Chapter 47: Through the Blizzard
It was early in the morning in Dendemile town and the group was up at the pokemon center gathering their supplies as they prepared to head out.
"Alright do we have everything?" Ash said.
"I think so" Clemont said as he looked through the bags.
"Alright then we should head out, route 17 should take us right to Anistar city. Make sure your winter clothes are in good condition and that you are ready to move all day" Ash said.
"Why?" Serena said.
"I talked with some of the prospectors, apparently route 17 is a frozen tundra with constant snow storms".
"Constant snow storms" Serena said dreading the idea of moving through a blizzard.
"That's why I want to spend as little time there as possible" Ash said.
"Ash is right, I've been looking through the map trying to find the quickest path. Unfortunately none of them are necessarily short. But I think I found a path that's shorter than the others" Red said.
"I guess it will have to do" Korrina said. The group made their way through town and tp the pathway that lead out of town. Once they reached the other side they could feel the harsh winds blow against them.
Everything around them was covered in thick snow or ice as snow blew from sky from what seemed like all directions. It was then the harsh reality of what the group would have to spend the entire day getting through set in. Each gave a large sigh. Pikachu quickly got inside Ash's jacket ,sticking his head out from behind the top of the zipper.
"You ok Pikachu?".
"PPika" Pikachu said with a little enthusiasm.
"It's freezing" Serena said. One of her pokeballs began to shake before Amaura came out.
"Amaura!" She shouted happily as she looked around at the snowy path.
"Amaura!" She said as she danced around and rubbed her head in the snow.
"What is she doing?" Clemont said.
"Remember Amaura lived in colder environments" Ash said.
"At least someone will find some happiness today" Serena said.
"Well we knew this was going to suck, let's just get it over with" Red said. The group tried to make their way through the blizzard as quickly as possible. As they continued following the path Red had found, they found themselves getting into deeper and deeper snow.
More than once Serena, Clemont, or Bonnie got stuck in deep snow and had to be pulled out. After they had been on the path for almost 2 hours they had reached an area where they could not move without getting stuck in deep snow.
After Serena got herself stuck up to her waist, Amaura walked through the snow and lowered her head towards her trainer. Serena put her arms around Amaura's neck and was pulled out of the snow.
" Alright I don't think we're going to get through here" Korrina said.
"Dam it, but this is the fastest way" Red said.
"Not if we can't continue" Ash said. Red sighed.
"You're right, we need to head back" Red said. The group made their way back towards Dendemille town.
"So now what?" Clemont said.
"I guess we just have to take a different path" Korrina said.
"Brace yourselves, the other paths are much longer" Red said.
"Amaura!" Amaura shouted happily. As they got closer to Dendemille town they started to heard large footsteps getting closer.
"Did you guys hear that?" Ash said. The thumping footsteps got louder and louder until a they saw a massive mound of snow get torn apart. Standing on the other side was a massive brown boar like pokemon with massive tusks sticking out of the sides of its mouth.
"Mamo!" It shouted as it continued walking forward.
"What is that?" Ash said opening his poekdex.
"Mamoswine the twin tusk pokemon, Mamoswine flourished during the ice age but its population began to decline as ice dwindled" .
Amaura seemed amazed at the pokemon's size and how easily it traversed the terrain.
As the massive pokemon continued moving forward , they noticed there was a man in a blue winter coat riding on the its back.
"Hey look there's a man on its back" Clemont said. The man on Mamoswine noticed the group out of his peripheral vision before quickly turning his head to them.
"Mamoswine stop". The man said before the massive Mamoswine stopped and let his rider off. The man slowly walked over to the group.
"What on earth are you kids doing here?" The man said.
"We're trying to get to Anistar city but the snow up ahead is impassable on foot. We're trying to head back and take another path" Red said.
That won't do you any good, every path is impassable to humans. You can't get through on foot" The man said.
"What? Awe, now what do we do?" Red said.
"To get through route 17 you need a Mamoswine. They're the only pokemon who can traverse the path".
"We have to find and catch a Mamoswine" Korrina said.
"No, there's a rental place a few miles back that lets you rent them out" The man said.
"Sweet, that means we can get through" Ash said. The group quickly made their way back to the entrance of route 17. After looking around a bit they found a small cabin with a massive pen beside it. Inside the pen were over a dozen Mamoswine grazing around.
"Looks like we found it" Ash said. He walked over to the cabin door with Red beside him and knocked on the door. A few moments later the door opened and a young man with a full beard stood on the other side.
