As I mentioned last chapter, both of the debriefs, Cat's and Freddie's, are in this chapter, making this the longest chapter yet of this fic.
Hope you enjoy.
Disclaimer: I own the plot, the characters are Dan Schneider's.
Cat's POV
I wake up to my alarm, Katy Perry's 'Roar' playing over the speakers of the PearPhone dock by my bed. When I toss the sheets aside, looking at Nona's empty bed. Climbing out of bed, I grab a change of clothes and head for the shower, stripping and taking a quick shower.
Fifteen minutes later, I walk out of the bathroom, dressed and my hair wrapped in a towel. Putting on some light make up, the towel wrapped around my hair being set aside so I can brush it. "I need to touch up my roots." I say, staring at the hint of brunette showing in my roots.
Five minutes later, dressed and ready for the day, I enter the living room of the apartment, Tori and Jade already sitting on the couch as Nona makes breakfast in the kitchen, the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie playing on the big screen in front of the couch.
"I love Michelangelo." I say, sitting beside Jade on the couch.
"I love Raphael. He's the best of the turtles." Jade says, eyes on the screen.
"I like Splinter myself. I always loved the talking rat." Tori says, glancing at us.
"You would like the one who doesn't fight." Jade says, pausing the movie. "I need coffee." She says, standing up and heading for the kitchen to grab a coffee cup and the coffee pot.
"And you would be the one to like the turtle with a horrible attitude." Tori counters, smirking.
"Hey, he's awesome." Jade counters, filling the cup with coffee. "And I can't say I'm surprised that you like Mikey, Cat. He is the more childish one of the group." She says as she walks back to the couch, taking back her seat.
"He's funny. Besides, what's wrong with liking the fun one?" I ask, staring at her.
"Fight nice you two, or I'm putting you both in time out." Tori says, earning a small laugh from Nona.
"Breakfast is ready." Nona says before Jade or I could say anything. "I need to go. Have fun girls, just no bloodshed." She says, looking at Jade, who only rolls her eyes as we all wave bye to Nona.
"So, what happened after Freddie picked you up last night?" Jade asks as we grab some french toast, pancakes, toast, and bacon.
"Well, after he picked me up, we went to Illustrious." I say, sitting back on the couch, grabbing a glass of orange juice on the way.
"What kind of food do they serve there?" Tori asks, following me, Jade behind her.
"All sorts. He had the steak and I had the tuna sashimi." I say, setting my plate and glass down as Jade pushes play, restarting the movie.
"How was the dinner?" Tori asks, taking her seat and sipping her orange juice.
"It was good, I would guess. They ate and fucked." Jade said, no hint of a joke in her voice.
"Jade!" Tori yells, hitting Jade in the shoulder.
"Okay, okay. Kidding." Jade says, laughing. "Continue." She says, eyes on the screen as Mikey and Donny wait for the pizza man.
"The food was amazing. We had a wonderful time there." I say, smiling at the memory.
"So no sex?" Jade asks as Tori's about to sip her orange juice, making her spit it out.
"No, no sex." I say, laughing a bit as I hand Tori some napkins.
"Okay. What about after that?" Tori asks, coughing.
"We went to that new movie place that plays DVDs like a theater does, Hollywood Projections." I say, smiling as Jade pats Tori's back. "We watched 'The Notebook' before leaving because of a couple next to us wouldn't stop making out."
"Why did you leave for that? We made out and got kicked out, but no one left because of it." Tori says, not realizing what she admitted.
"Huh?" I ask, confused.
"Nothing. Continue the story." Jade says, sending her girlfriend a small glare.
"Anyway." I say, giving the two a confused look. "When we got to Hollywood Projections, we got our tickets and our drinks and popcorn." I say, leaving out the guy who tried hitting on me.
"What about...?" Tori says, stopping when Jade elbows her.
"Okay, what are you two hiding?" I ask, watching them.
"Nothing." Jade says, cutting off Tori. "Tell us about after the movie." She says, keeping her eyes on Tori.
"After we left, we went to the hidden park you showed me a while ago." I say, keeping a gaze on Tori and Jade.
"The one with the small pond, or the one with the small cavern?" Jade asks, eyes going from the screen to me.
"The pond. I don't like the cavern too much." I answer, noting the confused, and slightly jealous look, on Tori's face. "After that, we chatted, and we might have made out, before we left and he dropped me off." I say, blushing.
"Why do I get the feeling you're hiding something from me?" Jade asks, giving me a curious look as she sets her plate down.
"I can say the same thing." I point out, looking at her.
"Whatever. If I find out someone, Freddie included, tried anything inappropriate, I'll kill em." Jade says, facing the screen fully.
