Happy Holidays! I just wrote about Christmas cuz, well, the majority of people celebrate Christmas. FYI, this is the same in Monsters & Mages AND Erza's Promise.
It gets a little repetitive at the end, and I didn't include a lot of the characters, but oh well.
I tried to be pretty creative with the gifts, but I'd like to thank bella-romeo for helping me come up with Wendy's presents.
(I have to re watch the Daphne arc before I can update Erza's Promise)

Lucy yawned, blinking against the bright sunlight streaming through her bedroom window.
She walked over and smiled, taking in the view. A layer of pure white snow covered everything in sight.
It was Christmas.
Suddenly happy, Lucy walked over to her desk and contemplated the five presents. 'How on earth am I going to get these to the guild?'
"Gray!" Natsu made his way to the shirtless ice mage.
He turned around. "Yes?"
"I need a present for Lucy! You have to help me!"
Gray smirked. "You haven't bought her a gift yet?"
Natsu sat down next to Gray, his usually cheerful personality gone. "No."
Gray thought for a minute. "Erza, Wendy, and I are going to pay her rent this month. I suppose you could help on one condition. This is my Christmas present to you."
Natsu muttered something before speaking louder. "Fine. You were smart when you trapped me in that dragon thing with Daphne. And that's my Christmas present to YOU."
Gray laughed. "I wish I had recorded that."
"Later", Natsu said, walking over to Wendy.
"Gray- sama?"
He turned to see Juvia in Natsu's empty seat.
"Oh, Juvia. I got you a present." At these words, she stared off into space, daydreaming. "Hello, Juvia?"
The girl looked at Gray, blushing furiously. "Juvia got Gray-sama a present, too." She shook a glass heart and gave it to him.
Gray inspected the gift. The water was moving, slowly forming two words: Gray Fullbuster.
He smiled in return and took out a box.
She opened it, looking wide eyed at the bracelet.
Strands of ice were threaded through the metal ringlets, ending at the center to form her name.
"Juvia loves it!" She exclaimed, looking at him shyly.
"Natsu-san", I got you a present!" The sky dragon slayer exclaimed, running up to him with Charle trailing close behind.
"What is it?" He asked.
"Close your eyes", she replied, both oblivious to the fact that Charle had accepted a fish from Happy.
He obliged, and Wendy quickly ran outside, returning with something. She tied it around his waist. "Open your eyes."
Natsu looked down, only to see what looked like a stream of fire circling his waist. "Cool!" He said happily. "How'd you do that?"
"Romeo helped me. We put the fire in a funnel of air so no one would get burned", she said proudly.
He stopped admiring his belt to look at her. "Now you close your eyes."
Natsu took a light blue necklace from his pocket and put it on the younger girl.
Wendy opened her eyes, smiling. She rubbed the spot where Grandine was engraved, repeatedly thanking him.
He cut her off. "I know how much you miss her."
Happy spoke up, mostly to impress Charle. "I helped pick it out."
"Open, gate of the lion!"
Lucy stepped back in surprise, looking at Loke, who was kneeling, looking up at her.
"My dear Lucy, in honor of this special holiday, allow me to present you with a gift." He held out a ring.
Lucy raised an eyebrow. 'Please let this not be what I think this is. Because if it is...' Loke's voice brought her back to reality.
"It will allow you to use my power, but only once."
She sighed in relief.
"What?" Loke asked, walking closer. "Would you like me to propose?"
'D-did he just read my mind?' Lucy thought.
"You are the only mage I will ever try channeling my power through. We have always been connected, ever since the day you saved my life." He leaned closer, almost kissing her.
Lucy pushed him away, "Come on. We're going to the guild."
He smiled. "Can I bring Aries?"
She smirked. "Yes."
Gray walked off in search of Erza, leaving Juvia occupied with her own thoughts.
"Are you looking for me?" A feminine voice asked from behind him.
"Erza?" Gray turned around. "I have something for you."
He closed his eyes and concentrated, slowly creating an ice shield. "It blocks out most magic attacks and is made of unmeltable ice." (That's probably not a word but whatever)
She looked at it in awe, before storing it away in her magical armory. "Now for my gift to you." Erza pulled him into a closet, closing the door.
"What is it?" Gray asked, more than slightly scared.
She leaned towards him. "This", she said, kissing him.
He grinned inwardly. After a few moments, they broke apart, Erza blushing.
Gray smirked. "What kind of present is that?"
Erza rolled her eyes. "It's the only present you're going to get."
"Let's make it last, then." Gray pulled her closer, until their lips touched, they stayed in that embrace until they heard a voice.
"Merry Christmas Natsu, Wendy!" Lucy exclaimed from outside.
They quickly stepped away from each other.
"Lucy's here", Erza stated, walking out with Gray close behind.
"Hey Lucy", Gray said, going up to the trio.
The blonde smiled brightly. "I got you all something."
"Yeah, so did we!" Natsu smiled back.
"We're all going to pay your rent this month", Gray finished.
"Really?" Lucy asked, eyes wide. "Thanks a lot!"
She opened a bag and started digging inside. "Here, Wendy", she handed the sky dragon slayer a box.
Wendy opened it, taking out a white dress with light blue edges. She grinned at the celestial wizard.
"Next, Natsu." She tossed a plushie dragon at him.
"Igneel!" He yelled, immediately cuddling it, causing the others to laugh.
"Wendy and I made this for you, Erza", she took out a plastic box, containing a beautifully iced cake.
"Thank you. It looks amazing", Erza said in return.
"Finally, Gray." Lucy took out a silver square with the words "Step into the future. I'll seal your darkness" above a picture of Ur.
He looked at her in shock. "How-"
She cut him off. Lyon helped me. Now I need to go find Levy."
Lucy walked off, leaving the others behind.
"Wendy", Gray handed her Cait Shelter's symbol, made out of ice.
She beamed. "And for you, I'll distract Juvia for a week."
They turned to Natsu, who was now holding a glowing sword. "I won't fight with Gray for today and tomorrow", he said back to Erza.
Gray ruffled Natsu's hair. "I'd like to see that."
"Shut up ice-" he was silenced with a glare from Erza.
Still sneaking suspicious glances at Natsu, she went up to Wendy and held out a framed photograph of Mystogan and placed it in the other's hands.
"Levy-chan, I have a present for you", Lucy said, taking out a thick packet of lined paper stapled together. "I wrote a story for you."
"Thanks! I also have a journal for you, so you can keep all your writing in one place", she responded, handing the other a notebook.
They sat together, talking.
"Merry Christmas everyone!" Mirajane said from the stage. "To celebrate, Gajeel and I would like to sing a song."
Natsu walked over to Lisanna. "This ought to be good."
"Jingle bell, Jingle bell, Jingle bell rock."
"Shooby doo bop."
"Jingle bells swing and jingle bells ring."
"Sha la la."
"Mix and mingle in the jingling feet. That's the jingle bell rock!"
"Shooby doo bop!"
Lucy laughed with everyone else. 'That was the best part about Fairy Tail. Everyone was always smiling and laughing', she thought.
