I hope you all had a merry Christmas and that you all will have a happy new year in 2015. Sorry I missed Christmas, but everyone did (whilst playing Super Smash Bros!). As a late Christmas present, I wish to give you an awesome Chapter 6. Also, for question of the year, what was your favorite Christmas Present ever (other than Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric, rated 10000/1)?

Pinkamena Diane Pie's P.O.V:

Then, the weirdest thing happened! Sonic rose his hand and did what seemed like he threw something at Rarity's face. Rarity's eyes went all white and her mouth opened wide. She began to choke, and regurgitate something. Dark Sonic stood there silently, lowering his hand, and Flutterbat and I were crazy confused. After a minute, a light emitted from Rarity's mouth, and a dark entity with yellow eyes crawled out. "Whoa! Whoawhoawhoa! Okay, kid. You don't have to tell me twice." The entity said in its scratchy and nasal voice. It hopped back into Rarity's mouth, and re-exited with a fedora on its head and a suitcases in its two tiny hand things. It hopped onto the ground and crawled away, before seeping through the walls presumably left the building, disappearing in a foggy texture. Nightmare Rarity shrieked in pain as her size shrunk, and her mane and coat were back to normal. I couldn't believe it! What was in that hedgehog's hands.

Then Sonic reached behind him and threw something to Flutterbat, who was cowering in a corner. She cringed before her mouth opened, and the same thing that happened to Rarity happened to the batmare, only with a louder scream. Soon enough, she was back to regular ole' weak and pathetic Fluttershy. And I honestly, panicked. I was all that was left. Sonic threw the same thing at me, to which I ducked out of the way. "You can't get me that easily. Don't you know who I am? I am freaking Pinkamena Diane Pie!" Dark Sonic stayed silent. "What's wrong? Cat got your tongue?" Dark Sonic didn't reply. I was beginning to enjoy myself as I constantly threw insults not fit for a fanfiction about a show rated TV-Y7 and a videogame rated E10+.

"You have a lot to say. How about a game, Pinkie?" The hedgehog finally asked, cutting me off before I could curse him out some more. It irritated me that he called me that so nonchalantly. But, I was interested. "If you win, then I will succumb to your every whim after you knock some sense into me,"

"You do know who I am, right?" I smirked. I didn't know why... but my Pinkie Sense was going off like crazy. It felt like something was going to eat me for dinner and spit me out just to make room for dessert. I ignored it. I wasn't sure why. Maybe I was getting a bit too cocky and a bit excited.

"And you'll find out what happens when I win when we get there," Dark Sonic's smile shrunk in size, but grew in smugness. My smirk grew. "Showdown time."

(I'm the laziest and least creative person I know. I'll leave the game that they play in your capable imaginations.)

"You lose..." WHAT? No way! This couldn't happen. This is a game! I never lose in a game! In a flash, I was pinned to the ground. Sonic was on top of me. He reached behind him. He pulled out the bottle, and shook it. I walked right into a trap. He opened it, and quickly poured the liquid onto me. The black substance splashed onto me; it felt like a gel. I slowly swiped some off, and lifted it up into my field of vision. It was a bubbling black liquid, and the longer that it was on my hoof, the more it burned. Then, my own mouth opened on its own...

That damn hedge-hoe tricked me! SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNNNIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC!

Fluttershy's P.O.V:

(Music Continue: Monster by Skillet)

Oh my gosh! What was happening to Pinkie?! She was spitting out some dark stuff and her mane wouldn't keep still as it inflated and deflated over and over again. It kept switching between straight and poofy. And why was I attached to a wall? I then saw Sonic. He was completely black! What happened to him? Pinkie returned to her normal poofy maned self, and as soon as that was finished, and the black entities from Pinkie's lips evaporated, we were released. I was happy when I witnessed Rarity fall down okay as well. Sonic began to laugh. "What a maroon. It should be easier to impale you now. Those dark entities that somehow managed to sneak into your systems are gone now, but soon your lives will join them." Sonic said. No. That wasn't Sonic.

"I'm sorry, Mister Sonic, but it's us? Your friends," I pleaded with him. My facial expression became one of fear, and so were my friends. "We have to get out of here. Please, Sonic." I started crying. I was so afraid, and I was afraid of a friend.

Pinkie limped forward, and then toppled down. "Beware of Dark Sonic." She sighed as she fell to the ground.

Rarity stood with me however. "I do not respect your actions today, Mister Sonic. Attacking innocent young women? What is wrong with you?" She scolded Sonic. Dark Sonic stayed silent, and would most likely be rolling his eyes if he had any that were visible. "Okay, we weren't so innocent. But that's in the past. Please, come back to us Sonic."

Dark Sonic rose a fist, ready to strike, but before he could attack, a secret door in the wall was kicked open. There was Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Spike, and Trixie. I was so grateful, my crying intensified. "Hold it right there!" Rainbow Dash shouted. She flew over to us, and scooped me up in her hooves, and delivered me to the rest of the group. "I'll get everypony out! You guys, take care of the rat!" She ordered before flying the both of us out of the basement at top speed.

The Great and Powerful Trixie's P.O.V: (Why do I keep doing this?)

Trixie and her entourage went on the offensive first. Trixie used her amazing magical prowess in order to stop the hedgehog in his tracks by turning the soil under him into a pt of sand, sinking him under the ground. He sunk into quick sand, and unable to move, Applejack bucked him out of the sand. Dark Sonic went flying towards Spike. Panicked, the small dragon exhaled loudly, creating a small fire, only enough to give Sonic first degree burns. He should be grateful. Sonic quickly recovered, and jumped into the air. Then, he started FLYING. Celestia, damn it. He fired down magical blasts of energy, which we all scattered in order avoid. Trixie being the jeneus (genius) that she is, used her magic to grab an energy attack, and threw it back at Sonic. It hit him as he was not expecting that, naturally. Applejack and Spike managed to pick up on this amazing strategy of Trixie's, and used pieces of debris in order to block the attacks towards Sonic instead of them. Talk about originality.

Sonic's stomach began to bubble, and he dropped to the ground. He held his stomach, and looked like he was going to throw up. Spike picked up a small rock, and chucked it at Sonic. It hit his stomach, and Sonic's eyes and mouth opened wide, and a white light emitted from his body. As the light dimmed, everypony removed a limb from in front of their eyes to find Sonic on the floor and a very large black slimy creature venture across the basement. Trixie rushed over there, and used her magic to pin the thing onto the wall. Then, and amazingly I might add, I scrubbed it on the wall until it was just a tiny speck, and teleported it somewhere else. I was content and calm about defeating the antagonist, naturally. "I AM THE GREAT AND POWERFUL TRIXIE, DESTROYER OF EVIL!" Trixie screamed. (Who put that in there? I didn't do that!)(*1)

Applejack and Spike's P.O.V:

Yeah, she did. And then we were all like, "Calm down, it's only a bug less than half the size of your hat. Anyone could have simply stepped on it."

Fluttershy's P.O.V:

Thank goodness we left that dreaded forest this evening. Everyone was so sleep deprived, but Sonic was the worst. When he returned to the group, his eyes were red and he limped as he walked, falling asleep every few seconds and land on top of whoever was in front of him. If not a pony then the ground. Eventually, we insisted that he should sleep on Applejack's back as we ventured back to Ponyville.

Since Sonic was an technically an animal and he had already stayed at my cottage for quite some time, I insisted that he should stay with me in my cottage once again for some rest. Trixie and Spike would stay at Rarity's boutique and sleep there. And Rainbow Dash, Pinkie, and Applejack would go to their own homes themselves. The library however, stayed empty. As we broke through the sliced sunlight and entered the clear plains of Ponyville, we temporarily broke up. Applejack transferred Sonic from her own back onto mine, and the two of us went to the cottage not too far from our current location. Trixie, Spike, Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Applejack went back to the more crowded part of Ponyville. It wouldn't be the same when either Applejack or Rarity pass by their sister's empty rooms, or if Spike didn't have to pass by an empty library.

"I know that everyone is upset about what happened tonight. So, why don't you all come over to Sugarcube Corner tomorrow morning before the store opens, and the Cakes and I will prepare the greatest breakfast of your teenage lives!" Pinkie said, her smile coming back. Everypony took a second to think. Then, we all nodded. It was unanimous. Tomorrow, Pinkie would serve us food to try and cheer us up.

Sonic the Hedgehog's P.O.V:

I was on top of Eggman's Incredible Interstellar Amusement Park. That black void was eating it up. It was eating me up. If Twilight or those wisps hadn't saved me, I'd be dead. Then, I was whisked into the present, or the future really. I was Dark Sonic once again, fighting against Zavok. Actually, I was lying under Zavok's foot. He laughed. "I told you it was a mistake to try and fight me. Especially all alone. Now, Sonic the Hedgehog. You shall die. Magically, he lifted me up. He grabbed a hold of my head and neck. I heard it snap as he twisted it out of place with his full strength.

3rd Person P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Sonic Rush Adventure - Windmill Village Mode 3)

When Sonic woke up the next day, he had a migraine the size of planet Mars. A small planet, but still really big. Oh man, what a crazy dream? I don't die. Seriously consciousness, get with the times. He looked out the window. It had just reached the crack of dawn as he watched Celestia's sun rise up from the horizon and strike him in the eyes. He got up from out of the bed and began to walk towards the door of the room until he heard a rustling coming from the other side of the bed. He turned around and saw Fluttershy's head peek from under the blankets. He leaned towards the Pegasus' ear, and whispered "Boo."

"EEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPP!" Fluttershy awoke without any hesitation and shrieked as she moved her hooves around in fright, also smacking Sonic off of the bed.

He landed with a slam on his head, and Fluttershy looked down, and saw Sonic on the floor, rubbing his head in pain. "Oh? Sonic are you okay? Why are you on the floor? Didn't you sleep in the bed?"

Pinkie Pie's P.O.V:

Alright. All of the waffles are just about ready. Mrs. Cake and I have been working so hard for the past thirty minutes. Could you believe that we had already made 111 hay bacon strips, fifteen gallons of orange juice, and over seventy waffles? Now, we just have to make twenty more. All nine of us should be able to have ten waffles. And with the arsenal of food, everyone should be perfectly energized for the day. And no, I did NOT go "over-the-top". Then again, I've never seen a toaster electrocute itself with its own sweat.

