I know this is short, but I felt like you guys deserve something! I'm working on this story and YNA right now. I'm also getting down to finals week, and since I am failing organic chemistry 2 I won't be here too often. I also have a new boyfriend for distraction. I swear I won't forget about you guys, but you know how it goes with a new relationship XD

I'm a mess sometimes... Oh well, I make due! I feel like all I'm doing is forcing myself to write. Any tips would be appreciated. Music is my savior. :)

"My stomach is making the noises again Raven. Can we eat?"

Raven glanced at Starfire and nodded, "Yeah I'm hungry too; here we're near the concession stand, lets grab something."

Raven paused to take in the crowds, the food court was much larger than she had last remembered it to be. Of course that didn't damper her companion's mood in the least. She watched Starfire float above the floor, her flying contributing on her happiness level. While she wasn't able to fulfil her desires earlier in the clothing shop, Raven had a gut feeling that it will all level out just fine in the end. She watched the alien princess drift to the nearest food strip and buy herself a sandwich, Raven did the same and the two girls found a seat in the middle of the area and decided to sit down for a rest. They had stopped by various shops after making their little buddies and she still couldn't get the smell of rose petals and wine from the last store out of her clothes.

Hood down, Raven watched a little girl with blonde pig tails run to her mother, leaping into her arms. Suddenly there was an explosion of applause, which made not only her but Starfire jump in surprise. Then she noticed the military uniform and the little girl's tears. Raven smiled; dawning on her that the woman just got back from overseas.

Starfire turned around in confusion, "Raven…what is this; I don't understand?"

Raven pulled a hair back and tucked it behind her ear, replying, "It's fine Starfire, just a family reunion."

Starfire's eyes widened, "Oh wow, so your family reunions here are just like ours!"

Raven smirked, "Some, not all."

Suddenly a shadow was cast above her and just as Raven was about to look up, someone grabbed her shoulders with a loud, "Boo!"

Raven practically jumped out of her seat as she turned around, pushing back with her powers in surprise.

"Whoa, whoa friend not foe!" Raven paused and looked up to see both Beast Boy and Robin standing behind her, waving their arms with balance as they were pushed back; eyes wide and smiles big. Beast Boy burst out in laughter, "You should have seen your face! It was priceless!"

Raven narrowed her eyes but before she could reply Robin spoke, "Wow… Star…you look…different."

Beast Boy smiled as well and Raven noticed he shifted his weight with the bag he carried with him, "Yeah girl you're rocking the dress, fits you good!"

Starfire had to stop eating her lunch and smiled before swallowing, "thank you!"

Raven noticed Beast Boy wasn't the only one with bags, it looks like they all found a little bit of something…except, "wait, where's Cyborg?"

Robin and Beast Boy exchanged glances before the changeling shrugged, "Dunno, he said he was going to hit up another shop; haven't seen him since."

"I guess he was the lucky one who got away then." Raven teased.

Beast Boy smirked, glancing at Robin who was examining the surrounding area and he replied quietly to her, "You have no idea."

Robin cleared his throat and announced, "I think we're about done here, we have found enough evidence for today…" He glanced at Starfire who nodded slowly, then turned to look at Beast Boy, "Hungry?" Beast Boy nodded, "Starving, lets grab some grub!" The two boys had left and returned in just a few minutes with sandwiches of their own. Raven watched as Robin chose the seat next to Starfire of course, looking to her side she realized her bags were sitting in the seat next to her. She grabbed them both and set them on the ground by her feet. Beast Boy watched the gesture and smiled, sitting next to her.

It was quiet for a minute until suddenly Starfire piped up, "Oh, I have almost forgotten!" The three titans looked over toward the alien princess as she dug around in her bags and brought out the sweater she had bought for Raven. The sorcerous wanted to die on the spot right there, please don't say it's mine…please don't…

"Here you go Raven! I know how much you wanted this."

Raven felt the eyes of her two male companions and quickly snatched the sweater; she looked over at them and whispered, "Don't ask." The two boys smiled at her as she stuffed it in one of her bags.

"You should try that on at the tower." Beast Boy smirked between bites, Robin nodded and continued, "Yeah, you want to make sure it fits."

Raven narrowed her eyes and whispered, "Don't encourage her…" and both boys had to smile to keep from laughing. Raven sighed and rolled up her trash, sticking it in the paper sack she was given and stood up from the table. Looking over toward the trash can, she walked over to throw it away and to get away from her teammates for a few seconds. But as she was heading that direction, familiar voices hit her ears. The sounds of young girls who were perhaps just in high school. Glancing over toward the middle of the area she saw them. The four girls she witnessed hurting her teammate just a couple hours before. What was even better were the trays of food they each carried as they tried to find somewhere to sit.

She watched them look around, each of them wearing a beautiful dress. Wouldn't it just be a shame if… "Bang!" "Clatter!" they all tripped at once…

Raven felt her powers fall back to normal as she watched the girls, all suddenly fall flat on their backs and butts, crying out in surprise and/or pain. She saw the spaghetti and meatballs that covered the main girl, while the others had various slices of pizza, green beans, mashed potatoes and gravy strewn on their dresses.

Good luck getting those stains out, bitch. Raven thought as she threw her trash away with a smile.

"I'm bleeding! Sharon, help call 911!" The main blonde screamed from the floor, waving her arms in panic.

The brunette next to her punched her in the arm, "Shut up Brittney it's just spaghetti sauce."

Raven felt satisfaction as she walked back to the table, all three titans were staring at the scene and Robin was shaking his head. "Girls these days, I wonder if they have rocks for brains."

Beast Boy looked up at what Robin said but was quiet, Starfire continued to stare at them, looking at the boy wonder she asked, "Are they going to be ok?"

Robin smiled, "Yeah, just the case of clumsiness."

"No, I meant for the rocks, can they get those removed?" Starfire replied, worry in her tone.

Robin shook his head, "No, no it's just an expression, and I was just saying they weren't acting the smartest."

"Oh…ok…"

Raven stood by where she sat and she could feel Beast Boy gazing at her for a moment but he looked away when she looked down. Suddenly everyone's communicator went off at once, the tune vibrating against the various noises in the food court. Robin opened his first and the others listened from where they sat.

"Yo Rob! Are you planning on living here or are you ready to get going you love bird?"

Robin's eyes narrowed and sighed turning his communicator around, "Cyborg, why don't you say hi to everyone else HUH?"

They saw the look of surprise on his face, "Oh hey girls, didn't know you all met up! Well, the statement still stands-come get your booties outside, I parked the T-car closer to the front!" With that the line went dead and Robin released another large sigh.

"What did he mean by love bird…?" Starfire inquired.

Robin paused and the two other titans with him could practically see the sweat that was bound to drip down his collar. He glanced at her, "Oh you know, just another one of those expressions…"

Starfire gave him a look, trying to figure it out. But before she could say anything else, the boy wonder stood up and balled up his trash, "alright, you guys ready?"

Both Raven and Beast Boy nodded with Starfire still sitting there puzzled in the seat.

"Ok, let's go see what Cyborg is so excited about…"

I know I'm not known for short chapters, but it's better than nothing! This story doesn't have too much to go, its just getting the conversations spot on to where I like em is the hard part :p
