Anyway, been a longgggg time since my last update, hence, I'm sorry if this chapter is kinda short. I've been writing professional reports for so long, I'm kinda not completely used to writing fanfiction again. hahaha. Hopefully that'll be fixed soon the more updates that come up. XD
WELL, anyway, I hope you guys like this chapter!

Chapter Eleven: Possible Consequences
Ciel sighed as he sat down at his desk, Sebastian pouring him a cup of tea.
"Sebastian," he began, "what do you have to report?"
The butler grimaced for a moment before answering, "Anna has forgotten everything, and it's because of Claude Faustus that her memory has been re-written from the time of her arrival to the Phantomhive Manor over a year ago."
Ciel's eye narrowed. "What does she remember instead?" he asked.
"I'm not sure, I did not have the chance to speak with her long enough to figure that out," he answered.
"Tch, how is this even possible?" the earl scoffed.
Sebastian explained everything to him, from how Anna had been captured to how she had been brainwashed to believe she was a Trancy maid. By the end of it, Ciel was stunned by the news. But above all, there was only one question that stood out above the rest.
"How do we get her back?" Ciel demanded.
"The least strenuous method would just be to convince her that her memories are false and from there I'm hoping that the mere knowledge of that will be enough to cause her to remember," Sebastian informed. "I've considered other methods of course; however there is no predicting what may happen. There may be consequences to those methods."
He raised an eyebrow. "Such as?"
The demonic butler sighed. "In her current state, we must consider our unborn child. If too much strain is placed on Annabelle, she could lose our child, and that is something I cannot let happen. In addition, whatever the method we plan, we must execute it quick, as the further Annabelle is in her pregnancy, the more danger both she and our child will be in."
"I understand," Ciel agreed, "I do not plan on prolonging the duel between Alois Trancy and myself. Are there any other consequences I should be aware of?"
"There is a chance that Anna's mind could be damaged beyond repair," he continued thoughtfully. "From what I can tell based on our previous brief conversations, it appears that Anna demonstrates absolutely no memory of what happened these last eighteen months. With that I can likely conclude that dragging her true memories back will prove to be a difficult task as they will be buried extremely deep within her mind and soul."
Suddenly warmth filled the room before an orb of light descended through the ceiling before a pair of large white wings expanded from it, the orb morphing into a man dressed in a white suit. The top two buttons of his shirt were undone, and he wasn't wearing a tie. As his feet touched the carpet, he sighed heavily, running a hand through his short, messy silver hair. His wings folded against his back and he looked at them, no trace of a smile on his lips.
Sebastian bowed to the angel. "Michael," he greeted curtly, "it has been a while since you've visited."
He nodded, his dark golden eyes meeting Ciel's. "Hey," he responded casually. "I saw what happened, and thought I'd do a check in our archives to see if there was anything suitable for bringing her back."
"Wait, you knew Anna even before she came to the Phantomhive Manor," Ciel recalled, "wouldn't you be able to speak to her easily?"
"Well... I'm not sure how much of her memory's been altered," Sebastian admitted, "There could be a chance that Annabelle doesn't even remember that she's an angel."
Michael groaned heavily as he scratched his head. "This is such a mess... how did you even let this happen, Sebastian?"
"I was not present on the manor grounds when she was kidnapped," he answered. "However, allowing Annabelle to be captured and brainwashed is inexcusable, and for that I deeply apologize." He bowed deeply to the angel.
"Heh, why are you apologizing to me for?" the angel asked bitterly. "As long as we get her back, I don't have any qualms with you."
Ciel leaned forward in his chair, resting his arms on the table. "What did you come here for, Michael?" he demanded.
"I just wanted to confirm Sebastian's deductions on what will happen to Anna should you try to force her memory back," he answered, pulling a small white cloth bag from his breast pocket. "Oh, and I thought that this may come in handy should you need it." He placed it on the table.
"What is it?" the young earl asked.
"A bag of starlight powder," Michael answered. "In most to all ways to restore Anna's memory, there is a likely chance that the child she is carrying could be harmed by the stress done to her, hence if you douse her in starlight powder, it will protect the child from all harm."
Sebastian dipped his head. "Thank you, Michael," he thanked.
"Another thing," the angel said, turning to the demon, "Angelina is concerned for Tristan's wellbeing, and hence she asked me to relay the message to let her take care of him until everything is settled. I've told her that you'd be able to take care of him, but she insisted."
Ciel smirked. "Please tell Madam Red not to worry," he assured. "Sebastian is not one to make the same mistake twice." He shot a glare at the butler.
"Well, I'll let her know," Michael agreed. "Sorry, I wish I could be of more help, but things are starting to get a little hectic up in Heaven. So I'll see you later."
"Thank you for the starlight powder," the earl thanked.
He shook his head. "After you get Anna back, tell her to visit all of us," he told her. "We're worried sick about her."
"We bid you well, Michael," Sebastian said with a deep bow.
Spreading his wings, the angel lifted into the air before disappearing through the ceiling, leaving earl and butler alone once more.
"We're going to have to come up with a plan soon, Sebastian..." Ciel resolved, leaning back in his chair. "I will not allow Alois Trancy to win."
Sebastian kneeled, bowing his head deeply. "Yes, My Lord."

"Anna," Alois Trancy began, walking over to barely wrap his arms around her waist, hugging himself against her.
She only smiled, embracing back as she stroked his hair. Alois closed his eyes and relished in her warmth and touch, recalling one day a long, long time ago when a boy named Jim Macken still existed...

"Stop it!" a little boy shouted as he tried to protect his older brother.
Stones of various sizes flew at them everywhere, but as much as the little boy tried to do, both he and his brother were forced to become victims to the townsfolk's abuse, collapsed in a pile on the dusty ground.
I-Is this it? One of them thought.
Are we gonna die like this? His younger brother mused.
"Please stop it!" a voice cried, and suddenly the rocks stopped, and before the young boys blacked out... the last thing they saw was a beautiful figure dressed in all white...
HMMMM I WONDER WHO THAT COULD BE? LOLOLOLOLOL
At least the nice thing is that the next four chapters are technically already planned out. Wait... didn't I already mention that before... some other time? O_O I DUN'T REMEMBER MAH MEMORY SOOO BAD NAO.
