'Well, crap' I looked over the bay to the Titan's tower, our tower! The hive had snuck in and taken it again! Those stupid prep-school villains had some new tricks up their sleeves. Now we are all sitting on the opposite shore and Robin is sulking again. They had given a message from Slade himself. He was back, and stronger than before. Even worse, the half demon that we had captured is still stuck in the tower. We don't know what's going to happen to her and my demon is throwing a fit about how 'weak' we are being for some reason. After we dried off, we had decided to possibly call in some other Titans to help. We had already summoned Aqualad to help us, he didn't really want a bunch of villains anywhere near his bay. He was currently planning with Robin and Cyborg, the two oldest in the team, on our plan. They Robin wasn't older than I by much, only a year in fact. I had to admit though, that he did have more experience when it came to crime.
They seemed to finally have come to some conclusion about what to do. It has been several hours since they started talking about this. I frowned up at the sky, the stars starting to appear already, the sun having dipped far below the horizon already. I had been looking over at the city for the past hour, the lights from the skyscrapers twinkling across the bay. Robin called us over, Cyborg and Aqualad still murmuring to each other, glancing back towards the tower every once and awhile. Turning back to Robin, I met his gaze. It was time to take it back.
I was sitting on the steps in the main room, head in hands. Taking the tower back had been easy. The Hive members, after trashing it, left. The problem though, is that they took the demon girl with them. They took her, and we have no idea what they're going to do with her. For all we know, they're going to train her to use her abilities to kill. She was so.. harmless before. She may have been a half demon, but only I knew that. I' haven't told my teammates yet, my own demon being completely against it. All I know, the one thing that we all have in the back of our minds. If we don't get her back, things are not going to end well.

I woke up, chained to a wall, the cold metallic cuffs cutting into my wrists. Opening my eyes, I looked around at the room. The damp stone covering the floor was chilling to the touch. Shivering slighty, I hear the metal door across from me groan as someone forces it open. Hearing the same, heavy footsteps as before I passed out, I looked up. Standing there, a smirk on his face, was a hair covered man. I watched as he stepped out of the way for a petite, pink haired girl and a small, bald child with goggles. The two males lined up against the wall, the female turning to speak with whoever was behind her. A smooth voice echoed into the room as he spoke with her. Entering, he sounded surprised and frustrated.
" how dare you treat our guest so poorly!" the masked man quickly stepped up to me and held out a hand for the key.
" but you-" the pink hair girl started to speak, confusion flitting across her face, but the masked man interrupted her. He cleared his throat and held out his hand to her, waiting for the key. Turning back around, he undid the chains. The blood painfully flowed into my wrists and I started to regain the feeling in them. I was shaky in my feet from not standing and almost collapsed, but before I could, he caught me. He looked down at me and chuckled.
" we can't have you getting hurt now can we?" he gently held onto me as I regained my balance and was able to stand. I gave him a small smile and he ushered me out, the others following behind. Looking down, I realized that I still had the cuffs from my previous capture. They had shifted back onto my wrist once the others were removed and I could see marks in my forearms from where they were. He eventually led me into a dinning room and had me seated next to him. The others sat around us and he explained what had happened. I couldn't believe what I heard. But after convincing, I started to understand. I forgave the others for their misunderstanding and was introduced. They were to be our accomplices if I chose to join them. After hearing how 'kind' the supposed heroes had been to me, I couldn't refuse. After a meal and being led to my new room, I fell asleep, the new knowledge sarming through my mind. Before dreams completely took over, a red pair of eyes and a sharp toothed smirk flashed through my vision. This would be the last time I would be in control for awhile.
