That's Las Boss? Touya thought, seeing the status windows in his vision, focused right on the man standing amongst flames. He's already at level 92?

"Ku ku ku." A chill went down Touya's spine when the man laughed. The gleam from his glasses hid his eyes, only allowing his sick, large grin to be seen. He was hanging loosely off a long spear with eight long tails coming off the blade snaking around, ready to strike. "My, my, what a surprise. So many pigs to the slaughter. Do you think you can survive facing the mighty Otherworldly Sage, he who has traveled between two worlds? Las Boss of Log Horizon!" Las Boss chuckled with a scratchy voice, fitting for a villain.

"N-No way! He's not only broke 91! He's level 92!"

"No, look at his HP and MP! He's a raid boss!" The PKers moved back, trembling as well.

"I-It's the End Game Boss? Was he made a raid boss just before we ended up here?"

"Now," Las Boss slightly jumped, pulling his spear out of the ground with a smooth swing before landing it right on his shoulder. "Who should be my first test subject?" Las Boss chimed, licking his lip with pleasure with showing his glowing blue eyes with his glasses dropping down his nose a little.

"No way in hell am I fighting that monster!"

"Run for the hills!"

"Get outta my way!"

"Eh?" Las Boss asked with a shocked face as all the PKers cleared the area, running away in pure terror. "Nani! What the hell? Come back here and fight, you bastards! Eh Cough cough cough!"

"That's… the legendary End Game Boss?" Kyouko asked, her look of disbelief easily shared with Touya's group and most of her guild as Las Boss went into a coughing fit.

"Yep. The super chuuni, Las Boss… Though, Boss! You alright?" Nazuna shouted as Las Boss bend over, wheezing.

"Hey, with that bet you just lost, can you make me seltzer water instead of alcohol. It might help clear my nose as I can't breathe through it." Las Boss groaned, leaning against his spear. His odd tone of voice clearly showing his nose was completely clogged up.

That's how he sounded so scary. Touya thought, sighing in relief. Though, it seems he managed to scare off the PKers.

"Sure, we owe you. Though, who would ever think you going chuunibyou mode would scare the pants off of PKers?" Nazuna chuckled.

"I said that to get them pumped up! Not scare them! And here I was thinking I was going to get a chance to let off some steam." Las Boss grumbled, pouting like a child. "Bunch of cowards. If you're gonna PK, then you can handle one person!"

"You do realize your status, right?" Nazuna said, pinching the bridge of her nose.

Holy cow! How did his HP and MP so high! Touya thought, looking at the numbers. Ah, that's right, he's a GM. They must have scheduled him to be a boss monster or something for the expansion and hence trapped in such a powerful character.

"Amazing, Boss-sempai!" Seta ran right up to Las Boss. "That was so cool! Just like the game Super Smash Bros!" Seta chimed, excited and happy.

"Well, guess I can be happy with getting to do an awesome entrance. Especially now that my legs ache from the landing after jumping off a Griffon." Las Boss grinned sheepishly scratching back of his head, making his hood drop back to expose spiky white hair.

"G-Griffon?" Isuzu asked as everyone but Obito, Rin, and Sasuke looked at the white hair main as if he was crazy.

"Only a crazy chuuni like you would do that." Nazuna sighed, "Though, how things been doing for you, other than possibly discovering Adventurers still get sick." Nazuna said while Las Boss sneezed.

[Sorry about switching to text boxes. My throat is hurting me bad even though I can speak when using Hydra Link.] Touya blinked, shocked at the text box that appeared over Las Boss's head. [Though, doing so-so. Just got back from Susukino, but feel crappy due to one hell of a nasty cold. Oh, Sasuke, where's Shika and Shino? Weren't they with your battle group?" Las Boss looked at Sasuke.

"They got sent to the Cathedral." Sasuke said, frowning.

[Okey-dokey! Just told Shika to meet us at the guild hall so we can get you to change your guilds. ] Las Boss did a salute. [That makes five noobs saved, many more to save from Hamelin. Let's head into Akiba as there is a lot to do.]