3rd Person P.O.V:

Once everyone had reached Sugarcube Corner it was nearing 8:30 am. Pinkie noticed her friends from out the window, and opened the door. The smell of waffles, pancakes, were consumed by the noses of the heroes, Trixie, early risers, and Eggman (who was in his pink evil sweater). "Come on in, guys! Hey, why do you guys look even glummer than yesterday?" Pinkie asked.

Sonic rubbed his head in pain from his fall from earlier. He hoped that there wasn't a bump. "Well, it is Monday morning. Nobody likes those." Sonic explained. Pinkie nodded. She then led the team into the store, and sat them all down at the tables of Sugarcube Corner.

"I will be in the kitchen, getting the final preparations finished for the feast with Mrs. Cake. Call me if you need me. BRB." Pinkie said after everyone had sat down. Then, she bounced into the kitchen with an enormous smile pasted on her face. Once the pink mare was gone, everyone sat in awkwardness. They had all made their mistakes the other night or they had to fight against a friend in order to calm them down.

"So, how about that hoofball game last night?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Oh wait, none of us saw it. We were in the Everfree."

Pinkie Pie's P.O.V:

After Mrs. Cake helped me bring out the pancakes, waffles, hay bacon, regular bacon, toast, and orange juice, I laid it out on a few tables combined. I then ran and got a huge pile of plates and bowls. I balanced it on my head as I carried the forks, spoons, and knives carefully in my hooves. Finally I rushed to collect all of the toppings. As I returned, the first thing that everyone decided to go for was the waffles. But that was it. Only waffles. And syrup. No toppings! I was going to change that! My toaster waffles needed their toppings. Syrup is not a topping anymore. It's a necessity to be poured on top. Well, some ponies are allergic, so maybe not. Ooh, that's good. It rhymes!

I took a seat between Sonic and Fluttershy, and raised up a cup. I then banged it with a spoon, causing it to make a gong like sound. Everyone dropped whatever they were holding onto their laps and looked at me with annoyance. "I have an important announcement to make," I started. "How dare you? If you are going to eat waffles, or in Sonic's case, chocolate chip waffles, then you use toppings!" Rarity was just about to point out that syrup was a topping, but I stopped her before she could start. "And don't you dare say that syrup is a topping. Cause it isn't. It is a necessity. And speaking of toppings, I have a little something that I thought of five seconds ago that should change your minds," I said.

I cleared my throat, and started singing the song in my head in a really cool auto tuned voiced. I have to thank Vinyl Scratch for that wonderful idea.

"You can start with the syrup poured on top, maybe not.
Apple chunks and cinnamon and honey if you got.
Bring on the chocolate spread!
Something green,
Something blue,
Something orange,
Something red.
Ham and egg tomato sandwich
Cut it nice and do some damage
Cream cheese pomegranate
Make it look like Jack or Janet!
X's and O's; make a Tic-Tac-Toe!
You can fill in the holes,
Let the syrup flow yeah!
Stack it,
Snack it,
Maybe you can bend it,
You can slice it up and dice it up
And then, make it up and friend it." (*2)

With my mane, I whipped out the toppings from off of my head, and landed them all in front of everypony. "Toppings! I made them for you, and you shall eat them!" I yelled as I sprayed whipped cream all over my waffles. Everyone reached for the toppings and sprayed them onto their breakfasts before grabbing another part of the meal to eat. Good. That's how you eat a Pinkie Pie breakfast.

3rd Person P.O.V:

111 hay bacon strips, fifteen gallons of orange juice, eighty-eight waffles, and a thousand toppings eaten later...

"Hey, Rarity, Fluttershy, Pinkie, I've got a question. How'd you turn into those alternate beings?" Sonic asked as he cut apart his final two waffles.

"Well, Pinkamena is a part of me, just like how your form is a part of you, isn't it?" Pinkie explained before biting down her hay bacon. Sonic nodded. "It's like a dark form of myself. But, it's... actually hard for me to explain..." Everypony gasped at those words. Pinkie couldn't explain herself? WHAT!? "I mean, it just comes out whenever I get angry and I can't even control it very well. It's scary for me too, you know."

So, she just Hulks out on everyone. Sonic thought to himself and nodded in understanding. He gave Pinkie a small hug. "And, how about you, Rarity?"

"Well, this little transformation has occurred before between me, as well as, Fluttershy. I remember getting knocked unconscious by those dastardly robots, I struggled to hang on as Rainbow Dash flew off to find you, but then, I saw something a few yards away with glowing eyes. It crept towards me, and that's when I lost it all together. I suppose that is when it took over me."

"And 'Shy?"

"Um, I don't really know... Ow..."

"What's wrong? Are you okay? You look hurt." Rainbow Dash asked, worried for her friend.

"I think a bat might have bitten me, and as you know, I was also taken over. That must've turned me back into Flutterbat, but meaner than before. I never did fully return back to normal after that incident."

"Well, we still need more info behind the Everfree Forest and it's creatures. An investigation, most likely. Maybe even a trip to the library to do some research. I have been spending too much time around Twilight and Tails."

Fluttershy began to mumble something as if she were thinking aloud. Rainbow slightly overheard it. "Hey, Fluttershy might know something. Alright, 'Shy. The floor is yours."

Fluttershy jumped at all of the generously devoted attention towards her. "Yes, I... um... do know what those are. Those are Discord's helpers. They take over a body and follow a host's orders. Discord tries to help me around the house during the day when he doesn't feel like it himself, and they do a good job. But, I believe the magic of the Everfree Forest confuses them. And without Discord to control them, the Everfree became their host.

"I should have known that ruffian, DISCORD, was behind this mess!" Rarity exclaimed in anger. She began to rub her tongue clean as if she had just eaten something absolutely horrible.

"I don't think this is his fault. At least, not entirely. Those things have special ties to the Everfree Forest. It's like their home, but they don't have a landlord to help them live there safely."

"Makes sense, but unfortunately, Discord is with the Princess right now. Princess Celestia thinks that he can help us. Somehow. We can't just talk to him willy-nilly at the moment." Spike said, sucking on a gem. "I can try to write a letter, but we might not get a response until much, much later."

"Well, I'm officially stuffed. I can't sit here anymore. Spike, you work on the letter. I'm gonna hang out around P-ville." Sonic rose up two fingers in a sideways position, and ran out the door.

Rainbow Dash's P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Sonic Generations - Modern Planet Wisp)

I accompanied Sonic through Ponyville as he hung out. Then it became that we hung out. "So, where should we head next?" He asked. I shrugged. I took a minute to think of a good location as to where to look for the Deadly Six. We passed by the mayor's office building. Ooh! A Wonderbolts show poster! And it's in a few hours! I had completely blanked on that with everything that was happening. Stay cool, Dash, and you can play this off.

"How about Cloudsdale? We can get help from the Air Force of Equestria, the Wonderbolts. And they have a stunt show today, the Deadly Six might try to sabotage it. Even if they don't show, my parents live there, we'll be able to stop there to say hi." I said as nonchalantly as possible. Sonic was catching onto my fruity fan-girl affection for the Wonderbolts.

"Sounds like a plan. If memory serves me correct, I read that only animals with wings such as birds, Pegasi, and Alicorns can stand on clouds, right? But I've proven to be able to stand on clouds as well."

"That's right. How about you, me, and Fluttershy go and check this out?"

"You got it. Let's get Fluttershy."

We're gonna see the Won-der-bolts! We're gonna see the Won-der-bolts! We're gonna see the Won-der-bolts! Celestia, I'm so excited! We might even catch them before the show at the Academy! Horseapples! The Academy! I forgot about that too! I didn't tell her why I've been absent for the past two sessions! Spitfire's gonna cut my flank off and have it on a plaque hanging over the main hall fireplace!

Sonic the Hedgehog's P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Sonic Adventure 2 Battle: The Base)

"So, the Pegasi of the group will come with me to Cloudsdale. You guys can stay here, and do stuff. Hang around, learn friendship lessons, fend off against robots, whatever. Just please, watch Eggman with absolute care. I need to find my sidekick. I can't live without him." I said.

I was still upset about Tails going missing, Pinkie, Rarity, and Fluttershy's transformations, Twilight's disappearance, the kidnappings of the Cutie Mark Crusaders, and my own dark transformation. Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy have been trying to comfort me, but it still proves to be of no avail. That breakfast had made me a little better, but that was it. Then, Orbot dropped a bomb onto me. Make that a nuclear bomb. The size of Canada.

"If you don't find your friend in Cloudsdale, then, can I be your sidekick?" He asked innocently.

"What? Shut up! What kind of question is that?" I shouted at him in anger. Although, I can understand where he's coming from.

"I didn't mean anything by it," See? Innocent. "I just thought that it would be better to work with you than for Eggman." Totally understandable. I remember the kind of things that these three robots: Scratch, Grounder, and the original Coconuts had to go through for Eggman.

"Hello? I'm sitting right here, you know," Eggman said. I honestly forgot about him. He was sitting on his own little personal chair, working on Cubot. Didn't Tails already fix him?

"Orbot, no matter what, I won't fail again," I said confidently, now gaining the attention of everyone except for Eggman. "I will. Save. Tails!" After that last sentence, everyone with hooves began to clap.

"It's stuff like that that makes me want to be your sidekick. Tails is lucky. I wish I was so lucky. I'm stuck with Eggman." Orbot sighed.

Eggman turned around to face Orbot, and dropped a deactivated Cubot. "Seriously, I'm sitting right here. I can still hear you,"

Rainbow Dash's P.O.V:

The remainder of the Elements of Harmony sat in Twilight's library, looking through the newspapers from yesterday, the day before yesterday, and the day before that. I wonder why we were doing this. Well, I was looking for the location of the Wonderbolts show, but still. But, a more important question would be: Why the heck am I not featured in the front cover of ANY OF THESE NEWSPAPERS?! Just take a look at these ridiculous titles.

(For it to be two to four months after Sonic Colors, it would have to be after Sonic Generations, which would happen in the anniversary date, June 23, so I changed the date around.)

Blue Hedgehog over and over and over again. That hedgehog probably thinks that he's all high and mighty now. I was there too, you know! Whatever happened to the days where the paper said "Element of Loyalty Saves Wonderbolts with Legendary Sonic Rainboom!" or "Element of Loyalty Assists in Fight Against Changelings at Royal Wedding!" or, heck even remembering "Rainbow Dash Always Dresses in Style?! Element of Loyalty Found in the Spa!" would've been nice.

