Rika ran around her underground base, busy pressing various buttons to operate various machines.

"Arrgh! I'll get her one day. I'm sure I'll kill her! Stupid darkness youkai! Those humans should look up to me, not her!" the mad scientist said, her robotic tone hiding her frustration.

"Rika." a voice said. The voice was the sort which would command attention, yet Rika ignored it, and continued her work.

The source of the voice cleared her throat, but Rika did not react. So she tapped something against the wall, but again, the machine did not respond.

The intruder moved into Rika's path, and this finally got her to take notice.

"How did you get in here?! No-one can come in here without me letting them in!" Rika shouted. "In fact no-one but me even knows about this place!"

"I have come because I have a duty to come before you." the Yamaxanadu said calmly. Despite being an adult, she was hardly taller than Rika, who had the body of a ten-year old. "If you think you can keep the Yamaxanadu herself away, you are sorely mistaken."

Rika scowled, before brandishing her wrench. "I don't care if you're the Yamaxanadu, God, or whatever! Get out or I'll make you!"

Shikieiki sighed.

"Usually I am not one to use my force to get my point across, but to a soulless machine such as you, I do not risk killing you. If you use force against me, I shall not hesitate to smash the frail body you are using to cheat death. All I wish is to spe..."

Rika swung her wrench at the Yamaxanadu's head. Shikieiki did not even flinch or move at all, as the wrench shattered on contact with her head.

"W-what?!" Rika stammered, as the Yamaxanadu looked down on her with disapproval, before in a flash, with a single casual backhand, she broke the robot's head into over a hundred pieces.

The Yama stood still, before one of Rika's other bodies activated, and walked towards her, coming out of a storage device.

"Have I made myself clear?" she asked.

"What kind of strength was that..." Rika said.

"The strength of the one who must be strong enough to condemn the evils of the world to Hell. The judge must be strong, lest their judgement be stopped by those who would seek to object. As the Yamaxanadu, the Yama of the Highest Order, and the Yama of Gensokyo, where the strongest reside, I am the strongest of the Yamaxanadu, and no mortal being can even compare with my strength. Of course, we do not interfere in mortal affairs either, except to warn them they are on the precipice of going to Hell, and for funeral services. However, you are not alive."

Rika laughed.

"You have all that power... but you don't use it? You're a fool, Yamaxanadu! I will not listen to the words of a fool."

"Then perhaps you will listen to this." the Yama said calmly, before she pulled out a white spirit, which she clutched by the tail. "Do you know what this is, Rika?"

"It's a spirit." Rika said. "Seen enough of em to know. I even fashioned some of my robots in their likeness to masquerade as spirits so they could ambush Reimu when sh tried to exorcise them. Your point?"

"You do not know what this is then." the Yama said, before she ran her finger down the back of the spirit. Rika felt a cold chill down the back of herself, despite her body being incapable of feeling such a thing.

"It is your soul, Rika. You may continue your illusion of a life within mechanical bodies as data, but the fact is you died when you killed your youkai form. I could pass judgement upon your soul at any point I see fit. I could destroy your illusion of a life without consequence, since you have already passed. I simply come here to tell you, that your un-natural existence gives you a chance to redeem your soul, and avoid going to Hell, as you surely would."

Rika laughed again.

"Me? Go to Hell? You really are a fool. For my work, killing the monsters known as Youkai, I should go to Heaven!"

For a second, the Yama had a flash of anger across her face, but that vanished, before she calmly pressed a golden rod atop the spirit. Rika felt a crushing weight upon her, driving her to her knees, the mechanics inside her falling apart.

"Feel the weight of your sins then." the Yama said. "This Bar, the Bar of Ten Kings, is as heavy as the sins carried by the one I am judgeing. To me, of course, it is as light as a feather, I have the strength to wield it, no-matter how heavy it is. For you... it is one of the heaviest I have held in a while."

Rika smirked.

"Shut up. Activate Flamethrowers; target the intruder!" Rika declared, before jets of fire shot from holes in the ceiling, engulfing the Yama.

Then Rika lost her second body, shattered into innumerable fragments by the Bar of Ten Kings. The Yama bathed in the fire.

"If you believe that fire colder than that of Hell itself could harm me, you are sorely mistaken." Eiki said. "Your original cause was noble, but it has become corrupt in a lust for vengeance!"

Ten Rika robots activated at once, and piled onto the Yama, but she flicked them off effortlessly, them bursting into pieces when they slammed into the walls.

"You fail to notice the changing times! Most youkai are no longer sinners! You must accept this Rika, if you ever wish to redeem yourself."

The walls opened, and a massive amount of tanks became visible. They fired shells, bullets and flame at the Yama, but she reflected them casually with a single swing of her Bar, destroying all of the tanks, and the remaining containers for the Rika Robots.

Rika's face flickered onto a computer screen.

"I know you have one more body, and I know you need to activate it manually. I shall leave you like this. Either change your ways, and ask for the help of the darkness youkai you wish to kill, or stay like that for eternity, while your soul is condemned to Hell." the Yamaxanadu said.

She paused for a few moments.

"You hate youkai because one killed your parents... but perhaps you should honor what they wanted more, and only hate the evil youkai, and not those who are trying to complete your parent's legacy. Genocide is not a game, Rika, and I have seen many who thought it was. Very few of them got the chance you have to redeem themselves."

With that, the Yamaxanadu vanished, leaving Rika's ruined base, and the machine to herself to think.

Author Notes: Yeah Eiki's pretty much unstoppable. But she's limited by **Rules**. She literally cannot kill someone. She can danmaku a person that's living but that's about it. That said, you have to be strong to judge all the superpowered evil youkai and stuff that died. After all, if Eiki was WEAK, she'd have been killed long ago by the very ones she judged.

Also the whole Yukari commenting 'Me, Yuyuko and Reimu together wouldn't even make her break a sweat if she fought seriously'. And that's canon. And Yuyuko works for Eiki. Eiki is probobly only weaker than a particular class of Gods themselves. ['Classes of Gods' is something I'll speak more about later. Just know that Shinki is of a higher order of Divinity than Kanako/Suwako.]
