Yo...

Since when did you guys start believing anything that came out of Baku's mouth. That man is a certified liar and manipulator, he said those words to make Naruto mad. It's a standard shinobi tactic of making your opponent emotional, so that you can gain advantage and finish them off.

If you still didn't get the meaning behind those words, then let me clarify. Kushina was NOT raped, Baku was lying to Naruto to make him more angry. Although the screaming part was indeed true as he extracted half of the Kyuubi from her. I don't write rape in any forms in any of my stories.

And what if I used 3-4 lines from troy, they were actually fitting in the scene. And to the guest reader who got angry due to it, I don't care because you are simply hating. All the ideas that I have used have a solid theory to back them up while also having significant impacts on the plot, and I do have the liberty of using a few good lines in this big story of 327,000 words.

My updates have been really slow for my other stories due to my infatuation with Star Wars, I fucking love this show so damn much. God, I wish I could live in that universe (Not as a Jedi, but as a Clone trooper/squad leader...don't know why but I really like the clones and their awesome outfits)

Chapter 71

Fight or Die

Baku quickly followed after his target as Naruto ran out of the castle. The Blacklight commander didn't know what the boy was up to, but it would be fatal to leave him alone to form another strategy. Despite being his enemy, Baku knew very well that Naruto was a talented soldier and master tactician.

It was a real shame that he was on the opposite side, he could have been Baku's ultimate weapon...

The supreme commander was surprised when the boy suddenly stopped on the beach of the island, he was intrigued when Naruto removed his Blacklight t-shirt and a bright moon mark could be seen burning on his back.

"You were always a mysterious one..." commented Baku lightly, as the strange chakra surrounding Naruto's body slowly disappeared inside the boy.

The boy turned around and now looked at his veteran commander with a look of disgust and hatred...

"I told you once...if you ever harm my soldiers. I'll fucking kill you" threatened Naruto, and gripped his sword tightly making Baku chuckle.

"Now that's not good. Blacklight doesn't tolerate insubordination..." replied Baku mischievously,

But the man was alarmed when Naruto disappeared and in a flash was on top of him, reacting on his instincts Baku brought his sword forward and parried Naruto's sword at the last moment. The attack didn't end there as Naruto twisted himself and landed on the ground while trying to give a clean leg sweep to the Blacklight commander...

Baku quickly somersaulted away saving himself from the incoming attacks, but had to use his sword again as Naruto fired several kunai towards him.

However there was a certain miscalculation in Baku's judgement, as the projectiles were instantly pushed towards him by a strong force and he saw Naruto had pointed one of his hands towards him.

"So, he can manipulate metal with these eyes...interesting" thought Baku calculatively, and used the Kyuubi chakra to defend himself.

Baku gathered the Kyuubi chakra inside his body before firing hundreds of chakra bullets towards his opponent, as Naruto formed a strange blue colored barrier that protected him from every attacks.

Furthermore the barrier absorbed all the Biju chakra and converted into normal chakra before seeping right through Naruto's body.

Naruto felt a little pain in his chest due to the tremendous amount of chakra that had filled up his chakra reserves.

"Damn, this is too much chakra...but it'll have to do for now" thought Naruto smartly, and blinked his new eye once again making the barrier disappear.

He didn't have much time as Baku was right in front of his face and was about to stab his chakra tails, Naruto quickly lifted the sand of the beach and directed it towards the Blacklight commander instantly stopping him in his tracks.

Not wasting any further time, Naruto jumped over Baku while giving a horizontal slash of his sword on the man's back...

Much to his surprise the Kyuubi chakra tails blocked his attack, as his opponent turned around and delivered a crushing punch in Naruto's chest sending him sailing away.

The young Namikaze easily regained his balance in mid air and blocked the sword that was aimed at his ribs, while quickly delivering a crushing kick on Baku's stomach sending the men crashing a few feet away.