Anyways, I'm getting ahead of myself. Sonic, Fluttershy, and I have to get to Cloudsdale today in order to ask the Wonderbolts for help (Squee!... That didn't happen), and see if the Deadly Six's base is up there. Now that we know that they have magic equal in power or greater than Twilight or the Princesses, they could be anywhere on the planet! And we can't spend all day with this. The Wonderbolts show is at 4:00! It's already 9:30! We've got to move!

3rd Person P.O.V:

Two Pegasi ponies were in the wind watching office of the Weather Team Headquarters in Cloudsdale, making out intensely on the floor. One was male and had a black colored with a Mohawk. The other was a grayish blue female. They were supposed to be watching the wind's speed, hence the name of the room, but that was boring. And with two ponies who felt romantically excited around each other, it was only a matter of a few seconds after that door closed that they would start banging.

And of course, that one thing that kills the moment was their job. From the Wind Watcher, a few beeps began to beep. The female was concerned, and removed her mouth from her lover's. "Uhh... Thunderlane? That doesn't sound good. It's going at a remarkably fast rate,"

"It's probably nothing, Flitter," Thunderlane kissed his mare once again.

"Let me at least look at it for a quick second," The two kissed again.

"Fine. But make it quick!" Thunderlane whined. He was extremely thirsty.

Flitter got up from off of the floor, and looked at the screen Reading the wind's speed. "Oh my, Celestia. Thunderlane, come look at this!" She shouted giddily as she pointed at the large number.

Thunderlane reluctantly rose from the floor, and looked at the screen. "Wow. That's some strong wind. Almost 3000 kilometers per hour and still going? That's crazy. What could go that fast in Ponyville?"

Flitter shrugged and went back to the floor. "It's probably just Rainbow Dash trying out some new tricks or whatever. Come on, our shifts don't end for another hour and ten minutes."

"Oh yeah! Best job EVER!"

Fluttershy's P.O.V:

Rainbow Dash and I sat on the Equestrian Express train on our way to the Cloudsdale pickup station near Canterlot because I could never fly from Ponyville ALL THE WAY to Cloudsdale. Luckily we had just caught the train. Sonic had taken some time off while we were in the library collecting our stuff to run around. So by the time we had found him, we had only a few seconds before it left. So, Sonic ran with me in his arms through Ponyville.

I looked out the window and saw Sonic running alongside the train backwards, occasionally performing a trick or two in the air such as a back flip to turn around or jumping and then stomping the ground, getting a giggle out of me. He hasn't been there the entire time. Occasionally, he broke the sound barrier, and a few building windows, and then ran across Equestria to get somewhere else and back before the police could arrest him for property damage.

Once we arrived at the station, Sonic hopped onto Rainbow's back and prepared for take off. He placed a hand to his mouth and pretended for it to be a microphone. "Ksshh. Rainbow "Tornado III" Dash is prepared for take off, Mission Control, are we cleared for take off on the runway? Ksshh." He asked.

I assumed I was Mission Control, so I played along. I brought up my hoof to my mouth, and acted out, "Ksshh. Mission Control here, you are cleared for take off, over."

"Roger that, Mission Control. Pilot, let's roll out. Three, two, one... LIFTOFF" Rainbow Dash cheered as well. She tensed up, and I also flared out my wings. My best friends was the first in the sky, and I soon followed. And together, the three of us flew towards Cloudsdale.

Fluttershy's P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Sonic the Hedgehog 2 - Sky Chase Zone) or (Music Insert: Sonic Rush Adventure - Sky Babylon)

At first, everything was perfectly calm. The wind was great, and it was supporting us as it flew in our direction. And Sonic was whistling a tune.

But then a red ball of energy whizzed past us. "Hey! Not cool!" Sonic shouted. In front of us, three mechanical turtle shot at us from their mouths while supporting baby mechanical turtles on their backs. This would be so cute if those turtles were real and didn't want to harm us.

Rainbow and Sonic flew forwards a bit faster. And then, when the two were directly above the turtles, Sonic jumped off of Rainbow! I was scared for him, and I also sped up to catch him. Sonic curled up into a ball, and spun into each robot turtle on top of a robot turtle, landing on the larger turtle momentarily before attacking the others, using the large turtles as platforms. Unfortunately they were all going in the wrong direction.

Sonic hopped from the turtle and landed on my back! I could barely keep straight. I could barely hold up a bunny in the air, and now I had a seventy seven pound hedgehog on my back! I teeter tottered and flailed around, gasping and wheezing. Sonic noticed my condition, rolled off my back and performed a Sonic Boost in the air to land back onto Rainbow Dash's back. She's got the the power to fly Sonic to Cloudsdale. I do not.

Rainbow Dash flew back to avoid... a GIANT ROCKET?! Sonic grabbed my hoof, and the both of them flew over and under the rockets, at least from what it felt like. My eyes stayed closed and I counted to ten multiple times to calm down. Sonic then let me go, and I opened my eyes. Hopefully nothing like that would ruin the serenity again. I'll just forget about the rockets.

"Discord's a part of this, isn't he?" Rainbow Dash asked. Two grotesquely large purple robotic birds flew through the sky, releasing many parachuting Egg Pawns. Sonic spun through the robots, releasing the smaller real life birds that were previously trapped inside.

We were about halfway through to Cloudsdale when Rainbow Dash tapped me on the shoulder. "Hey, uh... do you mind stopping at my house first, Fluttershy? I have to do something important." Rainbow was my best friend. Of course I would do whatever she asked. I nodded in understanding. Once we could see the constructed structures made of clouds, I turned towards Rainbow Dash's house. Of course, I wouldn't go in, but I would go to our favorite hayburger shop, Hermes' Hayburgers, on the corner until then, so that was what I had told her. "Sweet! That place is still open?! Anyways, I'll be there, thirty minutes, tops." And with that, she blasted away in a rainbow colored blur.

Just as they left, more larger rockets took to the sky, nearly taking me along with them. "Oh my..." Where are these coming from?

Spitfire's P.O.V:

"All right, Wonderbolts and Wonderbolt recruits! Today you are to follow my orders EXACTLY. No ifs, ands, or buts!" I shouted to my assembled team in a straight line. "Sir, yes Sir!" They shouted.

"What are you all still standing around for, meatbags!? Get to training! I want to see a everypony in this vicinity do seventy-five push ups, one hundred jumping jacks, and five laps around the field by 2:30! And somepony make me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich!" I ordered. The Pegasi in their uniforms ran and flew around the field like a bunch of headless chickens. I liked that and didn't like that at the same time. I blew my whistle, and that got them in order, marching down the field in lines. "Now that's more like it,"

Just as I turned around to check on that pony who was supposed to be making me a sandwich, guess who I saw flying down at full speed? Rainbow Dash. The one mare who has missed two sessions at the academy back to back without an explanation of any kind. Instead of heading inside of my office to find a sandwich sitting on my desk, I'll have it transported out here instead. This was going to be a long talk.

When the mare arrived, she marched up to me, and saluted. "When I allowed for you to attend this academy, we had an agreement. You were to be punctual and prepared for the training that you had signed up for," I began.

"Yes ma'am. I am fully aware. And I sincerely apologize for the misconduct," Rainbow Dash apologized.

"I bet you are. Drop and give me fifty wing ups, cadet!" Okay, so the talk wasn't as long as I had thought. I'm just glad that I got to yell at her. Just as Rainbow started her wing ups, my sandwich arrived.

As we both finished my meal and part one of her punishment, Rainbow rose. "Permission to speak freely, Captain?" I rolled my eyes, and nodded. "I would like to share with you my explanation before you set me up to do laps or make you a sandwich, but I'll let him do all of the talking," What was she talking about? Who's "him"?

"Sonic the Hedgehog, Fastest Thing Alive, reporting for duty, SIR!" A loud, rambunctious shout rang out. Not only that, but almost all of my troops wandered away from their exercises, and towards Rainbow Dash and the owner of the voice.

"Wow, Rainbow Dash, I didn't know you were harboring a celebrity." Blossomforth said.

"I'm a celebrity too, you know," Rainbow argued.

"Yeah, but he's saving Equestria!" Cloud Chaser exclaimed.

"So am I. I've done it already. Like four times."

"Excuse me," I heard an unfamiliar voice. Then, a giant hedgehog walked up to me. "I'll repeat myself. Sonic the Hedgehog, Fastest Thing Alive and Savior of Multiple Worlds At Least a Million Times, reporting for duty, SIR!"

I chuckled. This was rich. "At ease, Private. My MVP has said that you have an explanation for me behind her absences. Is that right?"

"Yes ma'am. Rainbow Dash has been helping the me and my sidekick stop seven villains from taking over Equestria and destroying my own planet by traveling around the country. And recently, Princess Twilight has been captured, as well as our siblings. So, we set out to look for them. Most of it is my fault, honestly."

"Oh really, and this is all because of you? You're the reason as to why my cadet has been absent without any forewarning? So, let me tell you what. Rainbow Dash, you are to give me twenty-five laps around the entire academy and twenty suicides. You, Private Blue Guy, give me forty of each."

The rest of the academy started mumbling and whispering among themselves. They were not to disagree with my decisions. That was not their place. Soarin couldn't even go against my punishment decisions! Otherwise, HE'D be punished. All of them are final. No ifs, ands, or buts. For example, I decided to kick out Lightning Dust, and she hasn't even seen a Wonderbolt recruit or even a show since that very moment. I always make my decisions finalized.

"Quiet! I said no ifs, ands, or buts! Get back to work! Now you two, the clock is ticking. I want my laps done in three minutes!" I pulled of my stopwatch, and pressed start.

Sonic and Rainbow Dash exhaled dramatically before dropping down to the floor. Sonic landed on his hands and Rainbow landed on her wings. Down. Up. Down. Up. They repeated the same sequence over and over again except when Sonic did a couple of one-handed push ups without slowing down. Of course, Rainbow Dash finished her push ups first, and began to gallop at full speed through her suicides, stopping at the suicide lines of the runway. But Sonic wasn't too far behind. It was only a matter of a single minute before he was finished with his own push ups and started jogging through his suicides.

Back and forth. Back and forth. Back and forth. The two repeated the same sequence over and over again except when Sonic used a small burst of speed every once in a while, eventually catching up to Rainbow Dash's pace, even though she was supposed to be doing less than he was.

"Hey, Rainbow Dash, want to make these laps a race? We haven't genuinely raced ever since the amusement park." Sonic whispered in Rainbow's ear as the two of them lightly jogged to the race track.

