As Andrea heard Daryl's response she did nod slightly, yet she noticed almost immediately that silence had dawned upon them, as well as a rather awkward atmosphere. She didn't talk to people as openly as she use to, so just saying that to him was a big weight off of her shoulders in a way. Why would she trust Daryl? A Dixon? She didn't know, but really she owed a lot to the lad. After all, she'd shot him once and he was friendly to her about it, he'd had plenty of chances to shoot a bullet through her head if he really felt like revenge. He was alright. He'd done a lot for the group, he had most certainly earned her respect and he had it, even if the blonde often found herself a little hesitant to have her back to him. She'd met Merle, and he hadn't been the safest guy to be around.. In fact, she'd been offended and rather threatened by each of his words. He seemed near to insane, the kind of redneck no-one wanted to deal with. Thank god she didn't have to deal with him anymore.., He was probably dead. Or a handless walker. Technically the same thing, but she really hoped he was suffering badly.

Admittedly she had got a little carried away within her thoughts, the reason being she really didn't want to focus on the awkward atmosphere between her and Daryl. He was the last person that could offer anyone advice in all honesty, she knew that. After all, when was the last time he had even cared for someone anywhere near as much as he did himself? Honestly, she had no answer for that because, mister Dixon over here, knew what he was doing and he could survive alone, and he did that. He seemed to cut himself off from the group a lot, and he actually seemed to do better when he was alone, she'd seen that much. Her guess was also that he had escaped the farm alone after the walker attack. It would make perfect sense, because last she had saw he had hopped off on his motorbike and he was gone. But that was him, always doing what he could. Yet right now, it was T-Dog and Glenn who were the ones she respected and had the most trust for. They'd saved her in the woods after she'd lost sight of Michonne, she could have died. In fact, Andrea was literally staring death in the face the moment she had lost them all at the farm, and it was a scary thought to say the least.

"'Ey, blondie," silently called Daryl, the thick accent catching her attention as she raised her head to look towards him, a little confusion within her expression as she walked towards him, for he had trekked on a little further whilst she'd been distracted within her thoughts. "Yeah?" she questioned in response, eyes searching him carefully as she wandered what it was. The tone of voice he had used seemed rather calm and soft for him, so she was almost worried that he was going to bring up their previous conversation about her and Rick, but hoping he didn't. It was something she would rather not talk about right now.

Daryl's expression did remain rather blank though as he listened to her respond, and he turned to look at the fence, where a few feet from where he was standing, where the fence had been fucked up pretty badly, looking like the bottom of it had been dug up from the dirt below, and it was a good enough space to fit someone his size in. It was facing outwards towards him though, so it was obvious that whoever, or whatever had caused this, had came from the inside and wanting to escape the horrors from there, probably considering the outside world to be safer. But they'd probably been wrong. There was the odd splatter of blood lying around too, as well as some pieces of torn, navy blue material attached to the bottom of the fence. Whoever had been escaping sure did a bad job of it. Then he raised his free hand, other holding his crossbow as he noticed a small fault within the building's structure. "There. Looks like the wall got blew up, 'en I bet ya, it's gon' be our way in."

Her eyebrows raised curiously as she examined it, but her eyes soon drifted to the large gathering of walkers who were hanging outside on the large stretch of land between the large metal fence and the building of which currently had their eyes. "And what about them? You don't just plan on marching in, declaring the land ours and expecting the walkers to leave peacefully, do you?" she asked, kind of playing smart ass as she responded to him, but the redneck narrowed his eyes at her, a slight glare and really wanting to slap her across the head. Sure, that would be an Andrea thing to do, so he was surprised she had questioned him with it as if it was bad. "'course not, ya ass. We're gonna go back, get the others, an' kill them all." he murmured, a roll of his eyes as he then stepped back from the fence, waving for her to follow him as he started walking back along the small pathway that was now created amongst the trees, heading back to calm to inform the others on what had been found.

Although feeling kind of safe with Daryl, she was on high alert for anyone or anything, just one small movement or sound that didn't seem ordinary would probably trigger her off right now. She didn't want to be left alone in the woods again, not like last time. She wouldn't make it if she did again, she knew she wouldn't have the motivation, nor the strength to do so and that was what she was afraid of. He wasn't the best person to be left alone with, either. Much history, and bad history at that was between them, and she just had this nagging thought in her head that one day if he realized he had the chance, he could turn on her and get revenge for everything. She'd been part of the reason he lost his brother, and also she had shot him, he had been a mess and near death, only for her to add even more to that. Hate would be understandable right now, but if anything she was so thankful he at least seemed to show her no real hate, although she highly doubted she would ever be able to earn a Dixon's respect.