"Can I help you?".
"Yes, we were wondering if we could rent some of your Mamoswine" Ash said.
"Oh that" The young man said as he put his hand on the back of his head.
"What's wrong?" Red said.
"The thing is , we only allow 3 rentals per day now" The man said.
"What why?" Ash said.
"We've been having problems with some poachers. You see Mamoswine is such a rare pokemon that a camp of poachers has set up on the route and have been ambushing people on the route and taking our Mamoswine. It's gotten so bad that we've had to reduce the number of Mamoswine we sent out just to keep them safe".
"What? Why don't you tell the police?" Red said.
"The police from Dendemille Town don't have jurisdiction here and I doubt the army would help us".
"Well what if we helped you?" Ash said.
"What? You'd be willing to go through a harsh blizzard and take on a group of poachers?".
"We've handled more dangerous people" Red said.
"Well I suppose if it could got rid of those poachers then we could let you use some of our Mamoswine" The young man turned around.
"Hey sis, ready a few of the Mamoswine. I think our poacher problem is taken care of".
Ash and Red walked back to the others.
"Alright we've got good news and bad news" Ash said.
"What's the good news?" Serena said.
"The good news is we've got the Mamoswine free of charge" Ash said.
"That sounds great , what's the bad news?" Clemont said.
"We have to hunt for poachers" Red said.
"What?" Serena said.
"Alright ! Hunting bad people!" Korrina said enthusiastically. A few minutes later they were outside the pens on 3 Mamoswine.
"Alright now most of the poaching has been happening around this path. Just follow it and take care of the scum who've been taking our Mamoswine" The same young man said as he showed them a copy of the map.
"Don't worry we'll stop those poachers" Ash said.
"Alright, Mamoswine get moving" The young man said as the three massive pokemon began walking through the blizzard.
Ash with sitting in front of the lead Mamoswine. Serena sat behind him with her arms around his waist. Red and Korrina were in the same position on the second Mamoswine, with Clemont and Bonnie on the third one.
Amaura walked beside the Mamoswine Serena was sitting on. Serena could see how much Amaura was enjoying the colder terrain.
"I guess I never realized how out of her element Amaura has been all this time" Serena said as she watched Amaura played in a pile of snow.
"So did they give you any kind of information on what these poachers would look like?" Serena said.
"No" Ash said.
"Do we know how many there are?" Korrina said.
"No" Red said sweat dropping.
"Alright" Korrina said as she and Serena also sweat dropped.
" It doesn't matter, we've handled team rocket and team flare, we can handle some poachers" Ash said.
"Pika!". As they continued down the path , the massive Mamoswine easily traversed the deep snow as Amaura followed close.
"So Ash do you know who the Anistar city gym leader is?" Serena said.
"According to Clemont and Korrina her name's Olympia and she's a Psychic type trainer".
"What pokemon are you going to use?".
"I haven't used Lucario in a gym battle since Grant so I'll defiantly use him. Plus Mightyena deserves a chance to have a gym battle".
"Well she was defiantly working hard enough when you trained yesterday".
"I'll give it to her, she's a motivated pokemon" Ash said. That was when Serena remembered Ash's upcoming birthday. She had though a little about it over the last two days, but still had very few ideas on what she would do.
She could do something for just the two of them, a night out with a romantic setting. Then again it would mean leaving Red and the others out completely, and she doubted Ash would want to have his birthday without his twin brother. Not to mention she's also feel bad about not doing anything for Red.
"Korrina!" Serena thought to herself. How could she overlook the fact that Korrina was probably thinking of something too. If they worked together they could easily come up with a party idea. Something else that also bothered Serena was not just what she would do, but what she would get him. She knew Ash wasn't someone who had a love of material possessions, so a sentimental gift, something from the heart would defiantly mean more to him. The question was what would it be.
The Mamoswine Korrina and Red were riding lifted his front legs before smashing through a massive pile of snow in his path. Upon seeing this Amaura was amazed at what she just saw. She turned toward a massive pile of snow in her path before charging at it head first. Upon impact she got her head stuck in the massive pile of snow.
"Oh Amaura" Serena said as the others laughed. Amaura eventually pulled herself out of the pile and shook the snow off her head. Amaura didn't seem discouraged or embarrassed by this. She just pranced over next to Serena and Ash , still enjoying the snow and cold.
