A/N OH MY GOD 25 WE ARE AT 25 CHAPTERS! within the last 24 chapters there is 35,996 words... Then adding all the words to the chapter! AHH! then there is 185 reviews AHH ALMOST 200! This is amazing! I get so many awesome kind reviews! I know lots of other writers on her get mean nasty reviews and their stories are really good, but I haven't gotten one. Which actually makes me really happy, I shows me you all really like my story! So this one is Tris' Birthday! I know everyone has waited forever for this ha. and some one tried to guess what Tobias got Tris. I am not revealing that in this chapter. So you should all guess! :)

Tobias

I wake up, it's 12:30, the party starts at 3:00, so I decide to let Tris sleep as late as she wants. I slip out of bed, grab some clothes, and head to the bathroom to shower. I am out within 10 minutes, I know Tris will want to shower so I leave her a good amount of hot water.

When I get my clothes on I open the door, and Tris is on the couch wrapped in a blanket, holding a cup of something.

"Hey, good morning." I say and sit down next to her, she leans her head on my shoulder.

"Hey. Wanna sip?" She says offering me the cup.

"What is it?"

"Hot coco. Christina brought it by while you were in the shower." I take the cup and sip it, its hot I don't know how Tris is drinking it without burning her mouth.

"Ow that's hot!" Tris laughs, I get it now, she knew it was to hot to drink. I put the cup in the coffee table. "Thanks, now my tongue is, burnt."

"You are very welcome." She says, and kisses my cheek. "So what are we doing on this fine day, all we have is time."

"I don't know, we can doing anything you want, but at 3:00 I made plans with Zeke and Shauna, we are gonna go somewhere in the city."

"Oh. Okay. I thought today was going to, be just me and you." She sounds a little upset.

"Well we are sort of are. Just until 3:00 though." I say with a smile.

"I guess two hours is better than none." She says and gets up walking to the bathroom. I hear the water turn on, and Tris pops her head out the door. "Hey can you get me some clothes. Anything and just put it on the counter in here."

"Okay." I say and walk in the bedroom, to find her some clothes. I grabs them, open the bathroom door and put them on the counter, I close the door, and sit on the couch. I grab Tris' Hot Coco and take another sip, its cooled down a lot, it's just the right heat to drink.

Tris

I step out the shower and throw on what Tobias got me. A short black dress that goes to about four inches above my knee, and some leggings. I step out the bathroom but I don't see him anywhere, I look in the bedroom but he isn't in there. I feel a pair of hands on my hips.

"You look good." Tobias whispers in my ear, wrapping his arms around my waist. I turn so I'm facing him, and kiss him lightly.

"I think we should stay home." I say and kiss him again.

"Sorry can't I promised them we would go." I groan and make a sad face. "Hey, come on, we will have fun trust me." He says and kisses my forehead.

"How long, till we leave." I say dully.

"About ten minutes."

"Hmm, gives us a little time." I say and kiss him, but before he can deepen the kiss, I wiggle my way from his grasp and dart out of the bedroom.

"Hey! Get back here!" He says and darts after me, I may, be small and fast, but Tobias will always be faster. He catches me and pulls me into him, I try to pull away but he stops me by tickling me, I fall to the floor laughing and trying to get out of his grasp.

"You, know you can't get away." he says. I stop trying to get away and pull his head down to mine and kiss him. He stops tickling me and kisses me back, my plan was to slip away before he kisses me but I don't I let myself fall into the kiss. Tobias, straddles me kneeling on either side of my hips, pinning me to the floor he deepens the kiss, I put my arm around his neck keep out lips connected.

He pulls way a little. "You know we should really leave, now." He says quietly.

"Mhm, not just yet." I say and pull him down kissing him hoping he will just want to stay here. He kisses back more forcefully, but pulls away and stand up holding out his hand, I take it and he helps me up.

"You know I would stay here if I could. Cone on, it won't be that bad."

"Yeah. I know." I say and go to put some shoes on.

We walk out the door together holding hands, our shoulder touching.

"Where is Zeke and Shauna?" I can hear the train coming and they still aren't here.

"Oh they are meeting us in the city." He says. The train is coming I can see it, we start in a slow jog, but then pick up our speed, Tobias jumps on first, he pulls helps me in when I jump.

"Where in the city are we going?"

"the Hancock building. Zeke wanted to go there for some reason. And as much as I don't want to, and you know why. I said it'd be fine."

"Oh. Okay."

We sit in silence, a good silence, the rest of the ride there.

