3rd Person POV

After Percy and Annabeth regaled the cabin with their story, the rest of the evening and next morning was subdued. Most everyone was sitting in the living room when a knock was heard on the front door. Rebekah got up and answered, bringing a letter back with her.

"Hey, message from Chiron." She tore it open and read it over quickly. "Oh, guys… you need to hear this." She cleared her throat and read aloud:

Children,
The gods have called an urgent meeting in the afternoon on Mt. Olympus.
-Chiron

Sam looked up from her How to Teach Knife Fighting to Dummies book and frowned. "I wonder what it's about."

Percy walked in his hand in Annabeth's and eyes red from crying. "I expect it's about the person who broke Circe out and kidnapped our parents." His voice caught on those last words. He drew Annabeth closer and let out a small sniffle.

Kelly walked over to her brother and rubbed his back comfortingly. "It's going to be okay. We'll get your mother back. And your dad too Annabeth."

Percy mumbled an okay. "What's the agenda for today?" he asked once he composed himself.

Sam put down her book grinned. "Well, I think I have time to verse James in a little one on one before lunch and then after, we have that meeting." She glanced at James for the duel confirmation and he nodded his approval.

Both of them stood and headed up the stairs to the training arena. Arianne left soon after to check on her wolf and Percy and Annabeth moved to a quiet corner and whispered in hushed tones.

Henry fidgeted in his seat for a while. "Can we please do something? I'm so bored!"

"Come on Henry, we'll go pick out a game." Kendall said, leading the boy to the small closet where the different games were held. They came back and set up the game which happened to be Life. Rebekah and a couple others joined them.

The rest of the morning passed by quietly and around noon, Percy and Kelly got up to make lunch.

"Percy?" Kelly asked. "You okay? Your mother will be fine, I just know it."

Percy stopped spreading jam on a bread slice and looked at his sister. "How can you? She's been kidnapped and I…" he faltered. "I can't do anything."

Kelly ran to Percy and gave him a hug. "Everything will be fine. Just don't lose hope."

He stuck his knife in the jam jar and stuck the two bread halves together. "I'm trying. Do you think this is enough food?"

"It's fine Percy." She loaded up all the sandwiches onto a platter and carried it out of the kitchen. Percy followed her out and took two sandwiches; one for him and one for Annabeth. The rest of the sandwiches were doled out and everyone ate in silence.

Lunch passed quickly and the time for the meeting approached. All the warriors gathered in the living room and joined hands.

"Ready?" Annabeth asked. Without waiting for a response, she let go of Percy's hand to snap her fingers, teleporting the group just outside of the elevator doors to Mt. Olympus.

"600th floor please." Said Saffie, leaning across the guard's desk.

Without looking up from his newspaper, the guard replied, "Sorry miss, there is no such floor here."

Sam groaned in frustration and marched around the desk. She rooted through the drawers, finally coming up with a golden colored key. "Found it, now let's move." She walked over to the set of elevator doors and pressed the up button. Moments later, the doors dinged open and the group tumbled inside. Sam inserted the key into a hole in the wall and turned. A small panel slid aside and she pressed the glowing button marked 600. Almost immediately, the elevator rocketed skywards.

On Olympus

The group stepped out and gazed at the glittering city above Olympus.

"Wow." Breathed Saffie. "I never knew it looked like this." She and the others who hadn't been to Olympus before looked around awestruck.

James tapped his foot and checked his watch. "Guys, I think we're going to be late. We might want to hurry along."

Dejectedly, they moved on and trooped up the sloping path to the Throne Room.

They entered and found that Camp Half- Blood was already there. They were making themselves comfortable around Hestia's fire. Apollo spotted the warriors and shrank down to normal size.

"Hey! Perce!" He clapped a hand on his shoulder. "Nice to have you back. Man, no one wanted to hear my poems, can you believe that!? Anyways…" he gestured to the group of orange shirted campers. "The Greeks are here and we're waiting on the Romans. You guys can go sit with the other demigods if you want."

Percy shook his head. "No thanks Apollo. I'm not big on sitting on the ground." He snapped his fingers and 3 couches appeared behind the group of Greek campers. "We'll be fine on these thanks."

The god shrugged and walked off to talk to Hermes. The Chaos warrior collapsed on the couches and a couple of moments later, the Romans arrived and Poseidon started the meeting.

"Demigods!" Poseidon announced. "It has come to our attention that Circe has been broken out of Tartarus. We've consulted a couple of gods and goddess and determined that the threat is called Loki. Does anyone know who he is?" he looked around but was met with silence. He sighed and continued. "We have a video showing the threat and the breaking out of Circe. There's also an unfortunate incident that this video shows and I think it will be apparent what it is once the video is complete." Poseidon waved his hand and the fires went out.

Hestia's fire burned a little brighter and an image bubble out from the flames. Percy was doing fine reliving the video up until the part where his mother and Annabeth's dad were shown. At that, he tensed and gripped Annabeth's hand. He continued to stare at the video until he couldn't take it anymore and flashed out. The video finished and fire returned to their braziers.

"Well, now you know the gravity of the situation." Poseidon said. "I expect you all to train in preparation. We still have yet to determine Loki's motives, but we're looking into it. Is there anything to add?" He asked the other gods.

They all shook their heads.

"Meeting adjourned then." Said Poseidon. He flashed out and so did the rest of the major gods, leaving the warriors and both demigod camps pondering the disruption on their peace.

Not my best work, sorry. But at least the chapters out. I want your guys' opinion on me writing in third person. This is the second time I've done it and I'm unsure about it. Also, leave your thoughts in the review section below. Gracias.