Another 45 minutes passed as the group continued down the path, but they still had no sign of any poachers.
"Alright we've been out here for a while, where are these poachers?" Serena said.
"I don't know, maybe they're just not out today" Ash said.
"Maybe, but my latest invention can tell us!" Clemont said as he raised his hand. The others slowly turned to see a small round camera like device with two propellers on its sides.
"What is that brother?" Bonnie said with an unimpressed look.
"My remote camera will be able to fly above and around the route and tell us where the poachers are" Clemont said as he tossed the device into the air and took out a controller. The group watched as Clemont flew the small device high above them. Clemont then revealed a screen on his watch.
"Now I can see everything above us" Clemont said. As he flew the device high in the air Red noticed a spark and some smoke coming from the right set of blades.
"Uh Clemont" Red started. Just then a powerful gust of cold wind hit the device and hurled it down right at Clemont.
"Huh" Clemont said as the device came close to hitting him. Just before it could, the device exploded leaving Clemont covered in soot. The explosion startled the Mamoswine Clemont and Bonnie were on, causing him to charged forward and then stop; hurling Clemont forward into a massive pile of snow.
"Another failure brother" Bonnie said as she held onto the Mamoswine.
"Hmp mph hm" Clemont said muffled by the snow.
"Amaura could you help him out?" Serena said sweat dropping. Amaura nodded as she ran over to Clemont, bit his leg and pulled him out of the snow.
"Why?" Clemont said.
"Just get back on the Mamoswine brother" Bonnie said. Another twenty minutes passed but the group still found no sign of any poachers.
"How long until we just get to the other side and pay them for the Mamoswine" Serena said as the temperature only got colder.
"Maybe Serena's right, I mean if we can't find the poachers then we shouldn't freeze to death out here" Ash said.
"I agree" Korrina said.
"Alright then, if we continue moving on this path then we should" Red started before he heard something. It was difficult to make out , but it sounded like someone was calling for help.
"Did you hear that?" Red said. Soon Korrina could hear it too, then Ash, then Pikachu, then Serena and the others.
"Someone's calling for help" Korrina said.
"Maybe it's the poachers!" Ash said.
"If it is then we need to get over there!" Korrina shouted.
"Let's go Mamoswine!" The three Mamoswine started running across through the blizzard with Amaura close behind. It took them a few minutes but the group reached an open area where they saw a man wearing a blue coat lying on the ground with a Mamoswine on its side next to him.
A few yards away were 5 men wearing brown winter coats and several grass types pokemon beside them. They had 3 Carnivine and 2 Victreebel all around the Mamoswine.
"Alright we got us another one, lets net him up and get him back to camp" One of the men said.
"Stop!" Korrina and Red shouted. The poachers and their pokemon turned to see the group rushing over on their Mamoswine.
"Hey more Mamoswine!" one of the men said sounding excited.
"Great! Carnivine use Leaf tornado".
"Victreebel use Razor leaf". All five grass type pokemon unleashed a furry of sharp leaves that raked across the three Mamoswine. Upon being hit, the three Mamoswine cried out in pain before falling onto their sides. Ash and the others were thrown off their Mamoswine and landed on the ground next to them.
"Great job now hit them with Sleep powder". The two Victreebell opened their mouths and unleashed a breeze of powder towards them. The Sleep powder took its effect on the three Mamoswine and Clemont and Bonnie. Just before it could get to the others , Amaura reached them and unleashed a breeze of cold air that froze the incoming powder.
"That was close, thanks Amaura" Serena said. The four trainers got up and faced the poachers.
"So you're the poachers we've heard about" Red said.
" That's right, these Mamoswine are worth a fortune, and we intend to make big bucks" The tallest one said.
"You exploit people and pokemon for your own personal gain. I'm going to enjoy putting you in your place" Korrina said as she stepped forward and let out her Lucario.
At the same time Red let out his Skarmory and Pikachu kept down from Ash's shoulder.
"Alright punks if you want a fight you're gonna get one. Victreebel use Sleep powder".
"Skarmory Blow it away and use Air slash " Skaromry Shrieked as he flew high into the air and used his mighty wings to blow away the incoming sleep powder. He then ranged his wings so that the wind would speed him up as he soared down and slashed Victreebel across his head.
The poacher's eyes widened as he saw his pokemon get hurled back into a mound of snow and not get back up.
"Carnivine use Crunch". One of the Carinvine started to move towards Pikachu with his Massive jaws opening.