When we arrive I jump off first, Tobias following close behind. He garbs my hand and walks with me to the building.

"Ladies first." He says and opens the door for me, I walk in.

"Thank you." I say in a polite tone and curtsy, he laughs and grabs my hand.

"Hey guys!" Shauna yells over to us. "Glad you could make it!" She yells again. Why is she yelling so much?

"Hey Shauna, where Zeke?" I ask.

"Oh he's up stairs, he tuned on the elevators, Four he waiting for you. Tris and I will meet you up there." Tobias nods and makes his way to the elevator, I watch him as he steps in the elevator and hits the 100th floor button, he doesn't look as scared as I thought he would, he has a smile on his face, as the door closes he wave to me, I wave back, and the door closes, he is on his way up.

Tobias

When I reach the 100th floor the elevator door opens I step out everyone is rush to find a spot to hide, I find Zeke who saved me a spot on the couch with him. When Tris gets up here she will just she Zeke and I on the couch, but then everyone will surprise her.

The elevator door opens, Tris and Shauna walk out together, Tris stops and see the couches.

"How did these couches get up here?" She ask.

"Oh, well Uriah decided to throw a part later tonight and so he brought them up here."

"He did? Why would he throw a party, there is no reason to celebrate." It was almost as if it was planed that Tris would say that because everyone jumped out yelling 'SURPRISE!' Tris just stood there speechless. She opens her mouth to talk but shuts it, I can see the tears coming to her eye, she tries to blink them away but when she blinks the tears just roll onto her cheeks. I get up and walk over to her hugging her.

"Happy Birthday, Tris." I whisper in her ear.

"How, did you know it was my birthday?" she says, her voice muffled against my shirt.

"Being in the control room has its perks, and knowing a few dauntless leaders, and being your trainer helps a little." She laughs and pulls away from my hug, and grabs my hand, and head to the nearest couch. Once we sit down Christina, Marlene, and Lynn wedge themselves on the couch next to Tris.

"Okay so I made a list of games we are going to play," Christina says. "So there's Truth or Dare, spin the bottle, and Who can be more Dauntless. You can pick from any of those games."

"Uh. lets just do Truth or dare it sound safest. considering we are on a roof and I don't think anyone would want to see who can be for be more Dauntless, some one would jump off the roof." Tris says. She makes a good point, some one would get drunk and do it.

"Okay Truth or dare it is." Christina says. "HEY! EVERYONE! COME SIT YOU ASS'S DOWN!" Christina yells very laud, I plug one of my ears, Tris makes a face, she is sitting right next to Christina, so she got it the worst.

Everyone comes and sits on the couches, we are all pretty squished.

"So, who is going first?" Uriah ask.

"Well Tris duh you idiot, it's her Birthday." Lynn says throwing her she at him.

"OW! God Lynn don't be so temperamental!" He says throwing the shoe back at her, but he misses.

"Okay stop it. Tris, you go first." Christina says grabbing the shoe from Lynn's hand before she could throw it again.

"Okay, uh lets see here," Tris says eyes everyone here. "Zeke, Truth or dare?"

"Dare. Duh." Zeke says like everyone should know he is picking dare.

"I dare you to take five shots, as fast as you can."

"Challenge accepted." He says and gets five shots, and downs them in 30 seconds, or less. "GAH! Worse than I though it'd be! Okay uh, Marlene, Truth or dare."

"Dare." She answers

"I dare you to, give Uriah and shoulder back ride and run around the roof with him on your shoulders."

"Oh god! but he weight like 400 pounds!"

"Oh so you're willing to risk a piece of clothing go right ahead." Uriah says with a smile.

"You wish. Get on my shoulders." She demands, he does, we all watch Marlene try to give him a shoulder back ride, she almost finishes she half a little less than half the roof when Marlene starts to laugh and she loses her balance Uriah falls off landing on his butt, everyone break out in laughter.

"Hey, Tris do you want a drink?" I ask her quietly while Uriah and Marlene make their way back.

"Sure I'll have what ever you're having."

"Okay be right back." I say and get up.

Tris

"Okay! Uh, wait, Hey Four come on hurry!" Marlene yell to Tobias.

"Here." Tobias says sitting in his seat, right next to me, I can't believe we fit five people on this couch.

"Okay. Shauna. Truth or dare."

"Uh I'll do Truth since I know no on is going to pick it, I might as well." She says. I, personally think being Truthful is being brave, it takes guts to tell the truth.

"Okay then, Truth it is."

"Is it true that you and Zeke are sleeping together?"

