Now that the Hyuga and Danzo have been dealt with, we can finally focus on the main villain of this arc and one of the antagonists of this story.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, Naruto has not lost any of his eyes and is NOT fucking blind. I can't explain it every time...so you will have to refer the chapters again if you have any doubt. I've shown it in the chapter, or clarified in my AN. You have to read it...

Chapter 70
Monsters of the Dark
Wild gusts of wind freely blew inside the castle as several shinobi could be seen standing around a young boy, their hands were gripping their weapons tightly and with every passing second their heartbeats were getting stronger and stronger.
For their opponent had arrived here to kill or be killed...
Naruto activated his sharingan and patiently observed the 70 Blacklight standing around him. He could feel some other 30 something Blacklight chakra within various areas of the castle forming a defensive network in order to stop him.
The ninja in front of him seem to be the vanguard and the main force of the enemy...
He could also feel Kushina's chakra getting unstable every moment and it only meant one thing...
The Blacklight quickly charged towards Naruto as he flashed straight towards them. The first Blacklight tried to slice Naruto's head off but the boy jumped in the air evading the incoming attacks at him, while performing his own set of hand seals.
"Wood Release: Threefolded Wood Shield"
A giant shield was formed in his left hand as he swiftly landed back on the ground and blocked an incoming sword strike from a Blacklight, and before the man could attack him again, Naruto kicked him in the ribs followed by slicing his head off.
He instantly turned around and took shelter behind the shield as several ninja finished performing their hand seals...
"Katon: Goenka(Fire Release: Great Flame Flower)"
Streams of fire flames were unleashed on Naruto from every direction as the Blacklight in other directions also repeated the attack and continued to perform the ninjutsu for the next few moments.
"Suiton: Hahonryu (Water Release: Rapid Crasher)"
Torrents of water appeared from the air and quickly encircled themselves into a tornado defending Naruto's position from the fire attacks.
A few of the Blacklight on the left side were alarmed when Naruto jumped extremely high in the air and fired 10 shuriken in every direction followed by a couple of hand seals.
"Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu( Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique)"
The 10 shuriken were now multiplied into 30, but the Blacklight forces easily deflected those weapons with their weapons as the shuriken landed across various spots on the ground bringing a devious smile on Naruto's face.
"Burn, motherfuckers!" yelled Naruto angrily, and performed the "Ram" hand seal igniting the hidden exploding tags
Before the Blacklight forces could form a defense, a powerful blast rocked the entire castke destroying at least 20 Blacklight that were near its radius while sending another 5 crashing towards the wall.
And just when the attacked seemed over, Naruto jumped straight towards them and stabbed his sword clean through a squad leader's heart.
The young Namikaze could feel an enormous power circulating across his body, even his sharingan was working faster than before. He was seeing attacks before they were even launched towards him. It seemed Indra's powers had greatly increased his visual prowess...
Naruto knew he could easily wipe these soldiers in seconds, but that would take a lot of his chakra. Making entire blood and shadow clone teams had finished almost 50% of his chakra and he needed the remaining amount to fight Baku, not to mention the bastard had that giant dog on his side...
Which only left the old fashioned way of finishing a fight...
He blocked a knee kick that was aimed at his stomach and used the limb as a spring board in order to avoid the sword stab from behind.
"Fire!" yelled a Blacklight captain, as 3 Blacklight aimed their kunai launchers at Naruto while pulling the trigger.
Even Naruto was alarmed when those sharp weapons were mere inches away from his eyes, until they completely stopped in mid-air.
"What the fuck?" asked the Blacklight captain in shock, as he saw at least 50 kunai just freezing in mid air.
"In time those powers will awaken slowly...you just have to learn to control them"
Naruto immediately collapsed on the ground and screamed in pain, even the Blacklight forces took a few steps back when the blue chakra that was surrounding his body started transforming into a mixture of whitish-blue colored chakra.
And the kunai that were fired at him were still floating in the air...
"Freak..."
"What kind of monster is he?"
"Should we charge or not?"
