Sorry for the long wait. However, it's set still between Gone and Hunger.

Tell me what you think, if you think Drake is OOC and if I should change something.
Sam gritted her teeth as Drake bit her neck. She pulled his hair trying to make him stop, but he didn't bother and kept biting and thrusting inside of her.
Finally it was over. He rolled off of her and for once didn't run away, but lay here panting.
If Sam hadn't been so tired, she would have been surprised. Instead she just closed her eyes and thought about her day.
Astrid had woken her very early, for manage a fight between two kids. Sam had distractedly wondered if every major always felt like exploding when people behaved like dumbasses. Then she felt guilty for that consideration: they were just children.
Lately she always felt that way. Frustrated by everything and everyone. Maybe that was why she kept seeing Drake: Sam needed a distraction, and he was the only one left.
And then Sam and Astrid had met Quinn. She had to admit that their friendship had grown colder. Often they didn't even look at each other in the eyes.
Sam yawned and, without even wanting, fell asleep.

When she awoke, the first thing she saw was the cold silver eyes and the boy beside her.
"What are you doing?" Confused, and slightly scared, she sat up covering herself with her shirt.
"What?" Drake asked, frowning.
"You were watching me sleep." Said slowly Sam. "That's creepy, Merwin. Even of you."
He gave her a sour smile, but strangely didn't replied.
Why the hell was he staring at me? Sam was confused.
Only to break the tension, she muttered: "What did you do today?"
"What kind of question is that?"
"Oh, come on…"
"Are you serious? You want to know what I did today?" The red tentacle squirmed and whipped the air, like it was upset.
"Okay, fine. I was just trying to have conversation." Hissed Sam, irritated. Why did he always make everything so difficult?
But with her huge surprise, he growled: "Alright. I woke up at twelve, ate something, watched Hostel 2. Then I met Ladris, I mocked her a bit and she implied I was a stupid loser. I'd have liked to break all her bones, but Soren is still alive, sort of, so I had to hold back. Then I came here. The End."
"I've never seen Hostel." Replied Sam. She felt like she was walking on a thin sheet of ice: they were actually having conversation, but one wrong word and he would snap.
He shrugged. "Not your kind of movie."
How do you know? Sam thought. Sometimes it seemed that he would give everything for granted about her and what she liked and what were her reactions.
She stood up. "I'm tired of this cave."
"Mmh?"
"I'm tired of this cave. It was better when we met at my house."
"Are you out of your stupid mind? Last time a kid saw me."
"Be more careful." She got dressed. "See you there." Feeling a bit satisfied for his stunned expression, she got out the cave.

It took only five minutes because she started regretting her decision. Only because her stupid pride!
She shivered thinking what would have happened if Astrid or somebody had eet Drake. Or maybe they would have found out everything about their… Thing? Affair? Theirs wasn't even a relationship. He had shot her in the knee and she had burned his arm. He was a sadist monster and she was the Mayor of Perdido Beach.
Sam spent the next two days scared, expecting to see Drake in every angle.
It was almost evening, and Astrid had come to see her, informing her of the depressing food situation.
"… And yesterday a drunk ten years old girl broke her leg."
"Lana cured her?"
"Yes, but it was heartbreaking. See you tomorrow." Astrid was closing the door behind her.
"See you…" A hand clamped Sam's mouth and she let out a terrified gasp.
