Rumia got up; and walked away from Enkura; casually; towards Rika.
"You OK there? You're kinda massing an arm." Rumia asked.
"I'm just fine. My power reserves are too low to repair it or help you out anymore though. Took everything I had to kill the other you; and even then; you owe that Celestial one too." Rika said. Her voice was quiet; the volume low to preserve power until she could get to recharge herself.
Rumia looked over to Tenshi; who was clearly in a bad way; although; oddly enough she had a grin.
"I guess she's happy that we won that fight." Rumia said.
"I wonder... I've heard some things about this Celestial before..." Rika said. "Ah nevermind."
Enkura looked angrily at Rumia; before shouting.
"Hey; this isn't over! I'm still here you know!"
Rumia turned, and Enkura noticed something different. Her eyes were not red; they were a pale blue. To be exact; although Enkura did not know; it was the exact shade as Shinki's hair.
"Something tells me that you don't stand a chance against me as I am now." Rumia said flatly. "Before I was always struggling against my inner self; holding myself back; lest I tap too much into her power and she wrest control. But now she's gone. And with that; the corruption of the Heart of Makai is gone too."
"Huh; what are you saying Rumia?" Rika asked.
"It is simple. With *her* gone; I am free to use my full power; and the power Shinki granted me; instead of the corrupt power within me." Rumia said; before her dark energy wings formed. However; they had ornate markings of red and blue glowing within them; and looked far more stable. "And that makes things so much easier."
Rumia's wings beat; and she took off at a high speed; shoulder-barging Enkura before she could react; sending the mad Celestial flying into a wall.
Enkura put her finger to her head; and several dreadful creatures appeared from the emerging light; Enkura bringing into reality any fantasy she could think of. Rumia just watched calmly; before she darted into the shadows; and appeared next to Enkura; delivering a Chi-infused punch; knocking her into the air; followed by a blast of Dark energy; which exploded on contact.
'She's throwing her around like some kind of ragdoll...' Rika thought. 'I get close combat may not be her strong point; but Rumia's clearly stronger... or more in control over her own strength.'
The creatures Enkura created reacted; surrounding Rumia from all sides; but she darted into the shadows again; appearing above Enkura; a glowing orb in both hands.
"Your creations are no use if they cannot keep up. This dark tomb is the worst possible place to fight me in! Unnatural Shadow: total Eclipse!"
Rumia performed the same blow she had against Elly; driving the first energy orb into Enkura's midsection; which shot her away in an arc; leaving the trail of light; as Rumia flew around in the opposite curve; meeting at the bottom as she drove the other orb into Enkura's back.
But Rumia did not relent then. If that attack did not stop a Shinigami; and this was one who escaped their clutches; it would take more.
Her eyes quickly identified the targets; and she swiftly jabbed Enkura's key pressure points with her fingers and Chi; even as her prior attack held her still.
"Kugh!" Enkura spluttered as Rumia's Eclipse faded. "Why does a creature like you know such a delicate art?"
"I was taught well." Rumia said simply. "If you wish to have even a ghost of a chance; you will use your powers to change this tomb from the darkness. But that would be an affront to your self-bestowed name; and thus your pride; wouldn't it?"
Enkura's eyes bulged with anger. "That is right! I am Enkura; I am the Complete Darkness. Gensokyo is my birthright; and it shall become my realm of Chaos and Darkness!"
Enkura raised her arms; and shot a purple light into the sky; before a shower of meteors began to fall from the top of the tomb; Rumia dodging them with relative ease. The attack had power; but it was unweildly and un-targeted; easy to dodge while closing in.
Rumia aproached; and Enkura formed from purple light a sword which had eight clouds marked upon it's blade; swinging it at Rumia, with far more power than skill, hitting thin air.
"Why do you oppose me?! I can tell; you're not even from Gensokyo! Get out of my land!" Enkura said.
"I owe it to your mother to try and cure you! She gave her life for me!" Rumia shouted back. "I'll help you even if I have to drag you and knock you out to do so; Buru Yakumo!"
Enkura roared in rage and swung her sword again; before she smirked.
"If I can't hit you; then I'll just hit her instead!" she said; before she threw her sword at Rika.
Rumia flew to intercept; but Rika simply knocked it off-course with a small blast of energy.
"I can manage to protect myself from attacks that weak even at this low energy level." Rika said. "Knock her on her rear for me!"
Rumia turned to the Celestial, who looked frustrated.