Confusion and chaos spread among the enemy forces, none of them knew how to act in this situation because their enemy was like a time bomb, and if he could just stop any attack aimed at him, then it was wise to maintain distance from him for now.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
The Blacklight forces became a little tensed when Naruto screamed again in pain and the fluctuation of his chakra became even more fierce. Their surprise didn't end there as every metal weapon on their body started getting attracted towards Naruto.
Few Blacklight tried to retain their weapons but had to let go when they themselves started to get pulled...
The captain of the Blacklight force got a bad feeling and looked his men straight in the eye...
"Everyone, let go of our metal weapons and disperse right now!" commanded the captain urgently,
"Captain, watch out!" yelled one of his soldiers,
The young Blacklight squad captain turned his head around only to witness every weapon of his force repelled towards him. And his soldiers could just helplessly watch as hundreds of kunai and shuriken pierced clean through their captain's body, before finally getting covered in swords.
THUD
The extremely mutilated body fell down on the ground before exploding into mass of flesh and blood, as the Blacklight troops gaze shifted towards Naruto who slowly got up.
His enemies took another few steps back as he tried to walk forward but ended up collapsing back on the ground, but the reflection he saw in the watery surface of the ground shocked him.
Naruto could see his right Mangekyo was still intact, but the same could not be said for his left eye...
Instead of having its Mangekyo shape, it had turned into ringed patterns with six tomoe surrounding each other. The eye was totally red in color, even his sclera and iris had turned into the bloody color.
"What are you?" asked some of the Blacklight hesitantly, as Naruto's gaze shifted towards them.
He jumped towards one of the Blacklight that was 50 feet away from him, and much to everyone's surprise he was right in front of the man's face in 1 second.
SLASH
"I am death..."
In a flash, he stabbed his hand inside the man's chest and quickly pulled out his heart before dropping the organ on the ground.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH!''
He could feel fear leaking from the bodies of his Blacklight comrades, and it made him laugh more and more. He would have died for these soldiers, but they betrayed him and his comrades, tried to kill them all, destroy Konoha and jeopardize the peace of the world again...in order to start a new war.
And that didn't leave any mercy in his heart for these fucked up soldiers...
His gaze shifted towards his enemies, and he looked them in the eyes...
"What's the matter? Can't attack? You're just up against a single shinobi..." said Naruto innocently,
No answer was received as the terrorized Blacklight forces just stood in their position as a devious look appeared in Naruto's eyes.
"Or have you finally realized that only those willing to be killed should think of killing others?" asked Naruto furiously, and he felt his blood boil when some of the Blacklight raised their hands up.
"We surrender..."
"Let's not fight anymore...we'll answer for our crimes"
"This fight is meaningless..."
The surrendering Blacklight froze in shock when Naruto's glare intensified as he took a step forward...
"Meaningless? Then why did my comrades die in vain?" asked Naruto bitterly,
"It's in the past...get over it" said one of the Blacklight, as Naruto unleashed his chakra.
"It's because you and your bastard commander...KILLED THEM!" yelled Naruto angrily,
He teleported straight in between a small Blacklight group and without hesitation sliced his sword clean through the 5 soldiers cutting their bodies in half.
Another Blacklight tried to land a kick on his head, but Naruto ducked and caught the man's legs followed by grabbing the man's jewels...and instantly ripping them off from the body, making the Blacklight scream in terror.
"There will be no surrender, no mercy for you. The time for peaceful negotiations is over...you have lived your life as cowards and terrorists, at least die fighting with honor as a ninja" advised Naruto, and just smiled when he saw the anger reigniting in his enemies.
Using his sword he parried the several kunai aimed at him from the remaining enemy forces, and rushed towards them while performing a set of hand seals.
"Mokuton-"
BOOM!
Naruto was mercilessly blasted several feet away as if he was hit by a powerful bomb, smoke had spread across the entire castle but his sharingan spotted someone walking towards him.
The amount of chakra inside the man's body was almost as much as half of Kushina's chakra, not to mention his body was full of Hashirama's cells now.
As the smoke cleared, Naruto was able to see the person that had attacked him...
"Baku..."
For there in front of him was the supreme commander of Blacklight dressed in his battle gear, and the man still had that cocky grin in his eyes.
