Note: I put up a poll to see what people would like the ending to be for this story. The purpose of this poll is to tell me how my readers feel how it should end in which direction. Sorry for the long wait, my study for high school AP classes eat up most of my free time at home.

Disclaimer: I do not own Code Geass or any of the Gundam series.

Chapter 11 A Little Outing

Deep in dark space, a being among the deepest chasms of shadow watches the progress of Dark Axis activities on holographic monitors.

"Humans are such ugly creatures… and beautiful at the same time. They have as much potential to do much good as they do much bad. It is amusing to observe them squabble over such petty affairs. They don't even realize how powerful their influence is." The unknown entity chuckled amusedly. "I'll surely reward humans by opening their eyes to the truth. I'll enjoy as those eyes turned from astonishment to horror as the finale begins."

The unknown entity turned to one central display.

"Dark Matter Genesis… the key to unlocking the doors will soon be completed. Knight Gundam, your kingdom has already fallen and cannot oppose us anymore. Dark Axis will complete its original goal as my creators intended."

A blonde teenager is looking over some files regarding the affairs of the world. His hair is grown all the way to his shoulders and has blue eyes filled with worries. He is also wearing a red coat belonging to that of ZAFT military.

"Are you always holed up in here?" A voice awaked him out of his thoughts.

"Huh," was his only response.

"Judau Ashta, pilot of the ZZ Gundam. I believed we never met face to face before. Now's a good time as ever to introduce ourselves considering we will be stuck here for a while." Judau said to him, reaching out with a hand.

The blonde boy accepted and said, "My name is Rey Za Burrel, pilot of the Legend Gundam. It is nice to meet you, especially a Gundam pilot quite a bit younger than me. To think so many, even at a young age, would see enough combat to make one a veteran."

Judau shrugged his shoulders. "Well, it was a long and crazy story with me ending up in the cockpit of one of my world's greatest weapons. Long story short, I had to fight to keep myself and my friends alive. Never thought I'd ended up in trying to deal with military matters and I wasn't even trying to involve myself. Sometimes the circumstances just plain suck, but there's nothing changing it."

"It is sadly strange that many of our comrades have been in familiar circumstances." Rey commented, as he remembered reading on the personal history of Kira Yamato as a mobile suit pilot. Reason, why he read the file about him was due to Kira being a likely enemy of Durandal at the time. However, that means nothing to him as of right now in a foreign world.

For now, he'll willingly cooperate with his enemy until they all return to their home worlds. Once that happens, the Destiny plan can continue with the elimination of Kira Yamato.

Simple as that, highest priority is to survive and return. Killing Kira when he gained numerous new allies would be suicidal though he began to think more about whether he should go through with killing him ever since that strange light that was emitted by the 00 Raiser at the last battle between the mobile suit factions.

"The universe sure loves making our lives suck huh? We have been teleported to two different worlds by the same magical talking medieval robot."

"I wouldn't exactly say that." Rey responded.

"Oh, what makes you say that?" Judau inquired.

"I like to believe that it's just obstacles taunting you to give up. As a soldier, I cannot allow myself to slouch down and give up." Rey stated.

"Wow, you really are military." Judau whistled nonchalantly.

"Yes, and is there a reason why came to talk with me?"

"Yeah, I noticed you always seemingly at work. I thought about inviting you with my friends. We're gonna hang out to get some fresh air since Elle seemed miffed at being outed by the enemy."

"Thank you but I refused. I would like to finish looking them over to complete an accurate assessment of the world's major powers." Rey declined politely.

Judau rolled his eyes. "Ok, you really need to lighten up. Come on, I'm dragging you out of your cave." Judau said while dragging the older boy by the arm.

Now, Rey is much stronger and trained better than the younger boy, but using his military training to escape from a friendly person's grasp being persistent for a social outing seems a little needless for a situation as this. So, he did the only sensible thing in this situation, just simply give in.

