So I got asked about this on one of my other fanfics, so here is the update :)
The past two days Klaus and Caroline had stayed in his room in their own bubble of bliss. They had gone to rehearsals, barely managing to keep their hands off of each other. They had decided to keep their relationship out of the public eye for a while for the news of a separated Tatia and Klaus to die down. Before they knew it, it was the night of the next battle.
"Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome back to the Battle of the Bands, tonight's theme is all about girl power! And here is The Original Kitty Kats with their take on it!" the host announced to the crowd who immediately went into a frenzy when he announced the band.
"Ready?" Caroline asked Rebekah.
"Hell yeah, tonight is our night Care" Rebekah turned to Caroline and grinned. Caroline laughed and threw her arm over Rebekah's shoulders, sauntering on to stage with her. Caroline was wearing a black paint spattered jumpsuit with black heels. They walked into their spots and got ready, Damon was taking the night off to meet up with one his old drinking buddies Ric who was in town for the night so that left Klaus to play guitar for them. Caroline approached the mic and motioned for them to quiet down.
"This one goes out to all the mothers and wife out there who have to put up with taking care of someone else before themselves" Caroline announced.
I can wash out 44 pairs of socks and have 'em hangin out on the line
I can starch & iron 2 dozens shirts 'fore you can count from 1 to 9
I can scoop up a great big dipper full of lard from the drippin's can
Throw it in the skillet, go out & do my shopping, be back before it melts in the pan

The crowd went wild as she sang the blues song. It was a total shot in the dark going blues for it but Caroline never did things half way. And also because what a lot of people didn't know was she used to sing at blues clubs to earn a living. It wasn't until she was 20 that she met Katherine, shortly after Lexi and Rebekah. They all hit it off and ended up forming a band together.

Rebekah sang the second chorus with Caroline, both deciding to do the vocals to maximize the girl power, especially because the band they formed with the guys was so testosterone filled.
Rebekah remembered when she was younger how her mother managed to care for not only 1 or 2 but 7 children at time. She always managed to find time to kick up her feet and relax. If Rebekah was being honest it was more like 8 especially because of the way her father acted.

When they finished they giggled and bowed together. Caroline and Rebekah got ready for the next set, Stefan had agreed to step in as bassist for the next song. Lexi and Katherine agreed to get on stage and perform for the next one. They had spent hours choreographing the routine and were all ready.
"Please give us a few moments to get ready for the next song" Caroline said before dashing off the stage and changing. All four girls were wearing shirts, booty shorts and heels. They all let their hair fall freely down their backs and walked back onto stage which had been blacked out so no one could see what was happening.
(Katherine) Let's go girls, com'on
The lights went up and Caroline, Katherine, Lexi and Rebekah were all standing there in the middle. All the men hooted and hollered and all the women cheered.
(Katherine) I'm goin' out tonight, I'm feelin' alright
Gonna let it all hang out
Wanna make some noise, really raise my voice
Yeah, I wanna scream and shout
Everyone was in a frenzy seeing Katherine and Lexi making an appearance as they had been absent for the past few. They all moved in perfect synchronization leaving the crowd in awe. The boys struggled to focus on playing their instruments as they were to busy being mesmerized by the girls.
The girls had banned the boys from watching their rehearsal as they wanted it to be a surprise. And boy was it.
(Caroline) No inhibitions, make no conditions
Get a little outta line
I ain't gonna act politically correct
I only wanna have a good time
Caroline sauntered over to Klaus and playfully rolled her body, revelling when she heard him release a low growl. His eyes dilated as he scanned her body and realised she was wearing his Henley from the night before, the one she had pulled from his body.

Is the prerogative to have a little fun and
She sent him a cheeky wink then bounded over to where the other girls were dancing.

When they sang the line about the clothes they pointed to the shirts then lifted them up to show off their booty shorts which had been covered by the material of their boyfriends/spouses clothing. The crowd went wild and sang along with the girls.
(Rebekah and Lexi) The girls need a break tonight we're gonna take
The chance to get out on the town

Katherine and Caroline let Lexi and Rebekah take centre stage and stayed in the background giving the two girls their time to shine in front of everyone. They always liked giving Lexi and Rebekah a chance to be in front of everyone because they were just as important to the band as Katherine and Caroline were.

