"You think we'll let you get away with that device Rika?" Remilia said.

"You don't have a choice!" Rika said, as the two small drones floating around her formed two blades on the sides of her arms. "I'll slice through you!"

The robot flew at Remilia; who smirked.

"Don't get ahead of yourself; peasant!" she said; thrusting her hand down upon Rika's head; channeling her vampire power; leaving a scarlet mist behind, as Rika shot towards the ground.

Remilia turned around.

"Well; that's that." she said, before she was suddenly filled with holes; which quickly healed.

"Or maybe she's more resilient than I thought." the vampire said, turning around to see Rika rising back up, lookign rather un-damaged by Remilia's strike.

"Should I break her toy sis?" Flandre asked.

"No. The Kappa can use it. We don't want it broken." Remilia said to her sister.

Rik scowled.

"I hate how you vampires heal from everything! It's not fair! You shouldn't be this hard to kill!"

Suddenly; Rika darted her hand; as a purple blurr dashed past her. Hatate stopped a few meters from Rika; and looked shocked.

"How did you react to me?" she asked.

"I'm a machine. I'm not limited by human or youkai reaction times." Rika taunted; before she flew towards Hatate; attempting to cut her; but the swift Tengu effortlessly dodged; even leaving behind an illusion in her place as she did so.

"Arrgh! It's not fair! Why are you so fast!" Rika cried.

"I almost feel sorry for her. It's like toying with a little girl." Hatate said, before Rika suddenly dodged a flurry of swords, getting a few minor cuts doing so, before she was flanked by Yuki and Mai.

"Let's see you... evade this... Chains of the Ninth Circle!" Mai said; using her strongest restrictive spell; as a large amount of ice chains shot up around Rika; binding her to a spot; while slowly freezing her.

"Why you..." Rika said.

"Having such powerful magic; it's not faaaair!" Yuki mocked, causing Rika to go red.

"Why you..."

"Insolent youkai? Mai's not even a youkai; she's a full-fledged Ice Daemon." Yuki said, annoying Rika more.

"Yuki, stop playing around." Mai said.

"But it's fun making this tsundere go red!" Yuki protested.

"Tsundere..." Mai commented flatly.

"Oh come on; you saw how she was acting around Rumia; right?"

"... I swear you're insane." Mai said. "She's a robot. She doesn't have feelings."

"Yumeko has feelings, yet she's a doll. What do you know about science anyway Mai?"

"For crying out loud Yuki! I can't hold this that much longer outside of Makai's maisma! I'll run out of energy!" Mai shouted.

"OK; OK." Yuki said, forming a disc of flames over one of her fingers; before throwing it towards Rika's hand; the one with the device, cutting it off, at the same time Mai released her spell; and Hatate dashed past, catching the falling device.

"I'll get this to the Kappa; there's no way Rika can keep up with me!" Hatate said; flying off at a high speed.

"Insolent! If you think I can't catch you..." Rika said angrily.

"Where's her other drone?" Sakuya said; pointing to the fact that there was one one of the two small devices floating above Rika.

Suddenly; Rika shot after Hatate; as if something was pulling her in. She was catching up; somehow.

"It's on Hatate's back!" Yumeko said. Sakuya looked a little annoyed at Yuemko's ability to see this from what was now quite a distance, but did not say anything.

"Die; Crow Tengu!" Rika cried; readying the blades at the sides of her arms to cut Hatate in two from behind.

She didn't make it; however; as her torso broke apart into fragments, a swathe of rainbow flame blowing it to mere splinters.

Flandre had acted out of instinct. She had called upon Lævateinn; and ignited the blade; flying towards Rika with no hesitation, intercepting her. Rika's body was no match for the power of Lævateinn; wielded by Flandre; with her destructive power, and her upper body and head crashed into the side of a mountain; where the vampires and Sakuya flew over to it; as Hatate continued flying to the Kappa's village; with a quick thanks; and the residents of Makai opened a portal to return home.

"... I'm not sure if Rumia will be happy or angry you just did that Flandre." Remilia said.

"I wasn't gonna let her hurt the crow sis!" Flandre said.

"I know; but I think you overdid it a bit."

"... Unit R.I.K.A Beta has sustained irreparable damage. Data transfer to Unit Gamma complete. Shutting down..." Rika said; in a completely robotic tone; before her eyes briefly turned to blue; with white text on them; before they flickered and turned black.

"Did we just kill her?" Flandre asked.

"What do you mean we?" Remilia said.

"Reimu's gonna be mad! We killed someone!" Flandre paniced.