Grabbing the opportunity Naruto threw a few smoke bombs towards Baku making the man getting trapped in a thick smokescreen. But Baku just dispersed the diversionary attack with one movement of his Kyuubi chakra cloak.

And that was what Naruto needed as he teleported in front of the unprepared Blacklight commander and sliced his sword clean across the man's stomach...making blood and flesh drop on the ground.

Without waiting for another moment, Naruto jumped behind Baku's back and stabbed his sword clean through the man's back.

"Gah!" screamed Baku in pain, as he coughed up a lot of blood from his mouth.

Before Naruto could attack again the Blacklight commander quickly jumped away gaining some distance from his opponent. He coughed up some blood again as the Kyuubi chakra healed the wounds.

"I must admit, your skills in kenjutsu are quite impressive. But your speed is far more great..." said Baku excitedly, and finished a quick set of hand seals.

"Raiton: Jibashi (Lightning Style: Earth Flash)"

A bright light glowed from Baku's body instantly blinding Naruto for a moment, and the Blacklight commander used that opportunity to flash towards Naruto and deliver a devastating chakra punch to Naruto's stomach, followed by a round house kick that would have sent Naruto sailing away but instead Baku grabbed the boy and slammed him hard on the ground.

"Every ninja has a weakness, you are excellent in ninjutsu, genjutsu, kenjutsu, shurikenjutsu...however your greatest weakness is Taijutsu," said Baku victoriously and was just about to stab his sword in Naruto's chest when the boy grabbed his legs in a headlock and made the Blacklight commander fall flat on the ground.

"You're right, but I have improvised that aspect in these past few months...thanks to a certain red head" replied Naruto with a cocky grin on his face, before kicking Baku in the jewels and jumping away before the man could hit him back.

As Baku painfully got up from the ground, he immediately raised his sword in the air as Naruto had jumped above him and was just about to cleave him in half.

CLANG

Sparks of metal flew in the air as both the men struggled for dominance, but being the older and more experienced one Baku pushed Naruto back with his physical strength for a few meters, until...

In a hyper-sonic movement, Naruto released the grip on his sword and in a flash grabbed a kunai from his pouch and tried to stab Baku in the heart as the man stopped the attack with his sword, bringing a devious smirk on Naruto's face...

"Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu(Water Release: Water Bullet Technique)"

Baku cursed himself as Naruto scored the precious advantage and fired several water bullets from his mouth which hit straight across Baku's face sending the man stumbling away.

Naruto saw the man was struggling to get back on his feet, more than that the various chakra inside the man's body was making his reflexes a little slow. But he doubted it would have much impact on this battle, if the Kyuubi chakra continued to heal Baku.

''If that's the case, then the wounds on his body would just heal...I have to create more pressure on him, but I don't know what this power that is passing through my body truly is. If I'm reckless it could destroy my body or even this island...what should I do?" thought Naruto worriedly,

This was the reason he was preventing himself from utilizing more ninjutsu from his arsenal, his body was overflowing with power and even a simple attack could get modified into a beastly attack which could harm him or his friends...and that was the last thing he ever wanted.

He had to be extremely cautious and avoid using his devastating Mangekyo powers if possible...

Naruto rushed towards Baku and tried to stab his sword again in the man's chest, but this time his opponent was faster and used Naruto's own sword as a spring board and jumped in the air perfectly reaching above Naruto's head.

At the very last moment Naruto lowered his entire body and fell down on the ground, as Baku's sword missed mere inches from cutting his head and instead ended up slicing strands of Naruto's blonde hair.

Baku didn't stop there and as the monster fell towards the ground and tried to plunge his sword straight inside Naruto, but the boy rolled on his right side evading the attack aimed at him. And in a move of counterattack sliced Baku's left knee with his sword and jumped away avoiding another attack from Baku's sword.

'Shit" cursed Naruto, as Baku sent his three chakra tails straight towards him.

