! (:
