'Oh crap I'm in trouble. What's she even doing on Earth anyway?!' Rumia thought. She was certainly stronger than when they last met, but she knew she was nowhere near the level of Yorihime, who was strong enough to even give Shinki some resistance.

"Hmph. The look for fear on your face upon seeing me is the look all of you Earthlings should have. The Moon is above you, and thus you should know your place when confronted with one such as me." Yorihime said.

"I'm not an Earthling though. I'm from Makai. Remember? There isn't a moon in Makai." Rumia said.

"Is there not? Well, you look up to the Moon here, and on the Moon, you look down upon the Earth. That is the natural order of things." Yorihime said.

'Nice to see Shinki beating you up didn't hurt your ego...'

"Anyway, you are in my way." Yorihime said.

"You think I'm gonna let you go in there and cause problems again? Let me guess, you wanna take Kaguya to the moon again, right?"

"Uh... Rumia, Eirin mentioned she was expecting her." Kogasa said.

"I ain't just gonna let you try and take Kaguya back to the Moon without a fight... wait what Kogasa?"

"Eirin was expecting Yorihime. They're related. Apparently she comes down every now and then to visit ever since that incident."

"You and Eirin are related?!" Rumia asked.

"Yes." Yorihime said flatly. "Eirin was also our teacher."

"And you banished her?!" Rumia shouted.

"The council banished her. Mine and my sister's votes would have have changed the matter, and even if we did not vote to do so, she would have gone with Kaguya regardless." Yorihime said. "I would tell you to direct your anger towards the Council, but they no longer exist since the chaos you caused."

"What exactly happened after the whole Kaguya dying in front of everyone thing anyway?" Rumia asked. "You two kept going on about a 'breakdown of order' and everything."

Yorihime sighed. "It is of no concern to you, but I guess you deserve to know what you wrought upon the Moon. The weak must take pride in their achievements."

"Yeah yeah. You failed to kill me, didn't you?" Rumia said, annoyed at being spoken down to.

"Only because that God intervened." Yorihime said calmly, dismissing Rumia's attack on her as if swatting a fly. "Anyway, with no heir to the throne, the moon's noble families went into chaos. Each member of the Council used the chance to try and seize the throne for themselves. Me and my sister at first watched, unwilling to get involved."

Yorihime closed her eyes.

"However my sister dislikes conflict. That is why she handles the political side, while I am the General of the Lunarian Army. I am not good with the politics myself. She was sick of the fighting, so she decided she would take the Throne. The people already loved me and my sister, we are heroes to them. So when she announced her intent before what was left of the Council at that time..."

A single tear came from Yorihime's right eye.

"The Council teamed up against her. They knew she was far stronger than any one of them alone, and they also knew I was. Afraid of such a thing, I stood between my sister and the power-hungry. My sister would not bring herself to harm her fellow Lunarians, but I would not allow them to hurt her. I could never allow them to attack my sister. I showed my true power to the Council for the first time. At the end of the fight, 54 were dead. 34 were severely injured and remain in comas. The remaining 10 never challenged my sister's claim in the first place."

Yorihime looked away.

"Because of you... I had to kill my fellow Lunarians. My sister had to take a throne she did not want. The people are happy, and the chaos is over, but now the pressure of running the entire of the Moon falls on me and my sister alone, as well as the 10 who did not fight. 12 out of 100. I cannot say if this will be better or worse in the long-term. I am here to tell Eirin what happened, and to ask for her advice on some matters."

Rumia stood quietly.

"Well... if the people are happy, I'm sure this will turn out better than before! I mean, if the other councilors were dirtbags enough to start fighting among each other for the throne, you're probobly better off without them anyway!" Rumia said. "Don't you Lunarians pride yourselves on purity? Those guys fought among each other, corrupted by greed and lust for power! Your sister took the throne for the good of the people, and you fought the others out of a pure desire to protect your sister! Surely, being without those corrupted by ambition is a good thing for those like you who pride themselves on such purity?"

Yorihime looked startled, before she chuckled very briefly.

"As much as I hate to admit such, you have a point." Yorihime said.

"I think everything will be better up there!" Kogasa said. "Things have a habit of getting better when Rumia shows up!"

Yorihime ignored the Karakasa. It was as if she did not even aknowledge Kogasa existing. She just looked towards the sky.

"... I have a few minutes to spare. What do you say we have a round, Gensokyo style?" Yorihime said.

"Eh? You mean spellcards? You have those?" Rumia asked.

"Anything you can do, I can do better." Yorihime boasted. "I simply wish to display that. I do not have much time, so each of us shall use only a single spellcard."

Rumia sighed. "So in the end you just want to prove your superiority again after conceding I had a point, don't you?"

"Do you have some kind of inferiority complex Miss?" Kogasa asked. "I mean you're always talking about how you're better than everyone else..."

This time Yorihime noticed Kogasa, and sent her flying into the bamboo with a casual swing of her sheathed sword.

"She's not that bright." Rumia said.

"I figured." Yorihime said.

"Just one question before we start though, Yorihime." Rumia asked. "How did you get down here without Rika? I assume she's not helping you. You kinda cut her in half last time."

