Babies and Mates (Rose Aly and Abertio's story)
***Rose Story***
Rose sighed as she walked into her master bedroom, she was now nine months pregnant and due at any time. She still hadn't told Nick and she needed to. She decided that today was going to be the day she did it. It was Mardi Gras and she had to speak to him because she had a feeling she was going to have her twins soon after. She called Nick and he didn't answer his phone which was odd for him. He always answered his phone, whenever she called. She sighed and hung up the phone again coming to the conclusion that it was pointless. She was not going to get ahold of him. She had a weird feeling behind her so she quickly called Acheron. "Acheron… I need to speak to you…"
Acheron appeared frantic as he stared at her. "You're water broke didn't it?"
Rose laughed and shook her head. "No Acheron, but I have a bad feeling, and it's about Nick. Did something happen?"
Acheron looked away and sighed shaking his head. "It is inevitable that you find out so I guess I might as well tell you." He sighed again staring at her in the face. "Nick slept with Simi and I found out and well I got mad…"
Rose couldn't stop staring at Acheron; she stopped paying attention to him after Ash said he slept with Simi. "He cheated on me?"
Rose held on the chair unable to move tears started to swell up in her eyes as Acheron held her slowly. "No, no, no… he was drunk. Simi said he could barely speak. He kept calling her you Rose. He thought he was sleeping with you. When he woke up and saw that it was Simi. Well, he freaked."
Rose looked at him and smiled kindly. "I have to find Nick. I have to tell him I am pregnant. I have to Acheron."
He smiled and nodded as she quickly got in her car and drove to Nick's mom's house where she assumed he was since he wasn't at home. She got out of the car and looked around. It smelled like death. She heard a gunshot from inside the house and her heart shattered as she screamed in pain clutching her chest crying. Psyche and Eros quickly appeared in front of her and picked her up. "Rose, are you ok?"
She couldn't breathe her heart was shattering it felt like something was killing her inside out she screamed again. "Fuck, Eros this could put her into early labor and not only that but…"
Eros cut her off as Rose stopped screaming, her heart began to piece itself back together. "Wh-what happened? Please, tell me." Rose asked staring at Psyche.
"Well, we though Nick died, but it looks like he lived because you are not trying to die…" Rose nodded and smiled as she got up and walked inside Nick's mother's house. She saw the blood and ran inside the room and screamed as she saw Nick's mother dead on the floor. "Ch-Cherise…?"
Psyche ran in as Rose called Acheron and relayed the news. He quickly appeared in front of Rose and brought her out of the house and to her car. When she made it outside her water broke. "SHIT! Guy's I need to be in the hospital. NOW!"
Acheron quickly nodded his head and picked her up taking her to the hospital. He made it to the hospital just in time for Rose to scream in pain. The doctors and nurses quickly took her away and put her in the baby ward. Rose screamed again as her contractions got worse. She couldn't handle this. It hurt. As soon as she got another wave of contraction her grandmother appeared. Her sister Grace was on the way along with her father Julian. She reached for her grandmother who quickly took her hand as Rose screamed again as more contractions hit. She looked at the nurse panting. "It hurts."
She nodded smiling. "I am aware dear, but just think how beautiful your beautiful girls are going to be."
Rose nodded and squeezed her grandmother's hand screaming in pain. Acheron walked through the door looking down as he walked up to her and put his hand on her head. "I am going to go look for your husband ok. He is out there somewhere." Aphrodite looked at him and nodded as Acheron smiled and walked out as she screamed one more time. The nurse looked at her. "Is there any one you would like to be in here during the entire process?"
She nodded. "Yes, my sister Grace and her husband, my father are going to come here I want them both in here." The nurse nodded looking a little wierded out but nodded. "Ok I will let the front desk know you are doing great with those contractions."
Rose nodded as she stared at her grandmother. "I wish Nick were here to see this."
Aphrodite nodded as Grace and Julian ran in the room. Grace ran to Rose and smiled. Are you ok sis?"
Rose screamed again and nodded as she looked at her dad who stood there watching. "I love you princess." That was all he said but he stood there with that protective gleam in his eyes.
Grace smiled and squeezed Rose's hand as Aphrodite turned translucent when the nurse came back in. "Ok, so let's take care of this. We are going to start the pushing now ok?"