"What about after?" Tori asks, her french toast gone most of her bacon still on her plate. "After you got back?" She clarifies.
"He walked me to the door, and I kissed him on the cheek, near the lips. Then I came inside, said night to Nona, and went to bed." I say, looking at them. "Then I woke up, and here we are." I say, shrugging.
"Yeah, what are you hiding? What do you mean, you might have made out?" Tori asks as Jade's attention is fully on the movie.
"We just made out by the pond. He's a really good kisser." I say, blushing as I finish my toast.
"Tori makes me wet when we kiss." Jade throws in with a smirk, eyes not straying from screen.
"Oh God, really Jade?" Tori says, glaring at a laughing Jade.
Freddie's POV
"Freddie! The two boys from last night are here!" Mom yells through my door, catching me off guard.
"Coming!" I yell back, standing up from my desk chair, closing my laptop, and heading out to the living room, where I guess mom had them wait.
"Morning." André says as I enter the living room, Beck standing up with him to greet me.
"Morning." I say, shaking their hands.
"Breakfast is on the stove. I need to go." Mom says, walking out of the kitchen and past us to the door. "Remember to take your special ointment if you need." She tells me, closing the door behind her.
"Don't ask." I say loudly, cutting off whatever André and Beck were thinking.
"Okay, okay. No need to freak out now." André says, trying not to laugh. "Anyway, we're here to ask about the date." He says, he and Beck stifling their laughter at Mom's parting words.
"Yeah, I know. You guys told me last night." I say, taking a seat on the recliner near the couch.
"True." André says, still laughing at mom's words. "So, I remember you saying something about Illustrious, but everything after that was unknown. So, what happened after you left to pick her up?"
"Well, I got to the apartment and picked her up, kinda stopping at how stunning she looked." I admit, smiling slightly at the memory. "We went to Illustrious and had dinner, making small talk on occasion as we did, getting to know each other better."
"Kinda the usual for a first date." Beck says casually, nodding at me. "Go on."
"After the dinner, we went to Hollywood Projections and saw 'The Notebook', leaving about halfway through because a couple next door were like five seconds away from having sex in the theater seats." I say, shaking my head at the last part. "After that, we went to a private park Jade showed Cat and spent some time there, talking and getting closer." I say, leaving out the make out session.
"And did Jade talk to you at the theater?" Beck asks casually, as if it's no surprise, which thinking about it, it isn't.
"Yeah, while Cat was using the bathroom." I answer, smiling a bit. "She went to see a movie, I forget which, with Tori, who was none too happy about it." I say, laughing a little.
"And what about after the park? What'd you do?" André asks, smiling at the story.
"I took her home, walked her to the door, she gave me a good night kiss, then I came home after she closed the door." I answer simply.
"Is it me, or is he leaving something out?" André asks Beck, staring at me with a questioning look.
"Not just you. He's definitely leaving something out. What happened that you're not telling us?" Beck responds, staring at me.
"We, might have, made out at the hidden park." I say, blushing a bit, my head down. "I brought her back when we kinda needed to breathe, and I was afraid of things going too far." I add, not looking at them.
"Wait, afraid of going too far? What do you mean?" André asks as Beck gives me a cautious glare.
"I was afraid it would go beyond making out. I'm not ready for that, I don't think Cat is either, and if we ever get there, it'll be her choice, nothing else." I say honestly.
"Good. Because if you pressure her, Jade would kill you long before we even knew about it." Beck points out, him and André sending me a matching glare.
"I'm not that kind of guy. Okay?" I say, staring at them with as much sincerity in my eyes as I can.
"Okay. Good." Andre says as he and Beck lean back, going back to a casual position on the couch. "What are your plans for the day?"
"Nothing planned. Calling Cat later around lunch time or so though, that's about it." I say, leaning back.
"Calling so soon after the date?" Beck asks, confused.
"I promised her I would." I say, shrugging my shoulders. "Hey, you guys up for hitting the bowling alley later today? About early afternoon, a little after two?" I ask, staring at them.
"Sure. What about the girls?" Beck asks as André nods in agreement.
"I'll ask Cat when I talk to her later." I tell them. "Cat said Tori and Jade will be there for a few hours, so hopefully they'll still be there when I call. If they're game, meet there by two?" I ask, watching them.
"Sure." "Sounds like a plan." André and Beck say at the same time.
Thank you for reading. I hope everyone liked this. Next chapter will skip a few days.
I don't know how many more chapters there will be in this fic. There might be a sequel, there might not. I don't know yet.
See you all next time.
Blessed Be.