"PIkachu quick attack" Pikachu sprinted forward and slammed into the Carinvine's stomach. The Carnivine lurched back a bit. Pikachu then quickly leapt up and smashed Carnivine's mouth shut with Iron tail. The Carnivine wobbled a bit before falling over.
"Carnavine use Power whip" .
"Lucario wrap it around your arm into Power up punch" As the Carnavine whipped its arm vines at Lucario, the fighting type pokemon wrapped his palm around the vine and began pulling Carnivine closer. Upon seeing this Carnivine began to nervously sweat and tried to pull himself away.
Lucario smiled as he whipped the Carnivine over to him and smashed his fist into the Carnivine, knocking him out. The last two stood before Amaura.
"Use Razorleaf".
"Leaf Tornado" Amaura use Icebeam into Aurora beam" Serena said. Amaura opened her mouth and blasted all of the incoming leaves with ice. Once they were all frozen, Amaura's side crystals began glowing as she unleashed a beam of yellow light that tore through all of the leaves.
The Aurora beam continued on and enveloped Carnivine and Victreebel hurling them back.
"Ice beam!" Amaura opened her mouth and boasted the 2 pokemon with ice, knocking them out.
" Oh hell, now what?" One of the poachers said as he saw Ash and the others walk towards then.
"Run?".
"Yeah" another poacher said as they returned their pokemon and sprinted onto a pair of Mamoswine.
"Stop!" Serena shouted. Unfortunately the two Mamoswine and the poachers ran out of sight.
"Great now what?" Serena said.
"Now we should check on this man" Ash said as he walked over to the man on the ground. As he approached him, Ash realized it was the same man who had told them about the Mamoswine earlier.
As Ash knelt down he saw the man was hit with sleep powder and thoroughly knocked out.
"Sleep powder, maybe this will wake him up" Ash said as he used some of his aura to try and reignite the man's senses. The man slowly opened his eyes and saw Ash over him.
"Ohh , what happened? Hey wait aren't you one of those kids I came across earlier?".
"Yeah, I'm Ash. You were attacked by poachers".
"What!?" The man said as he quickly got up and looked around. To his relief his Mamoswine was still there.
"Dam , they just came out of no where and got me".
"Well you don't have to worry, we sent them running and we're going after them" Ash said.
"Well good luck with that kids, hope you don't mind but I think I'm going to get myself out of here" He said.
"It's alright" Ash said as he walked over and used aura to wake up his Mamoswine. At the same time Korrina and Red went over to wake up Clemont and Bonnie.
"Ohh my head? What happened?" Clemont said.
"You fell off the Mamoswine after being put to sleep" Korrina said.
"Oh".
"Alright now what do we do about those poachers, they're just going to come back eventually" Serena said.
"Now we track them through our aura vision" Korrina said.
"Good idea, I think I got a good look at some of their Aura during the fight" Red said.
"How about we split up, Korrina and I will go after half while you two go after the others" Serena said.
"Alright" Red said a little confused by her group choices. He thought she would have wanted to go with Ash.
"Hey what about us?" Bonnie said.
"We should try and find the end of the trail so when they get back we can get out of this dam blizzard" Clemont said.
"Good idea" Ash said. Ash and Red got onto a Mamoswine while Korrina and Serena got on another.
"Good luck, we'll see you when we get back" Korrina said. The two Mamoswine began walking in different directions as Korrina and Red used their aura vision to track the aura trails of the poachers. Amaura walked beside the Mamoswine as Serena sat behind Korrina.
"So, I guess it's just the two of us" Korrina said.
"I guess so" Serena said. In truth , the two hadn't spend much time together alone. They had competed together in the last battle Chateau, but that didn't give them much time to hang out.
"So uh, you and Ash seem to be closer than I've ever see before" Korrina said.
"Well yes, after we almost died a few days ago we both sort of. Well , confessed out love for each other" Serena said blushing.
"What!? You're in love with Ash?" Korrina almost shouted.
"Yes, I know that I love him" Serena said.
"Serena you're only 14 years old. How can you know that you're in love?".
"I just know, to be honest I think I've been in love with Ash since I first met him all those years ago" Serena said .
"I'm just saying, being in a relationship even a serious one is one thing. But to say you're in love".
"What about you and Red, how do you feel about him".
"Well I" Korrina said blushing and sweat dropping a little.
"Well what?" Serena said.
