Danny and Davos race down the length of the hallway and leap into flying kicks where they collide in mid-air and drop to the floor, then roll away from one another and gain their footing before attacking again. Danny throws the first punch, which Davos blocks with the stump of his severed hand and strikes him across the jaw with his good arm. Danny falls back, riding the momentum to the floor where he takes Davos off his feet with a sweep kick. He responds by springing back on his good hand and landing on his feet. Danny presses the attack with a flying knee that throws Davos on his back. "You've gotten slow since coming back from the dead," Danny tells him.

Davos stands to his feet, gritting his teeth. A violet glow emerges from within and soon moves to his bandaged stump. The bandages soon ignite in flames and some strips fall away, burning as a glowing fist blasts its way out. "Let's make it even, shall we?," Davos asks. He swings his fist against a nearby column, easily slicing right through it. A large section crumbles and falls away and Danny barely manages to throw himself out of the path of falling debris. He rolls along the ground and stands up in time for Davos to leap over the broken pillar and land a flying kick against his chest. Danny falls to the floor near a doorway leading to a staircase and as Davos strikes, he ducks down, wrapping both arms around his waist and throws him over his shoulder where he hits the stairs and falls into the darkness. He stops to catch his breath for a moment before descending the stairs.

Misty and Colleen run through an alley but stop once they hear the sound of boots stomping down the wide street ahead. They back away as Crane Mother's army marches past. "Our way out is on the other side of that street," Misty whispers, "It's gonna be hard getting past an entire army." Colleen turns to her and whispers back, "We'll wait for them to pass." As if on cue, the entire army comes to a dead stop and the two women watch curiously as the Daughters of Crane Mother remain motionless. Ahead of them, the Immortal Weapons stand defiant, side by side. The two groups stare each other down and Misty and Colleen hold their breath. It's a standoff.

Danny descends the steps and enters a dark, narrow hall with a low ceiling and several, smaller doorways; at the end is an open area with more stairs leading up. Knowing Davos could be hiding anywhere, Danny stops and concentrates while closing his eyes and breathing deeply. He calmly lowers his hands at his side as he tries to track Davos' chi signature. Then his eyes snap open. A second later, Davos emerges from a doorway and launches himself at Danny who narrowly avoids getting decapitated by a glowing fist. Davos swings again, taking out a chunk of the right wall as Danny backs away. Davos attempts a backhand that tears through the left wall. With Danny completely on the defense, Davos kicks him in the sternum and pushes him to the floor. He doesn't waste any time as he leaps and smashes his fist through the low ceiling and allows a chunk of granite to fall. Danny slides on his backside and spreads his legs as the debris drops in front of him, then he hops to his feet and unleashes the Iron Fist. Davos backs up, leaving the hallway as he leads Danny into the main area where there is plenty of room. Danny follows and the two pace around the room, each with a glowing fist. They say nothing as they pace.

Davos is the first to attack as he rushes in with a haymaker, leaving a trail of violet energy in its wake. Danny ducks and attempts an upper cut with a similar golden trail of energy but Davos leans back to avoid it. He takes two rapid punches but Danny cocks his head from side to side to avoid the attack, then goes for the legs. Davos somersaults away and the two pivot around until they are in the center of the room. From there, they begin to take increasingly fast-paced swings with their chi attacks, leaving trails of gold and violet energy with each swing and as they become more aggressive, there is little more than two intertwining light trails flowing around one another as they attempt to go for the kill. Finally, Davos darts to the side, kicks off the wall and flies at Danny who crouches low and performs an upperward swing. The two energy-fueled fists approach and the energy between them is drawn together, creating an emerald light just before they collide. Davos' energy hand is blasted off in a fury of sparks and he flails across the room before hitting the wall. Meanwhile, Danny is knocked to the floor from the impact. Davos is the first to get up as he notices his stump has returned along with burnt and torn bandages. As Danny shakes his head to clear it, Davos turns and races up the nearby steps. "Why can't he just stay in one place?," Danny mutters to himself and follows.

Meanwhile, the Immortal Weapons remain standing in the way of Crane Mother's army. Fat Cobra smiles, savoring the moment before speaking, "Well brothers and sisters, we may be immortal but that doesn't mean we'll live forever." He gives a roar and the other five members join in. The army doesn't make a sound but they attack all the same. The two groups run toward one another, meeting in the middle of the street as the Immortal Weapons bust through the first line with flying kicks. Misty and Colleen watch cautiously.

Davos makes his way up the steps to the outside where he reaches the top of the tower. He goesto the edge. overlooking the shorter towers and rooftops below while his archer stands alone, waiting patiently. "He's coming," Davos tells him and the archer silently removes a single arrow from his quiver and aims is at the staircase. Danny emerges and immediately gets a grazing arrow across his hip, which forces him to drop to a knee. "Good, leave him to me," Davos tells the archer but he does not listen. Instead, he pulls another arrow and takes aim. "I said leave him to me!," Davos shouts and angrily kicks him, forcing him to drop his bow and arrow before toppling over the side of the tower where he falls to his death.

Seeing his opportunity, Danny rolls along the floor and grabs the arrow and bow, quickly taking aim at Davos who gives a bemused smile. He walks along the edge of the tower as Danny keeps the arrow trained on him.

"I have known you almost my entire life, Daniel Rad-K'ai" Davos tells him, "I trained beside you. I know that at no point have you ever learned how to use a bow and arrow."

Danny rises and keeps the arrow pulled, "I've picked up a few tricks recently."

Danny slowly ignites the Iron Fist once more as he holds the arrow on the bowstring. Davos says nothing but only tilts his head to the side as his smile slowly fades. The chi energy glows brightly in Danny's hand and gradually makes its way along the shaft of the arrow and ends at the head where it grows even brighter. Davos becomes very concerned and quickly looks for a means of escaping, soon finding a shorter tower down below. He steps back, readies himself, and makes a run for it. The arrow bursts into flames as Danny continues to hold it, and as Davos leaps off the edge, he releases it. Davos drops down to the tower below as the flaming arrow follows him down. He lands at the edge of the tower and rolls onto his feet while the arrow hits the lower part of the roof where it explodes. The explosion raises the entire back end of the tower roof before Davos can stand, sending him into the air as the floor rises below him. The entire top portion of the roof is pushed off the tower, grinding stone against stone and sending thousands of bricks toppling to the ground below along with Davos. Smoke and debris follow the tower down until it hits the inner wall and creates a massive, gray cloud and as Davos falls he disappears inside the smoke, his screams quickly fading into an echo. Meanwhile, up above, Danny tosses the bow off the side and takes a moment to survey the destroyed temple below and the pillar of smoke rising. There is no sign of Davos.