"Boss-sempai, you already know of Hamelin?" Seta asked, looking at Las Boss with shock.

[Yep. Shiroe and I been trying to figure out how to eliminate the problem, though had to do an emergency run to Susukino for Crescent Moon Alliance. Successful mission and test run for our plans against Hamelin.] Las Boss hummed before noticing Rin and Obito. [And more appears. Which village are you two from?]

"Konohagakure. But, what the hell is going on? I'm totally lost." Obito said in defeat, tears forming in his eyes from frustration.

They are from the same village as Sasuke? They are ninja, too? Touya frowned, That's why Sasuke took down our leader. He did not want them stuck in Hamelin like us.

[First, answer these two questions. Did you die? And were you related to a tailed beast?] Las Boss let out a sigh, getting odd looks from the players.

"I think I did. I mean, last I remember was being crushed by a cave in. That and I was thirteen, not a full grown adult." Obito groaned, shaking his head.

"So, my memories weren't conflicting." Obito looked at Rin who was somberly smiled. "I forced Kakashi to kill me after Kiri shinobi sealed the three-tails beast in me with hoping to release it in Konoha."

"Oh… Wait! What! He promised me to protect you!" Obito roared in horror, looking at Rin.

"I forced him to by getting in the way of his Chidori meant for another ninja. For some reason, I couldn't kill myself, probably due to a seal put on me or something." Rin sighed, giving Obito a slight disappointed glare.

[Rin, check your items. Ah, focus on your forehead to get the menus open and you can control it with your mind with focusing on the button.] Las Boss sighed before Rin pulled a scroll out of her pouch.

"Nani? I never had a scroll like this and there is some odd items showing on this list." Rin handed the scroll to Las Boss who looked at it.

[That's because the three-tails is dead and dropped those items. I'll craft the staff once we get some things done. If the flavor text of this item is the same as my spear and the set I made, then I can probably state my hypothesis without feeling it being off the wall.] Las Boss sighed, putting the scroll into his hip sack. [For now, let's just say welcome back to the living. You been given a second chance, though in a world a bit different… Ah, I can't really say different, with what is going on over there.] Las Boss chuckled.

"You're a loony." Isuzu said, getting a nod from Isuzu, Rin, and Obito.

"He's always been like that, you get use to his chuunibyou after a while." Nazuna smirked at the glaring Las Boss.

[I'm too sick to deal with this stigma.] Las Boss sighed in defeat. [Obito, Rin, just stick close to the other people and don't run off till we get to the safety of one of the guild halls. I'll have the noobs explain to you this world since Sasuke and them can probably explain it better than me.]

"Yeah. I think that is a wise idea," Sasuke sighed, letting out a small groaned, " Though, have something for muscle pain? I think I pulled my whole body."

[Yeah. Amazing healing spells and items can heal a lot of things, but pure muscle fatigue and strain is not one of them as I found out. I'll give you some aspirin if your body has not healed up by the time we get to the guild hall.]

"Thanks." Sasuke sighed as the group began to move. "Touya, can you contact your sister and tell them to tell anyone who asks what happened to us that we were attacked by PKers and saved by another guild that forced us to join them."

"Huh? Why?" Touya asked before his eyes widen. "That's right! They still have Minori and the others hostage." Touya tighten his fists.

"That Summoner did not see who killed him and those PKers did not see if Obito and Rin was part of a guild. With that lie, it should be enough to keep Hamelin taking it out on the others. Naruto seems to be planning to have us join the guild he is in to cover us or something like that."

But, is he really trustworthy? Touya thought, though finding himself oddly lighter as the rain began to stop.

-Break-

"This is the wrong time for a party." Tohya sighed, sitting against the wall with Sasuke and Isuzu, watching the guild members of Crescent Moon Alliance and West Wind Brigade chatting and enjoying the food at the tables all around.

"Agreed." Sasuke and Isuzu said in unison, "Don't they realize the food tastes like mush no matter the shape?" Isuzu sighed.

"Though, why are they having a party? Everyone else is still trapped in Hamelin," Sasuke said, frowning. "I don't even know if Shino and Shika got here."