Rose nodded and screamed as she began to push. Aphrodite nodded smiling as she held on to her hand and smiled. Grace held close to her. The doctor smiled as she continued urging Rose to push. She continued screaming louder as she cried more. Finally she heard the first cry of a baby. She smiled and panted leaning against Grace as the second baby was coming. She screamed as she began to push the nurse handing her first daughter over to the doctor. She screamed again and cried. She kept pushing. She went through 48 hours of labor but she managed to get both of her girls out and the placenta. She was tired but she wanted to hold her baby girls. The nurse handed her first born girl out to her. She was so precious she had a full head of ice blue hair. "My little Asuki…"
The nurse smiled and looked at her. What should the name on the birth certificate be ma'am. Rose smiled and nodded at the nurse as she looked down at her precious baby. "Asuki Anne Gautier." The nurse nodded as Rose did the spelling for her. She handed Asuki over to Grace who had been dying to hold her daughter as she was handed her second born twin. She had a mop of brown hair. Rose smiled as she closed her eyes and thought instantly of Nick's mother. The nurse asked her for the name of this one and Rose nodded. "Cherise Nicole Gautier Jr."
The nurse nodded as she went to have those signed and sealed as Rose looked at her baby girls. They are going to have a long life ahead of them. She looked at Aphrodite who bit her lip. "Ok, so I forgot to mention they have god powers in them and demon powers. So they are going to look sixteen years old in two years. Julian nodded as Grace smiled and she handed Asuki back to Rose as she picked up Cherise. "You two are going to drive your mommy insane."
The doctor came back in and nodded staring at Rose. "You have a rather large group of people in here to see you." Rose laughed and nodded as the doctor started letting people in.
The first group consisted of the Sanctuary crew. Aimee, Dev, Remi, Alyia, Abertio, Mama Lo, Papa, and Wren, they all smiled as they stared at the babies each taking time to give their condolences to Rose. Same went for Kyrian, Tabitha, Valerius, and Amanda. Everyone came to visit and everyone said hi to the babies and gave her their condolences for Nick.
The doctor finally said that Rose could be released and Grace and Julian helped her home. She walked into her house and over to the nursery room she was setting up. She wouldn't allow Nick to see it, but she was hoping to share this with him. She put Asuki in her crib and she put Cherise in hers. Her daughters were beautiful and she was going to do everything in her power to keep them safe.
***2 years later***
Rose was stomping up the stairs to both of her daughter's room. She banged on both of their doors. "ASUKI, CHERISE GET UP NOW!" Rose smiled as she had homeschooled both of her daughters since they were little but they were now looking the age of sixteen in just two years that they could finally go to high school as sophomores. Asuki opened her door wearing a pair of black and blue trip pants with silver chains hanging down from them, with a blue tank top wearing a white skull on it her blue hair up in a ponytail she waved at her mom going down the steps. Cherise came out of her room wearing a pair of brown jeans with ribbon running around them and a red shirt with ribbons on the sleeves she smiled as her brown hair was up in a studious bun she waved at her mom going down the stairs as well. Rose laughed softly. "Completely different personalities I suppose."
Rose ran down the steps and smiled. She had cooked the girl's pancakes this morning and they were eating their pancakes and eggs as she smiled. "I am so happy your great-grandmother put middle school freshmen and elementary school knowledge into you girls. I wasn't expecting you guys to grow up so quickly."
Cherise and Asuki shook their heads. They knew this was coming. Their mother was so nervous about them going to school. There was nothing to worry about though because both girls knew that no matter what, without a doubt they would do fine in school. The girls nodded and finished their breakfast heading out the door as they ran to school as Rose shut the door as Acheron appeared. "Hey Ash, what's going on."
"Thank you for coming back to our city, especially after that hurricane. "Of course I came. I love this city. It makes me smile that my girls are going to school where I met Nick." She choked on a sob. Acheron now knew where Nick was but Nick said he needed to get his head on straight before he faced her again so he told Ash to forget that he saw him. "How is he doing?"
Ash shrugged, he hated lying to Rose, but how could he tell her that Nick sold his soul to the one bitch she hated most. "He's doing well, he hasn't let up on his training at all which is good, and because we all know Nick can't let that up with his wife being a pain in the ass and all."
Rose shrugged and smiled. "I'm just glad he's doing well. I know he will come home soon, he and I and our daughters are immortal we will be together forever. I hope."
Acheron laughed and turned Rose into the direction of her kitchen. "I smell pancakes."
"Yea I cooked some for the girls, but I have to go to work, so I'll talk to you later. Oh and Ash, thank you for always being there for me and my girls." Rose ran out the door and headed towards work at Sanctuary putting on her apron and smiled.
Aimee came out and smiled. "Oh look Mom's back." Rose laughed and rolled her eyes. "How are the girls doing in school?"