"Well, well...what do we have here?" asked Baku insultingly,
Naruto just remained silent as the Blacklight commander looked at his terrified soldiers who were not a match for the boy standing in front of them.
"If it isn't the boy whose stupid friends we killed that day..." said Baku suggestively, making Naruto flare his chakra even more.
"So the coward finally shows up, I thought I had to fight with your bitches while you hide in the shadows...like you always do, jackass. And, by the way...I killed the entire 2nd company along with Commander Lizard at Osaka, your little bitch Danzo has been sent to hell along with his Root lackeys...while the Hyuga are not on your side anymore...now are we having fun, Baku?" suggested Naruto deviously, and the shock on his enemy's face was priceless.
"You didn't..." said Baku in disbelief, everything had been shot to hell.
"Oh, I did...and right now as we speak, the authority is on it's way here along with my father and several Konoha Battalions. It's over for you..." replied Naruto sternly,
But the young Namikaze was surprised when Baku started chuckling madly...
"Fuck them all, I admit you outsmarted me somehow...but I don't need those weaklings anymore. I have something more powerful..." announced Baku proudly
And when the Blacklight commander leaked his corrupted chakra, it shocked Naruto immensely because it was none other than the tainted Kyuubi chakra...
"You piece of shit..." said Naruto angrily, as Baku just laughed.
"I have the power of Kyuubi on my side, albeit half of it but it is more than enough for you and enemies of Konoha. Your red headed bitch is quite a screamer..." stated Baku lecherously, and unsheathed his sword.
"Mokuton: Sashiki no Jutsu (Wood Release: Cutting Technique)"
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"
Every Blacklight in the area was teared apart as hundreds of wooden spikes arouse from the ground. streams of flesh and blood rained down over Baku and Naruto as the dying Blacklight soldiers of 3rd company continued to scream in pain.
Naruto immediately used his sensor skills and discovered Kushina was still alive, although her life signs were weak. While Mikasa's team along with Yagura was safe for now.
He didn't know how Baku extracted half of the Kyuubi but it was bad for him and everyone...the man was already a powerful ninja, and now with this much power he could destroy any armies by himself.
The Blacklight commander quickly covered his entire body in red colored chakra as three tails grew on his back...
"So, Danzo was right...Hashirama's cells does help in subduing the beast" said Baku victoriously, making Naruto even more sick of him.
More than half of his men from 3rd company were just killed seconds ago, and the man didn't even seem to care. All he desired was power and only power.
"You should have died at Shuri Castle...Namikaze, but it's fine. I'll kill you tonight and take away those fancy eyes of yours..." challenged Baku,
Naruto twisted his sword quickly in the air effectively wiping away all the blood that was on it. He pointed the now shining weapon towards the supreme commander as his Mangekyo activated in his right eye, while the six tomoes in his left eye also started swirling...
The KI in the area rose to gigantic levels as both the men unleashed their full powers...
"You won't have eyes tonight, you won't even have ears or a tongue. I'll make you wander the streets of the underworld- blind, deaf, and dumb and even the dead will know...
...there goes Baku, the fool who thought he could rule over the world and kill Naruto Namikaze" announced Naruto murderously,
Dark clouds slowly hid the bright moon behind them as lightning sparked across the entire sky...
The Final Battle had finally arrived...
Author's Notes: End of chapter.
With this arc, the story will be 50-55% completed. And every decision I am making is for taking this story forward, we have lots of enemies left, the empire is just getting started, romances to build, so much more can be explored in this universe. I am also thinking of starting a spin off series of this story, though I've yet to finalize the plot and my decision of writing it or not...
So, the legend of Naruto Namikaze is far from over...
I really enjoy writing this story, and by now most of you have realized I show 99% of stuff for a reason. So, while Naruto may seem a little OP, he does not know his powers and it will take him a few arcs to explore them. And the final villains are some real badass fighters, he'll need the power...not to mention to form the empire these powers can be an extremely powerful force at his disposal.
So, it's your decision whether to believe in me and my work. If not, then we had a wonderful ride and let's part ways on a happy note.
Several questions have been raised with this chapter, and I will answer them one by one in the next chapter along with a big badass fight...
