It was too late.
Dropping to her knees. A silent scream played across her face. That's when she gave up and let the darkness in.
Bea's whole life had been about staying away from the part of her that was her father's daughter, the devils daughter, but watching Dean's lifeless body lay on the floor as blood stained the grass around him, she gave up that fight.
The darkness almost felt like a warm liquid as it spread through her body from the inside out. All aches and pains gone. All thirst and hunger gone, as her head emptied itself of thoughts and feelings. She didn't feel scared or brave, happy or sad, she only felt powerful. Powerful to the tips of her fingers, to the tip of her tongue.
Standing slowly, Bea's skin tingled as all traces of blood and dirt vanished. Her hair seemingly blown backwards as knots untangled themselves, and after just a few seconds there stood Bea, cleaner than she'd ever been.
Tilting her head slightly she looked at the axe wielding demon who still stood over Dean's body. Her right eye flashed red with fire and her left shined blue like ice, and before the demon could take in what he was seeing, Bea vaporised him with a look.
Turning and walking into her cabin Bea wondered at what she should be feeling. Pleased to be leaving her prison or sad to be leaving her home. All she knew with certainty was that she was leaving and it didn't matter where she was heading.
Picking up a black backpack she began to load it up with weapons, although thinking about it she doubted she had a need for them anymore so promptly dumped them out on the floor.
Bea changed into some clean clothes leisurely and filled her backpack with spare jeans, t-shirts and shoes, then moved to leave through the hole in the cabin wall. Walking purposefully down the yard she scoped to pick up her bow. It felt familiar and holding it in her right hand she walked on, stopping only to wave her arm over the scene in front of her causing all the bodies of Sam and Dean to mist away into the ground.
The demon that had distracted Dean what felt like a lifetime ago paced just beyond the iron rail, watching as Bea crossed, not even acknowledging that she had stepped over the one thing that had keep her safe for so many years. He looked on nervously as she took a few steps towards the woods, seemingly unaware of him until she turned eyes of fire and ice to him.
Locked in her gaze he lowered his head the way a dog does to its master and on she walked.

"What the hell!?" Dean asked no one in particular as he stepped through the trees and took in the carnage of Bea's cabin.
"Dean" Sam called nodding towards the grass at their feet which was stained with blood
"Bea!" Dean yelled running over the rail towards the cabin "Bea!"
Sam followed his brother up the porch steps and through the hole where the front door once stood. He stumbled over a pile of guns and knives on the floor before looking around the empty cabin. Dean was already coming back up the basement stairs, a look of anguish on his face as he said "She's not here"
"I'll go look outside" Sam said desperately hoping beyond hope that he would find her hiding somewhere in the yard.
"She's not here" Dean said again as Sam ran out. He rubbed his hand down his face willing himself to come up with some theory, some clue, but all he felt was terror. Moving back out into the sunlight he felt his eyes prickle with tears.
Sam appeared from the side of the cabin to find his brother stood on the porch.
"There's so much blood" Dean barely whispered as Sam moved to stand by him. Looking down at the yard Sam gulped as he saw that nearly the whole yard was covered in patches of brownish red blood "It looks like there was a war".
