"Katie got an invite to stay at a friend's camper for a week!" Elliot yelled in a whisper as he ran into his office.

Olivia was standing in of Elliot's desk with a clipboard in her hands. "Okay, Daniel wants to go to that music camp and Nick wants to go to boot camp." She stated before looking at the schedules. "If everything works out, we could be kid free for a week. All we'd have to worry about is John."

Elliot nodded his head looking over the clipboard. "I'll tell him to go on vacation. I'm planning on taking off that week anyway." He looked down at Olivia as she stared intently at the clipboard with the kids' schedules. Leaning down, he kissed the shell of her ear, moving down behind to her neck. She moaned softly, resting a hand on his neck. "I think you know what I have planned for that week."

"I know what I have planned for you." Olivia moaned softly before whipping out of his grip, tossing the clipboard onto the couch, and pushing him back onto his desk. She straddled him, placing her hands on his chest as she grinned down at him victoriously. "It involves every room in this house, but only one task."

"I think we're both planning the same thing." Elliot groaned as she leaned down to kiss him. They broke apart when they heard little feet outside of the door followed by a knock. "Who is it?" He croaked out as he sat up, Olivia straightened out his tie.

"It's Katie." The little voice said from the other side of the door.

Olivia walked over and opened the door before picking her up with a smile. "Hey girly! What's up?" She kissed her head before brushing her hair out of her face.

"Sonya is in the living room." Katie stated plainly, knowing it was a loaded statement. "I had cookies."

"Were they good?" Elliot asked with a smile.

Olivia looked up at Elliot. "El, my mom is here and she had cookies. My mother probably inhaled them before Katie could stop her." She kissed Katie's cheek and set her down. "Go get yourself some more cookies. I'll go keep her busy."

Katie ran out of the room before Olivia and Elliot walked into the living room to find Sonya sitting on the couch with her feet up. The empty plate that held the cookies just had a view crumbs on it. "Mom, what are you doing stealing Katie's cookies?"

"Well, I came to talk to you and found Katie spoiling her dinner. So, you're welcome." Sonya smiled standing up and handing the plate to Olivia.

Olivia set it down on the table and crossed her arms over her chest. "What did you come to talk to me about?"

Sonya sighed before sitting down again, pulling Olivia with her. "Well, your father and I had a fight and I told him I was leaving. He didn't stop me." She stood up and grabbed a suitcase from behind the couch. "So, I was wondering if I could stay here until your father gets his head on straight."

"What?" Olivia asked wide eyed. "You left Daddy?!"

"Olivia, stop being a drama queen. Can I stay here or not?" Sonya asked rolling her eyes at her daughter.

Elliot stepped forward. "Sonya, why don't you stay in a hotel? The guest bedroom is being used anyway. Steve and Tony have decided to join us while their apartment building is being renovated."

Sonya nodded and pulled on her jacket. "I guess I didn't know they were staying here." She grinned after a moment. "Maybe I can go stay with Casey!" Before they could respond, she was running back out the door.

"What the hell just happened?" Olivia breathed out feeling everything crumbling around her.

Elliot turned her around to face him before pulling her to his chest. "It'll be okay, Liv."

"Elliot, my mother just kicked herself out! She is trying to bunk with other people to be away from my father." Olivia said pushing his arms off of her. She stood up from the couch and started pacing. "What if they get divorced, El? My parents were a golden couple to me. What does marriage even mean if they can't make it work?"

"Olivia, listen to me." Elliot said grabbing her shoulders. Olivia looked up at him under her lashes. "If they are meant to be and they are as strong as you say they are, they will make it through this. Okay?" He watched as she nodded before pulling her back into his chest. This time she didn't push him away. "It'll all be okay." He kissed the crown of her head before Steve and Tony sauntered in wearing Nerf gun vests and goggles. They were each holding a small handheld Nerf gun that was either green or orange.

Steve pointed between the two of them with his gun. "What's going on here? Is she okay?"

Elliot shook his head. "She'll tell you later. She just found out some pretty strange news. What war are you two preparing for?"

"We're in the middle of one." Tony said before cocking his gun by pulling back a lever. "Daniel and Nick are somewhere in the house. The kitchen was where our last battle went down." He paused biting his lip as if getting really choked up. "Johnny boy didn't make it." Steve clapped his shoulders before the floorboards creaked upstairs. They both squatted down and headed for the stairs, checking every possible space for the boys to be in.

A moment later, John came out with a Nerf vest covered in darts, a single dart caught in his glasses. "Your beer, sir."

Elliot took the bottle off the tray and nodded his head once towards John. "You knew you didn't have a chance, right?"

John shook his head once. "I took one for the team, sir."

Olivia turned in Elliot's arms, looking up at John. She smirked after a moment. "They grabbed your vest straps, didn't they?"

"They used me as a shield!" John defended pointing in the direction Tony and Steve left.

At that moment, Steve, Tony, Daniel, and Nick walked down the steps, none of them looking happy. "Who won?" Olivia asked leaning into Elliot's side.

"The girl team we forgot about." Nick grumbled before plopping down on the couch.

"Who was that?" Elliot asked looking at all of them. They were all there, except for two people.

Alex and Katie trotted down the steps, both carrying Nerf guns, neither wearing vests. "Victory is ours. That's what you boys get for neglecting the girls. A lesson to every boy in the world, girls don't play nice when they don't get attention." She dropped her Nerf gun onto the couch before straightening out her jacket. "Elliot, I will see you tomorrow." With that, she was gone for the day.

Please review! You guys are so great! I know it's short, but I'm going to assume it's better than no chapter tonight.
