With Davos gone, the Immortal Weapons retire until his return. Inside the basement of the arena, Dog Brother #1 sits at a table, staring at his plate of food. Danny comes in and sits across from him, "It's too bad about your loss." Dog Brother smiles, "I'm from the city of lost people. It makes sense I suppose,, avoiding the outside world."

The Bride of Nine Spiders sits at the table as well with a smile, "I feel the same way."

"Seems to be a prevailing thought amongst the Seven Cities," Danny sighs, "So no hard feelings?"

"I suppose I can respect you," she says with a playful smile.

Fat Cobra sits down beside them and hands Dog Brother a cup, "You fought well," he says cheerfully.

Dog Brother looks up at him with stern eyes but a smile soon crosses his face, "I suppose I have," then he takes the cup.

"I still have to wonder what the hell Davos is up to," Danny states finally.

Not far away, Colleen and Mistys' jaws drop as Davos stands before them, "Come to save your precious Daniel Rand?," he asks, "I assure you he is safe... until I enter the arena with him, that is."

"How are you still alive?," Colleen stammers.

"I don't care," Misty steps forward and takes aim, "He's dying a second time."

One the archers fires an arrow that takes the gun out of Misty's hands. He scoffs and leaps forward with a kick that sends her into a wall and knocks her unconscious. Colleen raises her sword but he catches her wrist and backhands her to the ground, also rendering her unconscious. In the next instant, a foot lands against his back and throws him to the pavement. Orson pulls off his outter garments and drops it on the ground behind him, "Now let's see how well you fight a man."

"The legendary Orson Randall," Davos rises, "I've heard so much about you."

"I get that a lot. Care to tell me who the hell you are?"

"Davos, the Steel Phoenix, the son of Lei Kung the Thunderer."

"I knew your great grandfather."

"I know. The men of my family are fools who waste the power of the Iron Fist on outsiders!"

"What can I tell ya, I never asked for it."

"That's exactly why an outsider is unworthy of it."

"For a guy who hates outsiders... You chose to abandon your own people pretty easily, it seems. You're working with Crane Mother, right?"

"I am her champion, the Immortal Weapon of K'un-Zi."

"Wow. How'd that happen? She can't be that much of a charmer."

"Revenge makes strange bedfellows."

He leaps into the air with a kick to Orson's chest, sending him to the ground where he rolls back on his feet to recover. Davos presses the attack and he blocks the knee-strike with his own shin, then jabs him in the throat. Davos responds with an uppercut and follows through with his momentum to spin around and deliver an elbow to the bridge of his nose. Orson falls to the ground again and Davos kicks him in the side, "Is this the Orson Randall of legend? Some useless old man past his prime?". Orson charges the Iron Fist, "You talk too much," and slaps his hands through the pavement, sending white-hot chunks of rock into Davos' face. He screams and falls back, which allows Orson the opportunity to kick him in the ribcage and push him to the ground. Davos claws at his face, revealing a red scar running down his brow and cheek.

"And just so you know," Orson stands over him, "Your great grandfather would be disappointed."

Davos clutches his hand tightly to his chest and a violet glow emits from inside his body; slowly, he rises and the red cut across his face heals itno a scar. Orson takes a step back but Davos is quick and strong. He slams his fist into Orson's chest and sends him off his feet. As Orson picks himself up, he strides forward with intense determination. Misty and Colleen both stir on the ground as they come to.

Davos turns to the Daughters standing nearby and raises his hand as if recieving something. The Daughter steps forward, takes her knife from her belt, and hands it to him. Orson catches his breath and begins to charge again, only for Davos to turn, shoving the blade into his stomach as he forces him against the wall behind him. Misty screams, "No!" and Colleen can only stare in horror. Orson sinks to the ground, a bloody stain now on his shirt. Davos casually tosses the knife back to the Daughter with a satisfied look on his face. Colleen and Misty both rush to Orson, craddling him. A drop of blood emerges from the corner of his mouth but he smiles.

"It was bound to happen eventually," he croaks.

"This wasn't supposed to happen," Misty begins to sob.

"It's not your fault," he tells her as he closes his eyes, "Tell Danny -"

He doesn't finish his sentence and Colleen and Misty are left holding one another over his body. Meanwhile the Daughters and the archers surround them with their weapons drawn. "Take them to the tower," Davos commands them, "I have a tournament to win."

In the arena, the Tiger's Beautiful Daughter approaches Crane Mother, bows, rises and begins, "Crane Mother, I respectively ask you to tell me where Davos is."

"Know your place, Li Hua," she snaps.

"She has a right to be suspicious," Lei Kung and the others join her, "He has been gone too long. We demand answers."

"If you are so impatient, I will give you your answer...," Crane Mother begins just as Davos reenters the arena. He nods to her and silently takes his place. "... Your answer is that he's here now," she continues, "We can begin the match." They glare at her and takes their seats. Hua, meanwhile, walks out onto the center of the arena to wait for the match to begin.

In the basement, Green Mist walks into the room, "Come quickly," he tells the gathered Immortal Weapons, "Davos has returned and the match will begin." They rush out to watch the fight and when they reach the window, they notice Hua and Davos standing on either side of Crane Mother as she announces the fight to the audience.

"He has a scar," Danny notices.

"What?," Fat Cobra turns to him.

"Davos has a scar across his eye now. How'd he get it?"

"There's more to him and Crane Mother than they let on," Green Mist says angrily.

Misty's hands are shackled to a stone wall. She sits quietly as the Daughters also shackle Colleen across the room. They turn and leave the dark dungeon, closing the barred door behind them. "It's all my fault," Misty finally says aloud.

"No, it's not your fault," Colleen reassures her, "None of this is."

"If I didn't try to go after Danny. If I didn't have you and Orson come with me -"

"Don't do this to yourself, Misty. We both chose to follow you. We knew what we were getting into."

"It doesn't help resolve the fact Orson's dead because of me."

"Don't think about it. Danny will get us out of here soon and we can put this whole thing behind us."

"What if he gets killed too?"

Colleen doesn't have an answer. They sit quietly in the dungeon.
