His chin rested on his hand, eyes taking in the grey clouds outside of the window, face showing slight annoyance. Francis could seriously stare at the other boy all day when he was like this.

"…..and that's a wrap, folks! Pack up!" the teacher ordered, and the students scrambled for their belongings, Francis included. Arthur blinked sleepily, seemingly dazed, before his excitable friend pushed his shoulder to startle him out of his daydream. Francis' friend Gilbert leaned over and grinned in that particular 'Got Dirt on You' way of his.

"Were you just staring, Fran?" he asked pleasantly, and Antonio leant over his shoulder with his happy cheerful look that meant he had almost certainly noticed as well, one hand holding that Italian boy's wrist who was cursing slightly but not really minding. Francis made a face and Gilbert laughed loudly. Arthur walked over to them at that moment, causing Francis' heart to pick up its pace slightly, before Gilbert slung an arm around the skinny blond.

"Artie, hi!" grinned the albino as he ruffled the other's hair harshly, a squeak emitting from that pale throat and Francis' eyes narrowing dangerously. Lovino immediately hid behind Antonio, muttering in a high pitch, and the Spanish boy shot Francis and Gilbert warning looks.

Oh right, can't scare Lovi…

Francis darted forward, seizing a surprised Arthur and striding from the classroom with a Brit over one shoulder. Gilbert's laughter was not enough to deter him and he set Arthur down outside an empty classroom and sighed.

"Mes excuses, lapin…he was just…" His eyes still held that stormy look and Arthur suddenly looked straight at him with a sort of sparkle in his eyes.

"Were you jealous?" he asked, and Francis stared at him for a while, silence growing awkward between them before Francis leaned down and pecked his cheek.

"Very much so, my Arthur."