Thanks to his sharingan Naruto was able to avoid 2 of the tails, but the 3rd one pierced clean through his right thigh creating a fatal wound as Baku pounced towards him.

The Blacklight commander would have pierced clean through Naruto's body, but the boy activated the Mangekyo in his right eye making his opponent as well as the chakra tail embedded in his body pass right through him.

"You're good, one of the best I've ever seen after my son..." commended Baku, as Naruto glared at him while trying to heal the wound on his leg.

"Commander Fox was a far better man than you...he was nothing like you" spat Naruto bitterly, but was alarmed when Baku performed a single hand seal gathering a monstrous chakra inside his lungs.

"Katon: Goka Mekkyaku (Fire Release: Great Fire Annihilation)"

Naruto saw a massive wall of gigantic flames rushing towards him and tried to form the strange barrier that he had formed a few moments ago, but unfortunately he was unable to form it and resorted to his other trick by performing his own hand seals.

"Doton Doryuuheki (Earth Release: Mud Wall Jutsu)"

A quick, strong earth wall was formed that collided head on with the fire attack of Baku, as Naruto performed another set of hand seals.

"Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu (Earth Release: Hiding like a Mole Technique)"

Baku was alarmed when someone grabbed one of his legs from beneath the ground, and before he could counterattack Naruto emerged from the ground and pressed a seal on one of Baku's very own Kyuubi chakra tails and quickly jumped away while performing a single hand seal.

"Fuuin Hyoushi no Jutsu (Binding Seal Technique)"

Within seconds, the entire chakra tail vanished as Baku felt a large chunk of his chakra being sealed away. In a fit of anger, he plunged his remaining two chakra tails inside the ground and surprisingly they rose exactly behind Naruto and grabbed the boy.

And this was what the boy exactly wanted, as he passed two more seals into the chakra tails and sealed them away rendering Baku panting harshly on the ground.

"I admit you have more raw power than me, but I was the best student of your son. Don't underestimate me, Baku..." warned Naruto,

With great speed, the Blacklight commander performed acrobats in the air and reached behind Naruto's back while unleashing several shuriken towards the boy, followed by a couple of hand seals.

"Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu (Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique)"

"Katon Hosenka no Jutsu (Phoenix Sage Fire Technique)"

The couple of shuriken now multiplied into hundreds and were now engulfed in fire making them into an entire barrage of small fireballs with sharp ends.

But Naruto was no slouch either as he channeled the chakra around him and made a single hand seal...

"Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique)"

A giant water dragon was formed by Naruto which collided with Baku's attack and cancelled it out, spreading a thick steam across the area. Baku immediately brought his sword forward when he saw something heading towards him.

"A t-shirt?" asked Baku to himself in surprise, while quickly diverting the piece of cloth with his sword.

Only to come face to face with a speeding Naruto who sliced his sword towards him...

CLANG

A sharp cracking sound was heard as the sword which Baku had used to defend himself cracked into two halves due to the force of Naruto's attack, while the boy twisted himself in the air and delivered a devastating kick on Baku's back crashing him straight on the ground.

"Let's go!" yelled Naruto fiercely, and threw his sword straight towards the Blacklight commander lying on the ground.

Baku evaded the weapon by somersaulting away, while Naruto rushed towards the ground and used his sword stuck in the ground as a springboard jumping straight towards his opponent with two kunai in his hands.

The Blacklight commander also took out a set of trench knives and clashed them with Naruto's kunai, making metallic sparks fly in the air...

"You're a tough son of a bitch...I'll give you that" said Baku excitedly, as he blocked a kunai aimed at his jewels and another that was aimed for his neck.

"It seems you're enjoying this battle..." replied Naruto in surprise, as he back flipped a few meters away while Baku slammed his hand on the ground.

"Doton Jishin (Earth Release: Earthquake Jutsu)"

The young Namikaze easily lost his balance as he had just landed on the already shaking ground, and Baku used that opportunity to rush forward and stab Naruto in the heart.

