Olivia walked into the kitchen to find John making breakfast. "You know. I have been here for four months and I have never seen you actually cooking something." She smiled before sitting down on the bar stool across from him.
"Well, usually I just order food, but this morning I have to break some bad news to Mr. Stabler." John sighed. "His favorite bakery is closing and it was a family recipe place. So, they had their final sale yesterday."
"You're not talking about Sam's Shake'N'Bake, are you?" Olivia asked wide eyed.
John chuckled. "For a change, yes, I am. Do you know the place?"
Olivia whined. "Yes! My mother lives right next to it. That's how I was two hundred pounds in the fifth grade. I wonder why she didn't tell me it was closing." She paused and saw John's expression. "Yes, I know. She was probably saving everything for herself. Did you get me anything from there?"
"I did, but Mr. Stabler ate it last night when I had the box laying out. He snatched it right out and went upstairs with it. All the kids and I have had their cupcakes. It's just his left in there." John explained pointing to the box.
"Well, I should get his if he got mine." Olivia bargained reaching for the box.
John grabbed it and held it back. "No, this is Mr. Stabler's favorite cupcake that the bakery made. If he doesn't get this, he will be on my ass for the next three weeks wondering why I let you eat it."
Olivia rolled her eyes. "Uh, it's because he put his grubby little hands on mine."
"No, I need to take this to him soon, otherwise, he'll hunt it down." John said before putting the box back on the counter. He turned to fix Elliot's plate. He started talking about something Olivia had no interest in. She was solely focused on the box with the cupcake inside. She watched John carefully as she opened the box and took the single cupcake out. She put a banana in there to make it feel heavier before hiding the cupcake under the counter. All of the sudden, he turned to her. "Do you get what I'm saying?"
"Completely." Olivia nodded before picking up the box and handing it to him. "Go surprise him."
John smiled and started for Elliot's office. "You are a giver Ms. Benson." He said and walked out of the kitchen.
"Yeah, to my stomach." Olivia said after a moment. She took a closer look at the cupcake and noticed it was her favorite flavor. She quickly pulled of the wrapper and sunk her teeth into it, moaning at the flavor.
"Ms. Benson!" Elliot yelled walking into the kitchen. Olivia had her teeth sunk into the first bite of his cupcake. "That is mine! Drop it!" He commanded pointing towards the floor.
Olivia pulled it out of her mouth and smiled at him before running for the stairs. "This cupcake is mine!"
Elliot ran after her. "No! That is mine! John bought it for me."
"Well, you ate the one he bought for me!" Olivia argued before running into her room, closing and locking the door. She gasped when she felt the force of Elliot's body hitting the door. She quickly ate the cupcake and didn't hear anything outside her door. He must've given up. She shrugged before walking towards her closet. She jumped when the door busted up, the door frame breaking.
Elliot walked in with dark eyes. He was panting and his clothes were disheveled. If he didn't look like he was about to kill her, she would find it a real turn on right now. "I had one thing to look forward to this morning. Now, where is it? Give it to me!" He shouted holding out his hand.
Olivia folded her arms over her chest. "Well, if you want it back, you'll just have to wait a couple of days."
"You ate it!" Elliot yelled before grabbing her arms. "That was my favorite cupcake."
"It was also mine! And, you ate mine! I deserved at least one of the last cupcakes from that bakery." Olivia said pushing his hands off of her.
"What?! It's closing!" Elliot screeched.
Olivia bit her lip. "Oh, John didn't tell you that yet, did he?" Elliot shook his head. "Well, it's closing."
Elliot glared at her. "You ate the last peach and cream cheesecake cupcake with cinnamon frosting in existance! Nobody will ever taste it again!"
"Well, I can still taste it right now." Olivia muttered before seeing his glare. She backed up a few steps.
"You really can taste it right now?" Elliot asked curiously. Olivia nodded. "Okay, this is because you ate my cupcake." He said before planting his lips on hers, his tongue darting into her mouth immediately. She gasped into his mouth and felt him moan moving his tongue around. Even if he was just trying to taste cupcake, it was still a good kiss. And, she had a feeling he was kissing her for more than the fact that she ate his cupcake.
Her head started spinning when his lips left hers. She watched as he straightened himself out and wiped his lips off, ridding them of lipstick. "How was your cupcake?" Olivia asked smirking up at him.
Elliot smirked back. "Not bad at all." With that, he turned on his heel and walked out of her room. He came back in a moment later. "Did you have strawberries this morning?"
"Keep tasting and let me know." Olivia grinned before walking into her closet.
Elliot walked into his room and furrowed his eyebrows when he saw John standing with his arms folded over his chest. "May I help you or are you helping yourself to my cologne again?"
John shook his head. "I came in to clean your bathroom and I found this." He leaned down and picked up Olivia's dress from the schmoozing party. Elliot's eyes widened the slightest. "Did someone get lucky?"
"Ms. Benson tore her dress by accident and gave it to me to get it fixed." Elliot said calmly before taking the dress from him. He flashed back to when he tore the dress off of her. "She'd like to wear it again. So, if you could fix it, that'd be great."
"What? So you can rip it open again?" John asked with a smirk. Elliot glared at him. "I'll get right on it." He hurried out of the room and ran into Olivia in the hallway. "Please, let me break it to Ms. Cabot."
"Tell her what?" Olivia asked furrowing her eyebrows.
John lifted up the dress. "That Mr. Stabler and you slept together."
Olivia chuckled. "We didn't sleep together. I gave him my dress to get it fixed."
"I know this handy work." John said showing her the tear in the back of the dress. "This is the same kind of tear that's on every shirt he doesn't like because he doesn't look good in it. He tore this dress. You two had to get close."
"We slept on the floor together under the blankets that you threw on the floor before you almost screwed Ms. Cabot." Olivia smirked before walking into Elliot's room.
Elliot jumped and stood up straighter. "Ms. Benson! I am changing; you could knock." He looked down and was thankful he was at least wearing boxers.
Olivia rolled her eyes. "I know what you are working with under there. Trust me; you are fine." She walked closer to him and showed him the papers she was holding. "So, I printed off the schedule of when we need to get to the ship and when it leaves port. I am taking the kids shopping for the cruise this afternoon."
"Okay, have fun and make sure the boys don't get a hold of my Visa again." Elliot said taking the papers from her.
"The card will be in my hand the whole time." Olivia smiled before walking out. She turned back around. "Do you need anything?"
"A lock for my door would be nice." Elliot said staring at her.
Olivia smirked back at him. "That would only benefit you. We have to think of everyone."
