Hungary opened up the letter with a small, warm smile, reading it over before getting out her pen and a nice pad of stationary to reply. It had been a while since she had received a letter.

Ah, well, I got it not too long ago. Within the last 500 years or so. I got it at a store like the rest of you!

Sometimes. I've only had to replace it twice; once was because I misplaced it and the other was... well, it may be a bit too violent to explain.

I'm not sure. I've had so many that it's hard to keep up!

Privet Dear Russia,

I just wanted to say you're one of my favorite country's of all time. You and I are a lot alike in the sense that we are both lonely and just want some friends... Plus, if we're honest with ourselves we can be kinda cruel at times. I was just wanting to ask maybe we could be friends? I live in Texas so it's really warm here and no snow at all.. There is actually a song about a city in Texas the songs named "there's no white Christamases in Houston". So maybe you can come visit here for some warmth and I can visit there for some cold? And just saying I may be American but honestly I don't really like America all that much and hate burgers and the way we seem to shove our beliefs on others.. But maybe we could be friends hopefully..?

P.s. Sorry this letter is so long but I sent a bunch of miniature sunflowers that I hand picked. They grow all over the place here! I hope they got to you alright!

Lithuania smiled nervously as he handed his master the letter. Luckily, Russia seemed very happy to take it, and after reading it, he even offered the poor Baltic nation a break! After getting a letter to return to the person of course. He had a few tries before actually completing the letter; it had to be perfect.

Privet! I would love to be friends, very much so. Ohh so you live in America? It is a rather horrible country at sometimes, da? ^J^ But perhaps I can come and visit you, and you visit me. I could use another person to help around this huge house.

France smiled at the heart-warming letter in his hands. Honestly, he had to wipe away a few tears at the corner of his eyes. It meant so much to him that he was cared about, and in return he could care about someone who needed him.

Dear Country of Amour, AKA France,

First heads up this is gonna be long. sorry. I just wanted to say thanks. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you. I know it may not seem like you did much but it meant a lot to me. Now your probably wondering what I'm talking about. You see I heard a quote from you... "Those who call theme selves ugly don't realize somewhere out there thinks they're the most beautiful person in there eyes" It literally has saved me from going back to cutting and made me not think things like suicide several times. You see I'm rather chubby. I'm not model like and around where I'm from if your not you get picked on. Allot. Add to the fact that I've got scars from a lot of different things besides just cutting and I'm punk and bisexual in a very judgmental town and you have yourself taking drastic measures to ease the pain. But then one day I heard your quote... It really spoke to me... And I decided I wanted to not just live but thrive. Now-a-days I'm happy and living life to the fullest even if I get picked on and I haven't cut in over a quarter of a year. So thanks again. I might not be here if it wasn't for you. So if England is saying stuff about you not winning in a war just know you were a big ally and helped me win mine.