"I'm game."

The two Fastest Things Alive dropped down at the starting line with a smug expression on their faces, but were careful not to smile too much that it would become apparent or they would feel even more of Spitfire's militaristic wrath. With a tweet of Spitfire's whistle, the two dusted away, leaving skid markings on the concrete.

Once they heard that whistle's ear piercing screech mixed in with all of Spitfire's hot air to create a sound loud enough to stretch all the way to Rainbow Falls, the other cadets paused whatever they were doing, and peered over their shoulders to watch Sonic and Rainbow Dash complete the many laps. The hedgehog and the Pegasus battled it out on the first stretch of the racetrack on the concrete runway, knocking into each other at rapid speeds. They were one hundred and ten percent serious about this race! Spitfire was amazed. Only a few ponies could stay behind Rainbow Dash, and yet this one hedgehog was keeping up with her neck and neck. Not even the Captain of the Wonderbolts could do that.

A conveniently left cloud ramp gave Sonic an assist in reaching across a large gap between Cloudsdale and Equestria below in order for him to safely land on the clouds. As soon as he landed, the two speedsters were racing along the clouds. With the ability to fly, Rainbow Dash did not have much trouble with the large S turns coming up. Sonic however, had to curl himself into a ball and tilt from side to side in order to drift through the turns without falling. Rainbow smiled as she was now leading and she rose up higher triumphantly. Sonic growled and rolled down a hill before hopping off of the cloud tracks and onto a pirate ship shaped cloud. As he ran, he noticed the cannons on the ships' sides. He hopped into one, and shot himself into the sky, going over Rainbow Dash. She looked up and saw Sonic who was making a goofy face as he bypassed her.

"Uhh, what's up with the clouds?" Sonic asked worriedly as he noticed darker clouds and sounds of thunder coming from the next part of the course.

"Oh yes! The Thundercloud! This should be interesting. Are you up to it, Hedgehog?" Rainbow asked excitedly.

Sonic couldn't let Rainbow Dash best him. He was now most definitely riding on her turf. This would be a walk in the park for the rainbow maned Pegasus, and Sonic was not about to let that happen! "I was born ready!"

As soon as Sonic landed, he could feel the static electricity in the air. His fur began to stand on end. As he ran, lightning struck down. If it wasn't for his quick step and even quicker reflexes, Sonic would have had to yell "Shazam" in order to survive being struck by lightning. He might have been faster than it, but lightning still had its own fair share of surprises. He performed his famous Sonic Boost, and tore through the sound barrier with ease, also performing his quick step as it did not force him to lose any momentum. He raced out of the cloud, and spread out his arms and legs, gliding down to the runway for the final stretch of lap one.

Rainbow Dash acrobatically dived and soared in between the lightning, which was admittedly impressive to Sonic. However, she was barely even close to Sonic now. That boost of his helped him gain some ground from her, and now she was most definitely losing this race. She had to make up some momentum if she was to even come in a close second.

Sonic boosted, slid, and quick stepped at the same time to increase his acceleration, blasting through the starting line as he began lap two. Hilariously and accidentally ripping Spitfire's uniform off of her. However, Rainbow Dash wasn't all too far behind. They repeated these laps twenty five and forty times respectively. It appeared to be close every lap, but Sonic always managed to leave Rainbow Dash in the dust with his spin dash and Sonic Boost, even lapping her a few times. And every single time he passed by, he taunted her with his famous line, You're too slow!"

As Sonic completed his fortieth lap, Rainbow Dash completed her twenty-fifth."Whoa... Two minutes and fifteen point seventy eight seconds. Th- That- That's an academy, no a WORLD record."

3rd Person P.O.V:

Sonic and Rainbow Dash were admittedly close to breathless. But, they had finished the punishment and that was all that matters. Except for one more thing... "Now that we're done, I would like to ask you a question from Princess Celestia herself," Sonic began. That got Spitfire's attention. She motioned for Sonic to continue. "Will you aid us in the Battle for Equestria?"

"Sure. Why the hell not? I'll get my two wing ponies, Soarin and Fleetfoot, and we'll be on our way to Ponyville to meet up with you as soon we get finished with class and the show today at the Cloudsdale Arena. You should come to it. I know that Rainbow Dash will be there. She loves us. I'll even let you in for free... Hero." Spitfire walked back to the field and started yelling at her recruits again. Sonic and Rainbow Dash chuckled before flying away to her house to meet up with Fluttershy and Rainbow's dad.

"That kid is something else, and her little boyfriend too. Huh, I always thought Rainbow would go for mares. There goes my fanfictions."

3rd Person P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Sonic Generations - Sky Sanctuary Modern)

"Hey, Fluttershy! You still here?" Rainbow Dash asked as she entered the hayburger joint. There was no reply, or at least not an audible one as there were many annoyed stares. Nopony liked being interrupted out of teenage arrogance. "I'll check the bathroom." Rainbow flew into the mare's bathroom and looked around. Sonic stood near the door and started to play with his sports tape, which definitely needed replacing. They were full of grass, dirt, feathers, and anything else in Equestria. Rainbow was suddenly in his face. "She's not here. Maybe she went over to my dad's house. If she's not there, then maybe our favorite park or with my mom." Sonic nodded and they both walked out of the fast food restaurant, except Rainbow was holding a bag in her mouth.

The two walked down the block and a round the corner before stopping at the only blue colored cloud home on the block. "It'll have been a year since I last saw them. I'm really excited."

"I can bet," Sonic rapped his knuckles along the door. It took a while, but eventually, the door unlocked, and Fluttershy was at the door. "Hello, Fluttershy." Sonic said.

"Oh, come in Rainbow Dash! Come in Sonic!" She said quickly as she allowed for the resident and guest into the house like a doorman.

"Mom!? Dad?! You around?" Rainbow Dash called out. Fluttershy motioned towards the living room, and Sonic and Rainbow followed her. In the room sat a pink Pegasus mare with blue shaggy hair and a dark blue stallion with a rainbow colored and well groomed mane. They both read a newspaper, and with Rainbow Dash on the cover! "Mom! Dad!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed. The two adults rose their heads and smiled at their daughter. Rainbow ran up to her parents and hugged them. "Mom, Dad! It's been a while since I last saw you. Life been good?" Her father nodded. The three embraced for a while before the pink mare noticed Sonic standing next to Fluttershy, having a mini conversation between themselves.

"Who's that young man?" The stallion asked.

The pink mare giggled among herself like a kindergarten schoolgirl. "Ooh, Rainbow. I always thought you went for mares. I mean, you went for F-"

Rainbow Dash shushed her parents before they could reveal too much. "That's not my boyfriend. He's just a guy helping me save the world. And FYI, that incident was when I was like eight!" As her parents walked away, she also mumbled to herself, "... and ten... and eleven... and thirteen."

Both parents of Rainbow laughed. "Well, introduce him to us," the stallion said. Rainbow Dash walked over to Sonic, and called him over. The father started. "Nice to meet you, son. Name's Rainbow Blitz. Former CEO of the the Weather Industry. Now it's been entrusted to my daughter." He gave Sonic a hoof for him to shake with his hand.

The eldest mare pushed past Rainbow's father. "I'm Rainbow's mom, Firefly. Used to be General Firefly of the Wonderbolts. Now Spitfire's in control, my star pupil." She introduced herself as she gave Sonic a quick hug.

"I'm Sonic, Sonic the Hedgehog. Fastest Thing Alive and local hero where I come from, Saved the world at least a million times." Sonic introduced himself. As he shook hands with Rainbow's parents, he noticed the vast quantity of certificates, trophies, and medals located along the wall above him. "You two have quite the reputation."

"Oh, this? This is nothing much. There's more in the closet upstairs if you want to check it out. Don't let them all fall on your head, Private." Firefly boasted.

"Well, Mom, Dad. We only came for some rest and to say hi. We have to continue saving the world, again."

"Okay then, we'll continue this conversation at the Wonderbolts show. You're going to be there, right? Cadets are free to participate."

"Of course, Dad."

(Music Insert: Sonic Lost World - Sky Road Zone 1)

"Your parents are nice folks. Why can't you be more like them?" Sonic teased Rainbow Dash as we ran through Cloudsdale. Rainbow fumed, but I think Sonic was only joking. Or at least, I hope he was only joking.

We were going to take a tour through Cloudsdale before the show. Sonic's never been up here before, so we decided to show him the ropes. We hurried down the block, until we encountered some robots terrorizing a park full of foals. Wait, huh?

"Those magic users! Cloud walking spells on robots, really?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"We've got to save those kids!" Sonic shouted.

"If you don't mind me saying, they're ponies, not goats, Mister Sonic." I corrected him.

Robotic fish were jumping in and out of the sandbox. Mechanical snails attempted to roll over Pegasi before they all ran to the top of the jungle gym. Sonic quickly homing attacked each of the fish as they had appeared out of the box, and then kicked the snails onto the sides before spin dashing into them. The children waited until it was safe, and then they ran towards Sonic to thank him with small hugs and cookie-giving. Aww, it was just so adorable. I wish we had Spike to take a picture.

As the crowd remembered that they were at a park and quite rudely lost interest in Sonic before resuming their fun as if nothing had happened, Sonic returned to us. He then jogged down the block leaving Rainbow and I to hurry after him. We zigzagged through the streets, stopping at "important"stops, according to Rainbow Dash. But I was all right with her decisions. I enjoyed a few of these spots as well. For example, even though I rarely ever played videogames, I enjoyed our time at GameStop. They had little board games to play as well as videogames, and I sometimes enjoyed that. Sonic and Rainbow Dash fought in the videogame, trying to best each other in the demo for Equestria's most popular videogame, Fighting is Magic, and Sonic won, twice.

After ten minutes of losing, we walked out and continued our tour. Now, it was my turn to choose where to go, and I really wanted to go back to the Town Square. It was busy, but never too busy like in Canterlot or Manehatten. I didn't just like that. I also loved how everywhere was connected to the Square, which made touring and finding yourself when lost a breeze. Just return back to the Square, and take a different direction to get somewhere else. Extremely convenient. But, from this specific park to the Town Square, it's far.