"I certainly adore him. He's the most amazing guy I've ever met, and we get alone so well. Sometimes I even think he's my soul mate" Korrina started before realizing what she said.
"What?" Serena said smiling.
"Uh, I said uh".
"Soulmate, you called him your soulmate" Serena said.
"I didn't say that" Korrina said blushing and sweat dropping.
"Yes you did, anyway you know their birthday is coming up. Have any ideas what you want to do for them?" Serena said.
"I was actually hoping you had thought of something" Korrina said as they both sweat dropped.
"Alright, I'm open to suggestions" Serena said.
"Well, I think a proper dinner is mandatory" Serena said.
"Clearly, alright then maybe we could do some parkour! Red and I love doing that together" Korrina said.
"Korrina, I'm not an Aura guardian".
"Right, sorry".
"I was thinking about it, those two would probably like something more sentimental and memorable than some big expensive gift" Serena said.
"I agree, but what could we do?" Korrina said.
"Well after dinner maybe we could split up and go accordingly" Serena said.
"What do you mean?".
"Well let's face it, you know Red better than I do and I know Ash better than you do. If we both plan something for them individually we can give them both a great time. Then before the night is over we could top if off with something all 4 of us could to together".
"Not a bad idea, but what would be the thing we did together?" Korrina said.
"I don't know? I still need to think of that?" Serena said. Elsewhere Ash and Red were getting closer to the poachers.
"So Ash do you know what pokemon you're using for the Anistar city gym?" Red said.
"Mightyena, and Lucario. What about you?".
"Defiantly Skarmory, but I'm not sure who else I want to use. I guess I'll just have to go through whoever I haven't used in a while?" Red said.
"Fifteen years old, just another few days." Ash said.
"I know? Do you think the others are planning something for us?" .
"Knowing Serena she probably is. I just hope they don't try to go out of their way to get us some huge present or something" Ash said.
"Right, but keep in mind they know us better than that".
"Good point". Moments later Pikachu heard something in the distance.
"Pika!" He said as he raised his ear.
"Hear something Pikachu?" Ash said.
"Pika!" Pikachu said nodding. It was then Ash and Red felt familiar Aura presences ahead of them.
"We're getting close, get ready for another fight" Red said. His Skarmory was flying just overhead.
"What about Brett, Tom and Mike?" A voice in the distance said.
"Did you hear that?" Ash said.
"Those kids might still be after us and we still have a few Mamoswine that we can sell" Another voice said.
"Right, let's just get the Mamoswine and get out of here" .
"Mamoswine let's go" Red said. The Mamoswine sprinted forward and smashed through a mound of snow. On the other side they saw three of the poachers near a set of tents and 4 Mamoswine in a massive net beside them.
"What the hell?" One of the poachers said as they turned and saw them.
"Oh dam it" The second poacher said.
" Looks like we finally found you, now how's about you give us those Mamoswine, then you stop poaching. Then maybe we don't have to punish you" Red said.
"Get them! Carnivie use Leaf tornado!".
"Victreebell use Razorleaf".
"Steel wing with a low strike".
"Pikachu Agility into a Thunderbolt". As Victreebel unleashed a barrage of Razor leaves , Pikachu sprinted forward and used his Agility to easily evade each incoming leaf. Once he was clear, Pikachu leapt up and over Victreebel and blasted him with Thunderbolt. Just before the electricity ended, Pikachu came down and smashed Victreebel across the face with Iron tail.
Victreebel was hurled back into a mound of snow and knocked out cold. Skarmory came down and used his wings to knock away each incoming leaf before coming in at a low angle and slashed Carnivine across his head.
Carnivine was hurled back and landed beside Victreebel unconscious.
"Now what?" One of the poachers said.
"Well they're just kids how tough could they be". A minute later both men were laying unconscious. Ash and Red used their wrist blades to cut open the net and free the Mamoswine.
"Well that takes care of half of them. I hope Serena and Korrina are ok" Ash said.
Elsewhere Korrina felt the Poacher's Aura get stronger.
"Where did Paul and Wallis get to?".
"Who knowns, they can take care of themselves. We need to get out of here with the Mamoswine we have".
"No you don't Korrina said as the Mamoswine charged forward and broke through the mound of snow ahead of them. They saw three of the poachers with 3 Mamoswine stuck in a net behind them.
" Stop right there!" Korrina shouted.
"It's two of those kids!".
"Only two though, we've got them outnumbered. Victreebel use Sleep powder".