Rose smiled and shrugged. "I told them I wouldn't hover. Although let me tell you it is very hard not to hover when you're girls were born two years ago." Both girls laughed and went about their jobs.

****Aly's Story***
Aly was in her room getting ready for her date with Remi. She understood what Acheron said, but if she didn't have sex with him than there would be no scare in her getting mated right? She had hoped as she smiled and finished getting ready running to Remi's room and knocked on the door. He opened the door and stared at Aly. "Hey Remi, I am so ready to kick your ass."
Remi nodded and opened the door to let her in as he didn't say a word. She started to get worried that she did something wrong but sat down and smiled. "You ready?"
He laughed and nodded as he sat down next to her and turned on the PlayStation. He was just stupefied. He thought this was Acheron's girl so why was she sitting here playing Soul Calibur with him? He decided to ask her. "So you and Acheron, huh…?" He asked as she kicked him in the stomach and laughed.
"You mean as a couple or friends." He landed a grapple move on her as they continued playing.
"As a couple, your brother said you were a couple."
She stopped playing for a second and then turned to look at Remi. "My brother is a fucking liar, I am not dating Acheron in any way, shape, or form." She turned back to look at the game and continued playing. "Acheron is like a brother to me. He and I went through stuff together that you could only dream about." She smiled and won the match and turned to look at Remi. "He and I have a bond that cannot be broken. I will not tell you what we went through; all I will tell you is that it was terrible and scary." She smiled and looked at him. "I have a bond with his brother Styx as well. He saved my life. Before you ask, No I am not having sex with him either."
Remi just stared at her in disbelief. He couldn't believe that his angel had gone through so much in her life. I know she must have gone through something horrible in her life to become a dark-hunter but I just didn't know what it was. Frankly he didn't want to find out because he cared too much about this girl already. He was scared just to touch her, but the more he looked at her the more he wanted to taste her and have her. He felt a strong need to pull her into his arms and protect her with everything he had.
Aly stared at Remi. Acheron was right this was a horrible idea she should not have come to hang out with him tonight. She should have done as told and stay in her room or gone to work. Go fight daimons. She could have done anything but instead she came here where she was tortured and wanted to be with him with such a burning need it killed her. She sighed and turned back to the game needing a distraction and began to pick a character to play so she could dominate Nightmare which would make her day ten times better.
She stared at him and smiled tilting her head to the side. She leaned deeper into her chair as she began Tira's story on Soul Calibur III. Remi just stared at her and the way she reacted to the game. He was falling in love again. This time it was different though. He had a feeling she wouldn't ever sleep with one of his brothers on accident. He just had this feeling that she could tell the four of them apart. He loved all his brothers but sometimes being Quadruplets sucked. Someone knocked on his door and he went to answer it. Aly hid in her chair and smiled. "If that's Abertio, I am not here."
He chuckled softly and nodded as he opened the door and sure enough Abertio was there asking where his sister was. Remi smirked and shrugged. "Hell if I know. Acheron's in town. She could be over at his house having hot steamy sex for all I know. Anyway I am going to back into my room and play my videogame." Abertio nodded and left as Remi closed the door and looked at Aly who was no longer playing but staring at the controller in her hand. "I am such a horrible sister." She said as tears began to well up in her eyes. Remi was there in a heartbeat. He pulled her into his arms and rocked her back and forth trying to calm her down. He cared for this woman and he could not let anyone hurt her.
"You are not a horrible sister, if anything your brother was a jerk for lying to me." She nodded softly and laid her head on his chest. He kissed the top of her head. "You know I never told you this but I want to tell you now. I love you Aly. I don't know what happened. I was guarded never wanted anyone to get near me for fear of them leaving, but I couldn't stop myself from falling in love with you."
Aly looked up at Remi and blushed deeply as she smiled softly staring at his face and the way he looked. "I love you to. Remi I have loved you ever since we met. You make my smile and treat me with respect. You don't make assumptions. You are always honest and sincere with me. I will never leave you of my own free will." She smiled and softly wrapped her arms around his neck and smiled. He smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her softly as she blushed deeper as he kissed her softly and smiled. She blushed and panted against his lips. "Make love to me Remi."
Remi nodded and picked her up taking her to his own bed.
***End Aly Story***
***Abertio's Story***
***A week before Rose and Nick's wedding***
Abertio was out hunting for daimons. He smiled and saw one reaching out for a woman from behind she turned around and screamed just as Abertio through a dagger into the chest of the daimon as it turned to dust. He quickly ran up to the woman and smiled kneeling before her and smiled. "Are you ok ma'am?"
