Chapter 8

The two sets of twins and Felix were standing outside the gym. The tweebs in their mad dog outfits holding their masks. The group was chatting while waiting for Kim, Ron and Monique before going into the gym to watch the Possibles practice. Finally, the trio turned the corner with Monique carrying Ron in her arms and Kim in her uniform.

"Sorry guys thought I'd change in the rest room. Any opportunity I have to avoid Bonnie I'll take." said Kim. "Ditto" said the tweebs . " And I finally got to hold this cutie!" Monique squealed. Ron groaned and slapped his forehead causing Felix to chuckle and say. " Ron man, I can't believe you let her do that!" " You wonna trwy aruwing wiv her?" Ron responded to which everyone laughed. " Ok, ok good point." Felix said. "Ok, it's time to start." said Kim and with that they went into the gym. The Possibles moved onto the floor and everyone else went to the bleachers.

Kay's eyes were darting around as she moved to her seat on the first bleacher next to her sister May, who was sitting next to Monique, with Ron and Rufus in her lap and Felix on her other side parked at the end of the bleacher. May put a hand on Kay's shoulder. " It's ok, K." May smirked at there inside joke. " We're just waiting for Kim to get done, then we're off to the mall." she said. Kay nodded her head still unsure of her self in the room full of cheerleaders. All attention was brought back to the gym floor when Bonnie noticed the Possibles.

"Bout time Possible! What happened. Have to change you BF's diaper?" Bonnie sassed. " Ok everyone, places! We're doing the pyramid first to warm up!" Kin shouted, ignoring Bonnie and getting Jim and Tim's attention. They were ready to fight with anyone fore picking on their honorary ( and temporary) little brother.

All the girls got into position including Bonnie at the left base of the pyramid. As the team was doing their routine, the tweebs were running on all fours waiting to cut in front the formation to catch Kim. May and Kay were almost drooling over them.

Monique looked at the girls and thought "I wonder if I can win another bet like I did on Kim & Ron?" . Felix looked at them from his wheelchair and thought "Aw man not again!". On gym the floor, Kim landed on top of the pyramid and the tweebs were almost in position, with Tim on the right and Jim on the left in front of Bonnie. Suddenly, Bonnie's cell phone, which was clipped to her hip went off. She instantly forgot about the team and answered it, dropping Hope and Tara on Jim who gave a dog like yelp.

Kim was able to backflip off the pyramid and land with a roll. " BONNIE WHAT THE-" Kim shouted as she got up. " Junior! I'd love to go on a date! " Bonnie screamed into her phone. Kim was trembling with rage as her friends in the bleachers moved to help their classmates. People who knew Kim Possible knew that there are two good ways to piss her off. A: harm her team mates, & B: hurt her baby brothers. If you're stupid enough to do both God help you. Bonnie continued her phone call completely oblivious." great I'll see you at-" " I. HAVE. HAD IT!", all eyes in the gym went to the furious red head. "You are off the squad Bonnie NOW!". Bonnie rolled her eyes and said "As if, K! It's no different than your PDA thingy." An evil smile crossed Kim's face that would make Shego proud. She reached into her pocket and got out said PDA then hit the call button.

" Hi Kim." Wade said on the screen. " Hey Wade, can you call Mr. Barkin and tell him that we need him in the gym ASAP?" Kim replied " Got it Kim." Wade said as the screen went black. No more than a second later the gym doors slamed open. " What is it Possible?!" Mr. Barkin barked. "Well sir," Kim smiled as she spoke to Barkin and proceeded to tell him what happened. Barkin said " Ok Possible, I'll kick Rockaller off if I can find someone to take second in command." Bonnie was shocked and yelled " WHAT!". Ignoring her, Barkin scanned the crowd. Everyone avoided eye contact hoping not to be chosen. Untill Barkin's gaze set on a new face.

Kay's blood drained from her face and her eyes went wide. Only one thought went through her mind. " Oh crap!" Barkin smiled and asked " What's your name?" Kay gulped, " Um…..Kaylee Mathews, sir." she said to Barkin. "You were the cheer captain at your old school, correct?" Barkin asked again. "Yes sir bu-"Kay tried to reply. "Ok then! It's settled!" Barikn ignored her. May spoke up, "But sir, there was a fight and-". Barkin yelled "I KNOW THAT MATHEWS!" to wich May gave a frightened "eep". Barkin took a breath and said "And I know why it happened.".

He turned back to Kay and said. "Good job by the way." Kay replied. "Um…thanks?" With that Barkin turned to Bonnie and said in a threatening whisper, "Follow me." Barkin left the gym with the queen bee in tow. As they left you could hear Bonnie grumbling about being replaced with a "Clone brat freshmen." Kay was shocked to say the least. "Uh… what just happened?" she asked. " I think you…" Jim began, "…just got drafted." Tim finished.

May walked up and put a hand on Kay's shoulder. "Sorry sis." Kay let out a sigh and said " It's alright M, not your fault." Jim and Tim approached with apologetic looks, "Sorry you got stuck as a cheerleader but…" Jim started. "…we've got your back and…" Tim cut in. "…so will our big sis." Jim ended. Kay smiled and said, "Thanks guys but I don't-" "Ok that's it for today everyone. See you all on Monday!" Kim dismissed practice. The tweebs thought for a moment and Tim said, "hey Kay, why don't you ride with us so…" Jim cut in "…you can talk to Kim on the way to the mall?" May lit up immediately and said, "great, I'll ride with Monique." then turned and walked away, leaving Kay with Jim and Tim.

Kay looked at her feet not liking the idea. Jim took her hand, "It's ok." he said with a smile. Tim sensing that sitting next to his twin would do Kay a world of good yelled, "Shot gun!" then booked it to the Sloth, leaving the two to wallk too car hand in hand.

Tim flew into the passenger seat surprising Kim she placed Ron in the car seat. Kim watched as Jim opened the car door for Kay, who slid in next to Ron. As Kim looked at their hands clasped together, she thought, "Oh boy."