"We did." The three looked up, seeing Shino and Shika standing before them. Behind them was Kaka-Inu and Iruka, which Touya recognized was the teachers who had tried to save them from Hamelin before. "The party is for the safe return of one their members. From what Shiroe-san explained to me, she was trapped in Susukino and the situation there is currently worse than here. Shiroe-san and Naruto took on the mission to go save their member." Shika explained, holding out a plate of kabobs. "Though, eat. It will liven you all up once you taste this." All three of them saw Shika had a skewer in her mouth, chewing on it.

"I see. I can understand why they would throw a party for that. But it all tastes the same, so there's no point of food at a party." Isuzu sighed, though all three of them took a skewer. They all have been eating mostly bread in Hamelin, so a bit of meat that was tasteless was better than that.

"Plus, I am more worried-" Touya took a bit at the same time as the other two and their eyes widen in shock. "Delicious!" Touya chimed, crying tears of joy with the savory taste of the meat hitting his tongue.

"So good!" Isuzu hummed, happily munching on her kabob.

"Real food!" Sasuke leapt up, trying to grab the plate from Shika, but ended up landing face first straight into a large armored guardian's back plate with Shika moving the plate. Sasuke groaned in pain while slipping off the armor and right down to the floor.

Ouch. Touya thought, Isuzu laughing before choking on her food.

"Sorry, Sasuke. I gotten a good reflex from keeping my food from Chouji." Shika sighed, giving a look of pity at the downed Sorcerer.

"No. It's alright. My fault." Sasuke sighed, getting up to find another plate in front of him.

"There's plenty of food around. Especially with the Chief making it." Touya looked to see the Guardian holding the plate out for Sasuke. His name was Naotsugu from looking at his status bar. Sasuke took it and greedily began to devour it, a face of pure content on his face like a cat. "So, which of you are the ones in Naruto's avatars. I only know of his main three as I logged back into the game after being away for two years."

"Sasuke, Shika, and Shino are Naruto's classmates." Touya looked at Iruka. "I'm his sensei and Kakashi-sempai is a fellow Konoha ninja. Do you know where Naruto is at? We been looking for him." Iruka asked, though Touya could see the teacher somewhat stressed out.

My parents were often like that with my treatments. Touya frowned, remembering the old world while looking at his legs. In this world, I can walk where as in the old I was stuck in a wheelchair… But, how can I be happy to walk again when Minori and the others are stuck suffering in Hamelin?

"Probably hiding along with his fellow closet pervert," Naotsugu sighed, looking over the crowd. "Naruto maybe a troll, but he does not like chatting in large crowds. Ah, maybe the Shrimp knows-"

"You sold me out, my lord!" Everyone looked at the other end of the guild hall sweating.

"Why are you so scary with wanting me to try on clothes?" Another whine came as most of the guild began to talk again though West Wind Brigade and Touya's group was still a bit disturbed.

"I-I'll p-p-put the d-d-dres-s-s-s o-on! D-Don't t-t-touch m-m-me!" The last voice was stuttering so much, no one could make out if the person was male or female.

"Ah, I guess the Shrimp is occupied at the moment." Naotsugu sheepishly laughed, a bit pale.

"It's normal for Henrietta to turn anyone she finds cute into a dressing doll." A brown hair man that was a Fox Tail sighed, walking up. Touya saw his name was Hein and level 90. "Though, I still feel for the three now in her grips. She won't be letting them go till they are dressed head to toe in pure cuteness or Henrietta gets tired."

Now that is scary. Touya thought, somewhat glad to be a boy. "Ah, do you know where Naruto is?" Touya asked, seeing Hien was part of Crescent Moon Alliance.

"Naruto?" Hien asked, cocking his head a bit in confusion.

"Ah, you probably know him as Las Boss. You know, the tall white hair guy who always using textboxes?" Naotsugu said, grinning. "His real name is Naruto."

"I see. So he doesn't like his real name like me." Hien sheepishly laughed, "He's using the crafting area of the guild hall. I can show you where it is at."

