Thank you for the reviews and everything for the last chapter. Hope you like this one.

Random thing: I wrote this while listening to Lindsay Lohan's album 'Speak'. Don't know why I told you all that.

Also, to anyone who knows the album, am I the only one who thinks some of those songs could be a good match for Jade to sing? Especially the song 'Disconnected', for some reason to me.

Disclaimer: Don't own anything or anyone in this fic, The plot, Illustrious and Hollywood Projections are the only exceptions. The idea is Challenge King's.

No POV

"Sorry I took so long." Cat says as she leaves the restroom, her make up touched up and her perfume fresher.

"No worries." Freddie says with a smile, handing Cat her drink. "Ready to go in and find a seat?" He asks her, looking at her.

"Sure." Cat says, smiling, as she hooks her free hand with the hand Freddie's using to hold his drink. "When does the movie start?" She asks, looking at him to ask her question.

"About ten minutes." Freddie answers, seeing Tori and Jade enter the movie theater across the hall, Jade mouthing the words 'Do not tell her we're here' to Freddie, who nods in agreement.

"Kay kay." Cat says, giving a thank you nod to the worker who opens the doors for the patrons. "Where do you want to sit?" She asks, looking around the half-full theater, filled with other couples.

"How about the middle? It's close enough to the screen to see everything without having to strain our necks, and it's far enough not to worry about the speakers." Freddie points out, letting some of his 'geekyness' shine through with his knowledge of acoustics.

"Sure." Cat says, smiling, as she gently drags him to a seat in the near-middle of the large room. "Is this good?" She asks as they go to sit in the two theater chairs.

"Yeah, they're good." Freddie says, not really caring about the spot, just the person he's there with.

The two talk quietly for a few minutes as more people walk into the theater, all couples or small groups of girls. Not noticing the seats around them filling up, Freddie and Cat talk until the lights dim and the previews start.

Freddie turns his attention to the screen to see if the main menu shows up, since the theater plays the DVD's, not the reel's played at other theaters. Much to his surprise, the main menu does show up. The former tech produce thought they would skip it somehow, but the surprise is short lived since the person in charge of the control's pushes play a second after the menu shows up, starting the movie quickly.

Every few minutes throughout the movie, Freddie and Cat would look at each other, eventually the movie becoming background noise to them. Halfway through the movie, the two slowly start to lean towards each other, lips millimeters apart. Before their lips can touch, someone beside Freddie bumps him, causing him to jump.

Looking to where the bump came from, noticeably upset at the kiss being stopped, he stops when he sees the couple beside him making out, the girl seemingly trying to climb onto the guy's lap.

"Want to go? We can go somewhere else for some privacy." Cat suggests, staring at Freddie after gently grabbing his forearm to grab his attention.

"Sure. Where to?" He asks, the popcorn bucket empty, something he and Cat didn't realize or care about.

"I don't know. There are a few places around L.A. that are plenty private." Cat says as they slowly walk out, staying low so the couples still watching the movie don't get mad at them for blocking the screen.

"And you know about these places because...?" Freddie cautiously asks as they pass the trash can, putting the empty popcorn bucket in the trash, his half-full cup following suit, Cat's doing the same.

"I used to go there with Jade when she wanted privacy from her parents or Beck when they were still dating. The times I stayed the night when she needed to be alone, she would drag me with her." Cat answers as they enter the lobby. "Don't worry. It was always as just friends." She assures Freddie, a small smile.

Leaving the movie theater, Freddie notices Tori and Jade outside the theater, locked in a heavy make out session of their own, and looks away. Making it to his car, he opens the door for Cat then heads to the driver's side and closes the door, starting the car as Cat buckles herself in.

As Freddie pulls out of the parking lot, Cat directs him to one of the spots Jade showed her for privacy. Following the directions, Freddie drives towards one of the lesser known parks in L.A., one located a few miles away from Hollywood Arts. Pulling into the empty parking lot of the medium sized park, Cat pulls him towards the forest part, giving him enough time to lock the doors before dragging him too far for the remote to work. After walking through the forest for a little over five minutes, Cat eventually stops at an partially open field, a few moss-covered rocks around the edge of a small pond, the moonlight reflecting in the water.

Sorry this is short. I have a pretty important thing planned for the next chapter. No smut, but something big for the two.

Thank you for reading, and please review.

Blessed Be.