She nodded and smiled softly as she stood up. She was the most beautiful girl Abertio had ever seen. He didn't know her name but he really wanted to know for some weird reason. He held his hand out. "I am Abertio, and you are?"
Yasmina stared at the young man. She was not used to men being quite gentlemen normally they wouldn't give a shit but this man wanted to hold his hand out for her and actually gave her his name, and to top it off even more. He had the sexiest Greek accent she had ever heard. She smiled and curtsied. "My name is Yasmina Devereux." She giggled softly. "My friends and family call me Mina though."
Abertio nodded and bowed softly before her. "Well then until I become part of your family or your friend. I shall call you Yasmina."
She blushed deeply and nodded. "Ok we will be friend only if you call me Mina ok?"
He laughed and nodded. "As you wish, so what are you doing out here in the dark?"
She smiled and pointed to her shop. "I am just closing up shop. I have to head home though. Would you be interested in walking me home?" He nodded softly as he grabbed her arm and began walking her home.
She smiled and leaned her head on his shoulder. He smiled and looked at her. "So I know this is sudden but do you want to go out with me on Saturday?"
She blushed deeply and nodded. "I would love to go out with you on Saturday."
He smiled and turned her into his arms and his smile quirked into a smirk. "I will pick you up at eight. Where would my princess like me to pick her up at?"
She blushed deeply and looked away. "I am no princess but just pick me up at my shop ok?"
He nodded and smiled as he finished walking her home and then ran off.
***Yasmina***
Yasmina watched the young man run off and she smiled and walked into her house blushing deeply and then went to her room and lay down as she called her sister Amanda. "Amanda, you wouldn't believe this guy. It was like he just walked out of a story book. He was a gentlemen."
Amanda smiled and talked back to her. "Did you manage to catch her name sis?"
Mina looked up at the ceiling. "Yes I did."
"…and his name is?" Amanda asked protesting.
"Abertio…" Mina said and sighed in pleasure.
Amanda gasped as she heard the name. "You have got to be kidding me right?"
"What's wrong Amanda?"
"You are going on a date with a dark-hunter."
Mina smiled and stared in the mirror. "Ok and…"
"Don't you remember what I had to go through to get my husband?"
Mina smiled and played with her hair. "I don't care Artemis and I can duke it out if we have to I will have him, and god it is only one fucking date sis."
Amanda rolled her eyes and sighed. "Ok, sis fine but you get to be the one to tell Tabby." That was the last thing Amanda said before she hung up.
Mina sighed and dialed Tabitha's number and called her smiling. On about the third ring she picked up and screamed as she stabbed a daimon and smiled. "Hello?"
Mina laughed and shook her head. "What are you doing? Hunting…?"
Tabitha laughed, "That is exactly what I am doing. What do you need sis?"
Mina smiled and continued to talk and tell Tabitha about how she was going on a date and Tabitha got all excited until she realized something. "Now c'mon Mina, don't treat me like I am stupid. You call Amanda when you have a date with a guy. What is it about this guy that makes you want to call me?"
Mina laughed nervously. "Well, you see. He is a dark-hunter."
Tabitha screamed into the phone as she began cursing and ranting into the phone about how her sister is an idiot for even considering going on this date now that she know what he is. Tabitha cursed even louder as she screamed into the phone. "I am coming over now." She quickly hung up the phone as Mina lay back on her bed. "I don't think it's that beg of a deal. He saved my life. So clearly he can't be bad right."
She sighed and closed her eyes as she drew a picture in her mind of what her savior looked li8ke and ran his name off her tongue. "Abertio…"
***Abertio***
Abertio smiled as he walked into his room in Sanctuary thinking about the girl that he saved as he closed his eyes. Yasmina that was her name, he sat down on his bed as he looked up at the ceiling getting ready to go to sleep as there was a bright light flash into his room as Acheron pinned him with a stare. "Really, you had to go on a date with Tabitha and Amanda's sister."
Abertio shrugged. "What, honestly Ash, she was sexy and sweet and so scared. What would you have done in that situation? Would you have been able to say no? I know I was weak and unable to. I couldn't help it. She was beautiful and amazing."
Ash stared up at Abertio and shook his head. "Fine, but please be careful."
Abertio nodded and smiled as he went to sleep.

4,023 words yay, anyway I know you guys are probably pissed at me. November was a very busy month for me ok. I had the holidays nanowrimo.