The crowd cheered and there were dozens of flashes from cameras and phones. The girls stood in a line together throwing an arm around each others shoulders and posed in several different positions and pulling different faces. They turned to look at the screen behind them which showed their social media scores compared to the other bands and found theirs had already surpassed majority and they were only a few off from passing Tyler and Bonnie's band. They stopped short one vote and their shoulders slumped slightly.
"Fuck! One off" Lexi groaned.
Caroline grinned, not caring that they were one off beating the others, she wanted to celebrate their rank with her boyfriend. Not thinking she ran off from the girls and to Klaus who was talking to the guys who had grouped together at the other side of the stage.
"Klaus!" she shouted out, he turned to see Caroline running towards him.
"Caroline?" he said worried then all of a sudden she was hauling him towards her by the collar and her lips fused to his. He wrapped his arms around her waist after getting over his initial shock.
"I couldn't wait to tell people, and I thought after a performance as amazing as that. And I am also running on adrenaline and girl power. I've also seen the hungry looks you've been getting from every girl around us, it was about time I staked my claim." Klaus picked her up, her legs wrapping around his waist. He nuzzled into the crook of her neck and placed a lingering kiss there.
"You're wearing my shirt and making it very hard for me to stand here and not ravish you" he growled, nipping at her collarbone playfully.
"Then what are we doing hanging around, take me back to our room so you can ravish me" Caroline said sultrily. Klaus nodded enthusiastically and walked off with her before staying to hear the results of the night.
"They are so gross" Kol groaned at Klaus and Caroline.
"They're cute" Lexi argued, Stefan standing next to her with his arm around her shoulders.
"Nauseating."
"In love."
"Honeymoon haze."
"What?" Stefan asked, chuckling.
"They are so blinded by lust that they didn't realise what they just did" Kol said simply, Stefan and Lexi gestured for him to explain.
"Tatia has probably gotten wind of it, do you really think she is going to be okay with that? Tyler is a dick who doesn't want Caroline happy so he will probably try drive Caroline to neurotic insecurity. Liz and that Matt fellow will know and so they will try drive a wedge there too, enough that Matt can propose to a vulnerable Caroline who will probably say yes. Not to mention that Klaus has a large female following who don't care if rainbows shine out of Caroline's ass they don't want him to be dating, hence the future hate she'll be receiving." Kol explained.
"Crap" Lexi muttered then spotted Jenna and ran over to her.
"Caroline's in trouble" Lexi said.
"I know and I'm working on it already" Jenna said like a true professional, always on the ball.
Katherine sauntered past Jenna and Lexi and over to where Elijah was standing. He stood there with his arms crossed across his chest, an amused smirk on his face and his eyes clouded with lust. She grinned as she approached him, squealing in surprise when he pulled her into him.
"That was some performance" he said huskily, eyeing his shirt on her form, staying on her stomach for a while.
"Mmmhm, I hope you don't mind that I borrowed your shirt" she said looking up at him through her lashes.
"I do actually" he said causing her to frown.
"I didn't think you'd care" she muttered.
"I do. In fact I think I want it back" he said his voice dropping down an octave, his hands running up the back of his shirt on her and caressing the bare skin there.
"I might just have to punish you for stealing while I'm at it" he let out a little growl when her hands found his hair and tugged lightly.
"I have been a very bad girl" she agreed sultrily.
"How is it that you are pregnant and are still kinky as shit?" Damon asked, walking over to them having heard the end of their conversation, Alaric by his side.
"Damon" Katherine scowled then she softened "Alaric." She ran over and gave him a hug.
"Hi Kat, it's been a while" he chuckled, hugging her back lightly before letting go. Katherine turned to look at Damon when he cleared his throat, he had his arms out by his sides and an eyebrow raised.
"Where's my hug kitty?" Damon taunted.
"Right here" a feminine voice called from behind him, arms coming from behind his back and encircling his waist.
"I missed you too Bekah" he said softly before turning and giving her a proper hug. As they pulled away his gaze narrowed when he realised what she was wearing. She appeared as if she was only wearing a men's shirt, at closer inspection he realised it was his from the night of Liz's party. His eyes darkened with lust.
"Did you wear that tonight? On stage?" Rebekah giggled at his reaction and nodded.
"Don't worry, I have shorts on underneath" she assured lifting the hem of the shirt to show him her booty shorts.
"What shorts? There is hardly enough material there to classify as shorts" he frowned, not liking the idea of men ogling her all night.
"Well you see, I had to pass on the underwear because otherwise I would have serious VPL" she said, smiling to herself when she saw his eyes further darken with lust.
"I don't believe you, it's not something you would do" he disagreed. She leaned forward, her hands coming to a rest on his chest, her lips right by his ear. She let out a breath and smirked when she felt him shiver and when his hands came to rest on her hips.
"Why don't you find out?" she whispered. Damon picked her up in a fireman's hold and started walking off.
"Night Ric!" He called out behind him. By then Alaric was standing all alone as Katherine and Elijah had disappeared, Lexi and Stefan had gone off to have some fun of their own. Kol approached him, slapping his shoulder in greeting.
"Ric my man!" he said cheerfully.
"Kol, I would have thought you would be bedding a couple of women by now" Alaric joked, "what with everyone leaving to go at it like bunnies."
"Must be something in the water" Kol jested, "looks like it's wingman time Ricky boy." Just then Jenna turned around and made eye contact with Alaric, a tentative smile forming on her face.
"Ric?" she said happily, moving towards him.
"Jenna, I missed you" he said bringing her into a hug. They both felt the spark that was always there between them, except this time it had been magnified by the time they spent apart.
"Where is Tommy?" she asked, wondering about their son's where abouts.
"I got Miranda and Grayson to look after him for the weekend" he said pulling her into him, "giving us a little time to ourselves. Just you and me." Jenna pulled him into a searing kiss and then dragged him off.
"Sorry buddy, looks like it's just you tonight" Alaric called out behind him to where Kol was stood alone.
"Dammit, what is in the water?" he asked, "I need to get me some and stat." He mumbled before going off in search of water.
