Chapter 43: New arrivals

A/N: If you haven't watched last week episode there is spoilers at the bottom.
It was a warm night in June when a sharp pain woke Stiles up from her sleep.
"Son of a bitch!" Stiles hiss as another sharp pain shoots down her back. Stiles manages to get out of the bed without waking a sleeping Derek. She also could feel pressure in the lower area of her stomach.
Entering the bathroom Stiles flips the light switch on, closing the door not wanting the light to bother Derek.
Pulling down her underwater as she takes a seat on the toilet. As soon as Stiles sits down on the seat she hears a popping sound followed by a warm relief sensation. "Oh god!" Stiles said in shock.
The pressure she was feeling when she woke up wasn't her daughter pushing on her bladder. It was her daughter telling her she was coming and by the popping and warm sensation she just felt she was coming soon.
"Derek!" Stiles calls out hoping that he would hear her. As she gets up off the toilet and pulls her underwear she's hit with another contractions. "Son of a motherfucker!" She muffles as she grabs hold onto the sink.
"Stiles what's wrong?!" Derek asked. Looking up in the mirror Stiles can see Derek standing in the doorway only in his underwear looking around frantically.
Meeting Derek eyes in the mirror. "My water just broke."
Stiles can see Derek eyes widened before the fall to the ground looking for something. "Are you sure?" He asked.
"I'm pretty sure Derek this isn't my first time going into labor!" Stiles snaps as another contraction hits and she grips the sink again.
Seeing his fiancée in pain and Labor Derek goes into action. "Okay come on" he said ushering Stiles out of the bathroom back into their room and sits her down on the bed.
"Junior! Amber!" Derek yells as he goes into the closet and pull out a blue duffel bag. Stiles recognized it as her to-go-bag for when she went into labor.
Hearing the sound of footsteps approaching Stiles looks towards the doorway to see her kids enter the room in their night clothes. "What Dad?" Junior asked half sleep, Amber makes her way over to the bed to lay down.
"Your little sister is coming?" Derek said putting on a pair of basketball shorts on and a grey t-shirt.
"What?" Both twins ask at the same time as they both look at their mom.
"So I need you guys to go get dress and put the stuff in the car, while I get your mom in the car and the hospital."
With new found energy the twins rush out of the room to throw some clothes on before coming back to grab the duffle bag and Stiles keys.
After getting Stiles in a pair of yoga pants and another shirt Derek leads her outside to the passenger side of her jeep, as Derek goes around to the driver side.
"Everyone got everything?" Derek asked looking in the rearview mirror to see the twins nod while on their cell phones before he pulls out of the yard and make his way towards the hospital.
"How far are your contractions?" Derek ask at looking at the clock on the dashboard to see it's three o'clock in the morning.
"I don't know" Stiles said shaking her head as she reaches for Derek free hand and intertwine their fingers. "Maybe five minutes apar-" a contraction hits making Stiles close her eyes before she feel the pain slowly fade away.
Opening her eyes she can see the black veins running up Derek arm. Looking over at him she could see him try to mask the pain, but the way his face scrunched in discomfort Stiles knew he was taking her pain and this just made her love him even more.

Derek pulls up to the hospital ten minutes later, everyone hurries out of the jeep, Derek comes around to the passenger side and picks Stiles up in bridal style to carry her in the hospital.
Entering the hospital they make themselves over to the front desk where an older blonde nurse sat.
"How can I help you?" The nurse asked looking up at them with a warm smile.
"She's in labor!" Amber said. The blonde gets up from her spot behind the desk and motions for them to follow her leading them to a wheelchair.
While Derek places Stiles in the wheelchair, the nurse goes back to the desk to page Stiles doctor Ms. Hawkins.
"It's about time you got here?"
They all look up towards the familiar voice of Christina to see her and Scott walking down the hallway towards them. Christina was wearing a pair of blue jeans and black tank top her hair in a ponytail. Scotty was dressed similar to Junior and Derek with a pair of grey basketball shorts, and a t-shirt.
"How did you know we were here?" Amber ask once the two teens are closer to them, throwing her arms around Scotty neck and place a quick kiss on his lips.
"We've been here for almost an hour. My mom water broke."
"Seriously" Junior said shaking his head. Jackson was right Uncle Scott and his mom have to do everything together.
Before anyone could say anything Stiles notice Dr. Hawkins making her way down the hallway towards them.
"Well isn't this just a coincidence both you and Mrs. McCall are in this morning." Dr. Hawkins said her tone was happy and light. "Well come on you two" she smiling at Stiles and Derek. "Let's go bring your new baby into the world." They all follow the Doctor towards the delivery room, as Stiles and Derek see the pack waiting outside the delivery room, some sitting in chairs while the others pace back and forth.
"See you guys soon" Lydia said after the pack each gives Stiles and Derek a hug.
"Call my dad!" Stiles yells as the doors close behind her.