"Carvnivine use Power whip".
"Cavnivine use leaf tornado!".
"Lucario Aura Sphere with a sweep".
"Amaura use Icebeam!". Amaura opened her mouth and froze the incoming powder and leaves. She then turned to the side and used her side crystal to break all of the incoming frozen leaves.
At the same time Lucario charged forward even as Carvinine wrapped his arms around Lucario's arms. At the last moment Lucario swept underneath Carnivine and dragged Carnivine into the ground and flipped him around.
Just when Lucario got up and turned around, he blasted Carnivine with an aura sphere and knocked him out.
"Carnivine use Crunch!".
"Victeebel use Vine whip!".
"Amaura use Ice beam!". Amaura's crystals began to glow white as she opened her eyes and unleashed a furious storm of snow and ice forward.
"Huh!?" Serena said in surprise.
"That's Blizzard!" Korrina said.
"Blizzard!" Serena said excited. The attack hit Carnivine dead on and knocked Victreebel's vine aside before enveloping him as well. When the Blizzard ended both pokemon were unconscious.
"Awesome Amaura!".
"Amau!" Amaura shouted before she started glowing and growing larger.
"Wait a minute, she's" Korrina started.
"I don't believe it" Serena said as she watched her pokemon evolve. Even the poachers watched in amazement as Amaura completed her evolution. When she Stopped Amaura was now just as big as Tyrantrym. Her skin was now a more dark blue with a light blue underbelly. She had several blue crystals going along her sides and two massive yellow fins across the back of her neck with blue ends.
"Auros!" She roared.
"Amazing!" Serena said as she opened her pokedex.
"The diamond-shaped crystals on its body expel air as cold as -240 degrees Fahrenheit, surrounding its enemies and encasing them in ice.".
"Wait that thing's a dinosaur?".
"It must be worth a fortune!" Another poacher said.
"Yeah let's take it from them. They're just teenage girls" The lead poacher said as they ran at the girls. Lucario stepped forward but Korrina stopped him.
"Allow me" She used her forearm to block the first poacher's incoming punch before striking him in the next with her palm. She then smacked her foot into the second one's heel and knocked him off balance before smashing her right elbow and left fist into his face.
The third poacher ran at Serena who was scared at first but then stood her ground. Just before he could reach her , Serena hurled her knee up and between his legs. The man yelped out in pain before felling to his knees as his face turned red.
"Son of a " he started before Serena raised her arm and punched him across the face.
"That's for poaching innocent pokemon" Serena said. Korrina saw what Serena had done and was a bit impressed.
"Wow Serena, respect".
"Thanks" Serena said. Korrina used her wrist blades to free the three Mamoswine. Twenty minutes later the group met up with all of the mamoswine and the poachers in the nets being dragged by the Mamoswine.
"We caught us some poachers" Serena said.
"Great job" Ash said before he noticed Aurorus.
"Hey Amaura evolved".
"She did, I'm so proud of her" Serena said.
"Hey guys there you are. We found the end of the path" Clemont said as he and Bonnie came up on their Mamoswine.
"Alright let's get going" Red said. As they reached the end of the route they gave all of the Mamoswine and the captured poachers to a man at a cabin.
"Thanks kids, we've got our Mamoswine and no more poachers" The man said as he shook Ash's hand.
"It was no trouble, you could say it's our job to help people and pokemon" Red said. As they got further from the cabin they felt the temperature get higher and higher.
"Finally the blizzard is over" Serena said as she took her coat off.
"Just another day or two and we'll get to Anistar city and our next gym battle" Ash said.
"You know I wish more gym leaders had Mega evolved pokemon. I don't remember the last time we had a good mega battle" Red said.
"Yeah" Ash said. That gave Serena a great idea. She walked over to Korrina and whispered something to her.
"I've got the perfect idea for what we could do at the end of their birthday".
"What?".
"A tag team mega battle" Serena said.

Alright first things first sorry I didn't get to their birthday yet, that's next chapter. Secondly I have decided to let you guys choose who will win the tag battle. I put a poll up, so make sure you vote.
Also some of you have asked if I know anything about the movie 17 release date. I do not, trust me if I did I'd let you know. In any case I hope it comes out in time for me to implement it into this story. Though if it doesn't I do have a backup plan.
Also in the future of this story or the next one any part that would be like a movie will be specified and stay cannon with what's going on. It will also contain several chapters.