"What?! Where did you hear that!"

"Doesn't matter tell."

Shauna gives Zeke a weak smile. "Yes. there you happy now." Everyone starts to clap and laugh.

"Okay! shut up guys! Four. Truth, or Dare." Shauna says look at Tobias with an evil smile.

"Dare." He says instantly.

"I knew it, I knew it! Okay I dare you to kiss the prettiest girl in the room."

"Okay," He says and stands up, he looks around the room. "Ah there she is." He says and comes over pulls me up from the couch and kisses me, not a small soft kiss but a strong hungry kiss.

"Okay! I said Kiss not make out!" Shauna yells to us, I pull away blushing, Tobias sits down, when I go to sit down I am half on his lap and half on the couch, so I just sit on his lap.

"Will, Truth or dare?" Tobias says.

"Dare, away." Will says taking a drink of his beer.

"Okay I dare you to run down and back up the stairs all 100 floors, you can not take the elevator, in fact, Christina and Uriah you get the first elevator and Tris and I will get the next."

"Ah Fine, I can do that." He says confidentially.

the five of us get up and walk to are elevators/stair case. "Uriah, pick a floor and just sit in there waiting, if he gets the elevator you have to make sure he doesn't get on, Christina is there to help you." Tobias Says.

"Okay. got it. don't let Will on." Uriah replies.

We all get on and Tobias hits the button 40 and the door closes.

"I wanted me and you to be in the same elevator so I could ask you, how you're liking your party so far?" He says grabbing my hand.

"I love it. How long were you planing this?"

"Eh, about 5 days maybe, but I have known about today being your birthday since about 4 months ago." I lean on him wrapping my arms around his arm.

"Thank you."

"Don't thank me, thanks Zeke, and Shauna that really planed it well and of course Christina."

"Okay, but still you thought of it, so I am going to thank you now." I say and stand on my toes and wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him, I kiss him like he did to me only a few minutes ago. He puts his arms around me pulling me closer to him, deepening the kiss.

We are still kissing when the elevator door opens, signaling us we are on our floor. I can hear Will, running down the stairs, he made it this far, I think. Tobias and I pull apart slowly, leaning our forehead together. "You're Welcome." He says. I smile and kiss him again lightly.

We hit the 10th floor button and sit down on the floor waiting, I wonder what floor Christina and Uriah are on.

By the time Will, hits the 10th floor I feel like falling asleep, Tobias leans over and hits the 40, again when we hear him going up the stairs.

We wait for Will, but we both get tired of waiting, and uncomfortable, so Tobias hit the 100, and we zoom up to the 100th floor. We get up and walk to the couch, I sit in between Tobias Lynn. We are all drinking and talking about god knows what I am not paying attention just leaning on Tobias.

Christina and Uriah, come up ten minutes later, and a panting Will, barely able to walk, comes up the ladder, he walks over and sits on the nearest couch kicking his legs up. Christina gets him a drink and he gulps it down before saying a word, everyone has a huge smile on their faces.

"Four, That was the worst thing anyone has ever dared me to do! I can't walk anymore! my legs and so f*cking sore!"

"Don't worry, Will I will take care of you when we get home, which could be never...So just be a man." Christina says.

"I am getting you back Four. Tris, Truth or dare?" Will says.

"Uh, Dare..." I say, I now wish I picked truth considering the look Will is giving Tobias.

"Tris, I dare you to trade clothes with Four." I laugh thinking of Tobias in my clothes.

"Okay. Four, hand over your clothes." I say and take my dress off handing it to him, I slip his shirt on in a quick motion, he has trouble getting the dress on but some how does, he takes his pants off and hand them over to me I take off my legging and hand them to him, his pants are to big, I guess it's better than what he has to wear. My clothes are so tight on him they look like they are about to bust, I laugh and sit down if I stand up any longer these pants are going to fall.

Tobias barely sits down. "How do you fit in these clothes." He says to me.

"I just do, how do you fit in these!" I say nudging him playfully.

"I just do." He says nudging me back.

"Uh Uriah, Truth or dare?" I ask him.

"Dare." He says.

"I dare you to kiss the girl of your dreams, in this room." I say, honestly I don't know who it is but I want to say Marlene, they have been exchanging a few 'glances'.

HAHA! You have to wait till part 2 xD What do you think! This chapter is SO long like the longest chapter I have ever written! I really hope you liked it! It took me about 2 days to write! Please, Review! I love hearing from you guys! This whole Chapter including A/N is exactly 3,000 words! OH MY GOD!