"You sure about that Fluttershy? It's pretty far away. But with the Fastest Things Alive, we'll be there in a snap!" Rainbow and Sonic took off like the wind with me sitting in Sonic's arms. Sonic, being Sonic, hopped over gaps in the clouds. I wasn't as frightened of falling since I could fly, but I was still negligent to be being dropped. Then, the robots came. They flew in a straight line, and aimed at Sonic. I suppose he forgot about me and Sonic jumped into the air, and spun through the line. The next time, he homing attacked the robots as they went around the clouds, shaving off some fluff of the ground. Sonic took a moment to wade in his arts and crafts skills. My head wouldn't stop spinning, however. Then before I even could tell that we had stopped, Sonic continued his run down the streets of Cloudsdale... until we were forced to stop speeding because of the authorities having authority over us. Apparently, we were creating such a wind that we were destroying property such as windows and mailboxes. Either we fly at a leisurely pace, or we get out. The stallions could have said it nicer, but I still liked his plan. Going slow was how I liked to go.

As soon as the police officers left, Sonic sat down in the middle of the street. "Well, we're stuck in a pickle. Last time I checked, I couldn't fly. Especially not at a leisurely pace." Sonic said.

"Don't worry, Sonic. I have something to help you get across," I reached into my mane, and pulled out a small red crimson wisp in the shape of an eagle. It waved a wing at Sonic. Sonic waved back. "It's an eagle wisp. It will help you fly through the sky at a fairly good speed, and you can dash forwards for a short period of time. I tried it myself, and it wasn't so bad."

"Oh word? That's just what we need. Good looks, Fluttershy!" He cheered and rubbed my head, messing up my mane even more than it already was, spreading cowlicks in even more crazy directions. I blushed and twiddled my hooves. I think I even 'squee'd'. Real smooth Fluttershy. Real smooth.

The crimson red eagle wisp hopped right into Sonic and when he unleashed its power, he transformed into a crimson red eagle for the most part; other than his face which still had his traditional style. Rainbow Dash and I took to the sky first with Sonic following us in his flight mode. We flew above Cloudsdale until Sonic timed out of the wisp. He fell to the clouds and we started walking. Yes, walking! Finally!

We walked for a while, stopping at small places such as restaurants and popular stores. We even passed by our old school, where we first met.

When Rainbow Dash stopped, Sonic stopped. He let me off and I immediately dropped to the ground out of dizziness. I should be used to this by now. Sonic and I took notice of the building we were in front of and all of the ponies walking into the building. "Rainbow Dash, you led us to a Coliseum. This looks nothing like a Town Square. Not even the shape matches." Sonic groaned.

Rainbow Dash semi-blushed. Then she cleared her throat. "Oops. Must've taken a wrong turn at Albuquerque Avenue. (*3) Sorry about that. But, hey, at least we made it to the show on time!" There's no Albuquerque Avenue in Cloudsdale, or even in Equestria.

3rd Person P.O.V :

(Music Insert: Sonic Adventure DX: Welcome to Station Square)

When the trip reached the Cloudsdale dome, despite being unintentional, Sonic was amazed at the large quantity of ponies there. And then the size of the actual arena; it was huge. Rainbow and Fluttershy hovered in the air to find seats that were available for three occupants. Like a dog, Rainbow sniffed for the seats in a matter of seconds, and whistled her friends over. The seats were a row underneath Rainbows parents.

"So, are you ready to be amazed by the sheer awesomeness that is the Wonderbolts?" Rainbow asked Sonic.

"Rainbow's right. Mrs. Firefly used to bring the two of us to nearly every single one of these that was in Cloudsdale. It was very exciting... And a bit too loud and scary." Fluttershy added on. Rainbow Blitz nodded.

"I never doubted the team, I'm pretty sure their almost as awesome as I am." Sonic answered, putting his feet up over the back of the empty chair in front of him.

Rainbow Blitz leaned down towards his daughter, "Hey, Rainbow, shouldn't you be out there? Cadets are participating. I see Cloud Chaser and Blossomforth down there." He reminded her.

"Oh man! I am a forgetting machine today! Watch out for me out there!" Rainbow took off after waving to her friends and family.

"Break a leg!" Firefly shouted after her.

"She doesn't mean it literally."

Firefly's P.O.V:

It was a matter of seconds before the crowd erupted into a cheer at the sight of the Wonderbolts walk into the Cloudsdale Coliseum field. Then, the Cadets took the stage, and it got even louder. Fluttershy covered her ears. She never changes. After a second of silence, the Wonderbolts took to the sky at full speed. I remember those good ole days. Me and young Spitfire were fan favorites. Now, Spitfire and my daughter were the fan favorites. Makes a mother proud.

In the air, the Wonderbolts flew into the clouds higher up, and then lightning struck the ground. In the midst of the lightning, Soarin popped out. The crowd began to cheer. He flew upwards again and joined his teammates. The Wonderbolts then flew downwards

Suddenly, a ball of electricity struck down into the field. And it wasn't from the clouds above. A metal menacing monster dragon was flying high in the air terrorizing Cloudsdale citizens. Most ponies were already darting for the doors. Some were too frozen to move out of their seats! The enormous dragon floated down towards where me, my husband, Sonic, and Fluttershy were sitting. "Hello, Sonic the Hedgehog," One of those weird Zeti things that I had read about in the papers was on top of the dragon.

"I've been looking for you," Sonic said disgusted.

"And we've been looking for you. Unfortunately, we found your friend, Tails, first," The Zeti said. He had to have been trying to get under Sonic's skin. Unfortunately, it worked.

Sonic tensed up at the sound of 'Tails'. "Hey! If you hurt one hair on his head..." He shouted.

"Don't worry. We're actually making him better. He'll be much happier as a robot."

Sonic's jaw hit the seat. "No!" He screamed. What just happened? What's going on?

Rainbow Dash's P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Sonic Lost World - Deadly Six Theme) or
(Music Continue: Quad City Djs: Space Jam)

The dragon started to fire electrical shots at the field. We all scattered around. I took cover with Spitfire and Cloud Chaser in the bleachers. "What the heck is that?" Spitfire asked.

"That's one of the Deadly Six! They're ambitious on destroying Sonic and the world!" I looked at Cloud Chaser. She probably just read my mind, because that was exactly what I was about to say! "What can I say? I read the newspaper. I'm a fan of this specific article."

"She's right Cap. You wanna help us, you gotta pass the initiation test. Time starts now!" I shouted before I flew towards the dragon with Spitfire and Cloud Chaser following me.

The Wonderbolts followed after me, and when we reached the dragon, it was impossible to touch. I should know. It was so full of electricity that my feathers, fur, and mane stood on end. After fixing my style, we flew around in order to search for a weak spot. As we rounded the back, Spitfire pointed out the giant glowing orb on it's tail. And based on my experience with Sonic and shiny orbs connected to robots, they're usually the weak spot. I stood back and let Spitfire and Cloud Chaser handle this. Really I was just being lazy.

Cloud Chaser hit the orb with a swift kick. The power to the machine cut off, and it descended down to the ground. Spitfire flew around the dragon until she found the Zeti in control, Zavok. I should have known. We beat up evry other Zeti who was part of the Deadly Six. I soon heard her shout, "Nopony messes up one of MY shows without getting kicked in the face!" And that was exactly what she did. I flew towards Spitfire, dodging defense mechanism lasers to bear witness as she kicked Zavok in the face. He was caught off guard, naturally, and flinched. However, he quickly dismissed his attention from Spitfire. He had to have still been searching for Sonic, who was running through the field, dodging attacks. Then, Sonic jumped into the air, and bounced along the ground in the shape of a ball reaching up to Zavok's level of altitude. Then, he stayed in the air momentarily before homing attacking Zavok.

Zavok dropped to the ground and when he rose up, he flew away mumbling to himself, "Don't worry. It's just too early to kill you."

Let's destroy the pacing, and cut to our dear friends in Ponyville, who are most definitely doing something amazing...

3rd Person P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Sonic the Hedgehog 2 - Sky Chase Zone)

Applejack, Big Macintosh, Pinkie Pie, and Trixie Lulamoon sat at a table in Sweet Apple Acres. The three were playing cards, each with a deck of different proportions in their hooves. Pies of different types, apple cider, and cookies sat on the table next to each pony.

"Got any Aces?" Pinkie asked, playing with her hooves.

"How do you keep doing this? How do you keep winning?" Trixie placed down her final cards, showing all four Aces in her possession.

"BAM! You lose! All your cards are Aces? Take off something, anything! This is Strip Poker!" Pinkie screeched, slamming her cards onto the table.

Applejack, Trixie, and Big Macintosh stared at Pinkie silently and awkwardly. "Pinkie, we're playing Go Fish. What in the hoo-hah is Strip Poker?" Applejack asked as she transferred the four cards from Trixie to Pinkie.

"More importantly, how does she keep figuring out what I have? The Great and Powerful Trixie does not LOSE!"

3rd Person P.O.V:

Sonic walked back to his friends, Rainbow, Fluttershy, and the Wonderbolts. Rainbow Dash's parents had already flew back home. They did not want to take part in anymore action and excitement. Their glory days were long since over. Rainbow Dash's were just beginning. "They're gonna turn Tails into a robot!"

Suddenly, Orbot and Cubot pulled themselves from out of Fluttershy's hair. Fluttershy almost fainted. "Being a robot's not so bad."

"But, you haven't had any experience as anything else. So, how would you know?" Rainbow Dash asked the two attached robotic brothers. Cubot's head had to be put on Orbot's body, along with Orbot on the same body in order for there to be any convenience where someone doesn't have to carry around Cubot all of the time.

"However, from where I am sitting, it is a nightmare!" Orbot complained as he pushed Cubot from being in his face. "Who thought that putting this bucket-brain's head on me was a good idea?"

"It was Eggman's idea," Sonic answered. "You were right Orbot. Living with Eggman must be a nightmare. I hope that time never comes." (Right... sure.)

Soarin took a step forward. "Well, if you guys need any help finding your buddy, the Rainbow Factory has been going off for a while. Somepony has to be in there. That's a place where you could start looking."

Spitfire immediately shut down that idea. "Soarin! Even I wouldn't go in there. Don't send three children in there. Just look at poor Fluttershy."

Sonic looked from the two adults, and looked at Fluttershy. Her eyes were bulged from her sockets and her jaw had dropped through the clouds! "Um, you okay, Fluttershy?" The hedgehog asked.

Nothing. Fluttershy didn't respond. Sonic lightly shook the little mare. "Don't make me go in there!" She broke down into tears. She wasn't just crying. She was bawling. Her eyes were red, snot dripped from her nose, and Fluttershy's tears were so heavy, that it was raining underneath her.