In a room next door, Mu La Flaga was pondering. "Why do I feel worried?" He asked, confused.

Sitting down behind a desk is the Chinese officer, Xingke; he was currently reviewing files given to him regarding the hidden agenda of the Britannian Emperor.

He was shocked at how far and dangerous the man truly is. The ability to rewrite memory of a living person was basically being able to control the path that person take. This would mean that the emperor truly did and effectively has absolute power in the Britannian hierarchy; literally no one could really oppose the man without careful planning and full awareness of such things.

It also disturbed him that there is likely a secret organization of similar powers hidden anywhere in the world. During the more recent course of human history, this organization would shape the world from behind the scenes and no one would be able to find out easily due to the backing the Britannian Emperor.

If the files are completely true then Britannia might truly have been the greatest power in the world with its true capability well hidden.

He had to consider whether allying with UWF would be the best course of action or not.

Impressive military strength or not, he still had to consider the political consequences. If a coup d'etat failed, he would be listed as a traitor and unable to help Tianzi any further. However, a failed coup d'etat is unlikely with the backing of the UWF.

The problem would be gaining the support of the people and convincing them of the Eunuchs' corruption without making the uprising seems questionable.

It would be problematic in reforming the government if the population doesn't fully support it. He remembered the discussion with the UWF clearly.

Flashback Start:

"I'm sure you're aware of the corruptive Eunuchs and their abuse of the power granted to them by the government." Treize started. "That being said, isn't it a grave abuse of trust considering it's the people the reason they're give their power? By no mean is it a democracy, but their main interest should be bettering the nation as a whole instead of themselves, right?"

Xingke nodded. "That is correct, but not entirely. It is the empress they're supposed to serve directly, and with their support, the empress is to lead the Chinese Federation to an age of prosperity for all."

"Yet, those pigs only worry about stuffing their pockets and using the empress as a poster girl for whatever they so please." Wufei brought up.

"Sadly, that is true. For years, I've been doing everything I can to maintain our empress's standing in the government as the true ruler, not the Eunuchs. I trained in the military, worked my way up into the ranks, and gathering supporters for her majesty. It angers me to the Eunuchs doing as they please without a care in the world."

"If you don't mind, would you like to enlighten me on how the empress earned such loyalty, other than being the rightful ruler of course?" Treize suggested.

"For the sake of completing the meeting in the time I have right now, I won't get into much detail about it. You see, I was being arrested for giving medicine to prisoners until Tianzi thought fit to free me. She understood the nature of my actions as I found an important person to me that day. I swore loyalty to her since then, so I can restore her authority as the one true authority of this nation." Xingke briefly explained.

"So prison conditions are quite haggard it seems." Milliardo muttered.

Amuro, Char, and the others frowned at the implications of the current state of the government.

'Arrested for being kind even though the recipients are prisoners when they should have made sure diseases would be taken care of? I see the lack of efforts in officials currently power here. At least the Britannians made sure their prisons are clean.' Char thought in disapproval.

'Just how far the Eunuchs' fingers creep through…' Amuro wondered.

"Then how about this? We help you get rid of the Eunuchs and help you establish your empress as the true authority as you wanted." Wufei stated bluntly.

Xingke's eyes narrowed at the statement. "What do you have to gain from this? I do not doubt your military strength, but rather your intentions. I still do not know whether your truly here to stop Britannia's rule of conquest."

"We do intend to do as we said that, but you're right to doubt us. Defeating Britannia is not our true objective…" Char started before being interrupted.

"Do you intend to be the conquerors instead of them?" Hong Gu questioned with an accusatory tone.

Char shook his head. "No, not at all, defeating Britannia is one of our targets in stopping the Britannian Emperor, Charles zi Britannia."

This gotten the Chinese leader's interest. "Specifically how does the emperor fit into all this?"

Chang Wufei threw something at him.

Xingke caught the object in his palm and found it to be a simple flash drive.