SLASH

"Fuck!" yelled Naruto in pain, as he shifted himself at the last moment saving himself from the fatal blow but one trench knife still got clean through his stomach.

Using the advantage, Baku gave an upper cut to Naruto's face launching the boy high in the air followed by a couple of kicks on his ribs as Naruto coughed up blood again while crashing on the ground.

Baku got a victorious grin on his face as he sped towards the wounded boy, but in his haste he clearly missed the hidden hand seal performed by Naruto...

"Shushin No Jutsu (Body Flicker Technique)"

A resounding crash echoed in the area as Baku crashed on the ground because his opponent had teleported at the very last moment, making the Blacklight commander bite the sand...

Baku bitterly wiped the blood that was now leaking from his face, and he saw Naruto standing a few meters away from him. The boy too had blood leaking from various body parts but he still had that cocky grin on his face...

"How'd you like that...bitch?" asked Naruto mischievously, and the snarl that escaped from Baku's mouth pleased him immensely.

"You'll pay for that...boy" declared Baku angrily, and fired every kunai in his pouch at Naruto.

Naruto's new left eye spinned again making the boy teleport at great speed, and even Baku's eyes could not follow the movements which Naruto was making. All he could see were bright flashes of blond color...

CLANG

CLANG

CLANG

Baku sighed tiredly when all his kunai that were fired towards Naruto fell down on the ground, as the boy could be seen standing before him and he appeared quite tired.

"So, he has no mastery over his powers, I bet he doesn't even know how they work...he's acting on instincts" thought Baku seriously,

The Blacklight commander realized the new eye was significantly draining Naruto's chakra reserves at a very fast rate, and if the boy ran out of chakra then he could be easily killed.

"In that case..." said Baku seriously, and performed a set of hand seals...

"Katon: Gokakyu no Jutsu(Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu)"

A large fireball was fired by Baku which was now heading straight for Naruto who too performed his own defensive attack...

"Suiton: Mizurappa (Water Style: Violent Water Wave)"

A tidal water wave was formed out of thin air and it quickly blocked Baku's fireball as Naruto continued to provide more chakra to his defensive ninjutsu, while at the same time his opponent poured more power into his offensive fire style attack.

Both the shinobi struggled for dominance, yet their attacks were equal in force. Baku's fire attack was indeed quite strong, but Naruto's water wall was holding quite decently preventing the boy from getting harmed.

Suddenly Naruto got an idea as he made a familiar set of hand seals...

"Suiton: Suiryudan no Jutsu (Water Style: Water Dragon Bullet Technique)"

Utilizing the water from his previous ninjutsu, Naruto transformed the element into an enormous water dragon which quickly swallowed the fireball and collided with Baku sending the shinobi sailing away.

Without wasting any time, Naruto charged towards Baku in order to finish him off but had to immediately jump away when he saw his opponent performing a very familiar set of hand seals...

"Kuchiyose no Jutsu (Summoning Technique)"

The entire island shook violently and a gigantic power spread across the beach, Naruto was also blown away with this shock wave but was able to stabilize himself and land back on the beach.

And as he looked up he saw Baku standing on top of a monstrous 3 headed dog, it was completely brown in color and was swinging its tails freely in the air. Its ferocious sharp canine teeth were deadly enough to tear any human to pieces, but the most intimidating thing about the creature were his blood red eyes that made it appear demonic.

"Cerberus..." said Naruto seriously, as the 'Guardian of Hell' looked at him eagerly.

"It's been a long time...Namikaze"

As you have seen Naruto has no idea about his new ocular powers, many stories show him using new jutsu right off the bat. But here he has no clue, and as such he was trying to not use ninjutsu due to the fear of creating an accident. That's why he drew Baku away from the castle...

His powers will be explained slowly and it has started from this chapter...

I also changed the title of this chapter as the previous one mentioned in the AN was not fitting.
