Shadya Says; I bet you thought this would never be updated again, didn't you? Well, surprise. Update.

I do not own: Selene, Luna, or Artemis. Nor any other characters invented by Naoko Takeuchi. I do, however, own Queen Selenity, Queen Elise, Eric, Dante, Leo, Dion, and Shadya. As well as any other original characters brought into the story at a later date. I also own this particular plot of Sailor Moon, and the Gold Millennium.

Chapter Four:

Artemis left his audience with Queen Selene in stunned silence. He never truly believed it would be that easy to become a Knight for the castle. The rumors must've been true. The Queen must truly love Luna best to make a decision so quickly to allow him to stay in the castle. He only felt guilty for a moment knowing some of his fellow knights had been waiting over a year to become a knight for the castle. He was just happy he now had a real chance with the woman of his dreams.

He went to go report to the Captain of the knights. He told them about Dion and Leo and had taken their bodies to the morgue for clean up so a ceremony could be performed for them. A date was set for a ceremony to honor the fallen knights and Artemis was given his schedule. Luckily he'd be off that evening, just in time for Luna to be done with the day's training of the Sailor Princesses.

As soon as his duty for the day was done he was off looking for Luna. He found her standing on the balcony where he first saw her looking up at the stars. It was as if he went back in time. The moment was identical, except this time she wasn't crying. She did, however, looked as if she might disappear it took everything he had not to reach out and grab her to see if she was really there, "Luna".

"Artemis," Luna smiled as she turned around to look at him.

"If I didn't know any better I'd say you're following me," Artemis chuckled.

"Maybe I am," Luna smiled. "I have always loved this spot for watching the sky. You can see the whole universe from here… or at least it feels like it."

"This is a beautiful spot, but not as beautiful as you are," Artemis looked surprised for a moment as if he hadn't intended to say that out loud.

Luna blushed and looked down for a moment. Too shy to make eye contact again."Will you have dinner with me?" Artemis asked after a few moments of silence.

"Of course I will," Luna agreed.

Years faded by as the Princesses were all trained…

The next few years went by in a blur. Luna and Artemis were married. Luna trained the girls to be Sailor Senshi. They learned to work together as a team. They learned individual skills for their own powers. They were taught the history of the Moon Kingdom and their home planets' histories, mathematics, literature, etc. The oldest Sailor Senshi, Shadya, was eighteen. The Moon Princess was now fourteen and a mischievous thing at that. She was always the first to sneak off and playing pranks on everyone around her.

Her newest interest was running off to Earth to see the Prince. It started when she began her work looking upon the Earth to consider their needs, as it would one day be her sole purpose to protect the Earth. Instead she got her first glimpse of Prince Endymion. It was in that moment that she fell in love with him.

The first time she descended to Earth she only meant to look at Prince Endymion from a distance. She hadn't considered the possibility of him seeing her, too.

"Who are you? How did you get here?" Prince Endymion asked after getting the feeling he was being watched. Finally he'd seen who it was that was watching him. She was a beautiful girl in a gold and pearl dress. Her long blond hair was in pig-tail buns. She moved to hide behind a pillar in the garden they were among, "Hey, I can still see you!"

"I wasn't trying to disturb you. I am Princess Serenity of the Moon Kingdom. I've been watching over Earth and it is such a beautiful place. I just wanted to see it up close," the Princess tucked a piece of her bangs behind her ear.

"You're from the Moon, huh? That's pretty cool. Does that make you a Goddess, then?" The Prince smiled Serenity.

Princess Shadya, Princess Raye, Princess Amy, Princess Lita, and Princess Mina descended the moon beside Serenity, "Princess Serenity, you can't just go off like that! It's dangerous," Princess Shadya chided.

"You have no idea who you might run into. Earth is not your home, Princess," Princess Lita reminded softly.

"It's your duty to protect the Earth not play on it," Princess Raye scolded.

"Your mother is looking for you. It's time we go home," Princess Amy smiled and took Princess Serenity's arm in her own.

"It's not fair! I want to stay on Earth and explore" Princess Serenity pouted.

"Are you sure you're not just sad you can't oogle the Prince anymore?" Mina asked teasing the Princess.

Shadya turned toward Prince Endymion noticing for the first time four Knights standing a little ways from the Prince, obviously his protection. "I'm sorry if Princess Serenity was bothering you. She's harmless, I assure your knights. She's just curious about everything. She's been kept on a pretty short leash," Shadya apologized.

"Shadya! Why are you so mean!? I wasn't bothering anyone," Serenity whined.

"It must be difficult having such a ball of curiosity for a Princess!" Zoisite laughed.

"Zoisite!" Prince Endymion looked stunned at his knight for saying something so blunt.

"She might be curious and playful, but she is our Princess. And we do love her dearly…We don't take insults lightly," Shadya warned.

"Whoa, Babe, Zoisite was just teasing," Malachite amended.

Before anyone had time to respond the Princesses ascended back to the Moon Kingdom. Princess Serenity dragging herself along last, "You didn't have to come get me. I was fine," She whined.

"You might have been fine, but your place is up here with us, Princess" Lita reminded sweetly.

"You know our peace with the Earth is dicey right now," Raye responded.

"What do you mean, Raye?" Princess Serenity asked with a tilt of her head.

"God, meatball head, you don't pay attention to anything, do you? You're just a spoiled little girl!" Raye teased.

"Raye, careful," Shadya chided.

"The Earth thinks we have too much power and they're weary of us right now," Mina mentioned.

"Why would they be weary of us?" Serenity questioned.

"They think our life spans are too long and the power we possess too great to be trusted. They clearly have someone on Earth poisoning their minds about the Moon Kingdom. It could have even been that Prince you were getting so friendly with," Amy explained.

"That's why we can't be appearing to the people of the Earth right now. Our peace is hanging in the balance," Shadya sighed.

"It would be easier if the people still trusted us, but for whatever reason they just won't have it," Mina shrugged.

"You need to promise us you won't go running off like that, Princess. It's dangerous," Lita begged.

"Fine, I won't run off to Earth. Are you happy?" Serenity pouted.

"Ecstatic." Lita laughed.
