Hi, guys! ^^ I finally got something prewritten, yay! XD Hopefully I can get ahead with this now; I've been spending a lot of quality time with my dad playing Lego Lord of the Rings recently (Lego game time is bonding time, it's something we've done ever since I was a little kid XD), so I've not had much time to write things, because I'd feel guilty cutting back on that time.
Anyhow, I have time right now, so I hope you enjoy this one! I'm not too sure about Yami's behavior at the end of this one, but I hope it works out x3
Anyway, I hope you enjoy!

Another tear made its way down Yami's cheeks, and he swiped it away quickly, trying to calm his breathing despite the painful lonliness. How long had it been now? Two, maybe three days? Yami was beginning to lose track of how long it had been since he'd lost his Aibou. It was all Anzu's fault. Yes, he'd lost Yuugi in the past, but... His Aibou was gone. And to make matters worse, Jounouchi and Honda had betrayed them, working alongside Anzu! Yami growled under his breath. Their former friends were truly evil.
"I'm back!" Yuugi's voice.
Yami shuddered at the ghostly words as he sat in the bedroom he used to share with Yuugi, shivering. Was he doomed to have his lover's voice haunt him forever? Desperately, he tried to think of things Yuugi would say in this situation.
'It's okay... Don't cry for me. I want you to move on with your life, and... Be happy.'
'I love you, Yami. Never forget that. Not even those evil 'friends' of ours can change that. I'll always love you, from this life to the next.'
'I may be gone, but I'll always be with you in your heart-'
"Yami! Open the door, now!" Anzu's voice.
It was her. Or was it? He'd just heard Yuugi's voice, too, but that had been a simple trick of his mind. Maybe the shrill tone he'd just heard was another mind trick? He was going insane; she wouldn't leave his nightmares, and now she was even interrupting his thoughts of Yuugi! He screwed up his eyes, trying to visualize the face of his partner, and smiled slightly as more words of comfort swam through his mind.
'Don't cry for me, Yami. Smile. Don't feel upset, not for me! You have a whole life ahead of you, and I want you to live it.'
"Yami! Are you okay in there?! Open the door, please!" Jounouchi's voice.
He growled at the pleading tone of that traitor's voice. He had been the first to side with Anzu, grabbing his Aibou and dragging him away despite the boy's protests. Nothing that the illusion of Jounouchi could say would ever redeem him in his eyes.
"Look, we're sorry we've took so long! But we're back, now, and we promise we won't take this long when we go with you!" Honda's voice.
The traitor had appeared from nowhere that night, smirking when he saw the other two restraining Yuugi (They were all masked at this point), before putting a bag over his head. Anzu had then removed her mask, followed by the others, sending a smirk and wink at Yami. Within moments, they were gone.
"Aibou..." He whispered quietly, afraid that if he spoke any louder, the haunting voices would travel inside his home, and he'd be further tormented. He didn't think he could bear that. After a moment, illusion-Honda's words registered in his mind, and he whispered out a reply, though secretly hoping they wouldn't hear it. "No... Don't make me go there, too..." What were they doing to Yuugi right now? Torturing him? Maybe he was already dead. But that was when Yami realized - no matter what, he wanted to live. And though he felt guilty for feeling that way, he knew he had to push past his sadness and live on... It was what Yuugi would want.
"I knew bringing Anzu was a bad idea!" Jounouchi.
"It wasn't my fault! It was Yuugi who-" Anzu.
"But you decided to come with us!" Honda.
He couldn't take this anymore. He had to avenge Yuugi. With another growl he slowly rose to his feet, going downstairs and opening the front door-
Only to blink in surprise. They were really there, Yuugi included, and though their clothes looked slightly stained from alcohol, everyone appeared unscathed. He completely forgot to be angry in his surprise, giving his fiancé the chance to talk again.
"Yeah... I'm here, Yami..." Yuugi scratched the back of his neck awkwardly. "Uh... Are you okay? I tried calling you twice, but you never picked up..."
More stunned silence, before Honda rolled his eyes and spoke up. "You realize we were taking Yuugi to his bachelor party... Right?"
Yami's eyes widened, unable to comprehend what he'd just been told. "B-but... Huh?! B-but the kidnapping... A-Anzu... What?!"
"Umm..." Anzu suddenly looked rather nervous. "Well, me and Jounouchi came up with the kidnapping idea. And I know I shouldn't have been there, but... Well, you two are getting married! And there was no girl to go to a bachelorette party with, so I would've ended up doing nothing while the guys partied! It was a stupid idea, I know..."
"Damn right..." Jounouchi muttered. "It's your fault we were gone for so long..."
"I already told you, Jounouchi, it was Yuugi's, not mine!"
"Can someone please explain what's going on and why you were gone for three days?!" Yami yelled, trying to mask his complete confusion. Jounouchi coughed awkwardly.
"Well... It's a long story, involving a lot of alcohol, two one-way plane tickets to Russia, an aircraft carrier and a circus train..."
"Okay, I've heard enough," He deadpanned, walking over and hugging Yuugi tightly, before glaring at the others.
"I told you no kidnapping," Yuugi scoffed at his friends. "Yami doesn't understand modern traditions, he probably thought you were actually kidnapping me or something..."
"So... Just to make things clear. You were never in any danger, our friends haven't betrayed us, and they expect me to do the same thing on Friday?!" He was only just beginning to understand, but he had to be sure that they weren't lying. Yuugi grabbed his chin and forced him to stare into his eyes.
"Our friends are still our friends, that was a drunken mistake that will never happen again, and the only real danger we got into was when Honda accidentally landed in the lion's compartment of the train back in Hong Kong... But we got him out of there after escaping from the snakes in the compartment before-"
"Lions? Snakes?!"
"It was a drunken mistake!"
"Note to self - don't kidnap Yami, just invite him out," Honda whispered, to vigorous nodding from the other two.
I had a little trouble thinking of a genre for this drabble at first, and then this idea popped into my head, and you know what? It kept developing. Originally, Yuugi and his friends had gone out for a trip and Yami was being a drama queen, but as I was typing I kept getting new ideas, and when the part about the plane tickets, aircraft carrier and circus train popped into my head I burst out laughing at the concept.
Oblivious!Yami is another one of my favorite versions of him, and it was sort of inspired by Masaya90 on tumblr, the artist who created The Pharaoh And The Slave, and now creates absolutely amazing and hilarious puzzleshipping mini-comics, of of which included Yami being a total drama queen who was reduced to frantic tears because Yuugi went to the toilet and he couldn't find him. Another one she made had Yami getting all pouty and annoyed because Yuugi and his friends went out for a few days and he couldn't come because he was sick.
The next one's especially for xfallenangel13x, as when I asked you guys what you wanted from this collection she asked me for one pairing in this collection I haven't got around to doing much, and I decided to get around to it again... x3