"We will explain what you will later find in the data there. Examining the contents will convince you of how deep this issue. Let me start…" Treize started.

Flashback End

Xingke sighed in frustration.

It was way simpler when he had to deal with just dealing with the corrupt Eunuchs and stalling Britannia's advance into Chinese territories.

Now he had to keep in mind of the Britannian Emperor planning to what would be from one perspective; destroying humanity's humanity.

He has no wish for Empress Tianzi to be harmed by a madman or dragged into an insane scheme.

So much bloodshed to unite humanity in such a way will make the past, present, and future meaningless. Xingke does not share the Britannian Emperor's method of creating peace.

If the plan was to succeed, will what's left even be worth existing?

If he is going to agree with the plan, he will have to test whether they're trustworthy or not.

The person he will test will the Chang Wufei, a young man who had seen combat that would be enough to identify an experienced veteran.

"C'mon Kira!" A young energetic girl cried out while dragging a boy along.

"Whoa slow down, Milly!" Kira said, halting her.

"Oh Kira, I didn't know you were such a caring guy, wanting to go slow just to make sure." Milly whispered softly into Kira's right ear.

Kira blushed lightly at the tone she used.

The blonde guy snickered at the poor unfortunate soul. Teasing Kira was almost as fun as Shirley. The orange-haired girl is such a maiden that anyone who knew her would describe as innocent, not as pure as Nunnally though.

Nina is innocent as well, but Milly refrained from teasing her as the reaction is always the same. So, she goes for more creative vict-err, friends.

Veteran mobile suit pilot or not, Kira still has a little bit of his innocent self in mundane life. Not quite bad, but Milly was the first of such a kind of people that he ever met. He doesn't recall anyone else from his world that is such a big tease as the girl in front of him.

Maybe Mu La Flaga in some circumstances, but he is more of a jokester to lighten the mood.

"Kira, we're just going to have some harmless fun. Don't you believe your date?" Milly pouted.

"You know, this is the kind of things Lelouch warned me about." The Ultimate Coordinator deadpanned.

"Oh Lelouch, he can be such a buzz kill sometimes. It's always 'Mr. Serious and polite for him'." She waved off his concern as if it's a usual occurrence. "Our first stop is to the arcade! Everyone goes there one point in their life."

Thus, the arcade they go to though Kira feels a little unsettled and annoyed by the stares from other Britannians directed at him.

'Goodness, these people are almost as judgmental as Blue Cosmos. At least they aren't aiming a pistol in my face.' Kira thought to himself.

Milly paid for a couple of game tokens as the two goes to their first choice of games.

They are gonna start off with a dance dance machine.

Milly inserted a coin into the machine for both of them.

"Are you ready to make music with your feet?" Milly smirked as she stood ready on her dance pad.

Kira just wordlessly accepted her challenge as he stepped onto the dance pad nest to Milly's.

Milly just expertly followed the rhythm of the song as she had played this game plenty of times before while Kira does the same with great precision.

In the end, Kira was the winner with the higher score.

"How did you beat me?" Milly asked in disbelief. "The look you gave me said you never played this kind of game."

"I didn't until now." Kira affirmed her statement.

"That doesn't explain how you can win on your first try." Milly countered.

"I'm a coordinator." Kira said before observing the look on Milly's face. "Oh… did I forget to mention that?"

He received a nod in reply. He scratched the back of his head sheepishly and chuckled a little.

Milly pouted. "Stupid super human reflex," She muttered before gaining a look of determination. "Well then, I'll just have to beat you at a game fair and square." She declared.

The two began to try out various games such as video games, basketball, air hockey, a roll up ball game, and a pinball machine. Needless to say, Kira beat her at all of them due to her reflex.

Determined to win, Milly dragged her date to one more game.

"Come on Milly, let's just leave now." Kira urged the blonde to move.