"Awesome! If he is crafting, I might see if I can sneak a equipment up-"

"Naotsugu-kun!"

"Agh!" Naotsugu yelped with the very guild leader of Crescent Moon Alliance, Maryelle clinging onto him. "Will you get off!"

"You made it back alright! Thank you for saving Serara-chan! You a big hero!" Maryelle chimed, hugging the Guardian and rubbing her cheek on him.

"It's a female Naruto, only clingier" Shino said, sighing as they all watched the odd scene.

"And somehow more loud and happy." Shika sighed.

"That's not the real Naruto." Touya looked at Sasuke. "Before we got here, he told me the Naruto we knew was an act. Though, I am not for sure if he just thinks it is different or really that way so far."Sasuke sighed, getting up, getting understanding nods from the others.

"Can I come?" Isuzu asked as Touya and she stood up.

"I see no problem with that." Iruka said, "I just want to apologize to him before things get hectic."

Ah, that's right. Naruto stop attending school due to getting in argument with his sensei. Touya frowned as they walked through the cheerful party to the other end of the guild hall. I wonder if the others are alright. I hope they are not getting punished because we escaped. Touya bit his lip. Minori was always there for me after I lost the use of my legs. She was always protecting me and helping me… I have to protect her this time and save her! Touya thought as they entered a room and was shocked with entering the room.

"How the hell is he making it so fast?" Several of West Wind Brigade and Crescent Moon Alliance watched were crowded near the furnace, watching Las Boss working. His hands moving at an ungodly speed through various tasks.

"So, this is the skills of the title Crafting Sage!"

"Amazing! I can never craft that fast!"

"The white hair guy is Naruto." Sasuke said, getting a double take from his sensei and classmates.

"THAT's Naruto! He looks hardly like him!" Shika said in shock.

"Though, if you turn his hair blond, he does look like Naruto. However, indeed, he has gone through a metamorphosis akin to a caterpillar to a butterfly." Shino said, studying Las Boss movements as he shifted from using a hammer to other tools to make coral rings. Within minutes, he finished attaching three coral like scaled tails to a staff, tapping it on the ground with finishing it.

"Time." Touya jumped, turning to face the one person he been wanting to see after ending up in Hamelin. "Roughly one hour for a Phantasmal-rank item, so roughly 3 to 5 hours for the the shortest with the highest skilled craftsman. Probably longer due to needing multiple subclasses with some of these recipes or sure crafting time without bonuses like you subclass gives you." Shiroe said, holding a pocket watch in one hand and writing notes with the other on a small table. Various items from hairpins, knives, tools, swords, and other kinds of weapons were all over the table in roughly piles of the item type.

[Actually, make it a week for the least to a month for the longest.] Las Boss let out a few coughs, patting his chest before another textbox appear. [It seems to make good quality items now, you have to use the exploration system, so depending on the item and process to make it, it takes longer even with bonuses. I am only able to do it fast due having a fundamental understanding of how to do it through experiment in the other world with trying to figure out what I wanted to do.]

"That's understandable. You can make multiple items through the menus, but some crafting times through that can get pretty long. I can see how doing it by hand would probably be a little bit faster and result in better quality items." Shiroe sighed, writing down another note before looking up. "Ah, hello. How are you five doing?" Shiroe sheepishly looked away.

"Better, but we are still worried about our friends." Isuzu said, looking down. "They are still trapped in Hamelin."

"I understand. It's going to take a little longer, but we will save your friends." Shiroe stood up, gathering up his paper work. "However, I like to ask if you five will join Log Horizon. Your sensei is already in Crescent Moon Alliance and I rather keep them there until we ensure Hamelin is no longer a threat."

"Log Horizon?" Touya asked before seeing both Shiroe and Las Boss belonged to the guild Log Horizon. Ah, so they are part of a guild as well.

[Yep. Though, I wanted it to be named the Mad Scientist Tea Party, The Blazing Raid Party, or even Tea Party Ultimate Reborn.] Las Boss pouted while not looking at the group, [I mean, we got four of the original Tea Party, five if you add my other character even though she has someone else in it.]

