A/N: Hey guys! Did we lose anyone back there? I'm sorry, an explanation will be at the bottom, but without further ado (is that how you spell it?) The Hunting Chapter 26.

No One's POV

Wind rushed through her hair as she raced through the woods. Pieces of her hair flew in her eyesight as she pushed them away desperately. She stumbled over roots and the uneven ground before falling and rolling down the small hill. She landed on her side with a painful thud, feeling the warm liquid seep out of a cut on her forehead. Using the little bit of strength she had left, she pulled herself up. Crawling to a tree, she pressed her back firmly against the rough bark of the trunk. She drew in a deep breath as footsteps neared her. Keep going, keep going, she pleaded in her head. Her heart stopped beating when the footsteps stopped. She let out a shaky breath as the footsteps began again. She was yanked up suddenly as a scream was ripped from her throat, filling the dense woods.

Eddie POV

My vision began to clear as I squinted against the bright light of the sun. Where am I? I struggled to sit up, my head feeling like it's been bashed in. I looked over to see Fabian, Alfie, Jerome, Joy, and Willow passed out around the clearing that we were currently in. Stumbling to my feet, I kicked Jerome's shoe.

"Get up!" I ordered as they all gave a groggy groan.

"What happened?" Alfie questioned.

"That's what I was going to ask you."

"The alarms went off," Willow muttered out of no where.

"Willow? Do you remember what happened?" Fabian asked as Willow nodded.

"It's coming back in flashes."

"Remind me," I said as she thought about it.

"The alarms went off so all of Sibuna and the mini-hunters came out here. We fought but somehow something got into the house so the alarm went off. The trainees, Nina, KT, Patricia, and Amber went to the house and the Supernaturals knocked us out," she explained as I nodded.

"We need to get to the house," I spoke softly.

"What the he-"

"Eddie, the door's kicked in," Joy told me. I dashed over to the front door, moving away the broken wood. The house was a mess. There were clear signs of a fight, one I couldn't tell who the winner was. Joy stumbled into me as I caught her.

"What could've done this?" Joy asked as I walked over what looked like a broken piece of the couch.

"I don't know." Honestly, there was millions of suspects in my head and billions of thoughts buzzing around. I was trying my best to remain calm, if not for my sake but Sibuna's. My eyes scanned the torn up room as a groan filled the air.

"Eddie?" Dexter questioned as Cassie, Erin, and himself got up.

"Where's Nina and KT?" I asked as I looked around the room for them.

"They took them," Erin mumbled.

"Who all did they take?" I asked calmly, trying my best not to explode.

"Nina, KT, Amber, and...Patricia," Cassie whispered.

"Who took them?" I shouted as the younger kids stepped back in fear.

"Just some girl," Erin blurted out.

"Did she say anything?"

"All she said was to tell you 'hello there, old friend' and that you'd know who she was working for," Cassie informed me.

No One's POV

She was pushed roughly down a hall as she tried her best from tripping.

"You could be nicer you know," she muttered. Her hair was frizzy and her body was covered with dirt and bruises.

"Shut up," a male hissed as they pushed her into a cement room. The other two males with her grabbed onto her wrists and chained her to the bars hanging on the ceiling.

"Hey! Where are my friends?" she questioned loudly. The men ignored her as they headed out of the room. "Where are my friends? Let me go!"

"Shut up," a male growled.

"Get me the hell out of here!" A electrical stick that reminded her of a mixture of a taser and a baton zapped her, causing her to convulse and become immediately incapacitated.

Eddie POV

I paced back and forth as the rest of the teens in the room followed me with their eyes.

"Eddie, pacing isn't going to help," Erin muttered as she placed an ice pack on Dexter's swelling eye.

"You don't think I know that!" Eddie snapped, "Vallen has my two childhood best friends and work partners, my girlfriend, and my new friend who I care about a lot!"

A soothing hand was placed on his shoulder as Eddie glanced at Joy.

"It's going to be okay. Nina and KT can take care of themselves. Patricia is a witch and she doesn't take crap from anyone. Amber, well, she could probably bust someone's eardrums or at least talk them to death," Joy said in a calm voice.

"Just think," Willow spoke softly, "Think of your next move." I took in a deep breath, focusing my mind on the situation at hand.

"We need to get the girls. Dexter, Erin, Cassie, and I will go to Vallen's lair while the rest of you stay here," I told Sibuna.

"What? Why do we have to stay?" Fabian shouted in a sudden outburst. I jumped in surprise at his outburst before giving him a look of sympathy. He had been quiet since they all got home and I knew he must be upset over Nina being missing.

"Fabian, someone broke in to look for those Cup of Ankh pieces, I need you guys to find more pieces," I explained calmly. Fabian let out a sigh before nodding. "Okay, the four of us need to go to the Industries. The rest of you find more pieces and clues." Sibuna nodded as I moved to grab a knife from the kitchen. I passed it to Jerome as he took it will hesitance.

"Aim for the throat. Slice, don't stab. And cut deep," I spoke, my voice voided of any emotion. I pulled a gun from my waistband and handed it to Fabian.

"This shoots wooden bullets," I told them.

"What if something shows up again?" Jerome questioned as I headed for the front door with the newbie trio.

"Shoot it," I called back as I headed out the door.

A/N: How was that? Next chapter we'll get to see some badass-ery from some of the characters along with some requests (if I can hopefully find them).

Okay first I just want to say I'm sooooo sorry I haven't been updating like at all (10 months to be exact). I won't make excuses because I get frustrated too when someone doesn't update but Freshman year has been kicking my ass. My classes are difficult at best. Also in august I messed up my foot then that was a whole fiasco. In the end I got surgery on it and I'm still in the process of healing. So that is why I having really been updating much. I honestly just haven't been in the mood to write. I have been focusing all of my abilities on healing and my education because I've busted my stitches and broken 2 casts, I have gone through pain meds, my foots still isn't properly healed, and they may have to go in again. Plus, as a student who hasn't gotten anything lower than an A, a b even in my sucidal state I was once in and all the times I have been sick in my lifetime, an F in biology isn't good so obviously something neeeded to be done. And i'm sorry to myself and my readers that writing had to be the sacrifice I had to make for awhile. Don't get me wrong, I have been trying to write, I've been even trying to write some new and exitcing stuff from other fandoms (i.e. Teen Titans, Young Justice, Crossovers, Epic, etc.) but with my health and education the way it is I have become more focused in those two things and at best with just reading some Fanfictions. Which by the way if anyone likes the movie Epic you should totally check out FishInAFadora 's stories/series. I can understand if anyone is frustrated with the lack of update but I honestly can't help it and at this point I don't care. I love each and everyone of you readers/reviewers but writing is not my job (yet at least), I don't earn money from this nor do I need it to keep me alive and surviving in this world. My health and education come first, no matter how much that sucks.

Anyways, back to the actual story, this story will continue. I have actually been trying to write chapters. I won't say I have writer's block because there's no such thing. It's just everytime I reread something I write it's not good enough. I end up not liking it. I am actually trying on this story though. This story will continue and I will write the series that goes with it. I however need time.