"You hear that? I got her permission to kick your butt." Rumia said. "I understand your type. You're like Kogasa or Cirno. You're not the type who excels in close quarters. You're the type who likes to play from afar, using unpredictable strategies. Of course, they are more stupidity than madness."
Rumia vanished into the darkness, and appeared in front of Enkura.
"So if I get this close, this quick, neither you or the monsters you pull from your head can do anything!" Rumia declared, before slamming her Chi-Infused fist into Enkura's stomach; causing her to fly back into the wall.
"So." Rumia said. "Are you going to life this darkness of your namesake, or shall I have to beat you up more?"
Enkura looked up, and scowled, as she spread her hands out.
"Fantasia World!" she said, before almost instantly, the inside of the tomb changed. Whereas before it was darkness, Enkura changed the tomb to be water. The entire thing was filled with water, light glimmering through.
'Air, and the water pressure...!' Rumia thought, as Enkura seemed to laugh.
"As a Celestial, I need not worry about drowning. Is that true of you, mortal?" she said, speaking through magic, not words, before she put her hand to her head, and at least twenty sharks formed, before they rushed towards Rumia.
'I can't take out that many at once, not underwater. I don't trust the Dark energy to not explode underwater and without the shadows... I guess I'll have to do this.' Rumia thought, before with a flash of darkness around her, she turned into the shadow itself, her shadow form.
The sharked ripped into the shadow, darkness spreading out a little around them, but re-forming into the humanoid shape. The sharks then turned towards the bleeding Tenshi, but she had recovered enough to get up and fight them of her own accord, fending them off with her keystones and the Sword of Hisou.
Rumia's shadow form smirked. Her body was pure black, however, her mouth and eyes were glowing blue lights in the darkness, instead of the old red. Her wings were unfurled again, with the blue marks brighter.
'I can't hold this form long, but I don't need to breathe, or worry about the wayer resistance when I am shadow itself.' Rumia thought, before she shot through the water, her incorporeal form passing through the water with no resistance at all.
'I'm sure you can survive this... you are a Celestial after all, but it may hurt... Total Eclipse!' Rumia thought, as she placed her two palms on Enkura, one o her forehead, the other on her stomach.
Then Enkura was covered by a sphere of darkness which extended from Rumia's hands, with a slight corona of blue light around it. This lasted for about five seconds, before blue cracks spread along the sphere of darkness. A moment later, it shattered, and the darkness faded, before Enkura flew away from Rumia, clearly battered.
Then the door opened. The water drained out like a bath where the plug had been pulled, and the body of Enkura flushed out. Rumia saw Suika bracing herself against the torrent. She had come as she had asked Koishi to make her, at the worst possible time. Rumia did not follow, the current having no effect on her body, but her shadow form being unable to approach the sunlight streaming through the door. She saw Tenshi and Rika flow through as well [Rika's metallic body knocking Sukia down.]
Rumia focused, and returned to her normal form, flowing out with the last of the water, before she re-oriented herself, and looked around.
Enkura was gone, but the wet trail made it clear where she went.
She was making a run for Gensokyo.
"You have to have the worst possible timing, don't ya Oni!" Rika shouted.
"Oh it's not her fault. She couldn't have known. Just get after her!" Rumia shouted; as the group flew towards where they met Tenshi and Iku.
Then they heard a pained cry, just as they reached the gap in the clouds they arose on, and they jumped down, with the exception of Tenshi.
The sight that awaited Rumia, Rika and Suika at the peak of Youkai Mountain was something they did not expect.
Yuuka was sitting on a rock. It appeared to be the Yuuka of Gensokyo, as she looked identical to the one Rumia was familiar with. Elly had an unconscious Enkura by the neck, pinned to the wall against the pole of her scythe.
"I told you there was a reason she came down here in such a state Elly." Yuuka said. "And now you know. It appears Rumia's presence here means she was the one responsible for those shades that ruined my tulip patch. As I anticipated."
One thing came across Rumia's head when she heard the Shades damaged Yuuka's flowers.
'She's doomed.'
Author Notes: Yeah; Enkura isn't that powerful in close quarters, and this was also more of a display of what Rumia can do without worrying about her other self. Rumia's used to sparring with fighters that can make things like Cirno with her ice, or fighters who are unpredictable like Kogasa. Force them into a corner with a rush-down style. The fighting styles of the two were greatly in Rumia's favor.