"Okay then. Me and Rainbow Dash'll check this place out. Spitfire, Soarin, Fleetfoot, can you three take Fluttershy back to Ponyville? Take her to Pinkie at Sugarcube Corner." Sonic ordered.

"Sir, yes Sir!" The three shouted and saluted before flying back to Ponyville with Fluttershy.

"Let's go." Sonic said enthusiastically as he hopped onto Rainbow Dash's back once again.

"Yeah, sure..." Rainbow Dash said quietly and unenthusiastically before taking off.

3rd Person P.O.V:

Sonic and Rainbow Dash looked at the sign of the Rainbow Factory. "The Rainbow Factory: Where your dreams and pleasures come true!"

"Sonic, I'll be honest with you. I'm terrified of this place. Everypony is really," Rainbow Dash admitted, kicking at the ground.

"Why is that? The sign is so adowable!" Sonic retorted, altering his voice to sound like he was three years old for his last sentence. It was true. The sign had a rainbow surrounded by small ponies dancing around it. It looked as if it was made by a bunch of five year olds.

"Look." Rainbow Dash floated up to the sign, and blew some air onto it. The adorable sign of a rainbow surrounded by laughing ponies fell completely off, revealing a second sign carefully hidden behind the first.

"The Rainbow Factory: Where your fears and horrors come true…" The sign this time had skulls, skeletons, and ghosts surrounding a red, black, and grey rainbow, dripping to look like a real blood flow.

"Okay. Not so adorable anymore." Sonic deadpanned.

"See what I mean?" Rainbow Dash asked, shivering. She was acting a lot like Fluttershy. "The factory was shut down as soon as Princess Celestia found it. The insane owner and his insane partners were banished to THE SUN, and the employees were debrainwashed. The innocent ponies inside were killed and their blood was used to make rainbows. Most ponies back when I was a little filly used to say that my hair was made out of some extra blood," She explained. "Speaking of stories, some ponies say that the ghosts of the innocent ponies who were murdered are still in here, ready to remake rainbows out of new material,"

"Ouch. I'd say that this place's activity burnt to a crisp. But, that's some messed up history. It sounds like an awesome videogame though,"

"It's okay now. What's past is past. And plus, the Weather Team's decided to let me handle rainbows from now on."

"Gee. I wonder why."

3rd Person P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Sonic Adventure 2: Battle - Event: Madness)

On Sonic's planet, the world was losing its color at an even faster rate than before. The green mist swiveled around and rose up, almost like a tornado. All of the grass was now colorless, and almost all of the trees had completely died. Only Amy stood out, her hair being still partially pink.

Meanwhile, in front of the closed Rainbow Factory of Cloudsdale, Sonic phoned in on his friend. Amy's terrified face appeared on the screen of his Miles Electric tablet. "It's… t-too l-late for us Sonic," Sonic's face grew worry with every word. "S-save the w-world and k-kick some b-butt for a-all of us," Rainbow Dash looked at the screen as well, terrified at the sight. "I'm s-sorry… I never got to s-say-" And the transmission ended. Amy Rose lost all of her color and dropped to the grassy floor, dead.

"What were you going to say? AMY? KNUCKLES?" Sonic shouted in anger. A tiny tear slid down his cheek as he violently shook the tablet in his hand. Rainbow Dash sighed and dropped her head.

A deep voice surprised them. "One by one you're friends are falling. Soon, you will be all alone." The red zeti laughed evilly as he jumped through a factory window. Sonic gave chase with Rainbow Dash not too far behind.

As the two entered, Zavok sat on a desk, waiting for them. "You know, you've got a lot of nerve killing off my friends like this," Sonic said through gritted teeth, clenching a fist.

"I try,"

"And, I must say… You've got an even darker heart than most bad guys I face every other day." Sonic complimented, releasing his grip.

"That was my intention."

"But, I'm going to have to defeat you just like all the rest. I beat villains every day by myself, and now there's two of me!" (*4) Sonic said triumphantly, pointing his thumb at Rainbow Dash.

"You know, I can change that, with my unicorn secret being out and all that. How would you like to be the villain for once?" Zavok's horn emitted a red aura, and shot a very large, red, lightning surrounded blast at Sonic.

"SONIC!" Rainbow Dash yelled. Using her speed, she pushed Sonic out of the way just before the blast made contact with him, getting hit herself. Sonic rolled on the ground before stopping himself at the edge of the cloud. And the Pegasus dropped to the ground with a thud, and screamed in agony. She looked up at Sonic. "Sooooooonnnniiiiiiiiiiic?" Her eyes blinked magenta, and then red. She closed her eyes, and reopened them. The eyes went back to magenta. Although, Rainbow never stopped screaming. As she screamed, thunder and lightning lit up the dark skies, and Rainbow began to pound on the floor. She began to quiet down, and Zavok smiled at his accomplishment.

"Pathetic Element of Loyalty..."

Sonic the Hedgehog's P.O.V:

"Rainbow? Rainbow Dash? What's wrong?" I asked as I slowly walked towards the Pegasus. Rainbow Dash kneeled on the floor, continuing to kick and pound the ground of the Rainbow Factory.

"Get away from me Sonic! Run while you still have a chance!" Rainbow Dash warned through screams of pain and sobs.

"No! Whatever's happening, I can help you. Just trust me." I pleaded.

After a few seconds, Rainbow Dash slowly got up and looked at the hedgehog, wiping away her tears. "I already told you... You should've run away when you had the chance." The Pegasus repeated in a raspy voice. A raspier voice. And of the few things that crept Sonic out, this was one of them. Rainbow Dash's eyes were now a crimson red, and blood shot; as if she hadn't slept in weeks. And her mane changed from its rainbow color to the opposites.

The Pegasus walked over to me, creating shock waves of lightning with each step. Every time she got closer, I stepped back. "R-R-Rainbow Dash? Come on. Stop m-m-messing around." I stuttered.

"There is no more Rainbow Dash! Meet Fleetway Rainbow Dash! Name still a work in progress," A voice boomed. Zavok.

"Fleetway? No! Nonononononononono! Anything but that!" My knees buckled as I trembled in sheer terror. Anything but Fleetway's return... Super Sonic was bad enough.

"Let me tell you this foolish hedgehog... You should start running. I'll give you three seconds. One..."

"What have you done to her?" I asked, putting on a brave face.

"Two..."

"Come on Zavok! Letting a girl face your battles? You and I both know you're more pathetic than this!"

"Three."

Rainbow Dash rose into the air, hovering up a few feet over me. "Uh oh!" I zoomed down the long hallway with a sonic boom, running fast, keeping my arms up behind me, and leaving Rainbow Dash in the dust.

Sonic the Hedgehog's P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Sonic Unleashed - Eggmanland Day Version)

I raced along the hallway walls of the creepy factory at my top speed, escaping Rainbow Dash. "Phew. Think I lost her."

Before I knew it, I was running straight for a dead end. The hallway was going to end at a railing protecting a very, very, very long fall. On the other side was another cliff exactly like this. Initially, I was going to step back just far enough in order to get a running start, and then jump. Suddenly, a blood curdling scream rang out, causing for my nerves to stop on a dime. I had never had a jump scare like that before! The lights flickered off, and then back on. I screeched to a halt. There, in front of my face was a bloody and possibly dead Tails, Twilight Sparkle, and Scootaloo.

"NO!" Even though I knew it was fake, I spin jumped forward, attempting to break out my friends. But as I homing attacked the bed, it was empty. An illusion. Called it! Instead, the bed caught me, and strapped me in tightly. There was no escape.

"Hope you enjoy your life as a rainbow, Sonic." Rainbow said as she stepped up to a machine. She flipped a switch, and a big knife connected to a steel arm inched towards me. I struggled to break free, moving my arms and legs, pushing against the metal, trying to crouch into a spin dash. Come on Sonic! You can kick through like three robot at the sme time and run through solid concrete! This should be nothing! I thought to myself as sweat pierced my forehead. Nothing happened. There was no way out. Sonic the Hedgehog had finally lost. Slaughtered by a female Pegasus by the name of Rainbow Dash really was not the best way to go out.

"What the? Don't do it Rainbow! Think about what will happen! What about Scootaloo? Or Fluttershy? Both of our worlds will die! And so will everyone on it! What will you be then? Not a Wonderbolt, no Element of Loyalty, and definitely no friend. Stop... the... machine!" I desperately demanded, still struggling to break free.

Just before the machine hit my bare chest, it stopped. The chains opened up, and I fell onto the cloud floor. "I keep telling you to run." Rainbow said, smirking.

A loudspeaker buzzed on. "What are you doing? KILL HIM DAMMIT!" Zavok shouted through it. Rainbow Dash simply laughed before taking off again.

3rd Person P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Dark Horse by Katy Perry and Juicy J.) or
(Music Continue: Sonic Unleashed - Eggmanland: Crimson Carnival Day Version)

Sonic ran down another hallway before Rainbow could even flap her wings once. He exited out of the room, passed through other similar rooms, and stopped in front of the final room of the hallway, a room full of liquid rainbows. Quickly, he ran up a nearby wall, and scurried up to the top. As he reached the top, Zavok's voice came from out of the loudspeaker. "Your fate is to be destroyed. Why won't you just accept that," A bunch of ghosts of colorless Pegasi and multiple badnicks flashed before Sonic's eyes. "LIE DOWN AND DIE!" The ghost hurried up to Sonic. He homing attacked one, and cut straight through. 'Oh right. They're ghosts.' Sonic spin dashed towards a machine, cutting through most of the robots. Immediately, he was caught, and thrown upwards. "WAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" He shouted. Then, gravity began to bring him down. Not wanting to fight a battle he can't win, he flipped over towards a ledge, and grabbed onto the edge as he just barely missed.

He climbed up, and ran out a door. He didn't even look at the sign. "Liquid Rainbows: CAUTION, Don't Fall In Stupid!" it read. Now feeling safer, Sonic slowed down. Barely though. As he raised his head, Sonic took notice of a cliff. He stopped running, but friction was not on his side today. He skidded around like a car in the snow, unfortunately, falling off the cliff. He dropped into the rainbow colored water, flailing about, since he did not have the ability to swim.

As Sonic floated about, he noticed Pegasi skeletons jump out of the water. Every time, he ducked down. Still moving, there were even more dangers. Spike balls. He maneuvered past them, luckily just dodging them. While going through a corkscrew. "This day just keeps getting better and better, doesn't it?"