Going in the delivery room Stiles and Derek was met by Scott who was in a pair of scrubs, while Allison was sitting up in her hospital bed wearing her hospital gown getting an epidural by no other than Melissa McCall.
"Hey guys" Scott said making his way over to Stiles and Derek, giving each one of them a hug.
Stiles couldn't tell who was more nervous Scott or Derek.
"Here you go Mr. Hale" a nurse said handing Derek a pair of folded scrubs. "You can go in the restroom and change."
"Okay...thank you." He said taking the blue scrubs. "I'll be right back" Derek said, looking down at Stiles in the wheelchair leaning down to give her a quick chaste kiss, before leaving out the room to change. And a chance to calm his nerves.
"Do you want an epidural Stiles?" Melissa ask.
"Hell yeah" Stiles said quickly. No way was she doing this without drugs.

The pack has been sitting outside in the waiting room for the last three hours. Every few minutes a nurse would come out and informed them on how both women were doing. The last time one of the nurses came out they were told that Allison and Stiles should be having the babies in the next hour or so.
The sheriff and Chris Argent had showed up after they both were informed on what was happening.
"You know we still don't know what they baby names are?" Erica pointed out to the still woke pack members. Which really was the adults.
Lucas was sleep in one of the chairs in waiting room. Patrick was asleep his body spread across both his parents, same with James, Boyd and Erica son. Junior and Christina were drifting off to sleep with the help of the music from Junior phone. Christina head resting on his shoulder as she puts one of his earphones in her ear and Junior has the other one. Scotty and Amber were cuddled up next to each other wide awake, each excited to see their new baby sister. Alisha was asleep in the chair next her grandfather Chris.
"Well we're going to find out in a few minutes." Jackson said his hearing focused on the delivery room. "They are about to start pushing."