"Wait just a minute, let's play this game." Milly suggested to the crane machine. "This'll be the last one, I promise." Milly flashed the puppy dog look to Kira.

"Fine, one more game." Kira relented and inserted a coin into the slot.

The crane whirred to life as the countdown begins at sixty seconds.

Slow and steady, Kira positioned the crane above a little white cat stuffed toy. He pressed the button and released the crane downward unto the toy. The crane grasped, Kira released the button as the crane slowly ascended with the toy cat in its grasp. He started guiding the crane to the drop point, but dropped the stuffed toy anyway.

"These crane games are always rigged." Kira stated, a little annoyed by the sudden failure.

"All you need is the right touch for these kinds of things, I'll show you." Milly inserted a coin into the slot as the crane whirred to life as it had done so just moments ago. Milly chose to target the same white cat Kira aimed for while nimbly moving the joystick with just her index finger. Unlike Kira, Milly managed to drop the toy into the drop zone.

"Yay, I finally beat you at something." Milly cheered as she picked up the little stuff toy.

"You actually did. You did well at the crane game Milly." Kira complimented her as they leave the arcade. "So what now?" He asked.

Milly faced him as she put up a thoughtful expression. "Well, I heard of a house mirror they set up at an amusement park. Let's check out how we look." She said as the two walk toward their destination.

They arrived at a building labeled 'Tricky Reflections' after paying for their access to the amusement park.

The two entered a hallway of mirrors. As they walked, the mirrors gave of a variety of unending reflections. Some were just normal reflections, some made them looked wider, distorted around top half, swirly, and even smaller. Kira was more fascinated by how the reflections are manipulated than the reflections themselves.

Milly loved interesting things, so she was absorbed at looking into the reflections.

"Hey Kira, does this mirror make me look fat?" Milly questioned rhetorically, the mirror behind her doing exactly just that.

The brunette just chuckled at the obvious joke. "No, no, no, why would you think that?"

"I feel like you're avoiding the question." Milly mock glared at the boy.

"Why would I do that? Don't you know I'm honest with you?" He asked sarcastically.

The two looked at each other and then laughed. The mirth between the two is in the air as they enjoyed their time together, not noticing the distance between them closing. They continued to mile about the mirrors, seeing whether there were other kinds of reflections.

"Hey, Kira looked at this one. This mirror showed a guy wearing a white mask." Milly told him.

"A white mask?" Kira questioned until he faced said mirror, paling at the sight. He instantly sprung into a sprint and shove Milly out of the way as a gunshot rang out, shattering the mirror of the man into multiple shards.

"Well, isn't this fun and dandy? We meet again Kira Yamato." A calm and sinister voice reached the airs of the two teenagers.

"Rau, how are you alive? I saw your mobile suit got fried by Genesis!" Kira demanded.

"Kira, do you know who he is?" Milly asked, frightened and clutching her date's shirt.

"Know him? I fought him multiple times during the Bloody Valentine War. He and I could have died at the last battle." Kira replied quickly, slowly inching towards the exit with Milly close to him.

"My, my, I didn't think you had such a high opinion of me. To be able to fight on par with the Ultimate Coordinator, such an honor is too high for me." Rau said in amusement. "And you have a girlfriend now, I see. Shall I gift her the same way I did to your last one?" Rau added cruelly.

Milly saw an expression she never saw the brunette before; silent rage, and it honestly scared her that he could look like that. The last words Rau said clicked in her mind.

'Oh my god, is this man responsible for killing Kira's ex?'

"Ah, I can still remember the raw anger I felt from you in our last confrontation." Rau said off handedly while firing a stray shot to scare them both. "You never held so much animosity for me in our confrontations before that. You had a minimal hatred for at best during those times. I do wonder if I can bring it out of you again. Maybe your date here could assist us in a little experiment?"

Kira growled. "What do you want Rau? Why are you here? Are you here to destroy humanity again like last time?"

"Wait, destroy humanity?" Milly questioned warily.