"Would you LIKE for me to make it better?" An eerie voice asked. Rainbow Dash had found him. Now looking at her, she was covered in a red liquid - most likely blood - in splotches from mane to tail. She lunged forward, but the rainbow water dropped down vertically, otherwise known as a waterfall, allowing Sonic to dodge the pony.

The water moved through enormous pipes - probably the size of a tree and a half - while being almost completely dark. As Sonic slipped down the shaft, something grabbed his foot. It pulled him down. Sonic hopped back up to the surface quickly. The thing still didn't let go. But at least it stopped pulling him down. Slowly, it rose up, feeling along Sonic's leg and stomach, lightly kissing the parts of his lower body. Startled and extremely creeped out, Sonic spun in the water, not doing a good job at flinging the mythological creature off. Rainbow began to lick him, obviously enjoying herself. Sonic spun again, this time flinging the Pegasus off of him. Sonic looked back. A pair of red eyes. Rainbow Dash again. "You know, you are REALLY ticking me off." Sonic groaned. Rainbow ignored him, and swam closer and closer. Sonic turned around and sucker punched Rainbow Dash back. Before she could react, the dark, gloomy, cloudy skies of outside could be seen.

Now outside again, the spike balls and robots returned. "So much trouble... Just to reach the one zeti that you cannot defeat," Zavok announced. Sonic saw that yet another waterfall was approaching. But also, a nice thick wire, stretching across the water, headed towards another stream. He grabbed it, and shimmied his way over towards the other stream. Rainbow Dash followed him, copying exactly what he did.

He slid down the stream, and was followed by Rainbow Dash and about 10 spike balls, released. A trap, of course. Sonic complained in his mind. Plus, there was another waterfall without any other shimmy wires. Sonic prepared himself for the worst, but was instead sent flying. A hidden spring! Rainbow Dash wasn't so lucky being so far behind. She was caught by the balls, eating her alive, metaphorically speaking. "FUUUUUUUU-" She tried to curse in pain. Albeit Rainbow Dash's tragedy, Sonic could only breathe a sigh of relief.

Back inside of the temple, there were robots galore. Overhead, magenta colored pigs dropped bombs, to which Sonic was able to avoid with his quick step. As Sonic escalated up another floor, he met robots with fire revolving around them. When the fire went below the floor, heating the floor up past boiling temperature, Sonic progressed forward, jumping over the heated floor. On the third floor, there were more Pegasi ghost. Sonic didn't want to be bothered with them, so he ran up the wall and along the ceiling.

Now... in order to get to the next few floors, you would have to fly. And regular ole' Sonic couldn't fly. There was a giant gap in between floors 3 and 4, without any stairs in between them. And Sonic couldn't call Rainbow Dash for help. He was running from her. Oh yeah, that reminds me. "Hello Sonic the Hedgehog..."

"What? But I saw you! You got run over by those spike balls!" Sonic shouted in disbelief.

"Looks can be very deceiving. Listen, I'ma tell you a secret. A Pegasus that is proud to not fly is stronger than a Pegasus with too big an ego because he or she can fly." Rainbow Dash sighed.

"What are you trying to tell me?"

"That you should run."

"That makes no sense."

"You should run."

"You keep telling me that, but what am I running from? You? You're one of my best friends. I'm not scared of you." Sonic stepped forward.

"Oh, but you should be." Rainbow Dash winked after saying that.

"Who then? Who should I fear? Zavok? This factory? Eggman? Don't make me laugh, my little pony."

"~R-U-N spells run. S-O-N-I-C spells dead.~" Rainbow Dash sang, skipping around the cobalt hedgehog, whipping his nose with her tail.

Sonic turned away from the psychotic pony, scratching his nose. "No. I'm gonna put an end to this. Let's go! You hear that Zavok? Once I'm done with your little tomboy toy, I'm coming for you next!" Sonic shouted out.

Rainbow Dash's eyes derped for a second. "~So you want to play with magic? Boy you should know what you're falling for. Baby do you dare to do this? Cause I'm coming at you like a dark horse.~" She taunted creepily, smacking her own flank at Sonic. (*5)

Fleetway Rainbow Dash's P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Run, Shoot, Kill... and Cry by The Living Tombstone)

"So, now we can get down to the real fight," Sonic said, sliding his finger under his nose. "The last 'Sonic' standing will be the winner." (*6)

I growled at Sonic. I was not some sort of carbon copy of this fool. His folly will be at my hooves. He could see what I wanted to say, and said it himself. "What? This world isn't big enough for the both of us; and one of us has to go?" I nodded my head. "Well, I agree!"

Sonic the Hedgehog and I both got into fighting stances, shooting daggers at each other. "Okay whatever you are; if you want to avoid an embarrassing beat down, you better give up now!" Sonic continued to taunt, (*4.5) punching his fist.

"You have beautiful eyes…" I sighed dreamily, flirting to hide my anger, before I took the first move. "Too bad I'll have to rip them out of your sockets!" I yelled out the battle taunt as I lunged at Sonic, a balled hoof ready for an attack. But Sonic grabbed the fist, and kneed me in the stomach, causing for me to cough out some blood. Sonic then punched my head, sending me back to the ground.

I recovered pretty quickly, and came back for revenge against Sonic. Like the wind, I appeared in front of Sonic, with a smile on my face. He attempted to punch me, but I moved out of the way just in time, leaving an angry after image. I appeared behind Sonic, and bucked him into a rainbow filled container.

Sonic quickly got up, shaking his head. He got into a running position and boosted into me, kick-flipping me into the sky almost at the speed of sound. I recovered again, and flew into the air. I quickly flew down, and stopped a few yards in front of Sonic and began to fly circles around him. As I quickened the pace and lowered the radius, I could tell that Sonic's oxygen levels were dropping like a rock off of a cliff. He began to cough and put a hand up to his mouth. His face began to match the rest of his body in terms of color. Quickly, he began to spin dash in place, charging up energy. As he finished, he stood still, and reached for the tornado.

With perfect timing, Sonic grabbed my neck, whispered "Come on baby. Give Daddy what he wants. Let me hear that snap!", and used all of his power in order to kick me in the back with a loud crack. Honestly, I looked at Sonic with fear plastered on my face, only to be met with a punch to said face. He let me go, and I dropped down to the ground.

I wiped away some blood from my upper lip and forehead, and began attacking Sonic. I furiously punched his stomach, kicked his shins, and slapped his face with my wings. Then I flew into the air carrying him, and perfromed my explosive move that was the Buccaneer Blaze. Sonic fell to the ground and was now also a bloody mess. He wiped away the blood from his arms, and took some sports tape from off of his left hand, and wrapped it around his arms, acting as a plug on the blood flow.

3rd Person P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood - Boss Battle)

Rainbow Dash flew up into the sky, and looked down at Sonic. He was practically an ant from up there. "Come on baby! Give mama what she wants! Let me hear that snap!" She taunted. "Tactical Rainboom! INCOMING!" Dash quoted. She dived down, and yelled her head off. "YAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!" She screamed. She broke the sound barrier with much ease, which was quite a surprise, leaving a thick rainbow trail.

Sonic looked up, and attempted to move out of the way. Unfortunately for him, he was a bit too slow. A second Sonic Rainboom added onto her initial speed a few meters above Sonic. And as she made contact with the hedgehog, a large rainbow colored explosion covered the area. A large hole that was headed down three floors took the place of where Sonic was. At the bottom, Sonic was a bloody mess. Blood spewed out of his mouth, arms, legs, back, and even his eyes. His empty, black and red eyes. A Tactical Rainboom was enough to do the hedgehog in. Rainbow Dash looked at the hedgehog. She began to laugh. "Oh poor Sonic. Your weakness truly disgusts me."

Sonic the Hedgehog's P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Pursuit ~ Cornered)

My eyes were only barely open as I noticed that Rainbow was beginning to trot away, but not before I got up. "I'm not dead yet!" I shouted before I rushed over to Rainbow Dash and kicked Rainbow Dash right where it hurt in her plot. I pulled out my foot from the kick, and went ham on the girl. Punches, kicks, spins, spin kicks, you name it. I was simply tearing up Rainbow Dash as if she was a piece of cheap toilet tissue. I'd had enough! I kicked her into high the air and jumped up, not allowing for her to recover. I spin kicked her a couple of times, and then grabbed her head and spun upon place in the air. Then, I threw her back down towards the ground. On the ground, I did a quick spin dash and rammed into Rainbow Dash, sending her back.

"Argh. Dammit Sonic." She cursed to herself.

I boosted straight into her, and attacked again even faster, even more mercilessly, and even more brutal than before. After I was done toying with her, I used my supersonic boost to ram into Rainbow Dash over and over again, back and forth, going faster and faster, and punching harder and harder each time with an audible boom after each hit. After running back and forth about 20 times, I shouted, "You're FINISHED!"

I grabbed Rainbow Dash, and despite her pleas, back flipped backwards, and as I landed, I crushed Rainbow Dash between myself and the ground. (*7)

Although, the Pegasus wasn't done just yet. As I walked away, she arose from the ground, and into a standing position. "I said… I was going to defeat you!" Rainbow Dash shouted, causing for I to turn around.

"Stop it! This isn't going to change anything! You're possessed!" I angrily shouted back.

"What the hell do you know? Because of my speed and power, I have always been alone. Your death is my responsibility! If I have to be alone, then EVERYPONY has to be alone!"

"Now, what are YOU talking about? You're one of the Elements of Harmony! The Element of Loyalty. You have friends! And I'm one of them!"

"I admire your fortitude, but… you can't do this. I mean, I've-"

"Enough! I don't want to hear it! I already know all about you. Just like you know all about me! We're practically twins. And, you're the worst twin EVER!" Rainbow Dash interrupted me coldly. She charged up power, ready for an attack, surrounding herself in a rainbow aura as she began to flap her wings in place.

Man. This is pouring déjà vu all over me. Kinda reminds me of Blaze. (*8)

3rd Person P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney - Trials and Tribulations: PW1 Pursuit ~ Cornered (Variation) (1.25x speed))

Sonic also began to tense up himself, until a blue aura surrounded him. He started running in place until he had fully charged up a super peel-out. With a crack, the two speedsters sped at each other faster than the speed of sound, giving their all into their attacks. Sonic's feet moved faster than any eye could ever see as he pushed against Rainbow Dash. It was almost as if he had no legs at all. And as she pushed, Rainbow Dash's wings were flapping so fast, that she looked like an Earth Pony, who had obtained the power of flight. The two speedsters pushed against each other, meeting at an impasse. No one was going anywhere.