"She's not dead." Sakuya said. "She said she transferred data to Unit Gamma; and 'Unit Beta' had sustained heavy damage. Gamma is the 3rd letter of the Greek Alphabet; while Beta is the second."

"Ah; so... there's..." Remilia began, before she looked worried. "More Rikas."

"It appears so." Sakuya commented. "Although I must wonder what is up with this girl and her Greek. Evil Eye Sigma and Omega; Unit Beta and Gamma..."

"I cannot say for sure if Yumemi will ever wake up; even with me tending to her." Eirin said. "It will depend on many factors; most importantly; her willpower. It will take at least two months."

"Well then; good to know she'll wake up then." Rumia said.

"Eirin said she didn't know if she'll wake up Rumia..." Kogasa said; letting Kaguya still hold onto her parasoul while she had her 'avatar' out; making the two look like a couple under the umbrella.

"She also said it'll be dependent on her willpower. If there's one thing that woman has; it's willpower. And I guess brainpower." Rumia said. "In fact; I'd bet you some grilled lamprey that she'll wake up before two months."

"Are you stupid? Eirin's diagnosis is never wrong." Reisen said. "To even suggest so is an insult!"

"Reisen; Yumemi is from another dimension. Her body follows different rules and laws. I could well be wrong." Eirin said, before she smiled at Rumia. "I see no harm in this wager."

"Also; Eirin; can I talk to you... in private? Patient Confidentiality and all." Rumia said.

Eirin looked to Reisen; Kaguya and Kogasa, before they left the room. Then she signaled Rumia to wait a minuite; walked over to the door, opened it, and shooed off Tewi; who had her ear to it.

"What is it that's so private? Is it a relationship?" Eirin asked.

"No; no! I met someone; someone who's very ill. She asked me to keep her location a secret though; but she needs your help! She's so ill that coming to Eientei would probobly kill her!" Rumia said.

"Who is this?" Eirin asked.

"One of the Deva. Their leader; the Three Horned Oni; Kanakuma." Rumia said quietly.

"... I see. The one said to have died on Youkai Mountain when the oni were routed in some legends; while others say she merely dissapeared."

"She suffers from some breathing problem. She struggles to breathe anything but the light air of Youkai Mountain's peak. Even on the lower mountains of the range; she's in a horrible state. She says it's genetic or something."

"It would be difficult to address such a serious illness without seeing her myself." Eirin said. "And right now my attention is tending to Yumemi. If you come back in; say; a week; I should be able to go to this Oni and diagnose her properly; although making a medicine may take far longer."

Rumia nodded. "They say you can't rush Genius!" she said.

Suddenly; Eirin turned behind her, and jumped.

"Who are you?! How long have to been here?!" she gasped.

"Hello!" a familiar voice said from behind Eirin. Rumia was a little surprised to hear Seiga.

"What are you doing here Seiga... how much of that did you hear?" Rumia asked.

"Enough to lose interest." Seiga said, as Eirin moved aside; to reveal her upper body sticking out from a hole in the wall. Rumia sighed. Seiga had the same snooping habits as Yukari; and even did it in a similar fashion; but easily lost interest in things.

"Anyway; I wasn't here was listen to that riveting conversation. I wanted you to see how far I've come with my Dark Energy use. You know I said it would take ten years for me to finish what you taught me; right?"

"Yes." Rumia said. "You said it would take ten years; because you took a hundred to get to where you are now."

"Well... Yoshika gave me an idea that helped me understand what you were trying to say quickly. And a Shinigami's kinda after meso... if you wanna see what I can do now; you might want to come outside."

"Shinigami?" Rumia asked.

"Yeah. Usually they send them Kishin after me; since I'm pretty strong and evaded Shinigami easily; but I guess I already beat or escaped them all so Hell's decided to just send Shinigami to make it look like they're still making an effort to end my life without having to pay the Kishin their rate. If there's one thing I've learnt about Hell and the Yama it's that they have budget issues." Seiga said; before she pulled her head back through the wall; and the hole closed.

"Friend of yours?" Eirin asked.

"One of the Taoists. And a hermit." Rumia said.

"You really do have a diverse group of allies. From Shinki to Remila to us to fairies and hermits." Eirin said; shrugging her shoulders. "You better go watch her; I need to tend to Yumemi anyway."

Yeah I know in WaHH they said Kishin are the ones who really go after hermits but we don't actually KNOW any Kishin. So yeah. And on that basis; it should be simple to forsee who Seiga will be fighting..