The masked blonde chuckled in a twisted tone. "Destroy humanity? I preferred to call it as simply helping humans find the end. Everything good must come to an end after all. It is what they are searching for. Oh, and just to be clear, I was responsible for the Earth Alliance getting their hand on the data for the Neutron Jammer Canceller. It was so predicable really; Muruta Azrael loved his nuclear toys as Junius 7 was a prime example."

"What he did was wrong just as you getting the Coordinators and Naturals to finish each other off. Why do you still pursue this pointless end? Humans can be so much better than this. You never gave them a chance as of now." Kira warily regarded his surrounding while making sure to get nearer to the exit with Milly in tow.

"Oh? What about the Britannian Empire subjugating lesser countries for themselves or the hotel jacking incident that I believe the girl was at? Why do you think I haven't given humanity a chance? It's because they don't deserve it. Conflict is part of humanity's nature, haven't you understood that?!" A bullet ricocheted off the floor. "Don't worry boy, I have no real desire to kill the girl right now. Those were just a few shots to scare you. I have no interest in doing the same thing over again to just one person. It's really drab. Anyway, I was just in the neighborhood and wanted to greet you. Is that so wrong for your old friend to do that?"

"You're no friend of mine! You tried to kill billions of people with your twisted scheme. You gave up on humanity, you gotten lazy. That's why you refused to see the goodness that people are capable of. Just stop keeping this madness up." Kira shot back the verbal response.

"Perhaps, that might be a part of it." Rau admitted thoughtfully. "Well, I have things to do so I must be on my way. Let me tell you this Kira Yamato and do please inform Mu La Flaga. Our final confrontation is nearing and final fate of humanity of not just this world, but every single human across dimensions will be decided in this last war. Please be grateful I'm giving you a heads up about this. I love to set the mood up for a grand finale to the play." With those parting words, footsteps can be heard getting distant.

"Kira that's man, he's-" Milly tried to form a sentence, before Kira cut her off.

"I know. Let's just get out of here. I don't trust him to keep his words." Milly nodded as the two left the house of mirrors.

'I have to inform the others about this. First this Ali al-Saachez guy and now Rau Le Creuset, what is going on?' Kira wondered.

Omake

Omake Battle of the Great FUBAR

Charles zi Britannia was not having a great day.

It was starting out great for him as he managed to make an army of mobile suits for his empire to crush the opposing United Worlds Federation faction.

When the two armies were to clash… that's when things started going down.

Out of nowhere, an army of giant robot squids starting raining, saying they came to harvest humanity.

Normally, that would cause pause in humans for concerns as the message of an alien invasion is clear. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it.

Out of nowhere came, came several dozen portals which spewed out warships of the Covenant and the UNSC clashing in the middle of the battlefield.

Of course, everyone including the Reapers have no idea what to do with the situation.

Then giant living robots called Autobots and Decepticons joined in the mix. A stray shot from one of them dragged the other factions into an free-for-or-all brawl. Which side shot first? It didn't matter at this point.

More factions started joining out of nowhere, such as the Republic, Sith Empire, Empire of Zakuul, Armored Core units, Justice League, Avengers, Hydra, Z Fighters, people from the era of the Romance of Three Kingdoms, King Arthur and his Knights, Kamen Riders, Power Rangers, mythological factions, and many more.

All in all, Charles had only one thought at this point.

"What the f***?!" He said so eloquently.

After a minute, he pondered on what to do with the situation and decided one wise course of action.

"Screw this; I didn't plan for this shit to happen. I'm going to bed. Retirement sounds very good right now." He muttered tiredly.

AS the emperor went to take a very long sleep, a chaotic battle of epic proportion took place.

Unfortunately, it would not be remembered for the battle was simply too epic for the planet to remain stabilized.

As a final solution… the planet went kablooey.

The explosion was so intense that it created the big bang and recreated this exact universe along with an infinite amount of others.