"You might know everything that I'm going to do, but that's not going to help you 'cause I know everything YOU'RE going to do. Strange isn't it?" Sonic asked mockingly as he increased his speed yet again. Rainbow Dash did the same. (*6.5)

Sonic, used his final push of effort in order to push Rainbow Dash away. She ended her power burst, and so did he. But that doesn't mean that Sonic stopped. Sonic ran around his temporary enemy, confusing her and making her dizzy. While she was spinning, Sonic punched and kicked at her multiple times, knocking her out cold.

Sonic let go off the Pegasus, and she dropped down onto the ground, unconscious. She was covered in blood splotches still, but those were her own.

Sonic exhaled deeply, extremely tired from the battle. Sweat dripped down his forehead, mixing in with the blood, leaving a red mess all over his face. "Phew. That was pretty rough,"

Sonic knelt down to the unconscious Rainbow Dash's ear. "I'm sorry. I hope I never have to do that again. I hope you understand."

3rd Person P.O.V:

Sonic stood up and noticed a big screen come down in front of him. On the screen was Zavok. "Do you remember when I told you that I have your friends captured? Would you like to see them now?" Zavok moved away from the camera, allowing Sonic to get a good look at his captured friends: Sweetie Belle, Apple Bloom, Scootaloo, Princess Twilight Sparkle, and Tails. They were crying and calling out his name, except for Tails. "Oh, and good job dealing with Rainbow Dash. I was going to betray her anyways and hook her up to the Pegasus Device, but you already handled her for me," A bloody tear left Sonic's eye as he looked down at the unmoving Rainbow Dash. "Are we still up for that fight later? I can see that you are already pretty banged up. Was that Rainboom too much for you to handle? I don't care. Get your worthless ass up to the roof and face me. I would like to personally rip your head right off of your shoulders and use it as a trophy."

"Sonic! What did you-" The screen cut to black before Twilight could finish her question. "What did you do to my friend?'

Sonic clenched his fist. He was in no way shape or form in any condition to fight Zavok. He was bleeding in almost every single part of his body. His head, arms, legs, even his eyes were bleeding! Some of his 'blood' wasn't even blood. It was tissue! He was bruised beyond recognition, and he needed medical help. NOW.

Rainbow Dash was just as bad, but still in better shape. Her sides and hooves were bleeding and she was also bruised. Just not as bad as Sonic. Her eyes weren't bleeding. She wasn't spewing out tissue. Although she was also badly bruised and bleeding at an alarming rate.

He left his bag in the Tornado... And that was in Ponyville still. So there were no rings whatsoever for another 50 miles. And he couldn't leave Rainbow Dash here. She would bleed to death. But so would he. "I hope that wasn't for nothing." Sonic sighed. He limped back towards Rainbow's body, and opened one of her left eyes. They were magenta. That's good. He was able to knock some sense into her.

Sonic struggled to walk or even keep his eyes open. He carried Rainbow Dash in his arms as he limped throughout the nearly destroyed factory. He managed to climb up to the 3rd floor, and looked back up. The 4th floor was above him. There had to be another way to the roof. He waddled over towards a door. He opened it slowly, and entered. He hit a ray light emitted from an orb, and was immediately transported exactly where he needed to be: the roof. As he walked over to the edge of the roof, he was surprised to see Zavok's metal dragon rise. "Play time is over hedgehog,"

"You're not *cough* getting away with this *cough*." Sonic began to cough, coughing out blood and a tooth.

"You're not in a position to demand anything, you nasty little pincushion," Zavok quoted (*4.75). "And plus, how will you fight me? I am perfectly fine while you're half dead."

"Don't forget. I'm also half alive." Sonic quipped.

Zavok's P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Skillet - Awake and Alive)

Sonic placed down his passenger, and jumped up onto the metal dragon. As soon as he landed, I wasted no time in attacking, attempting to punch Sonic. Sonic ducked underneath the attack. I was caught off guard by the duck, and stared into Sonic's eyes with a surprised look, thinking he was going to attack. But, he didn't. At least not yet. The hedgehog took this opportunity to strike. He kicked one of my arms upwards, causing for me to hit myself in the chin. The attack did absolutely nothing at all, and I jumped back along the dragon, and powerfully punched down onto the dragon's spine, shaking it enough for a bit of the tail to fall off. Sonic shook around for a second from the immense vibrations before jumped off of the tail, and landed next to me, watching as the tail fell into the clouds. I quickly punched Sonic in his face, knocking the hedgehog off balance. He was still at the edge, and on the very verge of falling, until I finally did him in, tripping the hedgehog onto the ground. He slid off of the robot, and held on for dear life. "Sayonara, Sonic the Hedgehog." I smiled as I kicked Sonic off of the dragon, and it grew as I watched the hedgehog helplessly wave his arms and scream as he fell down below to his death.

As soon as Sonic's silhouette disappeared through the clouds, another smile came across my lips. "Finally, my hit list is complete. Sonic the Hedgehog: Check. You know, I would've thought that would've been harder."

"Better check that list twice, Santa!" A voice called out. Sonic.

"And yeah, it just got a whole lot harder!" Rainbow Dash's feminine voice rang out from the clouds.

"What?" I wondered aloud, surprised. I looked up to the sky. Above me was a Rainbow Dash who had reverted back to normal and Sonic the Hedgehog. "Grr. No matter. I'll just kill two speedsters with one stone!" I yelled. I punched down on a button, sending lasers from my robotic dragon's back. Rainbow Dash maneuvered in between each laser, not getting hit by a single one. Then, as the lasers disappeared, Sonic jumped down behind me and homing attacked my back.

Somehow, relativity sort of went all wonky, and I was sent flying backwards, towards the front of the dragon. Desperately, I sent out more lasers from my horn, aimed at the cobalt hedgehog, to which Sonic used to his advantage. He reached behind him and pulled out a mirror, using my own attacks to inflict harm upon me as he deflected the beams of dangerous energy. "Thank you Rarity." Sonic whispered to himself, but I could hear it. Sonic used my flinch to his advantage, and punched me. I didn't move. While on guard, I was unstoppable! Sonic kicked, scratched, punched, and clawed at me, with the need to hit me. I turned around and only laughed at the hedgehog's futile attempts. Seeing how it did nothing at all, Sonic spin dashed into him. Caught off guard again, I took the hit. The attack knocked me down to the edge of the dragon's head, until Rainbow Dash finally did me in. She bucked my side, throwing me off of the head, with me angrily shouting, "This isn't over!" After all, I was only part Unicorn and I didn't exactly have a Pegasus to use to fly.

3rd Person's P.O.V:

(Music Insert: Rob Base & DJ EZ Rock- It Takes Two)

"Let's head back," Rainbow Dash suggested. "You nearly killed me back there. Not that I wouldn't have beaten you of course. I mean, I already left you like that." She pointed towards Sonic's injuries, and did her best to play cool fighting against.

"Ha ha ha. What are you talking about? I totally turned you into glue," Sonic said cockily. Rainbow painfully rolled her eyes. "Glad to have you back RD." Sonic smiled as he took off his scarf, and placed it around Rainbow Dash's neck. Rainbow Dash smiled. He's faking his smile. Isn't he? He's truly scared. Sonic.

Rainbow Dash flew back down to Ponyville with Sonic on her back; making even Applejack look like Wonderbolt material. While flying, she noticed that something was wrong with Sonic. He was frowning and looked as if he was going to start crying again. "Hey. What's bugging you?" She asked in a calm, cool manner.

"This is turning out to be the worst two days of my life. At first, I didn't think that anything could get worse than when Egghead split my planet open, or when Perfect Chaos flooded Station Square, or when the time-space continuum of two different universes began to merge, or when I was almost erased from existence; but this is the some of the worst that I've had it. Never lost Tails." Sonic admitted, putting his head into is his hands.

Rainbow Dash grew a face that spelled out disbelief. She landed on a nearby cloud, and dropped Sonic off of her. He landed on the ground, unable to get up without assistance. "Are you bucking kidding me? I know things look bleak. Equestria's about to lose a princess again. The same princess even. My little sister and some of our friends were kidnapped. And to top it all off, both of our worlds will be wiped clean. But as long as we stick together, we can still save the world. We've still got you, me, arguably Eggman, Spike, Rarity, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Pinkie! Plus, we've got friends from all over! Vinyl, Octavia, Big Macintosh, Braeburn, the Wonderbolts, Twilight's brother, and the other princesses! While it looks bad enough to make you cry, we can still save the day as long as we're quick enough! We have a big enough team! You and I both know that we'd never leave Equestria or your planet hanging! Why start now? Are you with me? Or are you with me?" Rainbow Dash shouted. She put out her hoof, waiting for Sonic to take it.

"Rainbow Anastasia Dash. I think that is..." Sonic said turning his head away in what seemed like disapproval. Rainbow Dash slowly pulled her hoof away, but she was interrupted. Sonic had grabbed it! "The best thing I've heard all day!"

Sonic flipped onto Rainbow's back enthusiastically and still in pain before the Pegasus with the rainbow mane flew off for Ponyville, flying slightly better than before, but still able to make an Earth Pony a better flier than her.

"And just so you know, I'm not crying. It's… It's liquid pride." (*9)

"Heard it all before buddy. Let's just get healed up. And how'd you know my middle name?"

That last section... Man that was intense. That last section combined Rainbow Factory, Fleetway Super form, Sonic Adventure 2, and Sonic Rush. Wow... That was a lot to take in or just to type up. I think the pacing was a bit fast though, transitioning from a peaceful day at a show to nearly dying in a factory at the drop of a hat. But, eh.

Sky Road/Cloudsdale's theme is Sky Road Zone 1 from the Wii U version of Sonic Lost World. You probably saw that one coming. I just love that song. Fleetway Rainbow Dash has a theme though, and that theme is Dark Horse by Katy Perry and Juicy J. That chorus is pretty much my explanation. You could also consider Pursuit ~ Cornered from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney based on how many times I used that (I should put up a disclaimer to Capcom too). Cloudsdale was based on Sky Road (duh), Cloudtop Cruise from Mario Kart 8, and even Eggmanland. I wasn't gonna put in the Wonderbolts, but you got it anyways; don't expect Discord though.