"No. Stop with the crazy Chuuni nicknames. Thankfully I am the guild leader and not you." Shiroe sighed, glaring at the white hair man. "We just made it with returning to Akiba. So far there is seven of us. Six level 90, one level 1. Las Boss already set the seed to cause rumors to spread which I am planning to fan that Log Horizon is an exploration guild that doubles for battle due to our background."

"Background?" Iruka asked, Touya also confused at the mage.

[Yeah, though it wasn't a guild, we would do raids as a small group called the Debauchery Tea Party. I served as the treasurer and accounts manager for it, so many did not realize I was part of the Debauchery Tea Party. We disbanded two years ago due to several members getting too caught up with work and our leader moving to another country.] Las Boss explained before looking at the ground and paling. [Ah… Hi!] Las Boss sheepishly held up a hand, oddly stiff.

"Naruto, it's g-good to s-see you are alright." Iruka stepped forward, also stiff for some reason.

[Sorry!] "Sor-Ow!" Both men bowed at the same time to apologize, resulting them in hitting their heads, though Iruka yelped, holding his head. [Sorry! Sorry! Sorry!] Las Boss comically cried, bowing over again with text boxes appearing above his head.

"Why are you apologizing? I am the one who should be doing that. I should have never yelled at you. Though I don't remember why I yelled at you anymore, I let my emotions get the best of me." Iruka said, still holding his head in pain.

[But, I'm the one who let my emotions out of control.] Touya blinked, shocked at the miserable looking Las Boss. [I was finding I was not able to keep the personality I pretended to be up. Not after seeing the pain in your eyes when you yelled at me for crashing that test of courage pretending to be a fox monster, though I now understood why. I couldn't take letting everyone see how I really was and end up either hurting their feelings or my own. So I ran away from it, but that resulted in you all being trapped here due to me, so I will do my best to save the others and make a place for us here to be happy.]

"Naruto…" Iruka said, shocked before smiling. "There's nothing wrong about running away. In fact, you were a lot like me when I was in the academy." Iruka ruffled Las Boss's hair, making the man jump. "I acted the class clown back when I was a student, trying to hide the pain after I lost my parents. It's hard to figure out yourself, especially without parents, hence it is alright to run away. Sometimes you need to run so you can get far enough to see the whole issue instead of what you're running away from." Iruka grinned when Las Boss looked up.

"Seai…" Tears welled up in Las Boss's eyes before he shook his head. [Thank you… Though, I am running away from more than you can understand, I am really thankful for you being my homeroom teacher. Though, I might not be able to return to the academy with what is going on.]

"Huh? Why?" Iruka asked before his eyes widen. "Don't tell me. You learned of what is inside you…. Then I understand. Though, please understand I will always see you as Naruto, never the beast. Just I been fighting my memories since my parents were killed that night and seeing you reminds me of that night. Which really is shameful of me as I know fully you are just a normal kid who has a huge chip on his shoulders." Iruka sighed, a somber smile on his face.

Beast? What does he mean? Touya thought, Ah, that's right. The others said he was hated by the adults for some reason in their village. Is that what Iruka-san is talking about.

[Though I know of Kurama, he's not the reason. You'll find out tomorrow as we will be letting you in on the meeting since you all deserve to know what is going on.] Las Boss let out a sigh. [However, I am just glad this proves my suspicions and I can bring Kurama back so he can have a second chance.] Las Boss held out the medium size he had made.

Turtle's Third Path-A Phantasmal-class staff crafted from a timid ghost beast that is careful in nature. It's beauty matches it strength and durability, strengthen any support and barrier based spells. The owner of the staff is bound by the contract and will be the much needed friend of the reborn beast. Touya read the item, raising an eyebrow. "What's Phantasmal-class mean?"

"It's some of the most powerful weapons in Elder Tales," Touya looked to the group, seeing Nazuna standing there. "They are usually earned through doing raid requests or defeating raid bosses for the weapon to drop or the items to make it are dropped. Though, is that a new one for the expansion?"