"Okay Stiles" Dr. Hawkins stated from between Stiles parted legs. "I need you to push."
"Come on Stiles you can do this." Derek said encouragingly as he sat beside his mate holding her hand.
Stiles eyes meet Derek's eyes for a few seconds before she closed them and pushed.
"That's good Stiles" Dr. Hawkins said. "Just a few more pushes."
"See your doing great honey" Derek said placing a kiss on Stiles sweaty forehead.
Derek could barely hear Scott and Allison doing the same as they were. His main focus was on his mate and new born baby that was about to come into the world.
When the doctor ask Stiles to push again Derek prepares himself to siphon more of Stiles pain away so that she won't pass out from exhaustion during labor.
"I see the head!" Dr. Hawkins said. "Okay Stiles, I need one big push can you do that?"
"Yeah" Stiles said her voice coming out strained.
"Okay on three...one...two...three"
Stiles pushes with all her might, the pain she felt the time she gave birth to the twins was hundred time worst. Maybe that because the she didn't have Derek there to take away most of the pain.
Derek watched as the lights in the room began to flicker rapidly. He knew it was Stiles spark, her power expelling from her as she focused on her last push.
Stiles felt her when her head was full out and then her shoulders, and then soon so was the rest of her.
Then Stiles and Derek heard it the sound that made their hearts well up with so much love. They baby cried. "You have a beautiful baby girl."
A few seconds later there was another cried that filled the room and Derek and Stiles knew that the two newest members of the pack were fine.
"Would you like the honors Daddy" one of the nurses said handing Derek a pair of scissors giving him a happy smile.
Derek took the scissors happily, walking over to his daughter who was stilled covered in the vernix stuff and cut the umbilical cord, then letting the nurse rush over to clean her off and weigh her.
"You did it." Derek said leaning down to press a slow and passionate kiss on Stiles lips. "God I love you Stiles!"
"I love you too Derek!" Stiles said giving him another kiss.
"Here's your daughter." The nurse who had gave Derek the scrubs he was wearing said handing the baby girl into Derek arms.
As soon as she was places in his arm Derek felt all his nerves disappear and be replaced by nothing but unconditional love.
"She's perfect" he said looking down at his daughter in his arms. Her head was covered with black hair, she had peachy skin tone, but what Derek attention was her eyes. She had her mom's cinnamon brown eyes.
"Hi I'm your daddy" Derek said smiling down at his daughter. As if she understood what Derek hand said she reach up to touch his face.
When her finger graze his face Derek could tell by her scent she wasn't a wolf, but human.
"I want to see her too Derek?" Stiles said after giving Derek his time to hold their daughter.
"Here's mommy" Derek said placing the newborn in Stiles arm.
"Hey beautiful girl I'm your mom and me and Daddy love you so much" Stiles said rubbing the baby cheek.
"She has my eyes" Stiles states.
"I know" Derek smiles. "She's gonna have me wrapped around her finger."
"Just like Amber."
"Hey guys" Derek and Stiles look up to see Scott standing at the foot of Stiles hospital bed with his own daughter wrapped up in a pink blanket.
''Let me see her?" Stiles said making grabby hands with her free arm.
"She human" Scott whispers once he walks around to Stiles left side placing the baby in Stiles arms.
"So is she." Derek replies.
Looking down at her best friend/brother new baby there was only one word to describe her and that was beautiful. She had Scott's curly dark hair, nose and, tan complexion, but she had Allison face and eyes. Stiles felt like she was looking at baby Allison.
"Can I go show her to Allison?" Scott ask.
Derek and Stiles nod before handing off their newborn to Scott.
"We should probably let the pack in now to see them?" Derek said picking up the bits of conversation they are having out the room.
"Your rig-"Stiles didn't get to finish her statement before Junior and Amber entered the room follow closely behind the pack.
Some of the pack heading over to Allison, while the others come over to Stiles. Everyone awes over the two new baby as the pack gets a look at both babies.
"So what are their names?" Erica ask.
Scott goes first looking at his baby in her grandfather arms. "Miranda Isabel McCall."
Chris looks up at the mention of his granddaughter name. "You named her after your mom?" Looking between both Scott and Allison his wife middle name was Miranda.
"Yeah" is all Allison can muster up to say feeling the exhaustion hit her?
"I approve" Lydia said in a matter of factly tone. "What about you Stiles?
"Jasmine Marie Hale" Stiles said. "She has both our mothers' middle names."
"I love it" the sheriff said as he rocked his granddaughter in his arms.

When Stiles and Allison finally fell asleep and the nurses can to bring the baby to where they would be stay for a few days the pack started to make the way out of the room and back to the waiting room.
"Anybody want something from the vending machine?" Junior ask, waiting nearly four hours had gave him quite an appetite.
Just about everyone wanted something. "Yeah I'm not going to remember all that."
"I'll go with you." Christina said standing up from her seat. She could use a walk.
"Okay"
As they made their way to the hall the made idle conversation about the babies, school, boyfriend and girlfriend. When Christina stopped walking.
"What's wro-" Junior started to asked, but once he saw the daze look in her blue eyes he knew she was seeing something.
The voice in the back of his mind was trying to tell him he already knew what she was seeing.
Christina shook herself out of her daze only to see Junior green eyes looking back at her. "What did you see?" Junior ask.
"Nicholas...he's here back in Beacon Hills."

Nicholas is back now.
So after watching the mid season trailer I changed my mind about Parrish being a warlock. Maybe he's a Phoenix or some type of creatures immune to fire.
Jeff just won't give Derek a break, but I'm glad Lydia found out before he dies, now maybe they can keep him safe like they did with Kira.
So glad Violet and Mason died...I wish I could have seen Kate kill her.
