K, I DONE NOW!
Kagome POV:
After Sesshomaru got done with his training, he lifted himself from his ballet stance, threw on his haori and walked out of the dojo without so much as a glance towards me.
'Well what happened to being all high and mighty? Well, since he didn't tell me to go and follow him, I don't think I will. It's time I explored this mansion of his.'
I thought gleefully. I admit that I had been wanting to try and find a way to escape, preferably on an animal, there is just no way I can escape on foot and up enough distance between me and the mansion in enough time.
'I need to find his stables, or Ah-Un, either works really'
few hours later…
I skipped around happy that I can explore on my own. 'This must be how Dora feels' I said to myself.
So far I have discovered the dining hall, the kitchen, and a koi pond. All of that was around sundown I would say, so I guess it's eight or nine o'clock. Meaning that either Sesshomaru has yet to realize that I'm gone, he doesn't care that I'm gone, or he has some weird demon spy looking after me.
"He probably just doesn't care. But I wonder where everyone is..."
I said to the air as I turned a corner. I hadn't seen a demon, a half-breed, a bug, not even a freakin' dust bunny since I left the dojo. It's times like this when I wish I brought my iPod when Sesshomaru took me to the dojo, but no, it's in my book bag, all alone and cold. Looks like I have to entertain myself...
'Dora, Dora, Dora the explorer…Dora!' I sang softly as I turned yet another corner.
Sesshomaru POV:
I sat at my desk, irritated at the new problem I seemed to acquire. "Human!" I called for the third time.
'Why did I bring the human again?' I asked myself as I rose from my desk. I can't believe how the human just disobeyed me, and stood at the doors of my dojo gawking at my soldiers.
The human has absolutely no shame.
"She needs to be taught discipline. I wouldn't be surprised if she has gotten lost. Such a pointless species," I murmured to myself, a dark mood once again coming over me, seems as if every time I even mentioned the human, I'm put in a dark mood. It's a wonder how the servants are still here– between my dim-witted half-brother, my sex-crazed father and the annoying human, it's a miracle that my own aura didn't kill every living thing in the mansion.
'It surely wouldn't be the first time.'
Unfortunately, I was unable to continue my thoughts because Daichi barged into my office, nearly knocking me over before he stopped. I felt my normally flat face quirk slightly at this new irritation, though I immediately relaxed before the demon noticed.
"M'Lord," he began without even a greeting, "the servants have-"
"Daichi," I interrupted, irritated that he didn't even knock. "You are lucky to have stopped before running into me. I have a wild human on the loose, and you have the qualities of a demon and a half-breed that I truly hate. If you weren't my general, I would have beheaded you where you stand, fox demon."
"M-M'Lord," Daichi began again, visibly shaken, "the servants have located the human."
I would have been almost pleased when the fox demon began shaking, though this news sent a new wave of irritation through me.
"I wasn't aware that my servants were looking for a human instead of performing their duties," I growled. 'And so my servants are now involved with the human.'
Daichi paled – I guess he is aware now that if he said something wrong, he might never say anything again. "M'Lord-"
"No matter," I once again interrupted. "Where is she?"
"She does not yet know, but she is heading towards the stables. Would you have me bring her to you, M'Lord?" Daichi grunted out, recovering now that he knows he isn't the object of my ire. Yet, I sensed sarcasm in Daichi's voice.
'Hmm…'
"No," I said. "Follow her, observe her, then report back to me and tell me what you find."
I know its short, but something is better than nothing right?
So what did you think?