[Technically, it is. But, I never got to finish the designs and back story for these weapons.] Touya's eyes widen along with the other players in the room. [However, it proves my hypothesis hence why Log Horizon is dubbing itself as an Exploration Guild. We are not focused on crafting or battle, but on being explorers of this new world and what makes it tick. However, we need the noobs here to make up a little white lie to help keep people from bugging us and give Hamelin a reason not to take you back or hurt the others.] Las Boss grinned at the group Touya was in.

"We will be spreading the rumor due to what we are planning to do that we strictly test people wanting to join and make low level players as apprentices so we can ensure maximum potential from our members to meet our needs." Shiroe said, adjusting his glasses. "The fact five of us are well known due to either our own fame we made in the game or through our involvement with the Tea Party will make it easy for people take the strict requirements without questions. Boss already told me of the lie Touya passed to the others, so you all can simply say we forced you all into being apprentices, seeing you all had potential and not wanting lose it to someone else."

"But, why apprentices?" Kaka-Inu asked, raising a confused eyebrow. "Also, wouldn't it be safer to keep them in Crescent Moon Alliance or West Wind Brigade since they have more members to watch over them?"

"That's exactly why we are making them apprentices." Shiroe said, smirking. "It gives the perfect excuse to keep one of us next to them at all times and make it look like we are training them real hard to set up the front for what we will be really doing. Though, I am hoping the alliance of small guilds will help out, hence we will be working together and help keep them out of Hamelin's hands. Again, as Boss said, you'll find out more tomorrow."

"Ah, so the guild masters will be meeting tomorrow, huh?"Nazuna asked, eyeing the staff. "Don't mind if I have that staff, Boss? I usually like katana's, but that stats on that is perfect for a Kannagi."

"Ah, wait! Don't Nazu-" Shiroe tried to warn Nazuna, but the grabbed the staff Las Boss was holding.

"Ow!" Nazuna yelped, sparks coming off the staff. "What the hell was that about? It zapped me!"

[It's already bound to a person, just like all Phantasmal-class items do, though in this case it was the ingredient items that made the lock instead of the first person equipping the item.] Las Boss snickered, smirking at the glaring Nazuna.

"People who don't own the Phantasmal-class item can use it, but only if the owner allows it or is in danger and someone trying to save the owner uses it if I figured out with testing Boss's and Gaara's weapons. If not or the owner doesn't know, the item will reject anyone who tries to pick it up through a zap or other means like the staff just did." Shiroe sighed, shaking his head. "Though, speaking of the staff, where is the owner of it?" Shiroe looked around.

[She went to get a bit to eat with the other guy. She got tried being used as a model for all the hair clips and such due to the girls here.] Las Boss chuckled, making some of the girls blush and look away sheepishly. [Ah, that's right, Kaka-Inu, are you Kakashi? From what I got from Sasuke, you all ended up ironic in the characters I based off ya.]

"Yes. And why is it you made us the characters of a manga?" Kaka-Inu asked, eye smiling at Las Boss.

Wait, they are in a manga? Touya thought before remembering the one thing he read that got him into Elder Tales specially. "Ah! You mean Hidden Village Hero, right?" Touya asked, remembering the small comic that introduced him to MMORPGs.

"Wait, we're in a manga?" Shika asked, raising an eyebrow.

[Ah, that's right. The pilot one-shot I did.] Las Boss laughed, causing chills to go down Touya's spine. [I have a hobby of observing people, so tried to put it to use and made a one-shot out of the stories I written based off what I was experiencing at the academy in hopes of understanding others better. I never expected it to be such a hit to where the company would want to publish it as a real manga to both help advertise Elder Tales and get some extra revenue for the company. I was planning to change the names from the one-shot as I just lazily use everyone's names since I found only Shika's and Kaka-Inu's names were already taken in the game I was using to roleplay the stories to make sure they worked in illustrations and mini-comics I did before that one-shot.]

"But, why is our genders not right for some of us? I was clearly a guy." Kaka-Inu said, her tone filled with a little venom.

