next morning found my bed empty, my mum, the early riser of the house was probably already downstairs sipping her morning cup of tea.

Instead of the sound of frying bacon that I was accustomed to waking to in the morning, a soft cry could be heard through the floor boards. I snuck from my bedroom down the hall to the stairs, following the whimpers.

When I reached the mainfloor I saw blood glistening on my mother's polished hard wood. I felt my heart fall to my stomach. I stepped around the pools, trying to keep quiet. I opened the swinging kitchen door to find my brothers on the floor, face down and completely covered in blood. I took a breath to scream when I heard the whimpering again.

"Nypha!" I whispered, I could recognize her cry anywhere.

The sad noises came from the living room. I opened the door to find a horrific sight.

The white carpet was stained red and my father's hand could be seen sticking out from behind the couch. His wand was laying beneath his dangling hand and a sickening drip of blood hung off his finger tip.

"Why Rora?" I heard from across the room.

Nympha sat next to Mum, her hands stained red, along with the side of her face from laying her head on Mum's chest and crying. I took a step towards my baby sister and she flenched and began crying again.

"Nympha? What happened?" My mother was still bleeding, though her chest was not rising and falling. Her shirt was torn, eyes closed, and red hair matted to the side of her head in blood.

"No Rora." She cries "please"

"Nympha let me help you." I reached out and she let out a screech.

"No Aurora! Don't help me anymore!" She yelled "don't help me, you already helped Mumma and Daddy."

"Nympha" I heard a sing song voice from outside that sounded eerily familiar.

The door handle began to rattle and mt sister's eyes went wide.

"Oh Nympha. You locked me out. What a shame. I'm just here to help you." The voice had a scary sound to it that I couldn't quite place.

My sister became hysterical, clutching my mother's body for dear life as I heard the door unlock. Slowly the door creaked open to reveal a slightly older me.

My hair was cut to my chin and layed smooth against my head without even the slightest wave. My green eyes where different, they weren't my dad's warm and welcome ones I usually saw in the mirror. Older me looked me up and down, and smirked evily.

"Well hello there AJ." She walked to me and circled me like a lioness stalking her prey.

"Hi, AJ?" I said confused.

She shook her head and touched my nearly waist length hair almost mockingly, "it's Jameson. I don't have time for childish nicknames anymore. That died with our parents."

Nympha cried louder and I unfroze to protect her from my evil doppelganger.

"Oh shut up!" She shot a silent curse at my baby sister and Nympha fell to the ground lifeless.

I ran to her and clutched her to my chest. No pulse. She was gone.

"You see, they do nothing but hold us back. I should have done this years ago." She smirked.

Anger began pulsing through my body. I rested my eight year old sister on my mother's chest and rose from the blood soaked carpet, no doubt my knees where stained with my mother's blood.

"Who the hell do you think you are?" I clutched my wand in my hand and made my way to her.

"Not so fast sister." Jameson tsked raising her empty wand hand, magic sparking at her fingertips. "I am a great deal more powerful than you"

The air seemes to be charged full of magic and she amused herself with the power flares from her fingers. "You can fight it AJ. I did. But you will always end up right here. We will bring the dawn of a new age, better than even Tom Riddle. We are powerful, just let it happen."

"No. I would never do this! There is something wrong with you, you can't be me." I whispered threateningly "I would never slaughter my family, there is nothing more important to me."

"Oh but you did." She rolled her lip out in mock sadness. "And you didn't even even use a wand."

"What? No. That was you."

"Oh AJ, don't you remember?" She tilted her head to the side. "You slaughtered your Mummy and Daddy right infront of baby sister only a little while ago. Evan and your stupid werepup of a brother were next. They faught hard, but you were to powerful for them."

"I know I didnt do that. Why are you lying?"

Her smirk was positively dripping with evil, "then why don't you check your bed? You wanted a little nap so you crawled into bed, covered in your family's blood. How else would you already have dried blood on your clothes?"

