"Okay, Olivia and Katie are staying in one room. The boys are staying with me. Alex and John already got there rooms." Elliot said as they walked down the hallway to their room. He looked at Olivia. "I don't know why they would get separate rooms though." Olivia chuckled and grabbed her key card from Elliot. "The rooms are conjoined also."
"So, less privacy than we would have at home." Olivia smirked and ran a hand through her hair. "You boys have to knock if you want to come over. If you walk in without knocking, I will find something for my mother to talk to you two about."
Elliot chuckled. "That's cruel." He stopped in front of two of the blue doors and handed Daniel the other card to their room. "Now, I don't know what you guys have planned. But, be back in the room by five thirty so we can be down to dinner on time." He looked at Olivia. "Are you and Katie doing something?"
Olivia shook her head. "No, John wanted to take her to the Chinatown place so they could color t-shirts or something." She said holding Katie's hand. She slid the key card into the slot and opened the door. "Oh my God! This is perfect!" She grinned walking in with Katie. She saw their bags sitting in the corner of their room. "Guys, your bags are in here."
The guys walked in and looked around. Nick furrowed his eyebrows. "Isn't this a little small?"
"Like you are going to spend much time in here." Elliot stated.
"Yeah, besides, your father didn't tell me when he wanted to leave until a month ago. We were lucky to even get a room." Olivia chuckled before standing Katie up on the bed and pointing out the window. "Look at all the water. Just imagine how many dolphins are out there." Katie grinned as she stared out the window.
Elliot looked at his boys. "What are you two planning on doing?"
Daniel grinned. "They have a ping pong tournament going on. Nick and I are going to smoke everyone." He ruffled Nick's hair and grabbed his back. "I'm going to take this to our room." He walked over to the door leading to the next room and unlocked it before opening it. It led to another door. "Don't worry, Liv. All you gotta do is lock the door. There's another one behind it."
"Got it." Olivia said before Nick grabbed his bag and headed over to the other room. "So, Mr. Stabler, what do you have planned for this afternoon?"
"Sun and margaritas." Elliot grinned before grabbing his bag. "You?"
"Same." Olivia smirked before lifting her bag up onto the bed. "So, I might see you up there."
Elliot smiled at her. "We could just go up together."
Olivia grinned at him and nodded once. "Alrighty then. I'll change and get Katie ready to spend the day with John." Katie giggled and jumped off the bed before grabbing her bag.
"I'll knock when I'm ready to head up." Elliot told her before heading over to his room.
"Okay, Ms. Katie, what are you going to wear for your date with John?" Olivia asked squatting down in from of the little girl.
Katie smiled and opened her bag. "How about my yellow skirt and my blue t-shirt?"
Olivia chuckled and nodded. "That sounds good to me. What should I wear?"
"Your swimsuit." Katie stated simply before climbing back onto the bed, opening Olivia's bag. "Do you have your brown one?"
"Yeah, right here." Olivia said pulling it out of one of the pockets in the bag. "I should wear a swimsuit cover though. Which one should I wear?" Olivia asked pulling out two of the ones she brought. One was green with a brown belt. The other was white fish net with a deep v-neck and a silver ring at the bottom of the v.
Katie examined the two carefully. Olivia thought she looked exactly like Elliot and couldn't help but smile. "I think you should wear the green one. Daddy likes green."
Olivia chuckled. "But, you should never dress for a man. You should dress for you because a man is going to drool over you either way."
"That's not what Sonya says." Katie said furrowing her eyebrows.
"Okay, my mother cannot babysit anymore." Olivia laughed before kissing her forehead. "But, you really think I should wear the green one?" Katie nodded with a grin. "Okay then. I'll wear the green one. Why don't you go change quick in the bathroom and I'll knock on the door when I'm done changing?"
Katie nodded and clamored off the bed before grabbing her clothes and going into the bathroom. Olivia quickly changed and ran her hand through her hair a few times before hanging her sunglasses on the neckline of the swimsuit cover. It was plunging, but didn't reveal as much as her swimsuit did.
"Dad, why are you checking yourself in the mirror? You are wearing swim trunks and sunglasses. There isn't a tie to straighten." Nick asked looking at his father.
"I just want to look nice. You guys should always look presentable." Elliot stated matter of factly.
Daniel smirked and put his phone in his pocket. "He just wants to look good for Liv. He likes her."
Elliot rolled his eyes. "You guys are way off."
"Dad, you mumble her name in your sleep. You fall asleep in your office more times than you think." Daniel chuckled before looking at Nick. "You ready?"
"Yeah, I've been ready. I've been waiting for you to get out of the bathroom. You take forever these days. I missed my wedding because of your irregularly long craps." Nick said crossing his arms over his chest.
Elliot looked at Daniel. "We should talk about that soon."
Daniel rolled his eyes. "I'm just reading Sports Illustrated." He opened the door and let Nick walk out first before looking back at his father. "Besides, at least I use the bathroom when I'm in the bathroom."
"That was one time." Elliot nearly growled before Daniel hurried away. The door closed, leaving Elliot alone in his room. He huffed out a breath and went over to the door between the two rooms, knocking on it twice.
Olivia opened the door almost immediately and smiled warmly at him. "Took you long enough. I'm a girl and I was ready before you."
Elliot chuckled. "I was just talking with the boys." He watched as she smirked and turned to close her bag. He took the chance to admire the outfit she had on. The swimsuit cover was short and made him wonder what she was wearing under it. He looked at the neckline and took a deep breath seeing the swells of her breasts. Her sunglasses were hanging in between them and he really wanted to trade places with them.
Katie knocked on the bathroom door once. Olivia smiled. "You can come out, Katie."
Elliot watched as his daughter bounded out of the bathroom and stuffed her clothes back into her bag before climbing onto the bed again to look out the window. "Katie, your clothes are going to wrinkle." He stated grabbing her outfit and folding it for her.
"Dolphins beat wrinkles." Katie smiled pressing her nose against the glass. "Where are they?"
"Babe, we may not see any until we get to our first port." Olivia stated helping Elliot fold some of her clothes that didn't stay folded when they were carried up.
Katie giggled when there was a knock at the door. "John!" She ran to the door and opened it for John to scoop her up and blow raspberries on her stomach. She squealed and clung to his neck when he let her rest on his hip.
John walked in further and looked at Elliot and Olivia. "What's the plan for today? I already dropped Alex off at the slots. She's covered for a while. I told the bartender just to keep giving her vodka and she wouldn't get fussy."
Olivia chuckled while Elliot rolled his eyes. "We want to be back in the rooms by five thirty so we can get ready for dinner and head down there at our scheduled time."
"Sounds good to me. I'm guessing you guys are going tanning?" John asked. He smirked when they both nodded. "I'll know where to find you then. See you later." He chimed before heading out of the room with Katie.
Elliot folded the last of the clothes and looked at Olivia. "Ready?"
"Yeah, do you have sunscreen?" Olivia asked going through a smaller bag that she brought. When he shook his head, she giggled and pulled out a bottle. "We'll bring it up with us. Let's go."