[Ah, that was due to I was having issues writing them their regular gender, resulting in either a really annoying character or a really weak one, hence why changed the gender. Shika was really hard as I kept making her a jerk till I really changed her design to what it is here. I am still working on that] Las Boss sheepishly scratched the back of his head. [Oh, back on topic, you might freak out, Kaka-Inu.]

"Why would I freak out? Kind of already went through that with waking up as a woman weeks ago." Kaka-Inu said, her eyebrow twitching in anger before the door open behind the group.

"This food is good! It makes all the weird stuff we experienced today worth it." Touya turned around, seeing Rin and Obito walk into the crafting area. "Oh, are you done… Kakashi?" Obito and Rin's eyes landed right on Kaka-Inu. Kaka-Inu's own eyes were wide as the parts of her face visible went starch white. "Awesome! The old Team Kakashi is back together!... And you're taller than me…" Obito cried, realizing Kakashi was a little taller than him.

"Kakashi, I am glad to see you are alright. And I must apologize for what I made you do." Rin bowed in apology. "You must have been scarred from killing me."

"Kakashi-sempai, you know them?" Iruka asked, Touya looking at the horrified woman before him.

"Y-Yes. Their my teammates from my Genin and Chunin team I was on… Only…. Obito died

in the Third Shinobi world war roughly thirteen years ago and I killed Rin sometime after that… How are you even here, alive?" Kaka-Inu asked, her voice wavering as tears formed. "A-Are you really Obito and Rin?"

"Yes, we just woke up in this city and meet each other before exploring outside this city… And finding out monsters exist here and running into Sasuke-san and his group." Rin sighed, sounding tired, "But, I am so glad you are alright. Again, I apologize for forcing you to kill me, but I refused to let Kiri to release the beast they sealed in me in Konoha."

"Ah, no… It's my fault you died… But, still how is it you even in this world?" Kaka-Inu asked, Touya noticed the tears in her eyes were mixed with regret and joy.

So… Obito and Rin were actually dead in the old world, yet revived here? How is that possible? Did they play the game before? Touya thought, shocked as the others in the room.

[Well, it is due to this world is what made Elder Tales, not the other way around.] Everyone looked at Las Boss as he walked up to Rin and held out the staff. [Ah, in the coming days, you will be forced to make a class, I recommend Kannagi since it already made your sub-class.]

"Ah, thanks." Rin took the staff, blinking at it. "Turtle's Third Path?... Wait, is this based off the three-tailed Turtle that was sealed inside me before my death?"

[Correct. And I bet every person who died with a beast sealed in them will be reviving into this world while those still alive get the items with the beasts dying inside them while staying in our world.] Las Boss sighed, walking back to the force. [The two worlds are making a deal in the simplest sense. Eliminating the worse threats of our world while giving those threats a second chance reborn here in Theldesia.] Las Boss grinned, pulling out his tools and materials to start crafting again. [Though, we still don't know if it is just Theldesia and the world you and I come from or Earth is also a part of this since Theldesia is set on a post-apocalyptic world. That's what Log Horizon is about. Finding out more of this world and figuring out how to live in it.] Las Boss hummed, getting back to crafting while Shiroe took more notes, though standing.

But… Doesn't that mean we may not find a way back home? Touya thought, a pit forming in his stomach. Minori and I… may never seen our parents and family ever again? Even if we stop Hamelin, can we even live in this lawless world where the weak is ruled by the strong. Touya thought before biting his lip and standing up strong. He smacked his face, surprising the others. "Alright! What do I need to do to save Minori and my friends? They are all I have left now." Touya said, his eyes burning with determination.

[Not much. Just work hard and keep that determination up.] Las Boss looked back with a chuckle. [It's easy to collapse and give up on flying. But, even if it is hard to learn to fly, the shallow always feels free once it finally tastes the sky. We are going to help you fly to show how wonderful this world really is.]

"Agreed. It will be hard work, especially since we also need to work on your subclasses, but our goal is to get Akiba, not just the beginners, out of its current situation." Shiroe chimed, writing away. "Hence, to do that, we have to aim for the sky. Not just one worm on the ground."