I looked down to find that she wasn't lying. I had dried blood all over my shorts. "Nononono." I took off up the stairs, a pair of bloody foot prints already preceeded me. To my complete and utter horror I reached my bed to find it smeared in blood.

"What reason do I have to lie to you Aurora?" Jameson said while leaned against my open door.

I began to sob and I heard her approach me.

"No matter what you do. You will end up here. Every. Time." She whispered in my ear.

I jerked awake, my mother snoozing quietly next to me. I sat up and reached over to feel her breathing.

"Aurora?" Her voice was thick with sleep.

"It's nothing Mum." I made to turn over.

"Honey, are you crying? What's wrong? Sweetie, your shaking." She sat up and pulled me to her body while I cried.

"Was it a nightmare?" I felt like a small child again, cuddling with my mother after a bad dream.

I nodded and continued to cry.

"Shhh. It's okay. I'm here. Nothing can get you" she rocked me.

After I calmed down she covered me with my robe and tied it around me like a child as I stood there numb. She lead me down stairs and made us each a cup of tea.

The sun was just rising as she settled in her seat across from me.

"If you want to talk about it you can, but I won't force you." Mum sipped her cup and placed it back on the saucer. "I know a thing or two about nightmares. I have had quite a few myself."

I stared at my steaming cup before me and then up at Mum. She looked like she always does in the morning. Hair pulled up messily on the top of her head, much like mine, red robe with a golden G monogrammed on the pocket, a Christmas present from Dad a few years back tied around her middle. Her brown eyes were tired but always warm and loving and few wrinkles lined her eyes but not a bit of age showed, though she claimed she found a patch of grey hair a few months ago.

My mother was absolutely beautiful. My friends in my dorm complained daily about how everytime they look in the mirror they look more and more like their Mums, but I thought it was amazing. Besides my father's green eyes I was my mother's mirror image, which made me look a lot like my Grandma Lily.

I reached for my cup and took a sip of my tea just as Mum as finishing hers up. She rose from her seat to put her cup in the sink and my words began spilling out. She sat back down and listened patiently and quietly.

After I was finished speaking she pondered for a moment, choosing her words carefully before opening her mouth

"I used to dream that Tom killed your father infront of me all the time. Then I dreamed he would kill you, as an adult, before I even knew for sure if you were a little girl or not." She paused again selecting her words, "I guess what I am trying to say here is; your dreams can show you your worst fears but that doesn't mean that it will come true."

"But what about the one with Grandma Lily?"

"That dream was different. But your Grana might know something if you want to speak to her. It might make you feel a little better." Mum rose from her seat and placed our cups in the sink.

"Well. No. That's okay." I shrugged.

"We can get you some dreamless sleep draught." She offered.

"Would you?"

"Of course. I will talk to your father about it later, we can't have you afraid of falling asleep." It was as if she was reading my mind, "I told you, I know about nightmares, and your dad does too."

"Thanks Mum." I stood and hugged her.

"Do you still want to visit Anna?" She asked after kissing my head, "I would understand if you don't feel comfortable."

"Yeah, I just need to see for myself that she is okay."

"Okay, that's fine. I can take you there when visiting hours begin." She looked at her watch, "in three hours. We got up at five! Can you believe it?"

Hours later Mum, Ted and I walked the halls of , searching for Anna's room.

" ?" Came a voice to our right.

A short dark haired woman whose plumpness was very reminiscent of Grandma Weasley was standing in the doorway of a room.

"Yes?" Mum had to be weary. Everyone in the wizarding world knew who she was.

"I'm Elana Sanford, Anna's mother." She said sheepishly.

"Oh! Elana, please, call me Ginny." My mother shook her hand

"Thank you for coming to check on my daughter, I appreciate it very much. She is still unconscious I'm afarid." She looked positively worn to peices.

"Can we just see her?" I asked quietly.

"Of course." She nodded.