"Yukari Yakumo is dead. Without her interfering my sister can easily transport one person to and from the moon with her own abilities." Yorihime said simply. "Now, are we going to get started?" Yorihime asked.

"Right! I'll come at you with my newest spellcard then!" Rumia said, pulling out a spellcard from her pocket and shifting into her shadow-form. "Demonic Nature: Kage no Tamashī." [Kage no tamashī = Shadow Soul. It just sounds cooler]

The spellcard started with Rumia swinging her right claw, swathes of Dark Energy danmaku streaking through the air as if an enlarged version of the claw. Yorihime simply positioned herself between the slashes, and then repeated as Rumia formed a slash heading in the opposite direction.

"This is a joke... don't waste my time." Yorihime said. "An attack of this level I can time out with my eyes closed. I need not even fire a shot in retaliation."

Rumia responded by gathering a large amount of energy, before firing a barrage of thin, black lasers between the weaves of dark spheres, causing them to move away from the beams, a chaotic scattering.

Yorihime at first seemed to be decent at evasion, but when the dark orbs reached the laser they were pushed towards, they reversed and moved at a different speed, causing a hectic twister of danmaku.

One of the orbs managed to graze Yorihime's bow, and she suddenly, with a scowl, fired non-spell danmaku, shaped like the sort of fire one would expect to see on an ancient scroll depicting battle. She fired the projectiles with incredibly accuracy, weaveing them between Rumia's danmaku and hitting her, unable to move well due to the spell trance.

With five seconds left, Yorihime broke the spell.

Rumia was about to brag about how Yorihime failed to time out her spell, but Yorihime pulled out her own spellcard with such speed that Rumia had no time.

"Lunar Judgement: Waxing Crescent" Yorihime said, pulling out her sword, and unsheathing it, before launching a pure-white swordwave donwards at high speed, which forced Rumia to the edge of the bounded field to evade. When the wave hit the ground, it burst into a shower of small white danmaku, which flew back up towards Yorihime, flying wildly.

Just when Rumia thought she was in the clear, Yorihime launched not one but two swordwaves, forceing Rumia to quickly fly through the rising shower of danmaku pellets to the side of the area to evade both waves, before a shower twice as thick rose., this one forceing Rumia to graze the bullets.

Then Yorihime gathered energy, and fired three waves. This time, the barrage that arose was too much for Rumia to evade, and she took multiple hits, before being slammed into the ground by the next barrage of swordwaves, four this time.

Yorihime then sheaved her sword when the fourth wave hit the ground, and about half the danmaku that arose from it had risen to her level.

"You came closer than I would have liked." she said. "That was my spell timing out just then. Of course, it is clear who the victor is. I dispelled your spell, while you clearly got battered by the last waves of mine. Still, I commend you got coming that far."

Yorihime landed, and walked into Eientei. Kogasa flew over and picked Rumia off the ground. Danmaku didn't cause injuries except scrapes, but it still stung.

"I don't like her." Kogasa said.

"Yeah... but you can't help but respect her. I mean, the way she put it, it almost sounds like being a bitch runs in the species. I mean all those others ganging up on her and leaping at the chance for power.

"Oh, and Kaguya wasn't exactly nice at first!" Kogasa said. "If what Mokou says she did was true. Maybe you're onto something. Maybe Lunarians ARE bitches as a species?"

"The only evidence otherwise is Eirin, and even then we don't know what she did when she first came to Earth." Rumia said, as the two started to fly out of the forest. Kogasa, surprisingly, seemed to know her way around the place as well as the rabbits.

When Rumia arrived at the Scarlet Mansion, Reisen was already there. As were Koishi and Satori, apparently Koishi had got her sister and told her what was going on. Remilia was also outside, and protested when Rumia arrived.

"My mansion is not your personal asylum, you know!" she said. "Poor Patchy had her work cut out for her changing the seals on the basement to hold a Celestial instead of a Vampire."

"Then I'll have to thank her later." Rumia said simply. "Maybe I can ask one of the Taoists if they have any interesting books she can borrow. Or maybe see if there are any books of interest in the Human Village. Patchy doesn't go there due to her illnesses, right?"

Remilia just pouted. "Well go and fix her so she can stop being a freeloader."

With that, Rumia, Satori, Koishi and Reisen went into the basement. Enkura was tied up, but still unconscious.

Satori touched her head, and was quiet for a few moments.

"This... will take time. It's different to Flandre. Flandre's insanity was due to her mind being broken. This one's insanity... is due to her very nature. Not only that, but we will probobly need to re-treat her every so often. Twice a year, I think. Else the agony from her being a Celestial Youkai would drive her mad once again." Satori said.

"But it is possible?" Rumia asked.

"Yes." Satori said. "Yes, it should be. She will be Enkura no longer, she will be Buru Yakumo once again."

Rumia smiled.

"That's all I want. Her to have a second chance. She shouldn't be doomed to insanity just because of what she is."

Rumia looked up.

"Now we're even Yukari. You gave me my life back, I'll give Buru hers."
