ARRRGGGH MY THING I WAS WORKING ON FOR A WEEK GOT DELETED SO ENJOY THIS WHILE I WAIL IN AGONY.
"Annabeeeetttthhhh, I'm nervous!" Percy complained.
"Oh, calm down, Percy. You've only blown this school up once, and it's your stepfather's school." Annabeth said. "If Paul can get you out of that, Paul can get you out of most things. Just don't rely on it."
"And telling people that we're engaged juniors in highschool wouldn't be a good idea." Piper chimed in from the back.
"Yeah. Don't do that either." Jason agreed.
(HOLD UP- DON'T FREAK. i have a headcanon that percabeth and jasper got engaged REALLY EARLY bc demigods usually die young, so they're gonna get married early aw. honeymoons not included.)
"Wasn't planing on it." Percy said.
four hours later- middle of fourth period
"When the Aryans came to the Indus Valley, they could have come many different ways. They might have been the original inhabitants, invaders, nomads who settled there, or many other theories that have been suggested by scholars." The social studies teacher went on and on about Aryans. Annabeth, of course, was enjoying it and taking notes furiously. The teacher had to stop once in a while for: "Valdez, stop tapping on the desk!", "Jackson, Grace, stop pulling faces." "Stolls- what are you even doing? Just give Sadie back her wallet." The Seven, the Stolls, and Clarisse all attended Goode, and they all had the same schedule, made possible by Paul. Finally, Percy broke.
"Pssssssst. Annabeth. Annabeth." He whispered. Annabeth rolled her eyes. Percy looked at Jason, who was also on the verge of breaking.
"Psssssssssssst. Piper. Pipeerr." Jason whispered. Piper and Annabeth share an exasperated look.
Jason put his hand up. "Ms. White, can I go to the bathroom?"
"Hmmm. I don't trust you alone, Grace. Why don't we have McLean walk with you?" The teacher glared at Piper.
"Um, alright." Piper mumbled and walked out, accompanied by Jason.
"Ugh, he knew that was gonna happen." Percy complained. "Not fair."
"Jackson! Stop talking and interrupting the class. One more strike and you're out of here!" Ms. White yelled to Percy in the back. Annabeth suppressed a smile, but it was still noticeable if you were looking at her.
"Hey!" Percy noticed Annabeth smiling. He raised his hand. "Ms White! She's smiling." He pointed at Annabeth. "Please make her stop smiling." Annabeth lost it. She started laughing hysterically, soon accompanied by Leo, Hazel, Frank, the Stolls and basically anyone who knew them that was in that classroom.
"Percy!" Annabeth said in between laughs.
"Yeah, dude, that was cheesy." Leo added. "I wouldn't-" He stopped to laugh. "Even try that."
"Well," Percy was sitting there smiling. "It seemed to work, didn't it?" He looked at Annabeth, who was bright red, and still laughing. Jason and Piper walked in, holding hands. Piper frowned.
"Where'd Miss White go?" She asked over the laughter. The laughter died down as everyone looked up to the front and realized that the teacher had left.
"Oh, I thought I saw her go into..." Jason's voice faltered. "Go into Mr. Blofis' classroom." He fifinshed, wincing. "Oh, dude." Jason walked back to his seat and Piper peaked out into the hallway.
"Uh oh." She said. "Angry teacher alert!" Piper rushed back to her seat.
Ms. White came in not a second too soon. "Alright, Jackson, your stepfather was too busy laughing to tell me how to deal with you, so why don't you and Chase go out into the hallway, silently, and answer these questions." She handed Percy and Annabeth quiz papers, and they looked pretty satisfied. And then she handed them to Leo, Connor, and Travis, and told them to go too. They grinned mischievously, and then Percy and Annabeth sighed. Fun. They walked out into the hallway, and the bell rang for next period.
Too bad they had a double.