"We could go down the hall and get coffe for a moment, you look like you may need it." Mum escorted away while we snuck in the room.

Anna looked absolutely peaceful, dark hair splayed out on the pillow and her chest
rose and fell in her deep sleep. I walked to the side of her bed and sat in the chair.

"I'm sorry I stepped on you Anna. I feel like such a jerk. If I hadn't been in such a rush." I sighed. "I know we don't really know each other, but I had to check on you."

"I'm sure she doesn't mind, since you saved her life" Ted pointed out from his place across the room.

At that moment Anna sat up in the bed, swiftly and strait as a board. Her eyes where open wide, and completely dilated. Her head snapped to look at me, and I backed up to the wall behind me as her glazed over eyes bore into me. She began mumbling something under her breath. Repeating something over and over again louder each time. Teddy called for a healer out the door.

"to raise or raize our world has yet to be seen. To raise or raize our world has yet to be seen. To Raize Or Raize Our World Had Yet To Be Seen. TO RAISE OR RAIZE OUR WORLD HAS YET TO BE SEEN!" She began screeching at the top of her lungs never taking her eyes off of me. I flattened my self against the wall in fear.

Healers and Mrs. Sanford came running into the room, with my mother trailing behind them. Anna was not phased. The sentence became so unbearably high in octave that everyone in the room was flinching. Mum grabbed my arm and pulled me out of the room, and Anna's eyes followed me all the way, her head turning to keep me in her sight. As soon as I walked out of her sight, silence rang throughout the building.

A nurse came out scratching her head, " , would you mind if we found a private place for us to talk. With your children."

My mother turned to the two of us and we nodded. The nurse lead us into a conference room and closed the door behind us.
"I'm so sorry, I know you must feel like you have been interrogated, but we need as many clues as we can to treat ." She sat down and motioned for us to join. "My name is Sue."

"We are willing to help in whatever way we can." My mother reassured her, "these two are my children, Theodore and Aurora."

"Okay, well, Theodore, Aurora, what can you tell me about her reaction in there?"

"We went in and I was talking to her, then she sat up in bed and started screaming. We couldn't have been in there for more than a minute." I told her

The nurse was jotting notes, "mhm. Okay, what were you talking to her about?"

"She was apologizing for stepping on her at school, then I pointed out that if Aurora hadn't stepped on her they may not have been able to get to the hospital in time to save her. Then Anna just sat up and started screaming as my sister." Ted broke in.

"You know Aurora, your brother is right." The nurse nodded.

"I could give you a copy of my memory so you could look at her reaction more clearly." Ted offered with a shrug.

"Oh, that's to much to ask ." she shook her head, but my brother already had his wand at his temple.

"If you insist." She pulled a vial from the drawer behind her as Ted pulled the silver strand of memory in two. She corked the fresh memory and put a label on it immediately, "thank you so much, you are truly kind"

"She has a little the same age as my youngest sister, I would want someone to make sure I got home to her." He nodded while Mum looked at him with pride in her eyes.

"Do you have any idea what is wrong at all?" Mum asked.

"There is a foreign body in her blood. Our tests show it is a bone marrow of some type, it is making some strange changes to her blood on a cellular level, but she is fighting through it. She seems like a strong girl, but whatever this is seems to be messing with her mental capabilities too, as you saw earlier. If we were to ask you back up here at another time if needed would you mind coming?" She directed the last question to me.

"Yes, of course. Anything." I nodded looking to Mum for approval, which she granted with a smile.

"And again, thank you so much." She rose and shook each of our hands in turn, "especially you two, Theodore, Aurora thank you for going the extra mile for your classmate."

A/N- I have had only one review each on the last few chapters. I write for my own benefit, but post for yours. If you want more, you must inform me, because the way things are looking I don't think anyone is reading. it is very difficult for me now and I am considering taking a break, but if there are enough people paying attention I can push through. Please let me know how I am doing. Much Love, Danie
