Olivia took a deep breath and knocked on Elliot's office door. "Come in." His voice came through the door. She opened the door and leaned against it until he looked up at her. "Ms. Benson... I need to talk to you."
"I need to talk to you. And, it's probably better if I go first." Olivia said before closing the door.
"Okay." Elliot nodded before standing up and walking around his desk, sitting on the edge of it.
Olivia leaned back against the door. "I don't really know how to tell you. You remember what happened that first night on our cruise, right?"
Elliot smirked. "How could I forget?"
Olivia paused and bit her lip. "Well, something happened because of that night... or maybe that morning." She didn't really want to blurt out that she was pregnant. "Uh, you love your kids, right?"
"Of course, I do." Elliot smiled at her.
"Okay, if you had a child out there you didn't know about, would you want it?" Olivia asked clasping her hands together behind her back.
Elliot nodded. "Of course, I'd want to be apart of every moment in that child's life." He paused and saw her looking extremely uncomfortable. "Why are you asking me this?"
Olivia ignored his question. "How did you propose to Kathy?"
Elliot shook his head. "I didn't really. Her father forced me to marry her because she was pregnant with Daniel."
"Well, I don't want to get married right now." Olivia stated.
"What are you-" Elliot started, but paused. His eyes widened as she bit her lip. "Oh God!"
Olivia nodded. "Yeah."
Elliot ran a hand down his face. "Are you sure?"
"Well, I took a pregnancy test and it said I was pregnant." Olivia stated. She saw he was stressing out. "I know you said you would want to be apart of your child's life, but I won't force you to be apart of this child's life if you don't want to."
"How could you even say that?" Elliot asked, anger growing evident in his features.
Olivia felt her own anger start to boil to the surface. "Well, you freaked out when I bought Katie a lamp. I figured you may blow your head off when I told you I was carrying your child."
Elliot growled, making a shiver run down Olivia's spine. Even if she was mad at him, he looked strangely attractive when he was stressed and mad. "That's what I wanted to talk to you about, but that can wait. I'd like to find out if you're really pregnant."
"I already called my gynecologist. I got an appointment for tomorrow. But, if you want to go, you should know there is someone else going." Olivia explained folding her arms over her chest.
"Of course, I want to go. This child is just as much mine as it is yours." Elliot said crossing his own arms over his chest. "Who is going with us?"
Olivia stared at him for a moment. "Well, two people, Steve and Tony, my brothers."
Elliot groaned. "Last time I saw them, they asked if I was treating you properly and looked like they wanted to kill me."
"Well, look how right they were." Olivia smirked before walking out of his office. Elliot bit back his tongue before resting his forehead on the door.
Elliot ran his hands down his face as he sat in the waiting room. Steve and Tony were sitting on either side of him, in the same position, cracking their knuckles. He could feel the anger rolling off of them. He just wanted to know whether or not he was going to be a father or not again. His heart was beating faster with every minute that went by. "Do you guys think that maybe, I don't know, you could talk?" He asked both of Olivia's brothers.
"How about you tell us how your relationship with our sister was strictly professional?" Steve asked leaning extremely close to Elliot.
"We decided we wanted to date." Elliot explained.
"Yet, you two broke up five hours later. Now, that tells us that you were after one thing." Tony stated squinting his eyes.
Elliot shook his head. "We did that before we even started dating." His eyes widened when he realized what he said. He stood up and looked at both of them. "That came out wrong."
Olivia walked out after talking with the doctor and saw her brothers standing in front of Elliot. "What's going on?"
"There you are. I've been waiting for you." Elliot breathed before pulling her towards the corner. "Well? Are you pregnant or not?"
"No, it was a false alarm." Olivia breathed before smiling. She wrapped her arms around his neck when his wound around her torso. "Not that I don't want a kid someday, I'm just glad it wasn't today."
Elliot nodded. "Yeah, imagine telling John and Alex."
Olivia chuckled. "They would both be afraid we'd love it more than them." She ran a hand through her hair before looking up at him. "Sorry for dragging you into this."
"Hey, I was there with you. I didn't say no those seven times." Elliot smirked.
"What?" Steve asked stepping up behind Elliot. Elliot's eyes widened.
Olivia moved in front of Elliot, guarding him from Steve and Tony. "Guys, we're okay. I'm not pregnant."
Tony smiled and hugged her before kissing her head. "Good, we don't want you having his baby when he used you." Olivia rolled her eyes before Steve pulled her into his arms.
"I feel like a rag doll guys." Olivia chuckled before Steve let go of her. "Thanks for coming with me guys. Just, please, don't tell Mom."
"We're not crazy!" Steve grinned before pointing at Elliot. "We're going to be watching you."
Elliot's eyes widened as he watched Tony and Steve walk out of the clinic, keeping their eyes trained on him. He looked back at Olivia. "Should I be scared for my safety?"
Olivia chuckled and shook their head. "Unless you become a jackass and I leave you, you will be fine."
"Why did you think I wouldn't want this baby?" Elliot asked after a moment.
Olivia shrugged. "Well, we had an argument that I'm still not happy about and... well, I honestly let my mother's words get into my head about rich men not wanting anything to do with their kids unless they are rich women's babies." She looked down at her feet. "I felt like you wouldn't want a child that was mine because I'm not rich or famous or in the upper class."
Elliot brought her to his chest, hugging her. "I'd be lucky to have a kid with you. You love my kids and you take care of them better than their own mother did. I would rather have another kid with you than with her or any other random woman."
"That's sweet in its own strange way." Olivia smiled before patting his chest. "I gotta go meet Casey. I'll meet you back at the house." Elliot nodded and watched as she left before an older man came up to him.
"Are Congratulations in order?" He asked with a smile. "I don't mean to pry, but I saw you and your wife smiling and hugging and I just assumed."
Elliot looked at the man. "Oh, she's not my wife. She takes care of my kids. I was here because we wanted to make sure she wasn't pregnant."
The older man frowned. "Sorry, you two just looked like you were married. My wife thought you two were adorable or something along those lines. It's ashamed. That girl would give you beautiful babies."
Elliot looked after Olivia and saw her get into a taxi. "Yeah, she would."
