Their drinks almost came out of their noses. I laughed and they looked surprised. I giggled again taking a drink as they tried to get an answer out of their mumbling. They were trying to recover a excuse. "You do know I was a behaviour analyst too." I smiled taking another drink.

"I don't know what you are talking about." Penelope tried.

"oh please." I laughed. "When you two walked in you were holding hands for god sakes! You took her to dinner and I know when people are stealing glances. Even if it's just a glimpse you've been doing it all night." I smiled. "and he called you Pen just a second ago... Never in a million years would you let someone call you that unless you were trying to hide something." Derek and Penelope sighed as they looked at each other. Then the deep sigh and I pt my drink down. "Now I gotta know the story." I said and they looked at me.

"No one else knows." Penelope started.

"Yes they do." I smiled. "If anyone saw what I did they know... but please go on." I winked.

"It's only been for about two months." Penelope shrugged.

"But it's been a good two months." Derek said putting an arm around her and kissing her cheek.

"Aw." I smiled. " I was wondering when that was gonna happen." I laughed.

"Please don't tell anyone." Penelope asked.

"Who am I gonna tell?" I laughed.

"Yeah good point." Derek shrugged.

"So back to the subject you changed." Penelope leaned forward and smiled.

"What?" I asked avoiding eye contact again which was a back idea but I couldn't help it.

"Well I assumed that when I got to see you again I could ask how you managed to get a guy like Dean to be yours." She smiled with a wink.

"What dose that mean?" I asked.

"You know he just seemed like the type to have one night stands... just didn't seem like boyfriend material."

"He's not my boyfriend." I shook my head taking a drink.

"Oh come on! I know the stories you told me about the guy you are in love with is Dean." Penelope walked over and hit my shoulder. "How are things with you two." She winked.

I sighed and cleared my throat again. "um over." I smiled shaking my head.

It was quiet and Derek and Penelope exchanged looks. "What?" She asked.

"How is that possible. Two months ago he was willing to go to jail just to get us to look for you... " Derek said.

"Yeah well that was then." I shrugged. "Look he said somethings and I did somethings and now its just done with... can we talk about something else please." I sighed trying to turn away.

"What did he say? Oh god did he cheat on you?" Penelope asked quickly.

"No...but he accused me of having an affair." I paused looking up at Morgan. "With you."

"What!" They both asked.

"Yupp." Clara laughed shaking her head. "Dead set on it to."

"Why on earth would he think that?" Derek said sounding a bit upset.

"If I knew do you think I would be telling you this?" I huffed. "He just came in and threw it in my face."

"Oh honey..." Penelope sighed sitting next to me "What did you do?" She asked.

"Well um..."I paused. I was really embarrassed about what I did and honestly I hated repeating it. "I may have thrown the bottle of scotch he was holing." I sighed.

"At him?" Penelope laughed a bit.

I scrunched my face a bit and sighed. "Through his cars windshield..."

"Oh my god." Penelope laughed.

"It's not funny... he loves that car." i rubbed my head and sighed again. The quiet that followed made me look up and Derek looked angry.

"Hey Derek would you mind if I talked to Clara... you know alone?" Penelope jumped to her feet.

"Um yea.. I should go anyways. Look I'm really sorry Clara." Derek offered and walked over and hugged me.

"Hey he's the jerk not you." I laughed.

Derek smiled at Penelope and at me. They walked to the door. I turned my back as they said goodbye. I could sense Derek felt guilty but I didn't know what to say. When the door closed I turned and to see Garcia just standing with her arms crossed looking down on me.

"what?" I asked looking at her. She looked so unamused. It was like she was waiting for something. "Seriously what?" I asked.

"I want the real story." She demanded.

"What you think I'm lying too?" I asked standing quickly.

"No I just know that isn't the whole story." She said walking over quickly. "Now I can handle you taking off into the night with two beautiful strangers and not calling or whatever but when I find out you have been lying to me and the whole team... that's the line." She raised her voice.

"What are you talking about?" I asked shaking my head.

"As your best friend I wanna know what else happened! And why you left." Penelope demanded again.

"I just told you..." I said.

"Carver Edlund." Penelope said loudly and pronounced every letter.

Now I was really confused. "Who?" I asked.

"Oh like you don't know." She laughed.

"Penelope what the hell are you talking about?" I asked slowly getting frustrated.

"Wait you really don't know?" She asked. Then a smile spread across her face when I said nothing. She quickly took off into her bedroom and I rolled my eyes and quickly drank what was left of my wine. Then I saw the rest of the bottle on the counter and I poured more. Great now I had a drinking problem. I rolled my eyes and almost spilled my drink when I saw Penelope come running from her room. Her hands were over flowing with books.

"What are those?" I asked as she slammed them all on the table.

"This is how I know you are lying." She said as I slowly picked up one of the books.

Supernatural. Was the title, written in big bold letters. Two men were on the cover one with really long hair and only jeans on, the other with short hair and bag over his shoulders. I looked up at Penelope who had a big grin on her face and I was so confused, until I turned the book to the back.

"Along a lonely California highway, a mysterious Woman in White lures men to their deaths... A terrifying Phenomenon that may be Sam and Dean's first clue to their father's whereabout." I read out loud and nearly threw the book when I finished. I turned the book over quickly and started going through some of the pages quickly and I heard Penelope laugh a bit. Sam and Dean's name printed all over the pages and the story just like how they told me when I first saw them. I threw the first one down and grabbed one that was called Salvation. I gasped when I read the back and raced through some of the book. It was the moments just before Sam, Dean, and John were run off the road by that transport two years ago.

"Okay what the hell are these?" I asked throwing the book and stepping away from the table.

"That is the adventurous life of two brothers. Sam and Dean who go from town to town saving people and hunting things." Penelope smiled. "Now I am a skeptic when it came to the first few, you know it didn't feel believable. Well That was until a new character was introduced in the ending of Salvation." She smiled and I tried to look away. "Yeah her name is Clara. Sad story really. Parents died young and was brought up by a family friend along with two boys who just happen to grow up all big and strong and save everyone. You know she was even an FBI agent at one point?" I had no idea what to say. This couldn't be real.

"What?" I had to ask myself.

"You know it was heart breaking when I read about Clara. When she walked into that hospital and saw Sam all bumped and bruised and all she could think about was if Dean was okay. Then when Dean made that deal with that demon for his brother... I couldn't out the tissues down. Of course when his bill came due, it was awful. Bloody and just all around painful." Penelope's voice got very soft. My eyes started to tear up and a few tears fell. "Is all of that true?" She asked.

"What?" I asked trying to hide my confusion and slight fear.

"Everything that's in these books. Ghosts, Demons, monsters... is it true?" Penelope asked and she sighed. "Don't lie to me again."

I didn't know what to say to her. She was just staring at me with big judgmental eyes. She was mad and I understood but I still hadn't come to terms with the fact Sam and Dean had a freaking series written about them! My mind was racing I just decided that hiding was the last think I wanted to do to. So I just nodded. I nodded and Penelope stared at me.

She walked over grabbed two more bottles of wine, and my hand and pulled me over to the couch and forced me to sit down. "You are not leaving until I hear everything. And I mean it! From beginning to end." She demanded as she poured us both some more wine and I tried to think of a place to start.
