This one takes place where the last left off.

I don't know how far Venice is from L.A., but because in 'Sam & Cat', Cat rides her bike to and from school, I'm saying it's not too far. If anyone knows other wise, please feel free to let me know. I was too lazy to actually look it up. Sorry.

No POV

Standing in silence, the three boys and two girls stare at the red-head and Seattle native, shock and worry on all but Cat's faces, where as Cat has a look of sorrow on her face.

"You're moving?" Robbie asks, staring at the red-head with a broken look on his face.

"I don't know." Cat says, bursting into tears as she runs out of the BlackBox, Tori, Jade, and Freddie following, while Robbie and the guys stare at nothing, attempting to process what just happened.

"She can't leave me." Robbie says, leaving the room, wandering around the school in a daze.

"Whoa." André and Beck says, staring at the spot Cat previously stood. "I had no idea." André says, not blinking.

"Neither did I. She didn't show any signs of being upset or anything." Beck says, agreeing with his friend.

In the janitor's closet, Tori and Jade rub Cat's shoulders as Freddie hugs her, wishing he knew how to assure her.

"What about your Nona?" Jade asks, trying to think of anyone she can stay with around town.

"She moved. To Venice, Italy." Cat whispers, shaking as she cries on Freddie's shoulder.

"Wait? When? How come I haven't heard about this?" Jade asks, rubbing Cat's back.

"I didn't want to say anything. She moved months ago." Cat says, eyes closed.

"Tori, stay here. I need to make a call." Jade tells her girlfriend, giving her a quick kiss before leaving the closet. "I know I have her number." Tori hears her mumble as the door closes.

"It's gonna be fine. We'll figure something out." Tori says to Cat, hoping to calm her down.

"How do you know? You and Jade already asked your parents if I can stay with either of you, and they all said no. André lives with his grandma, Beck lives in an RV, Freddie says his mom most likely won't, and I don't know about Robbie." Cat says, her crying calmed slightly. "And I have no family in L.A. Not after my parents and brother move."

The three teens stand in silence, Cat eventually falling asleep against Freddie's chest. Ignoring the bell ringing that signifies the start of lunch, the two still awake stare at Cat, both upset at the news that she may be leaving.

Five minutes into lunch, and the door opens, Jade walking in quietly. "I have good news." She whispers when she sees Freddie leaning against the wall in an uncomfortable position so Cat can sleep a little better.

"What?" Freddie asks, holding Cat close so she doesn't slip out of his arms.

"I just talked to Cat's Nona. She didn't move to Venice, Italy. She moved to Venice, California. Not too far from Venice Beach, actually." Jade says, holding Tori from behind.

"And she'll be okay with Cat moving in with her? Where did she move to?" Tori asks, a smile forming on her face as she rests her hands over Jade's.

"She's fine with it. She moved into one of the apartment complexes. I forget the name." Jade answers, giving Tori's cheek a brief kiss.

"When can we start packing her stuff up and moving it?" Freddie asks, a slightly pained look on his face from the position, but not changing, afraid to wake Cat.

"Over the weekend, when her parents and brother pack up their stuff. I called her parents and okayed it. Her Nona just has to go to the courthouse to get the papers signed that Cat officially lives with her." Jade says, resting her chin on Tori's shoulder, her eyes on her childhood best friend.

"You work fast." Tori notes, eyes on Cat as well.

"I wasn't going to let her move out of town because her messed up brother has to move into a stupid mental asylum and his parents have to be there." Jade says, holding Tori closer. "I've known her since we were seven, she's been my sister since we were nine. She was there for me through every hard time I had. It's about time I return the favor." She says in a whisper.

"How far's the drive to the apartment complex?" Freddie asks, looking at Cat.

"Not too far, actually." Jade says, sighing. "Cat could ride her back to and from school with ease. It's maybe a half hour bike ride in she sticks to the busy streets, which aren't bad before eight." She says.

The three stand in silence, four counting the sleeping red-head, enjoying said silence. Ten minutes after Jade informs the others, Cat finally starts to wake up, Freddie helping her stay standing when she almost slips at not being used to waking up standing.

"We have good news." Freddie tells her with a smile, holding her even after she gets her bearings.

"What?" Cat asks, eyes red and puffy from crying.

"Your Nona didn't move to Italy." Jade says, smiling softly at Cat.

"But my mom told me she moved to Venice?" Cat asks, confused.

"She did. But not Venice, Italy." Tori says, giving Cat a comforting smile.

"She moved to Venice, California." Freddie finishes, holding her close.

"But what does that have to do with anything?" Cat asks, still not awake.

"I talked to her a bit ago. She and your parents are okay with you moving in with her." Jade says, giving Cat a hug after Freddie releases her. "We'll get André, Beck, and Robbie to help you move this weekend, while your parents are packing their stuff."

"Maybe not Robbie." Cat says after Jade releases her from the hug. "He's been acting strange since the cookout, and he keeps looking at Freddie like you did when Tori kissed Beck on her second day." She says, staring at Jade.

"Will no one forget about that?" Tori mumbles, upset that people seem to refuse to forget her second day after joining Hollywood Arts.

The other three stare at Cat in silence, thinking about her words. "She has a point." Jade says, looking at the others. "I saw him glaring at Freddie during Improv today, and he kept trying to get him away from Cat when it started."

"And when she walked into the BlackBox earlier and saw Cat crying, he assumed it was me. And when Cat got in the middle and pushed him away, he looked like she betrayed him, or something." Freddie points out, looking at the three girls.

"I never pictured Robbie as the jealous type." Tori says, earning nods of agreement from the others. "Especially not to that degree."

"It's not like you two act all lovey-dovey or anything either. Which is weird because even I do that with Vega." Jade says, purposely using Tori's last name to mess with the Latina.

"We're not dating." Freddie points out, stopping whatever Tori was about to say.

"Seriously?" Tori asks, forgetting the back and forth she was about to have with Jade over the Goth's use of her last name. "I thought you two were dating since you watched that movie in my room that day?" She asks, staring at them.

"Why haven't you asked her out yet? I know she'll say yes." Jade says, smirking at the blush that appears on Cat's cheeks and the elbow jab from Tori. "What? It's true."

Sorry, tried to end on a lighter note from last chapter. Thanks to CrackersKay for mentioning Robbie being jealous during the cookout.

Thank you for reading. See you next time.

Blessed Be.