The moment they returned eyes drifted around, not giving a shit about anything else but wanting to catch sight of Rick to know he was okay. In a matter of barely a day she'd fallen for him. He was free to be with who he liked honestly, because his wife - well more specifically, ex wife - was now dead, and kind of due to the blonde, yet she couldn't care less. Lori had been a bitch since the start, always looking down upon Andrea and picking on every little thing she done, and thinking just because she was the one with a family still with her, that she was the woman of the group. Well not no more, and they could all be even once again.

The sight of the sheriff caused a smile to curl up at the corner of her lips, and she heard a soft chuckle escape Daryl's lips, and as she glanced towards him, seeing the way the redneck was looking at her with amusement, she felt her cheeks heat up and she quickly hid her face in her hands with embarrassment.

Daryl was grinning at the little childish romance that seemed to be going on here, because it all kind of reminded him that things could still happen. His eyes drifted to Carol briefly who was currently sat down, having a conversation with Carl, before he noticed Rick was walking over. Daryl took a few steps and stopped him in his tracks, "You got a good one 'ere. Just be careful, yeah?" he murmured, voice silent and only for the two of them to hear, and before he could hear a response, Daryl decided to walk off, in the direction of the other pair of love birds of the group, Glenn and Maggie. They seemed to be sorting through what little ammo there was, and he knew he himself had some stored somewhere, as well as wanting to see if anyone had possibly picked up some arrows for his crossbow.

Andrea felt warm hands take hold of hers, pulling them down from her face. The touch was gentle and unexpected, causing her to look to who it was, and looking up she saw Rick, and the smile he had was contagious, causing her to smile broadly just from seeing him. She literally felt like a teenager again, all giddy and stupid over some guy who seemed to have all her attention, and felt like everything she had ever needed. She watched as he nodded, hinting for her to walk towards where he was now looking. She turned her head as he let go of her hands and started walking, curiosity getting the best of her as she followed him, silent. He did seem to get a fair bit distance away from the group, and it had taken a minute or two of walking before he finally stopped. She walked over to him, eyes looking over his expression carefully before she felt his arms circle around her waist, pulling her close to him, bodies pressing together as his lips connected with her. Almost immediately she could sense that it wasn't a soft and gentle kiss like she had felt before, but it was in fact a little rougher and if anything she could sense need coming from his actions right now. For a few seconds she did allow her own lips to kiss him back, but when she felt him attempt to deepen the kiss she pressed her hand to his chest and pushed away just slightly.

Seeing the look in his eyes made her sigh softly, she could see the fear of rejection but she just didn't know what he was doing. She felt as if this was some quick fix since losing Lori, and she didn't want to be something he just used until he had his mind straight. "What are you doing, Rick? This isn't the right time.. Do you really think this is even a good idea?" she asked, obvious concern in her voice as she tried to watch his expression for signs of his response. She watched as he rather effortlessly shrugged before loosening his arms from around her body, but still holding her close. "Andrea.. Y'know how long it's been for me..? I haven't. In ages. I'm desperate." he responded, almost begging her, his eyes pleading as if he needed help. It was torture though. He was a grown man, and he couldn't please himself. They had a small window whilst everyone was distracted and he wanted to take it whilst they could.

Questioning his words, Andrea leaned forward to now rest her head on his chest as she considered it. The last time she'd had anything was a while back with Shane, and it had certainly been a while ago. Maybe this would be worth it. She tried telling herself she didn't want it, but honestly she did. Her mind was eventually made up as she looked back up to him, connecting their lips and continuing the heated kiss that she had broke not many moments ago. Rick stepped forward and pressed the blonde against the tree, body pressing against hers as his hands trailed under her shirt, exploring her skin and craving to get to know every little curve and mark that was upon her skin. He wanted to learn her weaknesses, what turned her on, and what would have her falling to her knees.

His hands then made the way to the front of his shirt, fumbling as he tried to undo the buttons, whilst focusing on kissing her, nipping on her lower lip and tugging on it. He soon had the buttons undone and he pulled away slightly, allowing her arms to slip out of the sleeves and then for it to fall to the ground beside her. As he looked down the girl's body, he licked his lips at just the thoughts that were within his mind. She took the opportunity to grab the hem of his shirt, tugging it up and off whilst he was distracted and throwing it to the side. Before long their lips were back together, bodies pressed against one another.

My smut writing is unfortunately terrible. So i guess call this a little.. "fade to black?"

Their two bodies felt lifeless as her legs dropped from around him, both leaning against each other for support for a few seconds before he pressed a soft, longing kiss to her lips. Then he inhaled deeply, catching his breath. They both picked their clothing up, getting dressed once again as they did so. They were both a hot, sweaty mess after that, and before they did anything cleaning was probably the best solution.
