A series of unfortunate events that have made the history of the Dragon Ball world slightly deviate from its normal course has caused the subject of the world's most embarrassing folly to get another chance to, hopefully, not mess things up nearly as bad while residing on Earth.

The story revolves around a Saiyajin, a bloodthirsty, mythical creature widely feared by humans whenever the full moon rises. They say these malevolent being eats the heart and liver of humans, and also feed on their ki - the mortal life force - through its deadly kiss to make itself more powerful. But does the Saiyajin really exists? Bulma finds out when she meets Vegeta Yonsei.
