Chapter 31: Docks
"Well this a surprise" The sheriff said opening his front door to see Stiles standing on the other side of the door.
"Hey daddy" Stiles said smiling at her dad.
"Daddy" The sheriff said giving his daughter a suspicious look. "What's going on?"
Moving aside so that Stiles could come in and sit down while the sheriff closes the door.
"You want the bad news or good news first" Stiles asked sitting down on the couch leaving space to where her dad could come and sit next to her.
Preparing for the worst case scenario John sits next to his only child taking her hand in his. "Give me the bad news first" he said.
Giving her dad hand a small squeeze Stiles tells him. "I don't know when or how, but I will be taken by Nicholas sometime before the full moon which is in three days" John was ready to say something but Stiles cut him off so that she could finish. "Don't worry we have taken precautions methods to save me and kill Nicholas and his pack."
John seemed to relax a little bit, but all of his anxiety couldn't go away since Stiles was pregnant.
"And what do these methods consist of" John asked.
"Nothing to big Malcolm cast a small spell to make the pack stronger and heighten their senses."
"Okay" John said letting this part of the conversation end for now. "So what's the good news?"
"You're having another granddaughter" Stiles smiles.
John pulled his daughter into a tight embrace. Telling her how happy he was to have another grandchild.
Stiles and her dad spent a good two hours talking and even had time to eat a little lunch before Stiles had to leave and go to work.
With one last hug and a promise to see each other soon Stiles left.

It was three o'clock and Stiles was just about to go on her break when Drew stopped her to ask for a favor.
"Stiles can you do me a huge favor?" The man asked.
"Sure" Stiles said hearing the desperation in Drew's voice. "What is it?"
"I need you to go pick up the alcohol for the bar tonight. Jerry forgot to get the drinks from Max at docks this morning and no one else can go or trust not to steal a bottle. "Drew explains.
"And since I'm pregnant I can't have alcohol" Stiles said hearing the underlying message.
Drew gives her guilty looking smile before nodding.
"Do I need anything to give to Max?" Stiles ask.
"No" Drew shakes his head "I'll call Max and let him know you're on your way."
"Okay" Stiles said and goes get her purse and head outside to her car.

"You ready to go Lydia?" Danny ask walking in to the crew room at with his jacket and keys in hand.
"Yeah" Lydia answers picking up her coat and parda bag. "Just waiting on you"
Danny and Lydia both make their way towards the exit of their job: Cyprus.
Since Danny and Lydia work at the same place and share the same schedule they drive in one car to save money on gas.
Lydia was sitting in the passenger seat of Danny's Maserati talking to Danny when she begun to hear a loud squawking sound almost like seagulls. Looking around to see if she could detect the sound but she comes up empty.
Realization quickly dawns on her it's the banshee side of her. "Oh my God" Lydia said.
"What is Lydia?" Danny ask seeing the panic on his friend face.
"Someone's in danger" her voice coming out as a whisper, but Danny still heard it with his werewolf hearing.
"Where? What do you hear?" Danny ask pulling out his phone while still driving.
"I don't know exactly" Lydia said shaking her head "but whoever it is they're seagulls around them."
"Are you sure" Danny ask phone already dialing.
"Positive" Lydia answers.
"Danny" Derek voice comes through the speaker.
"Derek Lydia said someone was in danger" Danny rushed out.
"Stiles" they heard the Alpha whisper. "I have to go." Before anyone could say anything else Derek ends the call.
"Seagulls" Danny said out loud "where would we find seagulls?"
"The docks" Lydia said "We have to go to the dock." She said more urgently.

"There you go Stiles" Max said some of his brown locks falling into his face. He had just put the last case of alcohol in the back of her jeep.
"Thanks Max" Stiles said giving the importer a smile. As the walk back to the front of her jeep Stiles sees couples walking on the docks holding hands, people feeding the birds and seagulls and the small kids running away from the birds as the fly and seagulls squawk at the people. "Enough the rest of your day."
"You too Stiles" Max said before walking away.
As Stiles gets in her jeep her cell phones begins to ring. Seeing that it's Derek she answers. "Hi Der"
"Stiles where are you?" Derek rushes out making Stiles nervous.
"About to leave the docks...why"
"You need to leave now Stiles. Lydia had a feeling that someone was in danger and it could be you. "Derek said.
"Okay I'm leaving now" Stiles said starting her jeep. When Stiles looks up her heart nearly stops because standing in front of her jeep is the Asian woman Stiles met at the baby store the other day. May one of Nicholas trusted witches.
"She's here Derek" Stiles whispers into the phone. Stiles watches as the corner of May lips twitch into a smile and her eyes narrows on Stiles. "Find me Derek" Stiles says before May throws a small vile bottle at her windshield.
When the bottle breaks a yellow gas oozes out in the jeep where Stiles is. Almost immediately Stiles begins to lose consciousness. The last thing she heard was Derek calling her name.

Possessed Stiles is badass.
I hated that Lydia started to doubt her powers last episode.
Can't wait til tonight episode.
Now Kira mom said something about she didn't care if the spirit possessed Stiles it made no difference. So what if Stiles mom was possessed and Kira mom or family killed her.
